Centre for Public Health in association with SardarVallabh Bhai Patel Hall Boys Hostel No- 4, Panjab University, Chandigarh organized an Informative Health Talk on topics such as Stress Management, Lifestyle Disorders, Hypertension, Harmful Effects of Drinking & Smoking, Food Hygiene, and Road Safety on 27/07/2023. In an effort to promote health awareness and well-being in the community, the experts from Centre for Public Health (CPH) delivered an insightful health talk under the guidance of Dr. Komal Sehgal (Co-ordinator, CPH), Dr. Manoj Kumar (Assistant Professor, CPH) and Dr. Naveen Kumar (Assistant Professor,UIAMS). This event aimed to educate and empower individuals on various vital health topics, fostering a culture of informed decision-making and improved health outcomes. Attendees were treated to an enlightening and interactive experience, gaining valuable insights. “Health education is a powerful tool in promoting a healthier society”.
