पंचकूला, 25 मई- राजकीय बहुतकनीकी नानकपुर में  रोटरी व ब्लड बैंक संसाधन केंद्र सेक्टर-37 चंडीगढ़ के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आज रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस रक्तदान शिविर का शुभारंभ संस्थान के विभागाध्यक्ष कंप्यूटर श्री महेंद्र सिंह ने किया।


इस मौके पर रोटरी क्लब संस्थान की तरफ से डॉ विजय कुमार सूदन व डॉ रोली अग्रवाल ने कहा कि मेडिकल साइंस के अनुसार ब्लड डोनेट करने से किसी प्रकार की हानि नहीं होती बल्कि यह स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभदायक होता है। इस शिविर में संस्थान के विद्यार्थियों के अलावा स्टाफ सदस्यों ने भी उत्साहपूर्वक रक्तदान किया। इस रक्तदान शिविर में कुल 106 यूनिट रक्त एकत्रित किया गया।


 आज के शिविर की आयोजका  व संस्थान की ट्रेनिंग व प्लेसमेंट अधिकारी श्रीमती सूक्ष्म गोयल ने इस रक्तदान शिविर में रक्तदान करने वाले विद्यार्थियों व स्टाफ सदस्यों को बधाई दी व रोटरी क्लब की तरफ से सभी डॉक्टर्स व अन्य स्टाफ का धन्यवाद किया।


इस रक्तदान शिविर के सफल आयोजन के मौके पर डॉ प्रधानाचार्य सुनील गुप्ता ने कहा कि इस तरह के रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन  नियमित रूप से हर वर्ष किया जाएगा।

पंचकूला, 25 मई- जिला क्षय रोग कार्यालय पंचकुला द्वारा आज राजकीय पोलिटेकनिक नानकपुर में  प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त अभियान के तहत “टीबी  हारेगा देश जीतेगा“ थीम के साथ सिविल सर्जन डॉ. मुक्ता  कुमार के दिशा निर्देशानुसार निक्षय दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमे सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय की तरफ से  विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के स्क्रीनिंग कैंप लगाये गये।


कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उप  सिविल सर्जन डॉ. मोनिका कौरा (जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी), पॉलिटेक्निक के प्रधानाचार्य श्री सुनील गुप्ता, डॉ परविंदर जीत सिंह व डॉ. सुनील दहिया चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने की।
जिला क्षय रोग पंचकुला डीपीसी  श्रीमती ललिता ने निक्षय दिवस के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2025 तक देश को टीबी  मुक्त बनाना है। डॉ. सुनील दहिया चिकित्सा अधिकारी कालका ब्लाक ने टीबी रोग पर विस्तार से जानकारी साझा करते हुए कहा कि मुजौदा जन समूह को टीबी रोग की गम्भीरता को समझने व जिले को टीबी मुक्त बनाने में अपना योगदान देना चाहिये।  डॉ सुनील ने टीबी के लक्षण, उपचार, रोकथाम व विभिन्न सरकारी योजनायों के बारे में सभी को अवगत कराया। इस संदर्भ में और अधिक जानकारी के साथ डॉ. मोनिका कौरा ने टीबी, एचआईवी कोरिलेशन और कुष्ठ रोग के बारे में सभी को विस्तार से बताया। इस अवसर पर  बच्चों के प्रोत्साहन के लिए टीबी पर क्विज प्रतियोगिता भी आयोजित की गई, जिसमे प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले बच्चों को इनाम भी दिए गये।
 श्री सुनील प्राचार्य राजकीय पोलिटेकनिक की तरफ से बच्चों के लिये नुक्कड़ नाटक“ कालिया खायेगा डॉट्स की गोली “ आयोजित कराया गया।  इस अवसर पर टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत सभी को अपना योगदान देने की शपथ दिलाई गई।


डीपीसी श्रीमती ललिता द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त अभियान में कम्युनिटी स्पोर्ट के तहत टीबी रोगियों को गोद लेकर पोषण किट प्रदान करने की अपील करते हुए जनभागीदारी से समाज के महत्व को दर्शाया। कार्यक्रम के अंत में डॉ. मोनिका ने नुक्कड़ नाटक के प्रतिभागियों को सम्नानित करते हुए “टीबी हारेगा देश जीतेगा” के नारे के साथ निक्षय  दिवस का समापन किया।


