पंचकूला, 25 जुलाई – पंचकूला में स्थापित होने वाले राष्ट्रीय फोरेंसिक विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय के नए कैंपस बनने तक कक्षाएं शुरू करने हेतू एक अस्थायी स्थान की पहचान करने के लिए उपायुक्त डॉ. प्रियंका सोनी के नेतृत्व में एक टीम ने आज कई स्थानों का दौरा किया ताकि नया भवन बनने तक किसी भी बिल्डिंग में अस्थाई कक्षाएं शुरू की जा सकें।
    इस दौरान उपायुक्त के साथ पुलिस उपायुक्त श्री सुमेर प्रताप सिंह, गृह विभाग की संयुक्त सचिव श्रीमती राधिका सिंह और क्षेत्रीय फोरेंसिक साइंस लैब, सेक्टर-26, पंचकूला के सहायक निदेशक और इचार्ज श्री सिद्धार्थ कौशिक भी उपस्थित थे।
    टीम ने कक्षाएं शुरू करने के लिए लगभग 50,000 वर्ग फुट का उपयुक्त क्षेत्र की पहचान करने के लिए विभिन्न स्थानों पर उपलब्ध स्पेस का आकलन किया।
    इस दौरान, टीम ने सबसे पहले सेक्टर-23 में राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान पहंुची तथा उसके बाद सेक्टर -26 में राजकीय बहुतकनीकि संस्थान और सेक्टर -20, एग्रो मॉल का निरीक्षण किया ताकि कक्षाओं की अस्थायी स्थापना के लिए इन परिसरों में उपलब्ध जगह का पता लगाते हुए इसके उपयोग संबंधी व्यवहार्यता निर्धारित की जा सके।
    गौरतलब है कि गुजरात के गांधी नगर में स्थित नेशनल फोरेंसिक साइंस यूनिवर्सिटी अपना नया कैंपस पंचकूला में स्थापित करने जा रही है। हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने अधिकारियों को परिसर के लिए 50 एकड़ भूमि आवंटित होने व भवन बनने तक कक्षाएं संचालित करने के लिए एक उपयुक्त अस्थायी स्थान तलाशने के निर्देश दिये थे। इसके लिए अस्थायी रूप से क्लास शुरू करने के लिए उपयुक्त स्थान की तलाश हेतू उपायुक्त पंचकुला की अध्यक्षता में एक कमेटी का गठन किया गया था।

    उपायुक्त ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय फोरेंसिक विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय के नए परिसर की स्थापना से युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होंगे और साथ ही पंचकूला के साथ-साथ पूरे क्षेत्र के विकास को गति मिलेगी।

Panchkula, July 25 – Deputy Commissioner Dr. Priyanka Soni said that those interested in availing of overseas employment opportunities should only deal with an authorized agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs under the Emigration Act, 1983.


To facilitate this, the Ministry of External Affairs has authorized two recruiting agents/agencies in Panchkula. These agencies operate under the supervision of the Protector of Emigrants Chandigarh, which falls under the Ministry of External Affairs.


  As per the list shared by Protector of Emigrants Chandigarh, the authorized recruiting agents/agencies for overseas employment in Panchkula are World Peddle SCO-75, Ist Floor, Sector-12, Panchkula, G&G Skills Developers Private Limited DSS 28P, Sector-12, Panchkula.


  Dr. Priyanka Soni urged the general public to reach out to these authorized agencies for accurate guidance and advice on overseas employment matters as they possess the necessary expertise and knowledge to assist individuals in pursuing better employment opportunities abroad.


Furthermore, she cautioned against engaging with illegal overseas recruitment agents/agencies and stated that appropriate action would be taken against any such entities reported in the district.


  The Ministry currently has a total of 24 registered recruiting agents/agencies in Haryana, ensuring a wide range of options for individuals seeking overseas employment opportunities.

