Panchkula, May 23- In a significant step towards enhancing cancer prevention and screenings services, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh Gian Chand Gupta flagged off three Mobile Cancer Prevention Units at PWD Rest House, Sector-1 here today.

This initiative by Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India is aimed at bringing healthcare services particularly cancer prevention services closer to the people residing in villages of the district.

While appreciating the Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India for taking such a unique step, Sh Gupta said that these Mobile Cancer Prevention Units would cover villages and slum areas of the district and make people aware about cancer prevention. Apart from this, screening of people would also be done to detect cancer at the early stage.

Sh Gupta called upon the people not to hide this disease but get timely treatment as cancer is curable if detected at initial stage. He said that due to lack of information, people reach the third or fourth stage of cancer where the treatment of this disease is not possible. Therefore, people should be made aware about cancer prevention and screening so that disease could be treated in time and precious lives of people could be saved.

He said that today lakhs of people in the country are suffering from the serious disease of cancer and the Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India is doing a commendable job by spreading awareness among the people about cancer prevention. He asked the foundation representatives to work in coordination with the District Administration and Health Department to successfully implement this campaign in district Panchkula.

Chairman, Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India, Dr. Harvinder Singh Bakshi, said that the main objective of this initiative is to make people aware about cancer prevention in the villages of Tricity- Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali. Early detection is crucial in increasing survival rates and reducing the burden of this disease on our society.  He said that by taking cancer prevention and screening services to the doorstep of our citizens, we are making a significant stride towards a healthy India.

He said that  these Mobile Cancer Prevention Units having facility of doctors, nurses and counselors would not only make people aware about cancer prevention, but also provide free of cost palliative care to third and fourth stage cancer patients. Also, medical camps would be organized in villages with the help of concerned Sarpanches for screening of people.

पैन कार्ड धारक पैन कार्ड को आधार कार्ड से करवाएं लिंक : उपायुक्त पार्थ गुप्ता

यदि आपने अब तक आधार कार्ड को पैन कार्ड से लिंक नहीं किया है तो आपके लिए राहत की खबर आई है। सरकार ने पैन से आधार को लिंक करने की आखिरी तारीख को तीन महीने आगे बढ़ा दिया है। अब पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड को लिंक करने की आखिरी तारीख 1000 रुपए विलंब शुल्क के साथ 30 जून, 2023 हो गई है। इसके लिए आपको एक हजार रुपए का भुगतान करना होगा। ऐसे में अगर आपने यह काम नहीं किया है तो इसे जल्द से जल्द पूरा कर लें।


उपायुक्त पार्थ गुप्ता ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति अंतिम तिथि तक अपने पैन कार्ड में आधार कार्ड लिंक नहीं करवाता है तो उनका पैन कार्ड निष्क्रिय हो जाएगा। साथ ही ऐसे पेन कार्ड का प्रयोग करने पर सरकार के तरफ से करवाई भी की जा सकती है। आप अपने पैन कार्ड को अपने आधार कार्ड के साथ लिंक नहीं करते है तो आपको बैंक से लेनदेन करने में भी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

ऑनलाइन चेक करें स्टेटस :
आपका पैन कार्ड आपके आधार कार्ड से लिंक है या नहीं इसे ऑनलाइन तरीके से जाना जा सकता है। इसके लिए बस कुछ आसान से स्टेप्स को फॉलो करके लिंक स्टेटस को जाना जा सकता है।
1. सबसे पहले आयकर ई-फ ाइलिंग पोर्टल https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/ पर जाएं।
2. होम पेज पर लिंक आधार स्टेटस का विकल्प चुनें।
3. लिंक आधार स्टेटस विकल्प को चुनने के बाद पैन और आधार नंबर डालें, जिसके बाद एक पॉप-अप संदेश दिखाई देगा।
4. यदि आधार और पैन लिंक हैं, तो संदेश आएगा- आपका पैन पहले से ही दिए गए आधार से जुड़ा हुआ है। अगर नहीं तो एक मैसेज आएगा- पैन आधार से लिंक नहीं है।
5. इसके बाद आधार को पैन से जोडऩे के लिए लिंक आधार पर क्लिक करें, जिसके बाद मैसेज आएगा आधार-पैन लिंकिंग अनुरोध सत्यापन के लिए यूआईडीएआई को भेज दिया गया है।
6. लिंक आधार स्टेटस पर क्लिक करके बाद में स्थिति की जांच करें।
एसएमएस के जरिए भी जांच सकते हैं स्टेटस :
यदि आप वेबसाइट द्वारा ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया में नहीं जाना चाहते हैं तो एसएमएस के जरिए भी इसके स्टेटस की जांच की जा सकती है। इसके लिए को 567678 या 56161 पर एसएमएस भेजना होगा। इसके बाद आधार पैन से जुड़ा है या नहीं, इसकी जानकारी मिल जाएगी।

