पंचकूला, 4 दिसंबर- केंद्रीय जल शक्ति एवं राज्य मंत्री रत्नलाल कटारिया ने कालका के पीडब्लयूडी के विश्राम गृह में पत्रकारो को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी किसानों को वो कानूनी अधिकार दे रहे हैं जो किसानों को 70 वर्ष पहले ही मिल जाने चाहिए थे, नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार फसलों की एमएसपी में लगातार वृद्धि कर रही है, विपक्षी राजनीतिक पार्टियों की दुकानदारी ना बंद हो जाए, विपक्षी राजनैतिक पार्टियां सिर्फ इसलिए कृषि कानूनों का विरोध कर रही हैं यह शब्द कहे केंद्रीय जल शक्ति राज्य मंत्री रत्नलाल कटारिया ने केंद्र की नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार द्वारा पारित तीन कृषि कानूनों के समर्थन में बोलते हुए कि केंद्रीय जल शक्ति राज्य मंत्री रतनलाल कटारिया ने कहा कि स्वामीनाथन आयोग की जिन सिफारिशों को कांग्रेस सरकार ने वर्ष 2006 में ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया था उन्हें वर्तमान की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने पूरा किया है, केंद्र की मोदी सरकार किसानों की फसलों के मूल्य में लगातार वृद्धि कर रही है, वर्ष 2014 में जब से केंद्र में भाजपा की नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार बनी तब से लेकर आज तक किसानों की गेहूं की फसल का एमएसपी कि 41 प्रतिशत, धान जीरी की फसल का एम एस पी 43ः एमसूर की फसल का 73, उड़द का 40, अरहर का 40, एसरसों का 52, और मूंगफली का 32 एमएसपी ज्यादा किया गया है, केंद्रीय जल शक्ति राज्य मंत्री रतनलाल कटारिया ने कहा कि फसलों के एम एस पी ज्यादा मिलने से किसानों की दशा में काफी सुधार आ रहा है और किसानों को आमदनी ज्यादा हो रही है, केंद्रीय मंत्री कटारिया ने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार शुरू से ही ऐसे कदम उठा रही है जिससे देश में किसानों की आय दोगुनी होगी एप्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने यह सुनिश्चित किया है कि अब तक अपेक्षित ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को अधिक से अधिक बजटीय आवंटन मिले तथा साथ ही उन्होंने कृषि क्षेत्र में व्यापक सुधार कर विश्व वरीयता में इसके सकारात्मक भागीदारी का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया हैए केंद्रीय मंत्री कटारिया ने कहा कि आजादी के 70 सालों में किसानों के सशक्तिकरण के लिए जो कदम कांग्रेस पार्टी ने नहीं उठाए थे, उन कदमों को लागू कर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने विगत 6 वर्षों में साकार किया है, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी कृषि और किसानों के उत्थान के लिए कटिबद्ध होकर कार्य कर रहे हैं और इसी के लिए उन किसानों से संबंधित तीन कृषि कानूनों को लोकसभा से पास किया है, केंद्रीय मंत्री रतनलाल कटारिया ने कहा कि  कृषि सुधार विधायकों में कोई भी प्रावधान ऐसा नहीं है जिससे किसानों को कोई भी नुकसान होने वाला है, लोकसभा द्वारा पारित तीनों कानून कृषि सुधार के विधायक हैं यह किसानों के जीवन में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन लाने वाले हैं, इन के माध्यम से किसानों को स्वतंत्रता मिलेगी, मंत्री रतनलाल कटारिया ने  विपक्ष पर जोरदार हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस का नेतृत्व अपना असर खो चुका है, कांग्रेस पार्टी का नेतृत्व जिन हाथों में है उनकी अपनी पार्टी में ही कोई  नहीं सुनता है, कांग्रेस के नेता देश को गुमराह करने की कोशिश में लगे हुए हैं, केंद्रीय मंत्री  कटारिया ने कृषि सुधार का विरोध करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी की तुलना हाथी के दांत से करते हुए  कांग्रेस पार्टी को चुनौती दी कि कांग्रेस पार्टी को कृषि कानूनों का विरोध करने से पहले अपने घोषणापत्र से मुकरने की घोषणा करनी चाहिए, केंद्रीय मंत्री कटारिया ने कहा कि इन कृषि कानूनों के लागू होने से किसान नई तकनीक से जुड़ेगा, इसके कारण किसानों की आमदनी में बहुत ज्यादा वृद्धि होगी।

