परिवार पहचान पत्र में अब सदस्यों को जोडऩे व हटाने के लिए नागरिक अब ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं, इसके उपरांत आवेदन सत्यापन के लिए ऑनलाइन रूप में विभाग के पास जाएगा और विभाग के सत्यापन के बाद ही सदस्य को परिवार पहचान पत्र में जोड़ा या हटाया जा सकेगा।

उपायुक्त पार्थ गुप्ता ने बताया कि जन्म होने पर नया सदस्य जोडऩे के लिए नागरिकों को जन्म प्रमाण पत्र दिखाना होगा। शादी उपरांत सदस्य जोडऩे के लिए विवाह पंजीकरण दर्ज करवाना जरूरी होगा, इसके अतिरिक्त जिन नागरिकों में अकेले का परिवार पहचान पत्र बनवाया हुआ था। विभाग ने सत्यापन के दौरान पाया कि यह नागरिक अकेला नहीं है बल्कि परिवार के साथ रहता है। उनको अपने परिवार के परिवार पहचान पत्र में खुद को जोडऩे के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। इसके लिए अतिरिक्त अगर गलती से परिवार का कोई सदस्य किसी अन्य परिवार पहचान पत्र में जुड़ा हुआ है तो वह ओटीपी द्वारा अपने परिवार के परिवार पहचान पत्र में जुड़ सकता है।

सदस्य की हरियाणा से बाहर शादी होने पर को परिवार पहचान पत्र से हटाने के लिए विवाह पंजीकरण दर्ज करवाना जरूरी होगा और विवाह पंजीकरण के आधार पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है। 

नागरिक संसाधन सूचना विभाग के जिला मैनेजर रविंद्र कुमार द्वारा जोनल मैनेजर की इसके लिए अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त कम नागरिक संसाधन सूचना विभाग सिरसा में ट्रेनिंग करवा दी गई है। नागरिक सदस्य जुड़वाने तथा हटवाने के लिए जिला के सभी बीडीपीओ कार्यालयों में स्थापित हैल्प डेस्क पर जा कर अपना कार्य करवा सकते है।

उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग के संज्ञान में आया था कि कुछ ऑपरेटरों द्वारा नागरिकों को गलत परिवार पहचान पत्र में जोड़ / हटा दिया जाता था जिसके कारण नागरिकों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता था। इस पर विभाग ने अब सदस्यों को कागजात के आधार पर जोडऩे अथवा हटाने के लिए जोनल मैनेजर को सत्यापन की सुविधा प्रदान की है ताकि सही सत्यापन होने के बाद ही सदस्य जोड़े व हटाए जा सके।

CRIKC Shodh Samvad on Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence

Chandigarh Region Innovation and Knowledge Cluster (CRIKC) mandate is to use science, technology and innovation for socio-economic change and one of its initiatives is “Shodh Samwad i.e. Research Forum” which is a platform to encourage young budding scientists to showcase their research to general society as a whole and provides initiative for collaborations and fostering partnerships among various research groups. This is the 5th  event in the series of Shodh Samwad which was organized on the theme “Machine Learning: Methods and Approach”. The stage was set rolling by the expert talk by Prof. Prabha Garg from Pharmaco-informatics NIPER, Mohali where she discussed various applications in which biology can collaborate with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). She also highlighted how to use various algorithms for different kinds of data. Prof. Veena Puri from Bioinformatics Panjab University introduced everyone with a glimpse of her research on making precision medicines unique to a patient suffering from a particular disease. The event proceeded with a presentation delivered by two research scholars from the University of North Texas, Sarah Beaver and Yashu Vashishath where they enlightened the audience about various kinds of Machine Learning and their applications. They also explained about their research and various methodologies that they use like in making audiograms for cochlear implants and prediction of MCI state in Alzheimer’s disease patients. The research scholars from various CRIKC institutes interacted with the guests and made a fruitful session at global level. The CRIKC coordinator Prof. Gaurav Verma concluded the session by felicitating the guests.

MCC starts ‘Rupee Store’ at Community Centre EWS houses, Dhanas

With a aim to start ‘Rupee Stores’ throughout city, where required, the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today started new ‘Rupee store’ at Community Centre, EWS houses, Dhanas.

Promoting the concept of 3R i.e. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and use the items collected to help the needy people in the city, the Mayor, Chandigarh Sh. Anup Gupta inaugurated the store today in the presence of Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Sh. Ram Chander Yadav, area councilor, other prominent persons of the area and officers of MCC.

Aims to encourage the practice of following 3R and also, help people in need, where people can buy any item whether it is bed sheet, ladies suits, gents trousers and shirts just @ Rs. 1/- per item.

While speaking on the occasion, the Mayor said that the MCC has started permanent RRR centre at New Bridge Market, near Jagat cinema, Sector 17, where citizens can bring their reusable items to donate.

He said that after cleaning, repairing and refurbishing the old items collected at permanent RRR centre at sector 17, these type of Sales will be organized in different parts of city so that the needy may buy good quality usable items near to them by spending Rs. 1 only.