चंडीगढ़ संगीत नाटक अकादमी ने कालीबाड़ी चंडीगढ़ के सहयोग से रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर के जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में शनिवार, 20 मई को उनके नाटक ‘विसर्जन’ को टैगोर थिएटर में प्रस्तुत किया।

कालीबाड़ी चंडीगढ़ की प्रबंध समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रमोद सेन ने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ संगीत नाटक अकादमी ने रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर की उत्कृष्ट कृति के सफल संचालन के लिए हर संभव मदद और सहायता प्रदान की है।

‘विसर्जन’ नाटक उन वीरों को समर्पित है, जो उस समय विश्व शांति के हिमायती हैं, जब युद्ध मानव बलि से छिन्न-भिन्न हो रहा हो। प्रेम और अहिंसा के कारण, यह नाटक मानवता के वास्तविक मूल्य का प्रतीक है। रवींद्रनाथ ने बौद्ध धर्म से प्रेरणा लेते हुए इस नाटक को अहिंसा और प्रेम पर आधारित किया है।

नाटक में, राजा गोबिंदमाणिक्य, त्रिपुरा के शांत, प्रेमपूर्ण, कुलीन और ईमानदार राजा हैं। सदियों पुरानी परंपरा के अनुसार, त्रिपुरास्वरी मंदिर में मानव और पशु बलि देने का क्रम था, जिसे धर्म गुरु रघुपति द्वारा नियंत्रित किया जाता था, जिनका राजा से ऊंचा स्थान है। वह एक शक्तिशाली राजपुरोहित हैं और उनका एक दत्तक पुत्र जय सिंह है।

नाटक में परम्पराओं और प्रेम के बीच निरन्तर संघर्ष होता रहता है। अपर्णा नाम की एक बेसहारा लड़की है, जो जय सिंह के पारंपरिक मूल्यों और संक्षिप्तता को सफलतापूर्वक चुनौती देती है।

जब देवी मां काली, एक सपने में, राजा से बलि (मानव / पशु) की प्रथा को रोकने के लिए कहती हैं, तो यह सब परिवर्तन आता है जो राजा को बदल देता है। पशुबलि बंद करने के आदेश को लागू करते हुए, गंभीर आक्रोश उठ खड़ा हुआ, सबसे अधिक रानी गुणवती द्वारा, जो एक पुत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए सैकड़ों जानवरों की बलि देने के लिए तैयार थी।

नाटक का समापन देवी के विसर्जन से होता है। फिर भी, साथ ही, यह मनुष्य में सभी बुरे गुणों को दूर करने और प्रेम, सम्मान, ईमानदारी और अहिंसा को अपनाने का संकेत देता है।

त्याग के कारण ही रघुपति इस सत्य को अनुभव कर सके कि प्रेम हिंसा से मेल नहीं खाता।

अंत में सबको यह महसूस हुआ कि देवी कहीं नहीं है, बल्कि वह हमारे भीतर ही है।

जिले के किसानों और बेरोजगार युवाओं को कृषि विभाग की ओर से दी जाएगी निशुल्क कृषि ड्रोन पायलट ट्रेनिंग

पंचकूला, 21 मई- कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग, हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा वर्ष 2023-24 के दौरान ज़िले  के दो किसानों को कृषि ड्रोन पायलट की ट्रेनिंग बिना किसी शुल्क के दी जाऐगी। इस स्कीम के तहत इच्छुक आवेदक विभाग के पोर्टल  www.agriharyana.gov.in  पर  13 जून, 2023 तक ऑनलाईन आवेदन कर सकते है। 

इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए सहायक कृषि अभियन्ता, पंचकुला ओमप्रकाश महिवाल ने बताया कि आवेदन के लिए  किसान व बेरोजगार युवा की आयु 18 से 45 वर्ष, शैक्षणिक योग्यता दसवीं, वैध पासपोर्ट एवं सी0एच0सी0/एफ0पी0ओ0 के मैम्बर होना अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने बताया कि चयन की प्रकिया के लिए विभागीय निर्देशानुसार अभियार्थी की आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यता, सी0एच0सी0/एफ0पी0ओ0 में अनुभव एवं कृषि अनुभव के आधार पर दस्तावेज सत्यापन के उपरांत मैरिट लिस्ट बनाकर किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि ट्रेनिंग के लिए चयनित अभियार्थियों से किसी प्रकार का शुल्क नही लिया जाएगा। किसान अधिक जानकारी के लिए सहायक कृषि अभियन्ता, पंचकुला, के कार्यालय में संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

पंचकूला, 21 मई : एचसीएस व अलाईड सर्विस की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा आज निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न हुई।

हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग के सचिव श्री मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि एचसीएस व अलाईड सर्विस की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा हरियाणा सरकार की अहम परीक्षाओं में से एक है। परीक्षा का आयोजन छः जिलों – अंबाला, पंचकूला, गुरुग्राम, करनाल, फरीदाबाद और कुरुक्षेत्र में हुआ जहां कुल 341 सेंटर बनाए गए। इस परीक्षा के लिए कुल 93,600 उम्मीदवारों ने आवेदन किया। एचसीएस की परीक्षा सुबह और शाम दो सत्रों में सुचारू रूप से संपन्नं हुई। सुबह 10 से 12 बजे तथा सायं 3 से 5 बजे तक परीक्षा का आयोजन हुआ। प्रातः कालीन सत्र में लगभग 46,400 व सांयः कालीन सत्र में लगभग 45,100 परीक्षार्थियों ने परीक्षा दी।

फरीदाबाद के परीक्षा केंद्र में एक गलत पहचान (impersonation) का केस दर्ज किया गया जिसमें एक ऐसा उम्मीदवार बायो मैट्रिक के समय पाया गया जो कि पिछले वर्ष जुलाई 2022 की एचसीएस की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में किसी अलग नाम से उपस्थित हुआ व इस परीक्षा में उसी उम्मीदवार ने किसी और नाम से अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करवाई। इसलिए उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिए उपायुक्त फरीदाबाद को निष्पक्ष जाँच के लिए लिख दिया गया है।

श्री आहूजा ने बताया कि परीक्षा को निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से आयोजित करवाने के लिए प्रत्येक जिले के उपायुक्त को उसके जिले का परीक्षा हेतु ओवरऑल इंचार्ज बनाया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त द्वारा अपने स्तर पर जिले के किसी एक आई.ए.एस./एच.सी.एस अधिकारी को परीक्षा का नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया। नोडल अधिकारी द्वारा अलग से पेपर डिस्ट्रियूबर, फलाईंग स्कवैड आफिसर, डयूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट, स्टेशन ओफिसर व अन्य संबंधित कर्मचारी नियुक्त किए गए ताकि परीक्षा को सुचारू रूप से सम्पन्न करवाया जा सके।

उन्होंने बताया कि सभी परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे और मोबाईल जैमर की निगरानी में परीक्षा हुई। उन्होंने बताया कि एचपीएससी द्वारा निर्धारित रूल-रेगुलेशन की सख्ती से पालना की गई व परीक्षा शान्तिपूर्वक सम्पन्न हुई।

Jammu, May 20, 2023: The Cardiology team at Fortis Mohali led by Dr RK Jaswal, Head of Department and Director of Cardiology and Director – Cathlabs, has given a new lease of life to a 52-year-old Patient who had suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. The Patient was saved by using the most advanced technology – Impella Device in Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD).

Impella is one of the best and latest innovations in the field of cardiology and heart failure. Impella – a miniature heart pump is used to support the heart function during procedures when heart function is low, and multiple stenting is required.

The Patient was rushed to Fortis Mohali after he collapsed while complaining of sudden chest discomfort. Medical examination revealed that he had suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. Though the heart attack had occurred 3-4 hours prior to the Patient’s arrival at the hospital, by the time he reached Fortis Mohali, a major part of his heart, brain, liver and kidneys had become dysfunctional. The Patient was subsequently put on advanced life support – ventilator and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), but his medical condition remained extremely critical. Further, his blood pressure was not improving due to massive damage to the heart muscles (stunning of the myocardium).

Using the advanced technology of Impella device (LVAD), Dr Jaswal was able to restore blood circulation in both arteries of the Patient. The procedure also allowed the heart muscle, kidney and liver to recuperate over the next three days. After stabilization, the Impella Device was removed and functioning of all vital organs was restored. The Patient was discharged subsequently. He has recovered completely and is leading a normal life today.

Discussing the case, Dr Jaswal, said, “A few years ago, patients with similar cardiac conditions, mostly couldn’t survive. Impella Device is the most advanced treatment option available at select hospitals in India including Fortis Mohali. A heart attack is a dire emergency and every minute counts. Any delay in medical intervention can cause irreversible damage to the heart and other vital organs and can prove to be fatal. If a person experiences chest pain, cold sweats, pressure or compression of the chest along with uneasiness, persistent acidity, neck and jaw pain, then immediate medical intervention is required by an experienced cardiologist.”

