मौसम विभाग ने तमिलनाडु के कई हिस्सों में भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई है। इसे लेकर मौसम विभाग ने एक अलर्ट भी जारी किया है।

तमिलनाडु के 15 जिलों में भारी बारिश को लेकर हाई अलर्ट, स्कूल-कॉलेज बंद

मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, तमिलनाडु के उत्‍तर-पूर्व में मानसून वापस आ गया है। जिसकी वजह से अधिकांश जिलों में भारी बारिश हो रही है।

लोगों को प्रशासन की तरफ से आदेश जारी कर दिए गए हैं। बीते मंगलवार को कर्नाटक, केरल और तमिलनाडु के कुछ हिस्सों में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

मौसम विभाग ने कर्नाटक के कुछ हिस्सों के लिए नारंगी और पीले रंग के अलर्ट जारी किया है।

हालांकि, तटीय कर्नाटक के लिए बुधवार तक रेड अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है। पिछले कुछ दिनों से कर्नाटक में मूसलाधार बारिश हो रही है। बीते रविवार को यहां रविवार शाम से सोमवार सुबह तक 58.1 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की। क्यार तूफान की वजह से तमिलनाडु, आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना में बारिश की संभावना है।

Centre for Police Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh organized ‘Shaheedon Ko Naman’ to mark the Police Commemoration Day here today. Prof. Shankarji Jha, Dean University Instructions and Officiating Vice Chancellor,
Panjab University in his address lauded the role of police in maintaining peace and order in the society and joined the students and faculty in paying homage to the brave police martyrs by offering flowers.

Mr. Hemant Kumar, DIG, Border Security Force traced the history of Police Commemoration Day and said that on 21st October, 1959, a patrol party of CRPF was ambushed by the Chinese Army in Hot Springs, Ladakh, in which 10 brave hearts were martyred. Since then this day is commemorated to pay homage to the police martyrs. He motivated the students to join police force in large numbers Prof. Anil Monga, Chairperson (Officiating), Centre for Police Administration while welcoming the guests shared that every year Centre for Police Administration organizes this small event of Blood Donation Camp to pay homage to all those Police Personnel, who sacrificed their lives while performing their duties. He highlighted that the purpose is to create awareness and sensitize the students towards the sacrifices being
made by the Police force.

The event was attended by Prof. M.C. Sidhu, Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Dr. Namita Gupta, Dr. Paramjit Singh Kang, Dr. Gaurav Gaur along with Guest Faculty, Research Scholars and Students of Centre for Police Administration.

करवा चौथ का पर्व इस साल 17 अक्टूबर को आज मनाया जा रहा है।

महिलाएं इस दिन मंगल व रोहिणी नक्षत्र में पति की दीघार्यु की कामना करेंगी। यह संयोग 70 साल बाद आया है।

इस साल व्रत की समयाविधि भी करीब 14 घंटे की रहेगी। करवा चौथ का व्रत इस वर्ष 17 अक्टूबर को है।

ज्योतिषाचार्यों के अनुसार 70 सालों बाद बन रहा शुभ संयोग सुहागिनों के लिए फलदायी होगा। इस बार रोहिणी नक्षत्र के साथ मंगल का योग बेहद मंगलकारी रहेगा।

करवा चौथ शब्द दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना है। पहला तो करवा और दूसरा चौथ। जिसमें करवा का मतलब मिट्टी के बरतन और चौथ यानि चतुर्थी है।

इस दिन मिट्टी के पात्र यानी करवों की पूजा का विशेष महत्व है। करवाचौथ के मौके पर महिलाएं व युवतियों मेहंदी लगवाती हैं।

चतुर्थी को दिनभर व्रत करने के बाद शाम को 16 श्रृंगार से सजकर चंद्रमा को अर्घ्य देती हैं और भगवान गणेश की पूजा करती हैं।

केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा जब से जम्मू-कश्मीर को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा देने वाले आर्टिकल 370 (Article 370) को निरस्त किया गया है तब से ही आतंकी और अलगाववादी संगठनों की हताशा साफ झलक रही है।

अनुच्छेद 370 हटने के बाद पांच दिन से कश्मीर बंद है। इसका सबसे ज्यादा असर कश्मीर के सेब पर पड़ा है।

पिछले पांच दिन में कश्मीर से जम्मू और अन्य राज्यों में होने वाली 2 हजार टन सेब की आपूर्ति रुक गई है। इससे सेब के कारोबारियों को काफी नुकसान हुआ है। खासकर दूसरे राज्यों के कारोबारियों को, जो सेब के पकने से पहले ही कश्मीर के व्यापारियों से सेब के बगीचे खरीद लेते हैं। सेब कश्मीर में तोड़ा भी नहीं जा पा रहा।

भरतपुर के ट्रक ड्राइवर को निशाना बनाने के बाद अब आतंकी और अलगाववादी संगठनों ने नई चाल चली है। लोगों के बीच जहर घोलने के लिए आतंकी और अलगाववादियों ने सेबों का सहारा लिया है।

MCC to allow Mehandi stalls in Community Centers from 15th to 17th October

Chandigarh, October 10:- keeping larger interests of citizens, the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has decided to give permission to the Mehandi stalls inside the Community Centres for ‘Karwachauth’ throughout city from 15^th to 17^th October, 2019.

While sharing about this decision, Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Mayor of Chandigarh said that these permissions will be given in all the community centres subject to the availability throughout Chandigarh. The list of available community centres has been can be seen in the official website of MCC i.e. mcchandigarh.gov.in.

The Mayor said that a meeting of all the senior officers of MCC was called by him here today evening to discus about the permissions to the Mehandi stalls keeping in view the ensuing Karwachauth function on 17^th October. He said that temporary permission will be given to the Mehandi stalls inside the community centres (only in the parking areas and open grounds inside community centre) for three days @ Rs. 200 plus GST as applicable per day.

He said that permission will be given on the spot at the respective community centres by the concerned staff of Municipal Corporation deployed at the venue.

मौसम विभाग के महानिदेशक मृत्युंजय महापात्र (Mrityunjai Mahapatra) ने कहा है कि देश में चार महीने का मानसून का मौसम (वर्षा ऋतु) आधिकारिक रूप से सोमवार को समाप्त होगा है, लेकिन इस बात की संभावना कम है कि अगले हफ्ते इसकी पूरी तरह से विदाई हो जाएगी।

मानसून सत्र की शुरूआत आधिकारिक तौर पर एक जून को हुई थी और 30 सितंबर को समाप्त हो रहा है। मानसून 15 जुलाई को पश्चिमी राजस्थान के गंगानगर पहुंचा जो देश का आखिरी मानसून स्टेशन है।

हालांकि, मानसून ने वापस होने के कोई संकेत नहीं दिये हैं। पांच अक्टूबर तक जारी रह सकता है मानसून मानूसन अब भी राजस्थान, बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश के कुछ भागों में सक्रिय है। महापात्र ने बताया कि गुजरात और राजस्थान के कुछ हिस्सों में कम दबाव वाले क्षेत्र के कारण बारिश हुई है और पांच अक्टूबर तक यह जारी रह सकता है।
