चंडीगढ, 12 जुलाई  – हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसानों को ऑर्गेनिक खेती करने के लिए प्रेरित करने हेतु प्रशिक्षण देने का कार्य किया जा रहा है ताकि किसान ऑर्गेनिक खेती को अपनाकर अपनी आय में इजाफा कर सकें। 

मुख्यमंत्री आज पिंजौर के यादवेंद्र गार्डन में 31 में मांगो मेला में लोगों को संबोधित कररहे थे।  

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने मुख्य प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर रूझान बढ़ाने के लिए अलग से बजट का प्रावधान किया गया है।  राज्य सरकार भी इस उद्देश्य को आगे बढ़ा रही है।  उन्होंने कहा कि मेले के माध्यम से  किसानों को ऑर्गेनिक खेती के लिए आधुनिक तकनीक को अपने का मौका मिलेगा और प्रदेश के लोगों को प्रदेश के लोगों को स्वच्छ शुद्ध स्वच्छ शुद्ध खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध हो सकेगी।  उन्होंने किसानों से अनुरोध किया कि वे ऑर्गेनिक खेती को अपनाएं और अपने और नागरिकों के जीवन में  खुशहाली लाएं। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा हर साल मैंगो मेले का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस मेले में लोगो को अनेक प्रकार के आमों के उत्पाद  लेने का अवसर मिलेगा। मेले में 300से अधिक किस्मों के आम देखने को मिले जिससे उन्हें बड़ी खुशी की अनुभूति हुई है। हिमाचल की सुंदर वादियों में आमों के क्षेत्र में अलग ही नजारा देखने को मिलता हैं। 

मुख्यमंत्री का बंचारी के ढोल नगाड़ा पार्टी एवम बीनवादकों ने भव्य स्वागत किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने मेले में लगाई गई आम की हर स्टॉल एक अवलोकन किया और उनके बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी ली।  मुख्यमंत्री ने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होकर प्रतिभागियों को सम्मानित किया। उन्होंने प्रसिद्ध  म्यूजिशियन वादक सुभाष घोष को स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया। 

पर्यटन मंत्री कंवर पाल ने कहा कि इस मेले में हरियाणा, यू पी, पंजाब, हिमाचल सहित कई राज्यों के किसान आम की किस्में लेकर आते है जिससे आपसी आदान प्रदान भी होता है और किसानों भी नई जानकारी हासिल होती है। इसके अलावा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का भी लोग आनंद उठाते है। विभिन्न प्रकार की स्कूली बच्चों की प्रतियोगिताएं भी आयोजित करवाई जाती है। 

*शिल्प बाजार में हथकरघा और हस्तशिल्प का हुआ प्रदर्शन*

महलों, प्राचीरों और गढ़ों पर विशेष रोशनी से उद्यानों को रोशन किया गया। इन विशेष लाइटों का उपयोग बिजली बचाने और चल रही ‘गो ग्रीन’ पहल में योगदान देने के लिए किया गया। भारतीय स्ट्रीट फूड के साथ-साथ पंजाब के स्वाद, दक्षिण की सूक्ष्म सुगंध और चाईनीज के प्राच्य स्वाद सहित मुंह में पानी लाने वाले व्यंजन परोसने के लिए एक बहु-व्यंजन फूड कोर्ट भी लोगो के लिए मनोरंजन का साधन रहे। 

इसी प्रकार शिल्प भी बाजार मेले का एक और अतिरिक्त आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहा जिसमे लोगो ने बहुत ही खरीददारी की । शिल्प बाजार में, हरियाणा, पंजाब, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू और कश्मीर, राजस्थान आदि के शिल्पकारो बुनकरों द्वारा हथकरघा और हस्तशिल्प का प्रदर्शन और बिक्री रही।

*विभिन्न 300 किस्मों के आमों का प्रदर्शन*

मैंगो मेला में आम व आम से बने उत्पादों को प्रदर्शित करने 500 विभिन्न किस्मों का प्रदर्शन किया गया। आम की प्रमुख वाणिज्यिक किस्में जो मेले में प्रतिस्पर्धा कर रही हैं, उनमें दशहरी, चौसा, लंगड़ा, अमरपाली, बॉम्बे ग्रीन (मालदा), रतोल, मलिका, अंबिका, रामकेला आदि शामिल हैं। इस मेले में देश भर से बड़ी संख्या में आम उत्पादक भाग लिया और आम की विभिन्न किस्मों का प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। 

*स्कूली छात्रों के बीच हुई प्रतियोगिताएं होंगी आयोजित*

मेले के 31वें संस्करण में विभिन्न गतिविधियां, प्रतियोगिताएं और संध्या के सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम हुए। मेले की शुरुआत में छात्रों ने रंगोली, ड्राइंग, पोस्टर मेकिंग और मैंगो क्विज जैसी प्रतियोगिताओं में हिस्सा लिया। 

मेले में विभिन्न कलाकारों द्वारा नगाड़ा पार्टी, जंगम पार्टी, बिगपाइपर ग्रुप, बीन पार्टी, इकतारा पार्टी, बहुरूपदर्शक नृत्य और गायन प्रदर्शन के साथ सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम देखने को मिला। 

*आगे ये होंगे कार्यक्रम*

मेले के दूसरे दिन 13 जुलाई को सुबह 10.00 बजे से गतिविधियों का नया दौर आयोजित किया जाएगा। छात्रों के लिए ग्रुप डांस, कहानी लेखन प्रतियोगिता, स्लोगन, नेल आर्ट, हैंड राइटिंग जैसी प्रतियोगिताएं होंगी। बाद में सायं 6.30 बजे बाॅलीबुड सनसनी विनोद राठौर अपनी प्रस्तुति देंगे। 