 इस मौके  पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग की तरफ से डॉ शिल्पा (डीपीसी), सुश्री उषा, सुश्री नेहा, श्री दिनेश, श्री मानसिंह, श्री जसबीर समेत टीबी, एचआईवी तथा एनसीडी के जाँच कर्मचारियों के अलावा श्री महेंदर सिंह एचओडी, श्रीमती सूक्षम गोयल (टीपीओ) तथा श्री मनोज कुमार (प्रवक्ता सिविल इंजीनियरिंग) व सभी बच्चों ने भाग लिया।

Advanced treatment Mechanical Thrombectomy  can save stroke patients’ lives

Bathinda, May 23, 2023: “In a relief for patients, who suffer acute brain stroke with paralysis of the body, can now have advanced treatment to save their lives only if they get required medical intervention in time. Mechanical Thrombectomy is regarded as the gold standard treatment for brain stroke patients and timely intervention within the golden hour can save them from life-long disability or death”, Dr Vivek Agarwal, Consultant, Neuro-intervention and Interventional Radiology, Fortis Mohali, said on the occasion of World Thrombectomy Day.

While talking to media, Dr Agarwal said that  recently, 82 year old woman, who had suffered a brain stroke with paralysis of left side of her body, got second lease of life due to timely action by the Neuro-Intervention Team at Fortis Hospital Mohali. Medical attention within four hours saved her life as any delay could have proved fatal for the patient.

The most advanced treatment for stroke -Mechanical Thrombectomy was used to treat the patient, the doctors at Fortis hospital said, adding that mechanical thrombectomy is a minimally-invasive procedure that involves inserting a catheter into the brain artery to remove the clot. This allows restoration of blood flow and saves a patient from disability or death by increasing treatment window for some brain stroke patients to up to 24 hours.

“The patient was rushed to Fortis Hospital Mohali on April 30 and medical examinations revealed acute stroke as the blood supply to her brain’s right side had been blocked. The team of doctors led by Dr Vivek Agarwal, Consultant, Neuro-intervention and Interventional Radiology, Fortis Mohali, immediately performed Mechanical Thrombectomy and removed the clot from her brain artery. Following good rehabilitation, her paralysis was treated and she was discharged in just four days after the procedure.

Elaborating on Fortis Mohali as a 24x7Stroke-ready Hospital,Dr Agarwal, said, “Stroke patients should reach the hospital as soon as possible as every second counts. Panchkula, May 23- In a significant step towards enhancing cancer prevention and screenings services, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh Gian Chand Gupta flagged off three Mobile Cancer Prevention Units at PWD Rest House, Sector-1 here today.

This initiative by Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India is aimed at bringing healthcare services particularly cancer prevention services closer to the people residing in villages of the district.

While appreciating the Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India for taking such a unique step, Sh Gupta said that these Mobile Cancer Prevention Units would cover villages and slum areas of the district and make people aware about cancer prevention. Apart from this, screening of people would also be done to detect cancer at the early stage.

Sh Gupta called upon the people not to hide this disease but get timely treatment as cancer is curable if detected at initial stage. He said that due to lack of information, people reach the third or fourth stage of cancer where the treatment of this disease is not possible. Therefore, people should be made aware about cancer prevention and screening so that disease could be treated in time and precious lives of people could be saved.

He said that today lakhs of people in the country are suffering from the serious disease of cancer and the Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India is doing a commendable job by spreading awareness among the people about cancer prevention. He asked the foundation representatives to work in coordination with the District Administration and Health Department to successfully implement this campaign in district Panchkula.

Chairman, Foundation for Community Development and Health Care in India, Dr. Harvinder Singh Bakshi, said that the main objective of this initiative is to make people aware about cancer prevention in the villages of Tricity- Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali. Early detection is crucial in increasing survival rates and reducing the burden of this disease on our society.  He said that by taking cancer prevention and screening services to the doorstep of our citizens, we are making a significant stride towards a healthy India.

He said that  these Mobile Cancer Prevention Units having facility of doctors, nurses and counselors would not only make people aware about cancer prevention, but also provide free of cost palliative care to third and fourth stage cancer patients. Also, medical camps would be organized in villages with the help of concerned Sarpanches for screening of people.

