पंचकूला 26 अप्रैल- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा अब तक 1417 व्यक्तियों के नमने लिए गए हैं जिनमें से 1234 व्यक्तियों के नमूने नेगेटिव पाए गए। इसके अलावा 144 व्यक्तियों के नमूनों के परिणाम आने बाकी है तथा 20 व्यक्तियों के नमूने कोरोना नार्म अनुसार सही नहीं पाए गए। उन्होंनेे बताया कि जिला में 18 व्यक्तियों के नमूने पोजिटिव पाए इनमें से तीन व्यक्तिय ठीक हो गए हैं, उन्हें अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया है।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा 576 व्यक्तियों को निगरानी में रखा गया है जिनमें से 360 व्यक्तियों को घरों में क्वारंटीन किया गया है। इनमें से 385 व्यक्तियों ने होम क्वारंटीन की 28 दिन की अवधि पूरी कर ली है। इसके अलावा नागरिक अस्पताल सैक्टर 6 में 13, कमाण्ड अस्पताल में 6 तथा पंचकूला स्थित अलकेमिस्ट अस्पताल में 4 व्यक्तियों को दाखिल किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि सूद भवन में 9, नाडा साहेब गुरूद्वारे में 4 तथा विभिन्न अस्थाई शैल्टर होम में 180 व्यक्तियों को क्वारंटीन किया गया है।

दुकानों पर रखना होगा आधा स्टाफ, सोशल डिस्टेंस सहित बरतनी होंगी आवश्यक सावधानियां
लॉकडाउन को सफल बनाने तथा आमजन को सुविधाएं सरलता से पहुंचे इसके लिए प्रशासन की ओर से राहत दी गई है। अब जिला की गली-मोहल्लों, कालोनियों में स्थित दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है। हालांकि शहर के मुख्य बाजार में शॉपिंग कॉम्पलेक्स (जहां एक साथ कई दुकानें) तथा मॉल्स के खुलने पर पहले की तरह प्रतिबंध रहेगा। बाजार में प्रशासन द्वारा पूर्व में निर्धारित आवश्यक वस्तुओं की ही दुकानें खोली जा सकेंगी। रिहायशी इलाकों में जहां एक साथ 12 या इससे अधिक दुकानें (सड़क के दोनों ओर) हैं उसे बाजार माना जाएगा और उन्हें खोलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। इसके अलावा उचित दूरी पर बनी एकल दुकाने ही खोली जा सकेगी।
उपायुक्त रमेश चंद्र बिढ़ान ने बताया कि सरकार की ओर से आमजन की सुविधा को मद्देनजर रखते हुए गली, मोहल्लों तथा कालोनियों में स्थित दुकानों को खोलने बारे दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अनुमति शहर के बाजार में कॉम्पलेक्स तथा मॉल्स को खोलने की नहीं होगी। शॉपिंग कॉम्लेक्स या मॉल चाहे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में भी क्यों न हो, वहां पर भी इन्हें खोलने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। इसी प्रकार परमिट धारक ई-कॉमर्स कंपनियों को ही आवश्यक वस्तुओं को लाने-ले जाने की अनुमति होगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि 100 वर्ग फुट से कम निर्मित दुकानपर एक व्यक्ति, 100 से 200 वर्ग फुट में निर्मित दुकानों पर दुकानदार सहित एक अन्य व्यक्ति को काम करने की अनुमति होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि 200 वर्ग फुट से अधिक बड़ी दुकानों पर एक अतिरिक्त व्यक्ति को काम पर रखा जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि दुकानदारों को दुकान खोलने के दौरान सोशल डिस्टेंस तथा संक्रमण से बचाव बारे आवश्यक प्रबंध करते हुए जरूरी सावधानियां बरतनी होंगी, ताकि संक्रमण का फैलाव न हो। दुकान पर 50 फीसदी से ज्यादा स्टॉफ को काम पर न लगाएं यानी अगर पहले दुकान में 4 लोग काम कर रहे थे तो अब दो लोगों को ही काम पर रखें। दुकानों में काम करने वाले स्टॉफ को मास्क पहनना अनिवार्य है। इस दौरान सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग नियमों का भी कड़ाई से पालन करना जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि दुकानदार मॉस्क पहने हुए ग्राहक को ही सामान दे। दुकान पर सामान आपूर्ति के दौरान अधिक लोगों को एकत्रित न होने दें। उचित दूरी पर खड़े करवाकर ही सामान दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि दुकान पर संक्रमण बचाव के सभी आवश्यक प्रबंध सुनिश्चित किए जाएं। प्रत्येक दुकानदार को अपनी दुकान पर हैंड सैनिटाइजर रखना होगा जिसे दुकान पर काम करने वाले कर्मचारी व ग्राहक प्रयोग करें। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक दुकानदार, दुकान पर काम करने वाले व्यक्तियों तथा ग्राहक के लिए मास्क पहनना अनिवार्य है।
