प्रशासन द्वारा बनाए गए शैल्टर होम मे 08 लोगों को पहुंचाया गया ।
लॉकडाउन के दौरान लगाए गए नाकों पर नाकाबंदी के दौरान 10556 वाहनों का चालान किया गया तथा 211 वाहनों को इम्पाउण्ड किया गया । दिनांक 28.05.2020 को 94 चालान किए गए ।
पुलिस द्वारा लॉकडाउन के दौरान पैट्रोलिंग करने के लिए 14 पैट्रोलिंग वाहनों की व्यवस्था की गई है ।
लॉकडाउन के नियमों की उल्लंघना करने वालों के खिलाफ 147 अभियोग अंकित किए गए है ।
दिल्ली के कारण हरियाणा के एनसीआर क्षेत्र में कोरोना पॉजिटिव केस बढ़ने के रुझान को देखते हुए हरियाणा सरकार ने एक बार फिर दिल्ली की सारी सीमाएं सील करने के का फैसला लेने को मजबूर होना पड़ा है ।
हरियाणा सरकार एक बार फिर से दिल्ली बार्डर को सील करने जा रही है। गृह मंत्री अनिल विज ने इस संदर्भ में आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं। एनसीआर में अचानक संक्रमण बढ़ने के कारण यह आदेश दिए गए हैं। विज ने इस बाबत गृह सचिव को पत्र लिख दिया है।
पत्र में कहा गया है कि दिल्ली के साथ लगते हरियाणा में कोरोना के केस बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। जिसका मुख्य कारण दिल्ली से हरियाणा में बेरोकटोक हो रही एंट्री है।
आप जानते हैं कि पिछले चार-पांच दिन से बल्लभगढ़ फरीदाबाद पलवल झज्जर सोनीपत में कोरोना संक्रमण पॉजिटिव केसीज में लगातार वृद्धि हुई है ।

हरियाणा विधानसभा स्पीकर ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने अपने विचार साझा किए। इस दौरान उन्होंने संकेत दिए है कि पिंजौर में खाली पड़ी एचएमटी की जमीन पर हथियार बनाने की फैक्टरी लगाई जा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि एचएमटी फैक्ट्री की लगभग 800 एकड़ जमीन खाली हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 20 लाख करोड़ का पैकेज दिया गया हैं और रक्षामंत्री राजनाथ ने कहा हैं कि हम आधुनिक हथियार अपने देश में ही बनाएंगे और हथियार बनाने की फैक्ट्रीज लगाएंगे। एचएमटी की इस जमीन पर अगर ऐसी एक फैक्टरी लग जाती हैं तो लोगों को रोजगार के अवसर भी मिलेंगे और जिले का विकास भी होगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि पंचकूला में डंपिंग ग्राउंड की बड़ी समस्या था, जिस पर तेजी से कार्य करने के लिए टेंडर कर दिए गए हैं, ताकि काम जल्द शुरू हो सके। उन्होंने बताया कि पंचकूला के लिए काफी प्रोजेक्ट आने वाले हैं। जबकि काफी प्रोजेक्ट्स पर कार्य प्रगतिशील है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि पिछले दिनों उन्होंने बरवाला गांव को गोद लिया था जिस पर 20 करोड़ का कार्य किए जा चुके हैं, जबकि अन्य कई विकासकार्य जारी हैं।
पंचकूला में करवाए जा रहे विकासकार्यों व आगामी भावी योजनाओं पर भी उन्होंने प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया कि कालका रोड पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 11 पर सेक्टर 20 – 21 और सेक्टर 12-ए को जोडऩे के लिए एक पुल बनाए जाने की जो प्रस्तावित योजना है उसके संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री से बातचीत कर प्रोजेक्ट की अनुमति के लिए मामला केंद्रीय सड़क एवं परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी के मंत्रालय में भेजा गया है।
बापूधाम कॉलोनी में बुधवार देर शाम को तीन नए कोरोना पॉजिटिव केस सामने आए। जहां एक ही घर के 32 वर्षीय व 20 वर्षीय दो युवकों की कोरोना के टैस्ट की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है।
वहीं एक अन्य घर का एक 18 वर्षीय लडक़ा पॉजिटिव मिला है। ये सभी पिछले दिनों पॉजिटिव लोगों के संपर्क में आए थे। जिन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती करवा दिया गया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार शहर में कोरोना पॉजिटिव के कुल मामले 282 हो गए हैं व चलते एक्टिव केसों की संख्या 91 हो गई है। इससे पहले 19 मरीज कोरोना को मात देकर घर लौटे हैं। इन मरीजों को सूद धर्मशाला में भर्ती थे, जिन्हें आज घर भेज दिया गया है।

