Roads Committee meeting held

Chandigarh, June 8:- A meeting of Roads Committee, MCC held here today under the chairmanship of Sh. Shakti Parkash Devshali and attended by other members of committee namely Sh. Jagtar Singh Jagga, Sh. Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh Sidhu, Sh. Davinder Singh Babla, Sh. Bharat Kumar and Sh. Arun Sood, councilor. The meeting was also attended by Sh. Shailender Singh, Chief Engineer and concerned officers of MCC.

During the meeting it was discussed and decided that the ongoing works related to recarpetting of roads and pending works of roads be started and completed before monsoon season. The members also decided that works related to ward development budget be started at the earliest. Pending civil work at cremation ground, Hallomajra be completed before this monsoon season.