इस अवसर पर नगर निगम महापौर श्री कुलभूषण गोयल भी उपस्थित थे। इन तीनों भंडारा वैनो का मथुरा से आये हुये भागवत भूषण बाल व्यास श्री भगवान मैया जी महाराज व 108 विद्यवान ब्रह्मणों द्वारा भव्य अष्टोत्तर मंत्रोच्चारण कर वैन को हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने रवाना किया।


उन्होंने बताया कि ये तीनों वैन ट्राईसिटी में गरीब व जरूरतमंद लोगों को मुफ्त में खाना मुहैया करवायेंगी। श्री गुप्ता ने आगे बताया कि श्री माता मनसा देवी सेवक दल धर्मार्थ एवं भंडारा कमेटी (रजि.) द्वारा काफी समय से ट्राईसिटी में गरीब, जरूरतमंद व पीजीआई, सेक्टर-16 अस्पताल, सेक्टर-32 अस्पताल और पंचकूला सेक्टर-6 के नागरिक अस्पताल के मरीजों के लिये मुुफ्त खाने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब कुल मिलाकर इस ट्रस्ट के पास 9 भंडारा वैन उपलब्ध हो जायेंगी। ट्राईसिटी के गरीब व जरूरतमंद लोगों को भंडारा वैन से साफ, सुथरा व स्वच्छ खाना आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि श्री माता मनसा देवी सेवक दल धर्मार्थ एवं भंडारा कमेटी (रजि.) द्वारा कोविड काल में प्रतिदिन हजारों लोगों के लिये खाना, दवाईयां, मास्क और सेनिटाईजर बांटा गया।


श्री गुप्ता ने इसके उपरांत श्री माता मनसा मंदिर में माथा टेक पूजा अर्चना की व महामायी का आशीर्वाद लिया।

Chandigarh bags First Rank in National Water Award 2022

Chandigarh, May 20:- The Ministry of Jalshakti Department of Water Resources , River Department and Ganga Rejuvenation has adjudicated Municipal Corporation Chandigarh First in the Best Urban Local Body Category of the National Water Award 2022.

While sharing this achievement here today, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh said that the Government of India, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation has declared the 4th National Water Award in the year 2022.

She said that the Ground Water Augmentation Awards and National Water Awards were launched in the year 2007 with an objective to encourage all stakeholders including the Non-Government Organization, Gram Panchayats, Urban Local Bodies, Water User Associations, Institutions, Corporate Sector, Individuals etc. for adopting innovative practices of ground water augmentation through rainwater harvesting and artificial recharge, promoting water use efficiency, recycling & re-use of water and creating awareness through people’s participation in the targeted areas resulting in the sustainability of ground water resources development, adequate capacity building amongst the stakeholders etc. considering the fact that surface water & ground water are integral part of the water cycle, it was felt necessary to institute unified National Water Awards with the objective of encouraging the stakeholders to adopt holistic approach towards water resources conservation and management in the country.

She further said that the 1st National Water Awards (2018), 2nd National Water Awards (2019) and 3rd National Water Awards (2020) were successfully organized by the department.

She said that the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh had participated for the first time in the 4th National Water Award in the category of “Best Urban Local Body” for which the cash award of Rs.2 Lakh along with Trophy and citation shall be awarded to the First Rank ULB. Number of Urban Local Bodies across the country has participated for this award. Total 13 number Urban Local Bodies were shortlisted among various participating local bodies under this category.

The Commissioner said that the Ministry sent the team of officers to examine the documents and field inspections i.e various water works, distribution network, T.T.Water network, STPs, Rain water Harvesting Structures, Storm Water Drainage System, Rejuvenated Ponds etc. under Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

She appreciated the good work being done by Engineering Wing of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh in the Water Sector and expressed gratitude towards the citizens of city beautiful for their support and efforts to make the city proud.

हरियाणा अनुसूचित जाति आयोग के चेयरमैन रविंद्र बलियाला ने शनिवार को सिरसा के विधायक गोपाल कांडा के छोटे भाई महान कांडा के निधन पर शोक व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने दिवंगत आत्मा को भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि दी और शांति की कामना की।


चेयरमैन रविंद्र बलियाला ने कहा कि संसार में आना जाना परमात्मा की देन है जिस व्यक्ति ने जन्म लिया है, उसका निधन अवश्य है। मकान कांडा के निधन की क्षतिपूर्ति नहीं की जा सकती। उन्होंने उनकी आत्मा की शान्ति के लिए भगवान से प्रार्थना की। तत्पश्चात चेयरमैन रविंद्र बलियाला ने सरकुलर रोड़ पर जानकी दास ऐंड संस पर पहुचे और व्यापारियों से मुलाकात की।


इस मौके पर विधायक गोपाल कांडा, गोविंद कांडा, अनिल गनेरीवाला, शशीकान्त रोहिल्ला, टेकचंद  मिढा, मोहन लाल नारंग, गोविंद शर्मा, नीरज मरोदीया, गोरव सोनी मौजूद थे।