पंचकूला 28 मई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जिला में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते अब तक 4453 व्यक्तियों के नमने लिए गए है। इनमें 4298 व्यक्तियों के नमूने नेगेटिव पाए गए। इसके अलावा 106 व्यक्तियों के नमूनों के परिणाम आने बाकी है । उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में केवल 26 व्यक्तियों के नमूने पोजिटिव आए जिनमें से 25 ठीक होकर घर चले गए। अब जिला में एक कोरोना पोजिटिव मामला है जो फरीदाबाद में दाखिल है।

सचिव ने बताया कि उपायुक्त एवं जिला रैडक्रास सोसायटी के अध्यक्ष मुकेश कुमार आहूजा के निर्देशानुसार रैडक्रास के स्वैच्छिक कार्यकर्ता कोरोना के चलते लाॅकडाउन के दौरान लगातार कार्य कर रहे है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब कार्यकर्ताओं की डयूटी इंदिरा कालोनी में लगाई गई है। सभी कार्यकर्ता इंसीडेंट कमाण्डर वीरेन्द्र पूनिया के सहयोग से लोगों को घर घर जाकर कोरोना के प्रति जागरूक करने के अलावा बार बार साबुन से हाथ धोने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहे है। इसके साथ ही लोगों को साबुन एवं मास्क बांटने का भी कार्य किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिला प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी रमेश चैधरी, स्वंय सेवक चन्द्रपाल सहित कई कार्यकर्ता शामिल रहे।

जिला आयुर्वेद अधिकारी,डा.ॅ दिलीप कुमार मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता में आयुष विभाग पंचकूला द्वारा जिला पंचकूला में रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढाने के लिए गुडुची घनवटी आयुर्वेदिक औषधि का वितरण करवाया गया। आयुष विभाग के चिकित्सक रोगों से लडने की क्षमता को बढ़ाने के लिए आयुर्वेदिक काढ़ों व गोल्डन मिल्क के सेवन तथा सोषल डिस्टेसिंग के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक किया जा रहा है।
आयुष विंग, सिविल डाॅ0 यामिनी गुप्ता पंचकर्म विषेषज्ञ ने एम्बुलेंस के ड्राईवर एवं कर्मचारियों (कोविड योद्धा) को अपनी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए गुडुची घनवटी का वितरण किया गया है। इस औषधि के सेवन से उनकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने में सहायता मिलेगी। जिसमें हरीष थैरापिस्ट, आयुष विंग, सिविल अस्पताल, सैक्टर-6, ने भी भरपूर सहयोग किया।