उन्होंने कहा कि संबंधित एसडीएम यह सुनिश्चित करें कि लॉकडाउन के तहत जारी हिदायतों की गंभीरता से पालना हो। इसके साथ-साथ आवश्यक वस्तुओं की खोली गई दुकानें निर्धारित समय अनुसार तथा सोशल डिस्टेंस के महत्व के मुताबिक खोली जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर कोई भी दुकानदार प्रशासन के आदेशों की पालना न करें तो तुरंत प्रभाव से उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए दुकान को बंद करवाया जाए और संबंधित दुकानदार के विरुद्ध सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाए। निरीक्षण के दौरान उक्त अधिकारी यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि संबंधित दुकानदार व उसके सहयोगी के पास सैनिटाइजर व मास्क रखना अनिवार्य है।
शराब के ठेके, सैलुन, बारबर व रेस्टोरेंट की दुकानें खोलने पर रहेगी पूर्णत: पाबंदी : उपायुक्त बिढ़ान
उपायुक्त रमेश चंद्र बिढ़ान ने बताया कि गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के जारी निर्देशानुसार जिला के शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अगर कोई कंटेनमेंट जोन है तो नियमानुसार सभी तरह की दुकानें खोलने पर पूर्णत: प्रतिबंद रहेगा। इसके अलावा लॉकडाउन के दौरान सभी रेस्टोरेंट, सैलुन तथा बारबर (नाई की दुकान), शराब के ठेके पूर्णत: बंद रहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आदेशों की उल्लंघना करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उपायुक्त रमेश चंद्र बिढान ने बताया कि जिला सिरसा के ऐसे निवासी जो उच्च शिक्षा या अन्य कार्यों के लिए विदेशों में गए हुए हैं और संक्रमण के चलते वहीं पर रह गए हैं तथा अब वो वापिस आने के इच्छुक हैं। ऐसे व्यक्तियों की पहचान व संख्या एकत्रित कार्य के लिए नगराधीश सिरसा को नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे व्यक्ति जो विदेशों में कॉलेज एवं विश्वविद्यालय में उच्च शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे हैं तथा कार्यरत हैं, संक्रमण के चलते हवाई यात्राओं पर प्रतिबंध होने से वापिस अपने देश नहीं आ सके हैं। ऐसे लोगों को वापिस लाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत प्रदेश सरकार कार्य योजना तैयार कर रही है। इसी कड़ी में जिला के ऐसे व्यक्तियों की पहचान व संख्या के कार्यों को सूचीबद्ध किया जाना है। इस कार्य के लिए नगराधीश को नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला सिरसा के ऐसे व्यक्ति जो विदेशों में वर्तमान परिस्थिति के कारण वहां पर फंस गए हैं और अब यहां आने के इच्छुक हैं, ऐसे व्यक्तियों के परिवारजन जोकि सिरसा में हैं, वे अपने परिवार के ऐसे सदस्यों की सूचना 01666-248881 व मोबाइल नम्बर 98027-48848 पर आगामी 27 अप्रैल को सायं 3 बजे तक दें।

पंचकूला 25 अप्रैल। उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने कहा कि भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों अनुसार ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सभी दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति है। इसके अलावा शहरी क्षेत्रों में सभी एकल दुकानें, आस पड़ोस की दुकानें और आवासीय परिसरों में स्थित दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति प्रदान की गई है। इसके लिए कड़े नियम तय किए गए हैं जिनका पालन करने पर ही दुकानें खोली जा सकती हैं।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला में पंजाब शाॅप एक्ट अधिनियम के तहत रजिस्टर्ड दुकानों को ही खोलने की अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी। इसके लिए भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित करने वाले दुकानदार इन शर्तो को पूरा करते हैं वे सरल हरियाणा डाॅट इन पर दुकान खोलने की अनुमति के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है। उन्हें 24 घण्टें के अंदर स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाएगी।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि सरकार की ओर से जारी आदेशानुसार ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सभी दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति है। इसके अलावा शहरी क्षेत्रों में सभी एकल दुकानें, आस पड़ोस की दुकानें और आवासीय परिसरों में स्थित दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति है, लेकिन दुकान खोलने के बाद दुकानदारों को सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करवाना अनिवार्य होगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि दुकानों पर अधिकतम 50 फीसदी स्टाफ ही कार्य कर सकेगा। इस दौरान दूकान के प्रत्येक कर्मचारी के मुंह पर मास्क और हाथों में दस्ताने पहनना जरूरी है। ऐसा नहीं होने पर प्रशासन की ओर से सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि ई-काॅमर्स कंपनियों को केेवल आवश्यक वस्तुओं की ही बिक्री करने की अनुमति है।