पंचकूला, 24 जुलाई – वर्तमान मौसम के दौरान वेक्टर जनित बीमारियों के संभावित प्रसार से निपटने के लिए उपायुक्त डॉ. प्रियंका सोनी ने जिले में प्रभावी रोकथाम और नियंत्रण उपाय सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं। 

  उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग, नगर निगम के अधिकारियों एवं जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी को निर्देश देते हुए आम जनता को लक्षित कर जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता पर भी बल दिया।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग बीमारी की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण उपायों के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए जुलाई को एंटी डेंगू माह के रूप में मना रहा है। इस दौरान डेंगू की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण के महत्व पर लोगों को शिक्षित करने के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियाँ चलाई जा रही हैं।

बीमारी के प्रसार से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने के लिए उन्होंने डेंगू के प्रसार को रोकने और नियंत्रित करने के लिए एक बहु-आयामी दृष्टिकोण अपनाने का भी निर्देश दिया, जिसमें मच्छरों के लिए प्रजनन स्थल के रूप में काम करने वाले जल स्रोतों को कम करना, सार्वजनिक जागरूकता बढ़ाना, लार्वा विरोधी उपायों को लागू करना एवं फॉगिंग करना भी शामिल है।

पंचकूला, 24जुलाई-              भारतीय वायु सेना ने अग्निपथ योजना के तहत अविवाहित युवक-युवतियों से अग्निवीर वायु इनटेक 01/2024 की चयन परीक्षा के लिए आॅनलाईन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। 

     इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए कमांडिंग आॅफिसर 1एएससी एयर फोर्स अंबाला विंग कामंडर आशीष दूबे ने बताया कि इसके लिए इच्छुक युवक व युवतियां आॅनलाईन पोर्टल  https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in  पर 27 जुलाई से 17 अगस्त, 2023 तक पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं। पंजीकरण और परीक्षा शुल्क 250 रूपए निर्धारित किया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि आॅनलाइन परीक्षा 13 अक्तूबर से आयोजित की जाएगी। आवेदक की जन्म तिथि 27 जून 2003 और 27 दिसंबर 2006 के मध्य की होनी अनिवार्य है। 

    उन्होंने बताया कि विज्ञान विषय के आवेदक ने मैथ, फिजिक्स व अंग्रेजी विषयों के साथ इंटरमीडिएट/12वीं/समकक्ष परीक्षा कम से कम 50 प्रतिशत अंक और अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंक के साथ उत्तीर्ण की हो  अथवा सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त पोलिटैक्निक इंस्टीट्यूट से न्यूनतम 50 प्रतिशत अंक और अंग्रजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंक के साथ इंजिनियरिंग में तीन साल का कोर्स पास किया हो या केंद्रीय, राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड/काउंसिल से फिजिक्स और मैथेमैटिक्स जैसे नाॅन वोकेशनल विषयों के साथ दो साल का वोकेशनल कोर्स किया हो, जिसमें कुल न्यूनतम 50 प्रतिशत अंक और अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए हों ।

पंचकूला, 24 जुलाई- उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम उपभोक्ताओं को निर्बाध बिजली की आपूर्ति उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है । उपभोक्ताओं की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए निगम द्वारा अनेक महत्वाकांक्षी कार्यक्रम चलाए जा रहे हैं । उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम पंचकूला के उपभोक्ता शिकायत निवारण मंच के चेयरमैन एवं सदस्य मंच की कार्यवाही कल 25 जुलाई मंगलवार को प्रातः 11.30 बजे से अधीक्षण अभियंता, पंचकूला के कार्यालय, एस सी ओ नंबर-96, पहली मंजिल, सेक्टर-5, पंचकूला में की जाएंगी।            

            इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुये निगम के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि मंच के सदस्य, पंचकूला जिले के उपभोक्ताओं की सभी प्रकार की समस्याओं की सुनवाई करेंगे, जिनमें मुख्यतः बिलिंग, वोल्टेज, मीटरिंग से सम्बंधित शिकायतें, कनैक्शन काटने और जोड़ने बिजली आपूर्ति में बाधाएं, कार्यकुशलता, सुरक्षा, विश्वसनीयता में कमी और हरियाणा बिजली विनियामक आयोग के आदेशों की अवहेलना आदि शामिल हैं । उन्होंने बताया कि मंच द्वारा बिजली अधिनियम की धारा 126 तथा धारा 135 से 139 के अन्तर्गत बिजली चोरी और बिजली के अनधिकृत उपयोग के मामलों में दंड तथा जुर्माना और धारा 161 के अन्तर्गत जांच एवं दुर्घटनाओं से सम्बंधित मामलों की सुनवाई नहीं की जाएगी।

      उन्होंने सभी उपभोक्ताओं से अपील करते हुये कहा कि वे अपनी शिकायतों के निवारण के लिए इस अवसर का लाभ अवश्य उठाएं ।

Chandigarh, July 24:- Sh. Banwarilal Purohit, Governor, Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh directed the Chandigarh Smart City Ltd. and Municipal Corporation Chandigarh to speed up the work of clearing the legacy waste from the dumping ground in Dadu Majra.

