Chandigarh, November 26:- The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today issued chargesheet against Executive Engineer Roads-1 Sh. Ajay Garg, Sub Divisional Engineer B&R Sh. Jagdeep and initiated legal action against Junior Engineer (Retired) Sh. Amrik for illegal road construction in village Faidan Nizampur, U.T. Chandigarh on private land through the Government machinery and funds.

The Chargsheets have been issued by the orders of the Commissioner Municipal Corporation Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS today morning. After conducting a detailed inquiry into the matter, a report has been submitted to the Commissioner in which the rules to use ward development fund including guidelines for selection and execution of WDF scheme framed by the Municipal Corporation has been found to be violated as the land selected for execution of works should be necessarily be Corporation land.

According to the report of Patwari Revenue, Kanungo and Patwari of MCC, the ownership of the land in question of village Faidan Nizampur, UT, Chandigarh has been found private as per the revenue record and does not belong to Government or MC, Chandigarh.

Taking this issue serious, the Commissioner ordered chargesheet under major penalties be issued against the responsible engineers.

हल्का खरड़ के वासियों के साथ बदले की राजनीती कर रही है आम आदमी पार्टी, यह आरोप भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता विनीत जोशी ने लगाए | वीरवार को मंडल प्रधान भाजपा खरड़ पवन मनोचा की हाजरी में पत्रकारों से बात-चित करते हुए जोशी ने आप पार्टी से सवाल किया कि खरड़ के लोगों ने अरविन्द केजरीवाल और भगवंत मान का क्या बिगाड़ा था कि आप का शीर्ष नेतृत्व खरड़ विधानसभा के नागरिकों के साथ बदले की भावना से बाहरी लोगों को खरड़ से अपना प्रत्याक्षी बना रहे हैं |

पहले 2017 में आम आदमी पार्टी ने स्थानीय नेताओं को रोंदते हुए कँवर संधू नाम के एक ऐसे शख्श को अपना उमीदवार बनाया जो चुनाव जितने के बाद अपनी जिमेवारी से भगोड़ा हो गया | खरड़ वासी आपने विधायक को समस्याएं सुनाना तो दूर लोग उसकी शकल देखने को भी तरस गए हैं, इसके लिए जिम्मेवार कौन है ? जोशी ने पूछा |  

स्वयं उत्तर देते हुए जोशी  ने कहा इसके लिए जिमेवार खरड़ के भोले भाले मतदाता नहीं बल्कि अरविन्द केजरीवाल और भगवंत मान हैं जिन्होंने खरड़ के लोगों को बदलाव की राजनीती का नारा दे कर गुमराह किया और चुनाव जितने के बाद पीठ में छूरा घोंप दिया | क्या केजरीवाल की यह ड्यूटी नहीं बनती थी कि खरड़ के विधायक को लोगों की सेवा में हर पल हाजिर रखें |

जोशी और मनोचा ने आगे कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी खरड़ के लोगों के साथ बदलाव की नहीं वास्तव में बदले की राजनीती कर रही है , यही कारण  है कि  भगोड़े विधायक के बाद अब यहाँ मानसा से एक गायिका खरड़ से प्रत्याक्षी बनाई गयी है | अनमोल गगन मान और इसके परिवार ने  मानसा क्यों छोड़ा और आप ने उसे खरड़ से ही क्यों प्रत्याक्षी बनाया इसका जवाब आप और अनमोल गगन को देना होगा और यह भी बताना होगा की अनमोल का आप से कितना पुराना रिश्ता है |

उन्हें बताना होगा की उनकी पार्टी के पास स्थानीय नेतृत्व में से कोई एक भी ऐसा स्थानीय नेता और  कार्यकर्त्ता नहीं है कि  उन्हें मनसा से एक गायिका को खरड़ में लाना पड़ा , जिसका खरड़ और खरड़ के  लोगों के साथ कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं |   क्या स्थानीय नेताओं और कार्यकताओं में इतनी क़ाबलियत नहीं थी की उन्हें 2017 की तरह इस बार भी नकार दिया गया |

Chandigarh, November 25:- Taking a serious note of the irresponsible behavior towards their task, the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh today issued show cause notices to 82 Safaikarmacharis for being absent from duty.

Day before, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh warned all the Chief Sanitary Inspectors and Sanitary Inspectors to remain in field during the morning shift i.e. 7.00 am and during the afternoon shift i.e. at 3.00 pm and ensure proper attendance of the safaikarmacharis besides proper cleaning of their respective areas.

The Commissioner directed the CSIs and SIs to submit daily report of absentee employees and pictorial report of the cleaning of their respective area. Today during the attendance time 95 safaikarmacharis found absent from their duty including 8 regular safaikarmachari, 14 daily wagers and 60 safaikarmacharis from outsourced firms i.e. 3 from M/s RR Enterprises and 57 from M/s Eagle Eye Security & House Keeping Services. The regular employees as well as daily wagers have been issued show cause notice for being absent from duty besides the firms have been served notice for taking action against their employees found absent today as per the conditions of agreement and intimate the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh about the action taken.

प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के संबंध में किसानों को करेगा जागरूक -सुरेंद्र यादव

पंचकूला, 25 नवंबर- कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग के उप-निदेशक श्री सुरेंद्र यादव ने कार्यालय परिसर से प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के प्रचार प्रसार के लिये शुरू किए गए वाहन को झण्डी दिखाकर रवाना किया।

 उन्होंने बताया कि इस वाहन के माध्यम से जिले के हर गांव में प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के बारे में किसानों को बताया जाएगा। साथ ही किसानों को फसल बीमा करवाने से होने वाले लाभ की जानकारी दी जाएगी। रबी 2021-22 में जिला पंचकूला में एग्रीकलचर बीमा कम्पनी कार्यवाहिक कम्पनी है।

  उप कृषि निदेशक ने किसानों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि जिले के हर किसान को इस योजना का लाभ अवश्य लेना चाहिए ताकि फसल पर कोई भी आपदा आने पर किसान के नुकसान की भरपाई की जा सके। इस योजना के तहत किसान को गेहूँ फसल पर 409.50 रूपए  प्रति एकड प्रीमियम देने पर 27300.12 रूपए  प्रति एकड तक, चना फसल पर 204.75 रूपए प्रति एकड प्रीमियम देने पर 13650.06 रूपए प्रति एकड तक, सरसों फसल पर 275.63 रूपए  प्रति एकड प्रीमियम देने पर 18375.17 रूपए प्रति एकड तक, जौं फसल पर 267.75 रूपए  प्रति एकड प्रीमियम देने पर 17849.89 रूपए प्रति एकड तक और सुरजमुखी फसल पर 267.75 रूपए प्रति एकड प्रीमियम देने पर 17849.89 रूपए प्रति एकड की बीमित राशि तक दी जाती है। इससे किसान की फसल पर कोई भी आपदा आने पर बीमा कम्पनी ही किसान को उसके बीमा प्रीमियम के अनुसार फसल का भुगतान करती है। सरकार द्वारा इस योजना को सभी किसानों के लिए स्वैच्छित कर दिया गया है। यह वाहन कृषि विभाग के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के साथ जिले भर में 28 दिनों तक प्रचार-प्रसार कर किसानों को जागृत करने का काम करेगा।
