Mayor gives appointment letters to new recruits
Chandigarh, June 6:- Smt. Sarbjit Kaur, Mayor, Chandigarh and Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today called upon the newly recruited officers/officials of MCC to come forward and live up to the responsibilities.
While congratulating them, the Mayor said that it is essential to maintain people’s confidence and faith in public service delivery system and it can be achieved through determination, dedication and devotion. She asked them to provide responsive administration at the base level stating that Chandigarh Municipal Corporation has always accorded high priority to public service delivery.
As many as 42 candidates, who cleared the examination, were handed out appointment letters by the Mayor and Commissioner during a special orientation programme held at Conference Room, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh.
The new officers/officials, who got appointment letters are including clerks namely Sh. Rakesh S/o Braham Parkash, Manik Kumar S/o Suresh Kumar, Deepak S/o Ranbir Singh, Pankaj Kumar S/o Subendra Kumar, Yudhveer Singh S/o Anand Singh, Sachin Mor S/o Vinod Kumar, Hussna S/o Ahsan, Sahil Bhola S/o Ashwani Kumar Bhola, Vivek Yadav S/o Ravinder Singh, Ajay Kumar S/o Raj Kumar, Gaurav Yadav S/o Sant Lal, Dakshesh S/o Satyapal, Rohit Yadav S/o Mahesh Kumar, Ashok Kumar S/o Surjeet Jangra, Annu S/o Atma Ram, Divya Yadav S/o Devender Singh, Surender S/o Somraj, Shivani S/o Ramesh Kumar, Ravinder S/o Raj Pal, Saurav S/o Umar Singh, Rohit Kumar S/o Gurmej Kumar, Jagpreet Singh S/o Isher Singh, Paramjit S/o Sunil Kumar, Phalak S/o Satnam Singh, Rahul S/o Shiv Kumar, Ankit S/o Rakesh, Rohan Arya S/o Tilak Raj, Gurman Singh S/o Chander Bhan, Gopal Singh Rawat S/o Narayan Singh Rawat, Mohit Tyagi S/o Nand Kishore Tyagi, Balkishan S/o Ved Parkash, Gurpreet Singh S/o Darshan Kumar, Kultar Singh S/o Dalbir Singh, Sombir S/o Sh. In addition to that other appointments including Steno-typist namely Sh. Ankit Kumar S/o Ram Niwas, Rajat Karwal S/o Keshav Singh, Mehak S/o Ravinder Kumar and Rahul Jogi S/o Arjun Singh and two Data Entry Operators namely Sh. Deepak S/o Ranbir Singh & Vikul Narwal S/o Jagat Singh Narwal got the appointment letters.