पंचकुला, 4 दिसंबर- उपायुक्त श्री मुकेश कुमार अहूजा ने देश में कोविड-19 की वैक्सीन की तैयारियों को लेकर लघु सचिवालय में वैक्सीनेशन के लिए गठित जिला स्तरीय टास्क फोर्स कमेटी की पहली समीक्षा बैठक की।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि टीकाकरण अभियान में सबसे पहले स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से जुड़े लगभग 4649 अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को टीका लगाया जाएगा। इन सभी का कोविड.19 के लिए बनाए गए पोर्टल पर डाटा अपलोड हो चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि इसमें जिला के सभी सरकारी तथा निजी डाक्टर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से जुड़े अन्य स्टाफ आयुर्वेद विभाग का स्टाफ महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग से जुड़ी आंगनबाड़ी वर्कर तथा आशा वर्कर सहित सभी ऐसे नागरिकों का पहले टीकाकरण किया जाएगा जो फ्रंटलाइनर है। उन्होंने कहा कि टीका लगाने वाली टीम का गठन किया गया है तथा इसका आंकड़ा भी कोविड.19 के पोर्टल पर अपलोड हो चुका है।

Singh Badnore, Governor, Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh today laid the foundation stone for augmentation of water storage capacity at Water Works, Sector 39, Chandigarh virtually from Punjab Raj Bhawan in presence of Sh. Manoj Parida, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator while Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Senior Deputy Mayor, Sh. Jagtar Singh, Deputy Mayor, Smt. Gurbax Rawat, area councilor and other councilors and officers were present at the venue, water works, sector 39, Chandigarh.

While addressing the gathering, the Governor said that the Municipal Corporation has supported the improvement of water supply in the city not only putting in place the basic infrastructure necessary for water supply, also it supports capacity building through technical assistance.

He said that the project of enhancing storage capacity of clear water tanks from 15 MG to 17 MG alongwith provision of pumping machinery, recycling pump house and laying of required lines, the Corporation enables the citizens of Chandigarh to get access to safe and clean water 3 times a day.

The Governor said that in order to make full advantage of these new facilities and to utilize them for a long time period, both the authorities and people of Chandigarh will have to put jointly more efforts for the good maintenance of the facilities. He appealed the citizens of Chandigarh to develop a habit of saving water and do not waste it any cost.

While appreciating the devoted work to initiate this project, Sh. Manoj Parida, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator said that the Municipal Corporation is improving the ease of living in the city which includes better water supply, road connectivity, street lights, parks and sanitation facilities. He said that the facilities constructed under the project will be made best use of and improve and enrich the lives of people of Chandigarh.

Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor thanked the Governor and Adviser for extending their regular support to the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh. She said that, when needed, the Governor allotted sufficient budget for the projects of MCC. She also thanked the Member Parliament, Smt. Kirron Kher for her contribution for water supply augmentation and upgradation of water storage capacity in the water works, sector 39.

While briefing about the project, the Commissioner said that at present the available raw water storage capacity at Water Works, Sector 39 is 48 MGD and clear water capacity is 15 MG. This available storage capacity is sufficient to cater only half day city’s water requirement and in case of any breakdown/damage to any of the 4 rising mains (pipes) from Kajauli or any electricity shutdown at Kajauli, it takes approximately one day to get the repairs done resulting in water crises in the city. But with the proposal to create additional raw water storage capacity by remodeling/redesigning of the existing storage tanks and the capacity of seven tanks will be increased, he added.

He said that the height of the tanks will also be increased so as to enhance the existing capacity of raw water tanks from 48 MG to 92 MG. He said that the total cost of the project will be Rs. 39 Crores for which the Chandigarh Administration has provided Rs. 28 Crores and Chandigarh Smart City Ltd. has provided Rs. 11 Crore and the work has been completed in a period of 2 years.

He said that after the completion of this project, the total water storage capacity at Water Works, sector 39 will be 109 MG, which is sufficient to meet the city’s peak daily requirement. He said that the CREST has also made a proposal to install floating solar panels on the raw water tanks which will have a proposed capacity of 12 Mega Watts.

The Department of Life Long Learning and Extension, Panjab University, Chandigarh organized an online webinar to celebrate International Day of Persons with Disability, today.    Dr. Parmjit Singh Kang, Chairperson said that the International Day of Persons with Disability, also called World Disability Day is on the theme “Building Back Better: towards an inclusive, accessible and sustainable post-COVID-19 World”.

            Dr. Kang added that World over, People with Disabilities (PwDs) have been affected “Disproportionately” by the health, social and economic consequences of the global COVID-19 Pandemic, as per UNESCO.  Dr. Kang informed the participants that Panjab University has taken various efforts to facilitate these persons.  By and large all the buildings now have ramps and special and more suitable bathrooms.  He said that they need to be emphathised and facilitated in every way.

