Urdu Department, PU to organize events to mark Independence Day
The Department of Urdu, Panjab University, Chandigarh shall be celebrating the 75th Independence Day as “Bharat Ka Amrut Mahotsav” in a unique way.
According to Dr. Ali Abbas, Coordinator of the Urdu Department, a declaration/Poetic Recitation/Group Discussion would be organized online on 15-08-2021 at 10:30 a.m on the occasion of Independence Day. Research Scholars, students of M.A, Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses of Urdu and Persian Classes shall be participating in a big way.