चंडीगढ़ संगीत नाटक अकादमी ने कालीबाड़ी चंडीगढ़ के सहयोग से रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर के जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में शनिवार, 20 मई को उनके नाटक ‘विसर्जन’ को टैगोर थिएटर में प्रस्तुत किया।

कालीबाड़ी चंडीगढ़ की प्रबंध समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रमोद सेन ने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ संगीत नाटक अकादमी ने रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर की उत्कृष्ट कृति के सफल संचालन के लिए हर संभव मदद और सहायता प्रदान की है।

‘विसर्जन’ नाटक उन वीरों को समर्पित है, जो उस समय विश्व शांति के हिमायती हैं, जब युद्ध मानव बलि से छिन्न-भिन्न हो रहा हो। प्रेम और अहिंसा के कारण, यह नाटक मानवता के वास्तविक मूल्य का प्रतीक है। रवींद्रनाथ ने बौद्ध धर्म से प्रेरणा लेते हुए इस नाटक को अहिंसा और प्रेम पर आधारित किया है।

नाटक में, राजा गोबिंदमाणिक्य, त्रिपुरा के शांत, प्रेमपूर्ण, कुलीन और ईमानदार राजा हैं। सदियों पुरानी परंपरा के अनुसार, त्रिपुरास्वरी मंदिर में मानव और पशु बलि देने का क्रम था, जिसे धर्म गुरु रघुपति द्वारा नियंत्रित किया जाता था, जिनका राजा से ऊंचा स्थान है। वह एक शक्तिशाली राजपुरोहित हैं और उनका एक दत्तक पुत्र जय सिंह है।

नाटक में परम्पराओं और प्रेम के बीच निरन्तर संघर्ष होता रहता है। अपर्णा नाम की एक बेसहारा लड़की है, जो जय सिंह के पारंपरिक मूल्यों और संक्षिप्तता को सफलतापूर्वक चुनौती देती है।

जब देवी मां काली, एक सपने में, राजा से बलि (मानव / पशु) की प्रथा को रोकने के लिए कहती हैं, तो यह सब परिवर्तन आता है जो राजा को बदल देता है। पशुबलि बंद करने के आदेश को लागू करते हुए, गंभीर आक्रोश उठ खड़ा हुआ, सबसे अधिक रानी गुणवती द्वारा, जो एक पुत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए सैकड़ों जानवरों की बलि देने के लिए तैयार थी।

नाटक का समापन देवी के विसर्जन से होता है। फिर भी, साथ ही, यह मनुष्य में सभी बुरे गुणों को दूर करने और प्रेम, सम्मान, ईमानदारी और अहिंसा को अपनाने का संकेत देता है।

त्याग के कारण ही रघुपति इस सत्य को अनुभव कर सके कि प्रेम हिंसा से मेल नहीं खाता।

अंत में सबको यह महसूस हुआ कि देवी कहीं नहीं है, बल्कि वह हमारे भीतर ही है।

पंचकूला, 21 मई : एचसीएस व अलाईड सर्विस की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा आज निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न हुई।

हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग के सचिव श्री मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि एचसीएस व अलाईड सर्विस की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा हरियाणा सरकार की अहम परीक्षाओं में से एक है। परीक्षा का आयोजन छः जिलों – अंबाला, पंचकूला, गुरुग्राम, करनाल, फरीदाबाद और कुरुक्षेत्र में हुआ जहां कुल 341 सेंटर बनाए गए। इस परीक्षा के लिए कुल 93,600 उम्मीदवारों ने आवेदन किया। एचसीएस की परीक्षा सुबह और शाम दो सत्रों में सुचारू रूप से संपन्नं हुई। सुबह 10 से 12 बजे तथा सायं 3 से 5 बजे तक परीक्षा का आयोजन हुआ। प्रातः कालीन सत्र में लगभग 46,400 व सांयः कालीन सत्र में लगभग 45,100 परीक्षार्थियों ने परीक्षा दी।

फरीदाबाद के परीक्षा केंद्र में एक गलत पहचान (impersonation) का केस दर्ज किया गया जिसमें एक ऐसा उम्मीदवार बायो मैट्रिक के समय पाया गया जो कि पिछले वर्ष जुलाई 2022 की एचसीएस की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में किसी अलग नाम से उपस्थित हुआ व इस परीक्षा में उसी उम्मीदवार ने किसी और नाम से अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करवाई। इसलिए उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिए उपायुक्त फरीदाबाद को निष्पक्ष जाँच के लिए लिख दिया गया है।