पंचकूला 28 मई- जिला मूल्यांकन कमेटी की बैठक में पंचकूला स्थित सम्पतियों के पंजीकरण हेतू वर्ष 2020-21 के प्रथम चरण के प्रस्तावित कलैक्टर रेट में तबदिलियांे बारे अनुमोदित कर दिए गए है।
उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि तहसील पंचकूला के वर्ष 2019-20 द्वितीय श्रेणी के कलैक्टर रेट में बाजारी कीमत में दृष्टिगत 28 स्थानों के कलैक्टर रेटों में दूसरे चरण तथा ड्राफ्ट रेट पंचकूला डाॅट एनआईसी डाॅट इन पर उपलब्ध है। इनमें सब तहसील बरवाला के लिए ड्राफ्ट कलैक्टर रेट में गांव बागवाली, भगवानपुर, भरैली, फतेहपुर विरान, कामी, रायपुर, सुन्दरपुर, संगराना, सुखदर्शनपुर-8 गांवों में कृषि भूमि के कलैक्टर रेट मे 5 प्रतिशत की कमी की जानी प्रस्तावित बारे 25 मार्च तक सुझाव एवं आपत्तियां मांगी गई थी। इसके अलावा एनएच के साथ लगने के कारण रिहावड़ गावं की भूमि पर व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों के कारण 11 प्रतिशत एवं बटवाल, ढंढारडू की कृषि भूमि में 11 प्रतिशत बढौतरी तथा जीतपुर मौली की कृषि भूमि की 5 प्रतिशत बढौतरी प्रस्तावित बारे सुझाव एवं आपतियां मांगी गई। निश्चित तिथि तक मुल्यांकन कमेटी के पास कोई भी सुझाव एवं आपत्तियां नही आई। लेकिन इसी दौरान कोविड 19 के प्रभाव के कारण लाॅकडाउन लग गया। अब यह प्रक्रिया पूरी करके कलैक्टर जिला मूल्यांकन कमेटी की ओर से अनुमोदित कर दिए गए है।

Today, i.e. May 28th, 2020 is marked as World Menstrual Hygiene Day. The thought of observing this day is to end the taboos and stigma associated with menstruation. Keeping this in mind, an active NSS volunteer Ishita Choudhary, student of Centre for Social Work, did an awareness-cum-interactive session with the migrant women at a construction site in Panjab University, Chandigarh.
While sharing her views Ishita said “usually people don’t talk about menstruation and there are a lot of myths and misconceptions associated with it, and being a social worker, it’s my duty to demystify them”. She also said that people come and give away sanitary pads to women especially belonging to the downtrodden section but they never bothered about imparting correct information about such menstrual hygiene products. So, during such a pandemic it is apt to talk to all women about it because the theme also says “periods don’t stop for pandemics”. “We have make sure that every girl and women should talk about it, and must have the correct information and available options to choose the most suited menstrual product for her body” she added.
Appreciating the efforts of the volunteer, Gaurav Gaur, NSS, Programe Officer said that we should include menstrual health and hygiene in the COVID-19 emergency or essential service list at all places. We have to provide all essential supplies related to menstrual hygiene management especially to the women living in the containment zones, because they were the worst hit by this pandemic. It is quite evident that during such pandemics the women at the time of their menstrual cycle have to suffer a lot, if they don’t have availability and accessibility of the basic necessities like water, washrooms and menstrual hygiene products etc. He said that we have to encourage male participation also in such arenas to bridge the gender gap. He also shared the data of WASH United, which states that Everyday, it is estimated that around 300 million women and girls menstruate worldwide. (WASH United, et al, 2020). Dr Navdeep Sharma, NSS Programme Coordinator, Panjab University applauded the efforts made by this team.

A Webinar titled “Impact of Covid-19 on Mental Health “ was jointly organised by the Centre for Social Work and Department of Ancient Indian History , Culture and Archaeology ,Panjab University today.This was part of the joint series related to the pandemic organised by the two departments.
Dr Monica Munjal introduced the theme and welcomed the Vice Chancellor of Panjab University,Professor Raj Kumar . The Vice Chancellor in his inaugural address, stressed on the issues of anxiety and loneliness created with the present circumstances and the need to urgently address them .He highlighted the fact that since the lockdown over 75 Webinar’s have been organised by Panjab University.The Vice Chancellor has been constantly engaging with all the stakeholders of the University during this period of crisis to ensure that they all feel connected as part of the Panjab University family.
Dr Paru Sidhu ,Chairperson,department of AIHC&A the Vice Chancellor introduced the distinguished speaker Dr Rajaram Subbian .Dr Rajaram is a renowned Psychiatric social worker and International practitioner.He has over two decades of clinical exposure and teaching at NIMHANS(National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences ), an apex centre for mental health and neuroscience education in the country. Dr Rajaram is presently Executive Director of Baic Needs India,Bengaluru . He spoke at length on how the spread of Covid -19 and the subsequent lockdowns have impacted the mental health of different sections of Indian society. He also addressed the various concerns of the participants.
The webinar was well attended by the faculty members from different departments , research scholars and students.