पंचकूला, 10 जून हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता आज पंचकूला के गांव रत्तेवाली में लगभग एक करोड से होने वाले 2 किलोमीटर लंबीे सडक की रिकारपेटिंग के कार्य का नारियल तोडकर  शुभारंभ   किया।


इस अवसर पर जेजेपी के जिला अध्यक्ष दिलबाग नैन भी उपस्थित थे।


हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने ग्रामीणों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि रिकारपेटिंग होने से गांववासियों व आने जाने वाले लोगों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होने बताया कि इस क्षेत्र में 8 सडके बनने के लिए लगभग 28 करोड की राषि भी मंजूर की जा चुकी हैं, इन 8 सडको का कार्य भी जल्द ही षुरू होगा। उन्होने बताया कि सरकार ने पिछले 9 सालों में पंचकूला के लिए लगभग 5000 करोड के विकास कार्य करवाएं हैं। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल के नेतृत्व में सबसे गरीब आदमी के उत्थान के लिए भी प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होने बताया कि पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय का गरीब व्यक्ति को सबके बराबर में लाकर खडा करना है और देष में समरसता व भाईचारे को बढाना ही उनका सपना था। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने पूरे भारत में 8 करोड षौचालय बनवाए और भारत के किसानों के खातों में सीधे 6000 रूप्ये जनधन योजना के माध्यम से डलवाने का कार्य किया हैं और हर घर में नल से जल पहुंचाया है और उज्जवला योजना के तहत महिलाओं को 3 करोड गैस सिलेंडर बांटे गए। उन्होने बताया कि युवाओं को स्टार्ट अप देने के लिए बिना ब्याज के 10 लाख रूप्ये का लोन दिया जाता है ताकि युवा स्वावलंबी बन सके।
उन्होने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार ने बुढापा पैषन, विधवा, दिव्यांग  पैंषन 2750 रूप्ये हर महिना पैंषनधारक के खाते में दी जा रही है, जबकि कांग्रेस सरकार में ये सभी पैंषन 750 रूप्ये थी। उन्होने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार ने नौकरियों में पारदर्षिता लाते हुए हरियाणा के युवाओं को मंेरिट के आधार पर नौकरियां दी। उन्होने बताया कि पूर्व की सरकारों में नौकरियां बेची जाती थी। उन्होने बताया कि आज लडकियां किसी भी मायने में लडकों से पीछे नहीं हैं, पंचकूला के 8 बच्चें आईएएस  और एचसीएस में सलेक्ट हुए हैं और 3 बेटियों का आईएएस में चयन हुआ हैं। ये हम सभी के लिए गर्व की बात है।
हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष  ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के अथक प्रयासों से विदेषों में भारत की साख बढी हैं और अमेरिका व आस्टेªलिया जैसे षक्तिषाली देषों के राश्ट्रपति व प्रधानमंत्री भी हमारे प्रधानमंत्री का गर्मजोषी से अभिवादन व उनके नेतृत्व की तारिफ करते हैं। उन्होने बताया कि पहले हम विदेषों से सामान मंगाते थे जिससे हमारा पैसा विदेषों में जाता था। आज 80 प्रतिषत मोबाईल और अन्य कई सामान भारत में बनते है। जिससे हमारा पैसा विदेषों में जाने की बजाय भारत में ही विकास कार्य करने के लिए काम में लाया जाता है और हमारा देष आर्थिक रूप से और ज्यादा मजबूत हुआ हंै आज मेक इन इंडिया अभियान के तहत भारत में हेलिकाप्टर व रक्षा के बडे बडे सामान बनाए जाते हैं।


हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने गांव रत्तेवाली में बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता श्री रामकरण का उनके घर जाकर हालचाल जाना और उनके जल्द स्वस्थ हो जाने की कामना की।

Event on World Ground Water Day and Water Conservation under “Haryana Uday” held

Panchkula, June 10 – An event focused on World Ground Water Day and raising awareness about Water Conservation was organized under the “Haryana Uday” initiative. The event took place at Nanakpur Amritsarovar and was attended by official from the Panchayat Department and the Public Health and Engineering Department.
  During the event, participants actively engaged in planting fruit-bearing and other shady plants. Employees from both departments, along with panchayat members and villagers, joined hands to contribute to this initiative. People were also educated about the significance of planting saplings on occasions such as festivals and during the monsoon season as well as taking care of them.
  Similarly, as part of the event, saplings will be planted in public areas of each village during the monsoon season, aiming to provide villages with cleaner air and enhance their overall beautification. It is the responsibility of each individual to increase tree plantation efforts and make conscious efforts to conserve water.
  On this occasion, the Junior Engineer from the Public Health Department motivated attendees to save water and highlighted its importance. Those present at the event included Mr. Mehar Singh from the Block Office Pinjore, Social Education and Panchayat Officer Mr. Ravi Prakash, Mr. Harpal Singh Assistant, Junior Engineer of the Public Health Department Mr. Labh Singh, Sarpanch Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Panch Mr. Makhan Singh, panchayat members and others.
  The primary objective of the Haryana Uday initiative is to organize events that address various social concerns such as cleanliness, sports, plantation, and cultural activities. In addition to raising awareness, the program focuses on facilitating public dialogues, providing prompt solutions to community issues through community policing, and conducting outreach programs