            Dr. Dazy Zarabi, Chairperson of the Department said that in continuation of Ongoing Remediation Center which the department has started recently, this day brings parents of special children, special educators, counselors, faculty, research scholars and students of the department together to observe the day.

            The main speaker of the day was Dr. Sarojini  Johri an Alumni of Panjab University who did her PhD in Bio-Physics and worked in the field of microbial biotechnology for more than 30 years shared her Sahaj Yoga experiences with the participants. Dr. Sarojini stressed that mental silence leads to better physical and mental health and is a different consciousness state. She further said that Yoga offers families an effective management tool for family oriented treatment of children with ADD and ADHD.

            The second Speaker was Dr. Mithila Bagai, an Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. She was the core member of the drafting committee of Delhi School of Journalism, the only institute in the world that offers 5 years of an integrated course of journalism to students. She gave practical experience of doing Sahaj Yoga through online mode. उन्होंने कहा कि बिना देवी देवताओं के आशीर्वाद के तरक्की नहीं हो सकती। भगवान विश्वकर्मा को निर्माण का देवता माना जाता है। उन्होंने देवताओं के लिये अनेक भव्य महल, आलीशान भवन, हथियान और सिंहासनों का निर्माण किया। हिंदु समाज में विश्वकर्मा पूजा का विशेष महत्व है। अगर मनुष्य को शिल्प ज्ञान न हो तो वह निर्माण कार्य नहीं कर पायेगा। निर्माण नहीं होगा तो भवन व इमारते कैसी बनेगी। मशीन, औजार व इमारते न हो तो दुनिया तरक्की की ओर अग्रसर नहीं होगी। सामाजिक आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक विकास के लिये शिल्प ज्ञान होना जरूरी है। मान्यता है कि विश्वकर्मा की पूजा करने से व्यापार में दिन दुगुनी उन्नति होती है। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहरलाल के मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश सरकार ने पिछडा वर्ग के कौशल विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिये अनेेको जनकल्याणकारी योजना और पिछडे आयोग का भी गठन किया हैं इसके अलावा जिला फरीदाबाद में कौशल विकास विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की। इस विश्वविद्यालय से न केवल जांगिड समाज बल्कि हर समाज के लोग शिक्षा लेकर जीवन में आगे तरक्की कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं जांगिड समाज की मदद के लिये हमेशा तैयार रहूंगा।  श्री यादव ने कहा कि मैं अखिल भारतीय यदूवंशी समाज का प्रधान भी हूं और नारनौल के यदूवंशी समाज का प्रधान भी हूं।  हमने नारनौल में धर्मशाला और भवन बनवाये है जिनमें एडमिशन, टैस्ट व इंट्रव्यू के लिये आने वाले विद्यार्थियों के रहने और खाने की और खास तौर पर लड़कियों के लिये उनके टैस्ट, इंट्रव्यू सेंटर पर जाने के लिये दस किलोमीटर तक की मुफ्त यातायात की भी सुविधा भी प्रदान की जाती है।


प्रोग्राम में अति विशिष्ठ अतिथि और पिछडा वर्ग के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष शेरसिंह जांगडा ने बोलते हुए कहा कि मंत्री ओमप्रकाश यादव जी मेरे सहपाठी के साथ साथ दोस्त भी है। हमारे समाज के लोगों का हाथ और नियत दोनों साफ है। इसीलिये हम हरियाणा सरकार और जांगिड समाज के सहयोग से इस भवन को यहां तक पंहुचा पायें है। और मुझे आशा कि सरकार के दूसरे सांसद और मंत्रियों की तरह सामाजिक न्याय अधिकारिता मंत्री ओमप्रकाश यादव जी भी बढ़चढकर इस भवन को आगे ले जाने में हमारी मदद करेंगे और एक दिन ये भवन पंचकूला की दूसरी इमारतों से भी अच्छा नजर आयेगा।

पंचकूला, 3 दिसंबर- उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि पंचकूला जिला में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार पंचकूला के दोनों विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की फोटो युक्त मतदाता सूचियों का काम 16.11.2020 से किया जा रहा है जो 15.12.2020 तक किया जायेगा और विशेष संक्षिप्त पुननिरीक्षण का कार्य 1.01.2021 तक किया जाना है।


