According to the National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation (NOTTO), India continues to make steady advancements in organ transplantation, with over 18,900 transplants performed in 2024[1] . Thousands of patients are on waiting lists for organs like kidneys and livers, underscoring the importance of informed public participation.
