Commissioner lays foundation stone of providing & fixing fancy decorative lights in sector 46 market
Chandigarh, March 14:- Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today laid the foundation stone of providing and fixing fancy decorative lights in market, sector 46-C, here in the presence of Sh. Gurpreet Singh Gabi, representatives of Market Welfare Association and other prominent persons of area.
To provide aesthetic and beautiful look to the market, LED lights and high electric pole decorative lights will be provided within 45 days period of time at a cost of Rs. 14.92 lacs. Keeping in view better facilities, glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) will be used in poles, which is shock proof and sturdy.