श्री आहूजा ने बताया कि परीक्षा को निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से आयोजित करवाने के लिए प्रत्येक जिले के उपायुक्त को उसके जिले का परीक्षा हेतु ओवरऑल इंचार्ज बनाया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त द्वारा अपने स्तर पर जिले के किसी एक आई.ए.एस./एच.सी.एस अधिकारी को परीक्षा का नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया। नोडल अधिकारी द्वारा अलग से पेपर डिस्ट्रियूबर, फलाईंग स्कवैड आफिसर, डयूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट, स्टेशन ओफिसर व अन्य संबंधित कर्मचारी नियुक्त किए गए ताकि परीक्षा को सुचारू रूप से सम्पन्न करवाया जा सके।

उन्होंने बताया कि सभी परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे और मोबाईल जैमर की निगरानी में परीक्षा हुई। उन्होंने बताया कि एचपीएससी द्वारा निर्धारित रूल-रेगुलेशन की सख्ती से पालना की गई व परीक्षा शान्तिपूर्वक सम्पन्न हुई।

इस अवसर पर नगर निगम महापौर श्री कुलभूषण गोयल भी उपस्थित थे। इन तीनों भंडारा वैनो का मथुरा से आये हुये भागवत भूषण बाल व्यास श्री भगवान मैया जी महाराज व 108 विद्यवान ब्रह्मणों द्वारा भव्य अष्टोत्तर मंत्रोच्चारण कर वैन को हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने रवाना किया।


उन्होंने बताया कि ये तीनों वैन ट्राईसिटी में गरीब व जरूरतमंद लोगों को मुफ्त में खाना मुहैया करवायेंगी। श्री गुप्ता ने आगे बताया कि श्री माता मनसा देवी सेवक दल धर्मार्थ एवं भंडारा कमेटी (रजि.) द्वारा काफी समय से ट्राईसिटी में गरीब, जरूरतमंद व पीजीआई, सेक्टर-16 अस्पताल, सेक्टर-32 अस्पताल और पंचकूला सेक्टर-6 के नागरिक अस्पताल के मरीजों के लिये मुुफ्त खाने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब कुल मिलाकर इस ट्रस्ट के पास 9 भंडारा वैन उपलब्ध हो जायेंगी। ट्राईसिटी के गरीब व जरूरतमंद लोगों को भंडारा वैन से साफ, सुथरा व स्वच्छ खाना आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि श्री माता मनसा देवी सेवक दल धर्मार्थ एवं भंडारा कमेटी (रजि.) द्वारा कोविड काल में प्रतिदिन हजारों लोगों के लिये खाना, दवाईयां, मास्क और सेनिटाईजर बांटा गया।


श्री गुप्ता ने इसके उपरांत श्री माता मनसा मंदिर में माथा टेक पूजा अर्चना की व महामायी का आशीर्वाद लिया।

Chandigarh, May 20:- The Ministry of Jalshakti Department of Water Resources , River Department and Ganga Rejuvenation has adjudicated Municipal Corporation Chandigarh First in the Best Urban Local Body Category of the National Water Award 2022.

While sharing this achievement here today, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh said that the Government of India, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation has declared the 4th National Water Award in the year 2022.

She said that the Ground Water Augmentation Awards and National Water Awards were launched in the year 2007 with an objective to encourage all stakeholders including the Non-Government Organization, Gram Panchayats, Urban Local Bodies, Water User Associations, Institutions, Corporate Sector, Individuals etc. for adopting innovative practices of ground water augmentation through rainwater harvesting and artificial recharge, promoting water use efficiency, recycling & re-use of water and creating awareness through people’s participation in the targeted areas resulting in the sustainability of ground water resources development, adequate capacity building amongst the stakeholders etc. considering the fact that surface water & ground water are integral part of the water cycle, it was felt necessary to institute unified National Water Awards with the objective of encouraging the stakeholders to adopt holistic approach towards water resources conservation and management in the country.

She further said that the 1st National Water Awards (2018), 2nd National Water Awards (2019) and 3rd National Water Awards (2020) were successfully organized by the department.

She said that the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh had participated for the first time in the 4th National Water Award in the category of “Best Urban Local Body” for which the cash award of Rs.2 Lakh along with Trophy and citation shall be awarded to the First Rank ULB. Number of Urban Local Bodies across the country has participated for this award. Total 13 number Urban Local Bodies were shortlisted among various participating local bodies under this category.

The Commissioner said that the Ministry sent the team of officers to examine the documents and field inspections i.e various water works, distribution network, T.T.Water network, STPs, Rain water Harvesting Structures, Storm Water Drainage System, Rejuvenated Ponds etc. under Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

She appreciated the good work being done by Engineering Wing of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh in the Water Sector and expressed gratitude towards the citizens of city beautiful for their support and efforts to make the city proud.

