Chandigarh, December 20:- Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Chandigarh inaugurated newly built community centre at Indra Colony, Manimajra here today in the presence of Sh. Vinod Aggarwal, area councilor, Sh. Sanjay Arora, Superintending Engineer (B&R) and other concerned officers of MCC and prominent persons of the area.

During the inauguration, the Mayor said that this community centre has been built up in total 8400 sqft having plot area of 18787 sqft including parking area of 3200 sqft. She said that in the ground floor bridal room, office, hall, kitchen, pantry, care taker room, gents and ladies toilets while gymnasium, bride room, library, three rooms, gents & ladies toilets have been provided in the first floor at total expenditure of Rs. 1.67 crore.

The Mayor also ingurated 100 feet road at Manimajra having liner length of 1690 feet, 100 feet right of way and 22 feet carriageway width provided at a cost of Rs. 1.40 crores.

In addition to that the Mayor inaugurated road provided with paver blocks at Darshani Bagh, Manimajra having 1120 feet liner length and 16 feet width at a cost of Rs. 10 lacs. She also inaugurated water supply pipe line provided at Darshani Bagh at a cost of Rs. 30 lacs.

सिरसा। पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय में पुलिस अधीक्षक भूपेंद्र सिंह ने जिला के सभी थानों के मुंशियों की बैठक लेकर उन्हें आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। एसपी ने कहा कि थानों के रिकॉर्ड को पूरी तरह दुरुस्त रखें और पीएम विंडों, सीएम विंडो व हर समय पोर्टल पर आने वाली शिकायतों का जवाब तुरंत संबंधित कार्यालयों में भेजें, ताकि उन शिकायतों का जल्द से जल्द निपटान हो सके। थानों के मुंशियों को निर्देश दिए कि थानों का रिकार्ड पूरी तरह से कंप्यूटरीकृत व अपडेट करें। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि थाने में आने वाली अन्य शिकायतों का भी निर्धारित समय अवधि में निपटान करें, ताकि फरियादी को शीघ्र न्याय मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि थाने में शिकायत लेकर आने वाले फरियादियों से मैत्रीपूर्ण व्यवहार करें व उनका सहयोग लें ताकि गैर कानूनी धंधा करने वालों पर कारगर ढंग से अंकुश लगाया जा सके। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि सराहनीय कार्य करने वालों को सम्मानित भी किया जाएगा लेकिन काम में लापरवाही व कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं होगी।

Prof. R.K. Kohli, FNA FNA. FASc., FNASc., FNAAS, FNESA, FBS, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University, Mohali delivered an expert talk entitled “Alien Invasive Plants: Status, Impact and Challenges”. He inspired the students of life sciences to be scientific in approach while dealing with any environmental issue. This also included Prof. (Dr.) Shalini Gainder, Additional Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, PGIMER, Chandigarh who presented on the topic“Stepping Up Women’s Health: Being Young.

In the morning session of pharmaceutical sciences, two expert lectures were organized by Prof. Vivek Ranjan Sinha who was the chief guest on this occasion. The first webinar was delivered by a globally recognized scientist, Prof. Sanjay Garg, Professor of Pharmaceutical Science, UniSA Clinical & Health Sciences, University of South Australia. He delivered an expert talk on ‘Development of a novel contraceptive, from concept to US FDA approval and market’. This was followed by another interesting and informative talk by Dr. Girish Tillu, Vaidya-Scientist Fellow of Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra, on the topic ‘Integrative medicine for newer health challenges: a make in India perspective’.

Dr. Jih Pai Lin from National University of Taiwan who joined the Earth and Environment Sciences section from Taipei, gave the expert talk on sand dollars (Echinoidea) from Taiwan with special reference to Indian Echinoids. The Sectional Programme for Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital as part of the ongoing 14th Chandigarh Science Congress, 2020 was conducted today. Dr. Sudhir Bhandari, Additional Professor and Incharge, Prosthodontics, Oral Health Sciences Centre, PGIMER, was the guest speaker. He discussed the role of Oral Health providers in head and neck cancer patients scheduled for radiotherapy. Additionally, for Basic Medical Sciences, an expert talk as Dr. Deepak Saini, Associate Professor, IISc Bangalore. Dr. Saini presented the title “Aging- the misery, mastery and the mystery” and enlightened all the participants about the various factors influencing aging and how aging and inflammation are correlated.

These lectures were followed by competitions. Various students participated in oral and e poster ppt and bagged prizes.

·         Direct awardees of fellowship for pursuing Ph.D.

·         Working permanent teachers of Panjab University and affiliated colleges

·         Ph.D Entrance Test of Panjab University for admission to Ph.D/M.Phil shall be walid for 3 years.

The GATE qualifying score be considered as the basic. GATE/GPAT of any other national level test meant for admission to Ph.D/M.Phil shall be valied forever.