मॉल और शॉपिंग माॅल एवं बाजार परिसरों में स्थित दुकानों को छूट नहीं।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि सरकार की ओर से अभी बाजारों, बाजार परिसरों, मॉल और शॉपिंग माॅल में स्थित दुकानों को खोलने की छूट नहीं दी गई है। नगर निगम की सीमा के भीतर और बाहर मौजूद मॉल 3 मई तक बंद रहेंगे। लॉकडाउन खत्म होने के बाद ही इनका फैसला लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किए गए इलाके में दुकानें अभी नहीं खोली जाएगी। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि शराब की बिक्री के साथ साथ उन अन्य वस्तुओं की बिक्री भी प्रतिंबधित है जिनके बारे में कोविड-19 के प्रबंधन संबंधी राष्ट्रीय निर्देशों में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।

On the basis of communication sent to students of the Girls Hostel no. 8, 9, 10 and International Hostel , Panjab University, Chandigarh to take their belongings since these are to be converted into COVID 19 Isolation Unit by Chandigarh Administration, today around 350 students have taken their belongings from all these hostels, informed Prof Neena Capalash, DSW(W). They have been given time till 26 April,2020. However, they still can collect their belongings from the University till the hostels are handed over to Chandigarh Administration.
Chandigarh, April 25:- Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Chandigarh today formally opened the COVID Command and Control Center at MCC office, Sector 17, Chandigarh in the presence of Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner-cum-CEO, Chandigarh Smart City Ltd., Sh. Anil Kumar Garg, Additional CEO, CSCL, Sh. N.P. Sharma, Chief General Manager, CSCL and other concerned officers of CSCL and MCC.
The Mayor appreciated the efforts of concerned officers for providing this facility on war footing level and started its full operation from today. She said that the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh and Chandigarh Smart City Limited has implemented the Common Command and Control Centre particularly dedicated to COVID-19, besides usual services given by Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh.
She said that it will immensely help the city in studying and being prepared in case of lager outbreaks of the COVID-19 and accordingly the city administration can plan the resources ahead of the crisis.
Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh informed that this Command Center will monitor the following services:-
1. Monitoring of quarantine people and positive cases with their movement using Geo fencing services.
2. Sanitization of the area on real time basis.
3. Real time surveillance of Sabji Mandi, Sector 26 using cameras installed at periphery of Sabji Mandi to ensure sanitization and compliance to COVID guidelines.
4. Real time monitoring of sanitation services in the city to ensure the upkeep of the city which becomes very important especially in these conditions.
5. Real time monitoring of workers using wrist-watch watches.
He said that a data analytics and GIS platform has been installed to analyze the data coming from all relevant stake holders including health services, municipal services, police, daily essentials providers for grocery, dairy items, medicines, fruit and vegetable items etc. This will help in efficient planning of resources to be deployed in the field by predicting the scenarios using various data analytics techniques.
Besides this, other SCADA services like water, Street Lights, legacy waste bio-mining and sanitation will also be monitored at this common command and control center.

