Mass Preamble reading session held in MCC
Chandigarh, November 26:- The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has celebrated the Constitution Day today to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India by the Constituent Assembly in 1949.
Giving due recognition to the significance of this historic date, a mass Preamble reading session was held in the MCC building during which all the staff of Municipal Corporation assembled at the conference hall at MCC office premises. Sh. S.K. Jain, Additional Commissioner, MCC administered Preamble to the Constitution. During the occasion the staff and officers viewed live programme of the celebrations for Constitution Day in the Parliament.