तीसरे दिन यानी 14 जुलाई को स्कूल की प्रतियोगिताएं जैसे ग्रुप गायन, ड्राइंग, बेस्ट आउट आॅफ वेस्ट प्रतियोगिता, महेंदी प्रतियोगिता और मैंगो ईटिंग प्रतियोगिताएं जारी रहेंगी। सायं के समय पंजाबी गायक अशोक मस्ती और गुरप्रीत घुग्गी द्वारा रिब गुदगुदी शो के प्रदर्शन से माहौल खुशनुमा होगा।

इस अवसर पर ए सी एस कला रामचंद्रन, प्रधान सचिव नवदीप सिंह वर्क,  उपायुक्त डा. यश गर्ग, डी सी पी हिमाद्रि कौशिक,, एस डी एम लक्षित सरीन सहित कई अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Chandigarh, July 09:- Due to urgent repair the leakages in the 1200 mm diameter MS pipeline of phase I & II (two on each line) near village Maloya and replacement of four expansion joint in Phase I & II pipeline. Due to this work shut down for 36 hours is required. During this shut down period, the pumping of raw water from Phase _I & II from Water Works Kajauli to Water Works Sector 39 will be suspended. Accordingly, the schedule of water supply timing in the whole the City Chandigarh will be as under:

*Chandigarh, July 08:-* The Finance and Contract committee of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has accorded approval for implementing micro-chipping in stray dogs to conduct dog census and improved Vaccination Management by purchasing 1000 microchips alongwith applicator and 1 reader at an approximate cost of Rs. 4.00 lacs.

The meeting of F&CC was held here today under the Chairmanship of Sh. Kuldeep Kumar, Mayor and attended by Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner and other members of committee namely Smt. Jaswinder Kaur, Sh. Lakhbir Singh, Sh. Ram Chander Yadav, Smt. Taruna Mehta and other senior officers of MCC.

The Committee discussed the terms and conditions of lease deed to be executed between Health Department and Municipal Corporation Chandigarh for construction of Urban Ayushman Arogya Mandir (UAAM) under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission at land measuring 0.3 acre situated in Indra Colony, Manimajra for 99 years on monthly rent of Rs. 2 lacs. The committee recommended the terms & conditions to be presented in the next General House meeting for discussion and approval.

The F&CC discussed the terms and conditions of lease deed to be executed between Director, School Education, Chandigarh Administration and Municipal Corporation Chandigarh for lease of land measuring 4 acres situated in pocket No. 4 & 5, Manimajra for 99 years on monthly rent of Rs. 21.44 lacs. The committee recommended the terms & conditions to be presented in the next General House meeting for discussion and approval.

The Committee discussed the agenda regarding rates, policy guidelines and terms & conditions for booking of commercial grounds i.e. Housing Board, Manimajra, Circus Ground Sector 17 and Exhibition Ground Sector 34, Chandigarh through e-auction for the whole year i.e. 1st January to 31st December every year. The committee members recommended that the detailed terms and conditions be presented before next General House meeting for discussion and final approval. 

The Committee discussed and approved the expenses of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as and when presented by the CA related to the case of M/s Paschatya Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. for the recovery of Rs. 8.35 crores as an outstanding due towards MC Chandigarh.

The members of committee discussed other various important agenda items in detail and accorded approval for the following:

·         Extension in services of hiring of Leachate Sunction Machine for lifting/cleaning of leachat/malba/ sludge from the manholes/road guillies/ drain/ Dumping Ground and discharge the same at STP Maloya, Chandigarh and Leachate Treatment Plant at Dumping Ground, Sector 38, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 32.52 lac for one year w.e.f 07.08.2024 to 06.08.2025.

·         Repair and renovation of Public Toilet block at Sector 37-D, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 16.55 lacs.

·         Construction of toe wall in Green Belt near Community Centre, Sector 56, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 12.70 lacs.

·         Special repair of electrical installations at Cremation Ground in Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 12.91 lacs.

·         Development of parks near #689, Sector 7, # 735, Sector 7 and # 123, Sector 8, Chandigarh for landscaping work i.e. shrubs, decorative plants, ground cover etc at an estimated cost of Rs. 9.45 lacs.

·         Strengthening of sewerage system by providing and laying of new 200 mm (8”) i/d sewer pipeline at Booth Market Sector 11, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 12.61 lacs.

·         Providing decorative light system in market, Sector 30 C&D, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 23.09 lacs.

·         Providing of bridal furniture, chair & podium in Community Centre at Rehabilitation Colony Dhanas & Sarangpur at an estimated cost of Rs. 13.78 lacs.

·         Augmentation of Street light system in DC office and Smart City Parking Sector 17, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 15.07 lacs.

·         Augmentation of street light system on V4 road, Sector 9, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 17.75 lacs.

·         Augmentation of street light system on Elante Mall front and back side road, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 29.33 lacs.

·         Providing and fixing of Gym equipments in Community Centre Milk Colony Dhanas, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 5.74 lacs.

·         The committee accorded approval to rectify the specification two water tankers 6000 liters to 5000 liters capacity which was got passed in 345th meeting of F & CC for procurement of 2 water tankers.

·         Providing and laying cement concrete flooring after dismantling existing damaged tile backside Govt. Model Sr. High School, Sector 35, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.59 lacs.

·         Re-construction of damaged footpath and kerbs on V-4 road in Sector 37, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 8.97 lacs.

·         Providing additional poles on V3 38/38 West from 25/25W/38/38W light point, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 13.11 lacs.

·         AI Imaging in Stray Dogs for conduct of Dog Census and improved Vaccination Management  at an estimated cost of Rs. 5.00 lacs.