पंचकूला 18 दिसम्बर- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि जिला में शुक्रवार को 47 मामले पॉजिटिव आए है  इनमें 23 पुरूष व 15 महिलाओं सहित कुल 38 मामले पंचकूला से संबधित है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला में अब तक 12669 मामले पोजिटिव आए है इनमें से पंचकूला के 9643 मामले पाए गए है। जिला में अब तक स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सार्थक प्रयासों सें 9186 रोगी ठीक हो गए हैं और अब जिला में 319 मामले ही पॉजिटिव रह गए है। उन्हांेने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा जिला में 128 आरटी पीसीआर व 998 रेपिट एंटीजन नमूने लिए है।

इस सत्र में एक प्रजेटेंशन अंग दाताओं और प्राप्तकर्ताओं पर लघु वीडियो दिखाए गए थे। इसके बाद चर्चा का एक बहुत अच्छा दौर भी शुरू हुआ। सत्र में दान और प्रत्यारोपण की प्रक्रिया को भी विस्तार से समझाया और शिक्षकों को मुद्दे के बारे में गलत धारणाओं और मिथकों को समझने में मदद की। सभी प्रमुखों को अंग दान के संबंध में अपने छात्रों के साथ समान सत्र लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित भी किया गया।

पंचकूला 18 दिसम्बर- स्वास्थ्य विभाग, पंचकुला की सिविल सर्जन, डॉ जसजीत कौर ने बताया कि यदि आप किसी बीमारी से पीडित हैं या फिर गर्भवती महिला हैं तो आपको थोड़ी-बहुत तकलीफ होने पर उपचार के लिए अब सिविल अस्पताल आने की जरूरत नहीं है। क्योंकि इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग, पंचकुला ने जिले में ई-संजीवनी ओपीडी शुरू कर दी है। इसके लिए मरीज को अपने एंड्राइड फोन पर ई-संजीवनी एप्प डाउनलोड करना होगा । इसके बाद एप पर ही अपने मोबाइल नंबर का रजिट्रेस्शन कर अपनी तकलीफ बतानी होगी ।

सिविल सर्जन ने बताया कि इस सेवा का लाभ लेने के लिए नागरिकों को अपने स्मार्ट फोन से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना होगा । जिसके बाद विडियो कॉलिंग या वेब कैमरे के जरिये रोगी से चिकित्सक बात करके उचित दवाई बताएंगे । सिविल सर्जन ने कहा कि वृद्ध आश्रम, शेल्टर होम, आब्जर्वेशन होम और जेल आदि में रेह रहे मरीज भी इस सुविधा का लाभ ज्यादा से ज्यादा उठाएँ । इसके लिए अधिक जानकारी व एप  डाउनलोड करने के लिए मेंesanjeevaniopd. पद पर लॉगइन करें ।

इस पर संबंधित डॉक्टर टैलीकॉन्सल्टेशन के जरिये मरीज से बात करेगा और उसे क्या-क्या एहतियात बरतनी है इन सबके बारे में परामर्श तो देगा ही । इसके साथ-साथ उसे कौन सी दवाई की आवश्यकता है इसके बारे में भी बताएगा । इसके बाद मरीज डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई दवा सरकारी अस्पताल या केमिस्ट की दुकान से ले सकते हैं ।


उन्होंने बताया कि बीमार मरीज व गर्भवती महिलाएं अस्पताल आने पर कोरोना संक्रमित न हो । इसलिए ई-संजीवनी ओपीडी शुरू की गई है । कोरोना संक्रमित होने पर ज्यादा दिक्कत गंभीर बीमारियों से पीड़ित मरीजों व गर्भवती महिलाओं को होती है । इसके अलावा सबसे ज्यादा डॉक्टरी परामर्श की उन्हीं को जरूरत पड़ती है । इन सब को ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार ने ऐसे मरीजों को ई-संजीवनी ओपीडी पर उपचार मुहैया करवाने का फैसला लिया है ।


उन्होंने कहा कि मरीजों के लिए यह सुविधा प्रत्येक सोमवार से शनिवार को सुबह 10.00 से 1.00 बजे तथा सांय 3.00 से 5.00 बजे तक रहेगी । मरीज को सिर्फ ई-संजीवनी एप डाउनलोड कर इस सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकते है ।

सिरसा, 18 दिसंबर। नवीन एवं नवीकरणीय विभाग / हरेडा द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ऊर्जा संरक्षण सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है। विभाग द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ऊर्जा संरक्षण सप्ताह के अंर्तगत विभिन्न ऑनलाइन प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया जाएगा। प्रतियोगिताओं  में भाग लेने के लिए 25 दिसंबर तक आवेदन किए जा सकते हैं।
