Tree Plantation drive at Garden Sector 22
Chandigarh, July 14:- Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Senior Deputy Mayor and area councilor of ward No. 3 started tree plantation drive at Park near house No. 2171, sector 22-C, here today.
During the drive different type of saplings were planted including Sita Ashoka, Kachnaar, Neem, Amla, Janum, Chakrassia, Guava, Mango and Saraca Indica etc in the garden.
Sh. Pritpal Singh, Executive Engineer, Horticulture wing, MCC, Preident, General Secretary and other office bearers of Resident Welfare Association were also present during the occasion and also planted various shrubs and flowering plants in the garden.