The Governor visited the dumping ground and legacy mining site  at Dadumajra today in the presence of Sh. Anup Gupta, Mayor, Sh. Dharam Pal, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator, Sh. Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS, Secretary Local Government, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, MCC & CEO, Chandigarh Smart City Ltd., Sh. Kanwarjeet Singh, Senior Deputy Mayor, Sh. Kuldeep Kumar, area councillor and other councillors and officers of MCC & CSCL.

Expressing concern about the health and hygiene of residents of Dadumajra, the Governor directed the officers concerned to clear the backlog of RDF lying inside the boundary wall at earliest. He directed the officers to speed up the process to clear the rest of the legacy waste from the mining site with additional processing by putting more manpower and machinery if required.

The Commissioner apprised the Governor that the work of Legacy Waste Mining of 5 Lac Ton has been completed under Smart City Mission. Now the agency is lifting the RDF stacked at site and approx. 20 acre of land will be reclaimed and thereafter,soil from Patiala ki Rao will be used to level the area. 

The Governor directed the concerned officers  to immediately give the required clearances for lifting of soil. The Municipal Commissioner, Chandigarh-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh Smart City Limited assured that the work of recovering of this 20 acre land shall be completed in the month of August 2023.

The Governor was further apprised  that the temporary plant for composting shall be set up on this land only. The Governor desired that the same be set up expeditiously. Further, the Governor directed the officials to speed up the work of reconstruction of the boundary wall which had fallen during the rainy season, the bio remediation of legacy waste and setting up of both the temporary composting plant as well as the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plant.

The new system has been designed to efficiently collect, lift, and transport garbage from litter bins in parks, making the process streamlined and effective. This initiative is part of the Municipal Corporation’s ongoing efforts to create a cleaner and greener city for all its citizens.

Speaking during the occasion, the Mayor stressed the importance of promoting responsible waste disposal practices among the citizens of Chandigarh. He said that all citizens have a collective responsibility to keep the city clean and healthy. By working together, they can build a sustainable future for the generations to come, added the Mayor.

The Commissioner Ms. Anindita Mitra emphasized the significance of this initiative, stating that the new system for garbage collection in parks is a crucial step towards enhancing the beauty and cleanliness of the city’s green spaces. She urged citizens to use litter bins and dispose of waste responsibly for the betterment of the environment.

She further stated that Municipal Corporation is continuously working towards improving the upkeep of its green spaces. Earlier, dustbins of stainless steel had been installed in all parks and green belts and now a proper system has been put in place to ensure that the dustbins are cleared and litter picking done on a daily basis.

Chandigarh, July 23:- Reiterating the commitment of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh to make the city No 1 is Swacchta Sarvekshan, Commissioner Municipal Corporation did surprises checking early in the morning, across various  sectors. 

Bringing the focus back on Swacchta, toilets, road berms , open areas, back lanes and parks were inspected by Ms Anindita Mitra IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation today. She was accompanied by Sh Gurinder Sodhi PCS and Sh N P Sharma Chief Engineer.  Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS  today directed the concerned officials of engineering wing and sanitation inspectors to strictly monitor the cleaning of urinals and toilets in public places to ensure better hygiene during monsoon.

During her early morning inspection of city Markets, roads and toilets, the Commissioner today inspected the areas of sector 4, 7, 27, 28, 51, 52, Industrial area and Ramdarbar. 

She directed the staff deployed in public toilets to clean the toilets at least thrice daily. She also asked the concerned officials to check if the facilities are unclean or filthy. Cleaning of toilets near colonies and pockets are being monitored closely where there are more chances of the virus spreading. She directed the officials for ensuring availability of adequate water at these facilities adding that if any toilets is found unhygienic during the inspection by the commissioner appropriate action will be taken against the concerned officials of the concerned area.

The Commissioner said that poor sanitation results in a multitude of problems. A dirty toilet not only invites disease but also impacts citizens’ health and dignity and depletes the environment. Availability to clean public toilet seats will lead to cleaner roads and pedestrian footpaths fresh air, aesthetically beautiful gardens, healthy and mindful citizens and a significantly clear city,” said the Commissioner.

In addition to that she directed the concerned engineers to clean road berms and repair broken kerb channels. She also directed them for proper pruning of trees and regular lifting of horticulture waste and malba scattered on the open spaces.