उन्होंने बताया कि माननीय आयुक्त एवं रोल आब्जर्वर, अंबाला मंडल द्वारा विशेष संक्षिप्त पुननिरीक्षण कार्य का निरीक्षण करने के लिये निर्वाचन आयोग के मार्गदर्शन में 4.12.2020 को 12.30 बजे किया जाना है। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि माननीय आयुक्त एवं रोल आब्जर्वर अंबाला मंडल की अध्यक्षता में पंचकूला जिला के दोनों विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र कालका और पंचकूला के संबंधित निर्वाचन पंजीयन अधिकारी/सहायक निर्वाचक पंजीयन अधिकारियों और सभी राजनैतिक दलों (राष्ट्रीय/राज्य मान्यता प्राप्त) के जिला प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक का आयोजन किया जायेगा। बैठक के दौरान माननीय आयुक्त एवं रोल आब्र्जवर अंबाला मंडल द्वारा आम जनता से मतदाता सूची से संबंधित सुझाव भी लिये जायेंगे। ये सुझाव आम जनता माननीय आयुक्त एवं रोल आब्र्जवर अंबाला मंडल के कार्यालय दूरभाष 0171-2601333 और निवास कार्यालय दूरभाष 0171-2600444 पर दिये जा सकते है या बैठक में व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होकर माननीय आयुक्त के समुख अपने सुझाव व इस संबंध में विचार विमर्श किये जा सकते है।

Panjab University, Chandigarh, on the basis of  instructions of Director, Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration has issued guidelines for B.Ed Admissions for Colleges of Education ,situated in Chandigarh only and affiliated to Panjab University .  There is 10 per cent reservation for the economically weaker section (EWS) for admission to city colleges. Those candidates belonging to the EWS from across India will get 10 per cent reservation over and above the sanctioned intake for admission to B.Ed. course in UT Colleges. Such candidates can send their application to the Coordinator B.Ed. Admissions along with supporting documents as per instructions given below:

         The Applications are invited from the Candidates belonging to EWS category only.

         The candidates applying under EWS category cannot be admitted against any other category.

         Candidate has to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 2175/-

         Candidate has to deposit their fee online at https://payonline.puchd.ac.in against the Fee Code “M0120”.

         In case a candidate who wishes to apply under this category, but has already paid the Application Fee, need not pay the fee again (mention your previous application no.).

         Candidate has to attach all the Certificates in support of their claims such as 10th DMC, Graduation and Post Graduation (if any) DMC, EWS Certificate, Fee Slip

         Candidate is required to send all the documents in single pdf file to the Email ID [email protected] on or before last date.

         The Candidate must read the prospectus for information about the course, eligibility and subject combinations.

पंचकूला, 2 दिसंबर- पंचकूला के कोट गांव में दो करोड़ की लागत से तैयार हुए सिवरेज टरिटमेंट प्लांट का हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने उद्घाटन किया। इस प्लांट को अभी ट्राईल बेसिस पर शुरू किया गया है। जिले में अटल नवीनीकरण और शहरी परिवर्तन मिशन के अंतर्गत बनने वाले सभी 8 प्लांट 31.03.2021 तक बनकर तैयार हो जायेंगे।

श्री गुप्ता ने बताया कि सिवरेज टरिटमैंट प्लांट के बनने से पंचकूला जिला के सभी गांवों के लोगों को इससे लाभ मिलेगा। अटल नवीनीकरण और शहरी परिवर्तन मिशन के अंतर्गत बनने वाले 8 सिवरेज टरिटमेंट प्लांटों का 17.04.2018 को विधिवत उद्घाटन हुआ था। और ये सभी प्लांट तय समय पर बनकर तैयार हो जायेंगे। सरकार ने बरवाला और रायपुररानी में बिजली पानी और लोगों के लिये पुल बनवाकर सरकार ने बरवाला व रायपुररानी में काफी विकास कार्य किये है। पुल के बनने से लोगों की समय और धन दोनों की बचत होगी। पुल बनने से पहले ग्रामीणों को 6, 7 किलोमीटर घूम कर आना पड़ता था। पुल के बनने से उस मुश्किल से ग्रामीणों ने निजात पाई है। हरियाणा सरकार जिले में बिना किसी भेद भाव के विकास कार्य करवा रही है।


नगर निगम के एक्शन संजीव गुप्ता ने बताया कि अटल नवीनीकरण और शहरी परिवर्तन मिशन के अंतर्गत बनने वाले 8 सिवरेज टरिटमेंट प्लांट पर काफी तेजी से काम चल रहा है। इन सभी सिवरेज टरिटमेेंट प्लांट को 31.03.2021 तक पूरा कर लिया जायेगा।  कोट गांव के टरिटमेंट प्लांट को अभी ट्राईल रन पर रखा जायेगा और बाद में जिला के 8 प्लांट में से आधे बनकर तैयार हो गये है और बाकि को तय समय में पूरा कर लिया जायेगा।