सेक्टर-15 में पंचकूला का सबसे बड़ा आधुनिक सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित सामुदायिक केंद्र जल्द ही पंचकूलावासियों को होगा समर्पित*

पंचकूला, 19 मई- हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने आज सेक्टर-15 में निर्माणाधीन पंचकूला के सबसे बड़े और आधुनिक सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित सामुदायिक केंद्र का दौरा कर निर्माण कार्य की प्रगति की समीक्षा की और इसे 30 जून 2023 तक पूरा करने के निर्देश दिये। लगभग 1.30 एकड़ में बनाये जा रहे इस सामुदायिक केंद्र में बैडमिंटन, टेबल टेनिस, जिम और लाईब्रेरी की भी सुविधा होगी।

इस अवसर पर नगर निगम महापौर श्री कुलभूषण गोयल भी उपस्थित थे।

लगभग 5 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया जा रहा है सामुदायिक केंद्र

श्री गुप्ता ने बताया कि यह सामुदायिक केंद्र लगभग 5 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया जा रहा है। नगर निगम के इस सामुदायिक केंद्र में डिपोजिट वर्क का कार्य हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा रहा हैं। उन्होंने प्राधिकरण के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि सामुदायिक केंद्र के शेष बचे कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करवाया जाये ताकि स्थानीय लोगों को इसका लाभ मिल सके।

नगर निगम द्वारा इस सामुदायिक केंद्र को फूली एसी बनाने की  योजना है

इस दो मंजिला सामुदायिक केंद्र में 500 लोगों की क्षमता वाला बैंकेटहाॅल बनाया गया हैं। इसके अलावा केंद्र में टेबल टेनिस, जिम, लाईब्रेरी के अलावा बैडमिंटन कोर्ट का प्रावधान भी किया गया है। सामुदायिक केंद्र सेक्टर-21, 23, 17, 31 और 6 एमडीसी में हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा एक-एक बैडमिंटन कोर्ट की व्यवस्था की गई है जबकि इस सामुदायिक केंद्र में 4 बैडमिंटन कोर्ट का प्रावधान किया गया हैं। पंचकूला में अभी तक एसी की सुविधा वाला कोई सामुदायिक केंद्र नहीं परंतु नगर निगम द्वारा इस सामुदायिक केंद्र को फूली एसी बनाने की  योजना है। इस सामुदायिक केंद्र में बैडरूम, ड्राईंग रूम, डायनिंग रूम, पैंटरी और ड्रैसिंग रूम की सुविधा वाले दो सूटस भी होंगे। इसके अलावा प्रत्येक सूट में बालकनी की व्यवस्था भी है।

इन सुविधाओं की करी गई है व्यवस्था

हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण के कार्यकारी अभियंता श्री एनके पायल ने श्री गुप्ता को अवगत करवाया कि सामुदायिक केंद्र का निर्माण कार्य तीव्र गति से चल रहा है और इसे 30 जून तक पूरा कर लिया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस सामुदायिक केंद्र में प्रथम तल पर मल्टीपर्पज हाॅल, कमेटी रूम, आॅफिस रूम, किचन, पैंटरी और लिफ्ट की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसी तरह प्रथम तल पर सूटस के साथ साथ टेबल टेनिस रूम, लाईब्रेरी और जिम की व्यवस्था की गई है।

सामुदायिक केंद्र सेक्टर-31 पंचकूला का निर्माण कार्य पूरा
 
श्री एनके पायल ने बताया कि सेक्टर-31 में सामुदायिक केंद्र के भवन का निर्माण कार्य पूरा हो गया है। यह भवन लगभग 4.42 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया गया हैं। इस दो मंजिलीय भवन में बैडमिंटन हाॅल, मल्टीपर्पज हाॅल, कमेटी रूम, ब्राईडल रूम, जिम, टेबल टेनिस रूम, रीडिंग रूम व लाईब्रेरी की व्यवस्था है। इसके अलावा सामुदायिक केंद्र में 50 वाहनों की पार्किंग की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध करवाई गई है।
   
इस अवसर पर पार्षद जय कौशिक, हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण के कार्यकारी अभियंता एनके पायल और प्राधिकरण के अन्य कर्मचारियों सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।