She also inspected segregation of waste at households and appreciated the local residents for keeping their garbage wet, dry, hazardous and sanitary separately. She suggested the local residents keep their waste in compostable bags instead of keeping it in Polythene bags.

Further, she solicited the support and cooperation of residents of Chandigarh in keeping the city clean and green.

पंचकूला, 23 जुलाई – पिंजौर के समीप शिव लोटिया मंदिर मार्ग पर झुग्गी पर पहाड़ का मलबा गिरने से 10 जुलाई को हुए हादसे में 3 लोगों की मौत के मामले में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आज मृतकों के परिजनों को 4-4 लाख की आर्थिक सहायता राशि प्रदान की गई। 

राज्य सरकार की नीति अनुसार आपदा में जान गवांने वालों के परिवार के प्रत्यके सदस्य को 4-4 लाख की राशि प्रदान की जाती है। उक्त राशि का स्वीकृति पत्र अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त श्रीमति वर्षा खांगवाल द्वारा आज चैना चैंक पिंजौर में जाकर पीड़ित परिवारों के परिजनों को सौंपा गया।

  श्रीमति वर्षा खांगवाल द्वारा जिला प्रशासन की ओर से पीड़ित परिवार के यहां मृतकों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई। इसके साथ ही आश्वस्त किया कि प्रदेश सरकार हमेशा उनके साथ है। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि संकट के इस दौर में परिवार की हर संभव मदद की जाएगी। 

मृतक नन्दी उर्फ आकाश व प्रिया की माता श्रीमति धन्वन्ती को 8 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की गई।  वहीं कार्तिक की माता श्रीमति पूजा को भी राज्य सरकार की तरफ से 4 लाख की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की गई। 

इस दौरान भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष अजय शर्मा, नगर परिषद चेयरमैन कालका, कृष्ण लांबा, तहसीलदार कालका विवेक गोयल, परियोजना अधिकारी आपदा प्रबंधन सौरभ धीमान, भाजपा युवा जिला मोर्चा अध्यक्ष अक्षरदीप चैधरी, मंडल अध्यक्ष नरौता राम, पार्षद सुरेश एवं अन्य लोग उपस्थित रहे।

उल्लेखनीय है कि बारिश के दौरान ये सभी झुग्गी में शरण लिए हुए थे। पहाड़ का मलबा गिरा और ये नीचे दब गए। सूचना मिलते ही प्रशासन की रेस्क्यू टीम मौके पर पहुंची और राहत बचाव कार्य शुरू किया। आकाश और कार्तिक को तो निकाल कर घायल अवस्था में अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। प्रिया को भी निकाल लिया पर वह मौके पर दम तोड़ चुकी थी।

Panchkula, July 23 – In response to the tragic incident on July 10, where three lives were lost due to the falling of mountain debris on a slum at the Shiv Lotia Mandir Marg near Pinjore, Panchkula district administration provided timely financial assistance of Rs. 4 lakhs each to the families of the deceased.

Under the state government policy, compensation of 4 lakh is given to each member of the family of those who lost their lives in the disaster. Additional Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Varsha Khangwal handed over the sanction letter of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of the victims by at Chaina Chowk, Pinjore today.

On this occasion, Smt. Varsha Khangwal paid heartfelt condolences to the departed souls on behalf of the district administration and assured the grieving families that the state government stands with them during this difficult time. She further said that all possible help and support will be extended to the bereaved families.

The financial assistance of Rs. 8 lakhs was provided to Mrs. Dhanwanti, the mother of the deceased Nandi alias Akash and Priya. In addition, the mother of deceased Karthik, Smt Pooja, was also provided with financial aid of Rs. 4 lakhs.

BJP District President Ajay Sharma, Municipal Council Chairman Kalka, Krishna Lamba, Tehsildar Kalka Vivek Goel, Project Officer Disaster Management Saurabh Dhiman, BJP Youth District Morcha President Akshardeep Chaudhary, Mandal Adhyaksh Naruta Ram, Municipal Councilor Suresh, and others were also present. 

It may be mentioned here that the tragic incident occurred during heavy rains when the victims sought shelter in the slum. Unfortunately, they were caught under the debris when the mountain collapsed. The administration’s rescue team immediately responded to the situation and commenced relief operations. While Akash and Karthik were taken to the hospital, they were declared brought dead. Priya, too, succumbed to her injuries on the spot.

The district administration remains committed to providing assistance and support to the affected families and will continue to work to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
