पंचकूला 11 सितंबर। महिला एव बाल विकास विभाग, पंचकुला द्वारा पोषण माह के तहत आगंनवाडी केंद्र ,मौली ,रायपुर रानी में कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया I जिसके तहत जिला संयोजन ( पोषण अभियान ) के द्वारा मिलेट्स के बारे में आगंनवाडी कार्यकर्ताओं ,उपस्थित महिलाओ एवं बालिकाओं को पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान की गई कि किस प्रकार हम मिलेट्स को अपने आहार में शामिल करके अपने स्वास्थ्य में वृद्धि कर सकते है I
उन्होंने बताया कि मिलेट्स कितने प्रकार होते है व् उनके क्या लाभ है I मिलेट्स को मुख्यत दो भागो में बांटा गया है ;- 1 मोटे अनाज 2 गौण मोटे अनाज I मोटे अनाज के अंतर्गत ज्वार ,बाजरा व रागी को शामिल किया गया तथा गौण मोटे अंनाज में कंगनी , कोदो , कुटकी , सावां एव मुरात को सामिल किया गया है I मिलेट्स फाइबर , प्रोटीन , विटामिन एवं खनिज के मुख्य स्त्रोत होते है I मिलेट्स के प्रयोग से पेट संबंधित कई बीमारियाँ जैसे :- गैस बनाना, अपच, कब्ज आदि समस्याओं से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता क्योकि मिलेट्स फाइबर से भरपुर होते है जिससे उन्हें पचाना आसान होता है I मिलेट्स में कैल्शियम भी उच्च मात्र में जाता है जो हमारी हड्हियो को मजबूत करता है I मिलेट्स का सेवन वजन को भी नियंत्रित करता है व खून की कमी को भी दूर करने में मदद करता हैI मोटे अनाज के उपयोग से शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता का विकास होता है I रक्तचाप को भी नियंत्रित करने में मिलेट्स महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते है I जिला संयोजक द्वारा बाजरे से बनने वाली कई रेसिप को विस्तार से बताया गया जैसे :-बाजरे की खिचड़ी , बाजरे के लड्डू, बाजरे का उपमा एवं बाजरे का रायता इत्यादि ताकि उपस्थित सभी महिलाऐं इन रेसिप को बना सके व मिलेट्स से मिलने वाले लाभ से अपने व अपने परिवार को पूर्ण रूप से स्वस्थ बना सके I

पंचकूला, 11 सितंबर। पंचकूला के उपायुक्त सुशील सारवान के दिशा-निर्देशों की पालना में आज नगराधीश राजेश पूनिया ने प्रातः लगभग 9ः15 बजे सेक्टर- 2 पंचकूला स्थित खाद्य एवं पूर्ति नियंत्रण विभाग में छापेमारी करते हुए स्टॉफ की उपस्थिति को लेकर चेकिंग की। इस दौरान 17 में से 13 अधिकारी व कर्मचारी अनुपस्थित मिले। इसे लेकर उपायुक्त द्वारा अनुपस्थित अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को कारण बताओं नोटिस जारी किया गया।
इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए उपायुक्त सुशील सारवान ने बताया कि जिला में सभी विभागों के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को समय पर आने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इन आदेशों की पालना सभी के लिए अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने कहा कि लघु सचिवालय के अलावा अन्य सरकारी कार्यालयों में नियमित रूप से चैकिंग अभियान चलाया जाएगा। सभी जिला कार्यालयों के प्रमुखों को पहले ही अपने कार्यालयों में 9 बजे उपस्थित होने के लिए आदेश दिए जा चुके हैं। इसके बावजूद भी यदि कोई अधिकारी अथवा कर्मचारी अनुपस्थित पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्यवाही होना तय है। उन्होंने कहा कि नियम सबके लिए समान है और नियमों की अवहेलना करने वालों से जिला प्रशासन सख्ती से निपटेगा। ऐसे मामले में जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति अपनाते हुए कार्ययोजना तैयार की गई है।
गौरतलब है कि नगराधीश राजेश पूनिया आज प्रातः करीब 9ः15 बजे अचानक जिला खाद्य एवं पूर्ति नियंत्रक विभाग में पहुंच गए। इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी अपनी सीट से गैर हाजिर मिलें। इस मामले का कड़ा संज्ञान लेते हुए नगराधीश ने मौके पर अनुपस्थित स्टॉफ की गैर हाजिरी लगाते हुए उपायुक्त के समक्ष अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने को कहा। उपायुक्त द्वारा कार्यालयों में सभी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को ठीक 9 बजे उपस्थित होने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह चैकिंग अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा और नियमानुसार अनुपस्थित स्टॉफ के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Chandigarh, September 11: – Representing the city of Chandigarh in ISL 2.0, the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today unveiled the official logo for the highly anticipated second season of the Indian Swachhata League (ISL 2.0), organized under the banner of “Swachhata Hi Sewa “
The logo, unveiled by city Mayor Sh. Anup Gupta and Municipal Commissioner Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, in the presence of other Municipal Corporation senior officers, underscores the Corporation’s commitment to cleanliness and the spirit of the Swachhata Hi Sewa.
While speaking about ISL 2.0, the Mayor said that the logo for Chandigarh Challenger’s – Phir se, representing the city of Chandigarh in ISL 2.0, embodies the team’s determination and dedication to fostering a cleaner and greener environment. With its bold colors and striking design elements, the logo symbolizes the team’s unwavering spirit and their pledge to bring about positive change through their participation in the Indian Swachhata League.
The Indian Swachhata League 2.0, scheduled to take place from 15th September to 17th 2023, will build upon the success and momentum of its previous season. It aims to engage and empower the youth to actively participate in cleanliness drives and promote the vision of a garbage-free India. The league will bring together teams from various cities, including Chandigarh Challenger’s – Phir se, to compete, collaborate, and drive change through their collective efforts.
He expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming season, stating, “With the launch of the Chandigarh Challenger’s – Phir se team logo, we embark on a remarkable journey towards a cleaner and healthier Chandigarh. Through ISL 2.0, we aim to ignite a sense of civic responsibility and encourage citizens to actively contribute to the Swachh Bharat Mission.”
Municipal Commissioner Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, added, “The MCC is proud to launch Chandigarh Challenger’s – Phir se and their endeavors towards creating a sustainable and hygienic environment. We believe that the participation in the Indian Swachhata League will inspire citizens to adopt cleaner practices in their everyday lives.”
As the countdown to ISL 2.0 begins, the MCC invites everyone to join hands with the Chandigarh Challenger’s – Phir se team and become agents of change in building a cleaner and greener India.
Additionally, the MCC would like to highlight the upcoming Swachhata Pakhwada, which will commence on 15th September 2023. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MOHUA) and the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS) will organize the annual Swachhata Hi Sewa (SHS) fortnight from 15th September to 2nd October 2023, as a prelude to the Swachh Bharat Diwas on 2nd October 2023. This year’s theme for SHS is “Garbage Free India.”
SHS-2023 celebrations will include the following components:
– Fortnight-long cleanliness drives as part of Swachhata Hi Seva
– The second season of the Indian Swachhata League (ISL 2.0) on 15th September 2023 to mobilize youth-led Swachhata activities
– SafaiMitra Suraksha Shivir to ensure the well-being of sanitation workers through various government schemes and health check-ups from 18th to 25th September 2023.
