Mayor handed over new uniform to sanitation workers
Chandigarh, January 4:- Taking the invaluable services of sanitation workers into account, the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has taken initiative to instill enthusiasm and confidence among them with a new uniform. Chandigarh Mayor, Smt. Sarbjit Kaur handed over the new uniforms to sanitation workers here today.
The Mayor said that with a thought of providing a special look keeping in view seasons to sanitation workers who are striving hard to keep the city clean, the MCC has taken the decision of giving new uniforms for them and implemented it successfully.