पंचकूला 25 अप्रैल- स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा लाॅकडाउन के दौरान लोगों के घर पर ही स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए चलाई जा रही मोबाईल मेडिकल युनिट 26 अप्रैल को जिला के 8 गांवों के अलावा 6 सैक्टरों एवं कालोनियांे में भी स्वास्थ्य लाभ देने के साथ साथ सर्वे का कार्य भी करेगी।
उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने इस बारे जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 26 अप्रैल को कालका उपमण्डल के गांव धमौली, ओरियां, नग्गल भागा, रायपुररानी के गांव भौड, त्रिलोकपुर, गणेशपुर सोटपुर व नानकपरु सब सैंटर 1 एवं 11 तथा मौली क्षेत्र आसपास पोल्ट्री फार्म आदि पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मुहैया करवाई जाएगी। इसके अलावा नगर निगम के सैक्टर 12 ए, सैक्टर 15, राजीव कालोनी, सैक्टर 19, 26, 7 व सैक्टर 8 के लोगों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं देने के साथ साथ घर घर जाकर सर्वे का कार्य भी करेगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि कोरोना संक्रमण के फैलने से रोकने के लिए जिला में चल रहे लाॅकडाउन के दौरान विभाग द्वारा 12 मोबाईल मेडिकल डिस्पेंसरी चलाई जा रही है। इन मोबाईल डिस्पेंसरी में चिकित्सक लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच करके निशुल्क दवाईयां भी वितरित कर रहे है। इसलिए लोगों को इन मोबाईल युनिटों से स्वास्थ्य लाभ लेना चाहिए।

पंचकूला 25 अप्रैल- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि जिला की बरवाला मण्डियों में अब तक सबसे अधिक 8228 मिट्रिक टन गेहूं की खरीद की हरियाणा वेयर हाउस कारपोरेशन द्वारा की गई है, जिसमें से 1542 मिट्रिक टन गेहूं की खरीद आज की गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि विभिन्न मंडियों में हैफेड एवं हरियाणा वेयरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन द्वारा किसानों का गेहंू खरीदा जा रहा है। इसके लिए जिला की 24 मंडियों में अब तक 14938 मिट्रिक टन गेहूं की खरीद हुई है जिसमें से 4671 मिट्रिक टन गेहूं का उठान भी कर लिया गया है। शेष गेहूं का उठान करने के लिए प्रक्रिया जारी है ताकि किसान आसानी से गेहूं बिक्री के लिए मण्डी में ला सकें।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि हैफेड ने अब तक 6710 मिट्रिक टन गेंहू की खरीद की है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में किसानों का गेहूं विभिन्न एजेंसिंयों ने न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य 1925 रुपए प्रति किंव्टल की दर खरीदा जा रहा है। गेहूं खरीद के लिए सोशल डिस्टेंस की भली भांति पालन किया जा रहा है तथा किसानों को सेनीटाईजर, मास्क, दस्ताने भी उपलब्ध करवाए जा रहे है। जिला की मंडियों का नियमित रूप से निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है ताकि किसानों को किसी प्रकार की दिक्कतेें पेश न आए।

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is providing academic support to its learners during nationwide lockdown by conducting Online Counselling Sessions in various disciplines. IGNOU is using all the available means of communication to create a e-learning environments for its learners at their homes. Dr. Anil Kumar Dimri, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre Chandigarh informed that during the Nationwide Lockdown period Regional Centre Chandigarh is using the digital media platforms to keep in touch with its learners and also to keep their academic journey with IGNOU in progress. The Regional Centre Chandigarh has conducted the Induction Meeting of each of its Study Centre separately for the learners of January, 2020 Session through facebook to welcome the new learners and to orient them about the details of their academic programmes and distance education.
The IGNOU HQs. Is conducted Counselling Sessions of different programmes through Facebbook from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on weekdays. The Experts from different School of Studies of IGNOU are the conducted these sessions for the learners of their respective programmes. On World Malaria Day, 25th April 2020, Panjab University, Chandigarh and PGIMER, Chandigarh released a pamphlet from the famous comic series of Kids, Vaayu & Corona. The awareness material created by the team shows that Kids and Vaayu Joined hands together for zero malaria.
Dr Suman Mor, Chairperson, Department of Environment Studies, Panjab University mentioned that Malaria is life-threatening disease, which spread to humans through infected mosquito bites. The most common symptoms of malaria are fever, chills, and flu-like illness and disease could be lethal if left untreated. Therefore, it is important to create awareness and provide knowledge and information about the causes and spread of Malaria.
Dr Ravindra Khaiwal, Additional Professor of Environment Health, Department of Community Medicine and School of Public Health, PGIMER, Chandigarh mentioned that World Malaria Day is celebrated every year on 25th April and theme of this year is “Zero Malaria Starts with us”. He further stated that, while during lockdown, we remain mostly indoor, it is important to destroy mosquito breeding sites in and around your home and remain safe.
The awareness material shows that Vaayu and Kids joined hand together to create awareness and identifying mosquito breeding sites and destroying them jointly. Vaayu motivates children’s to regularly check sites, where mosquito hides and breed like such as standing water in containers, flower pots & saucer, standing water around trash or dustbin, garden ponds. Kids need to identifying mosquitoes breeding sites and destroyed to control malaria, which is a carrier for malaria parasite.
The leaflet highlighted the importance of mosquito net, protective clothing, mosquito repellents, keeping netted doors and windows closed, besides replacing standing water with damp sand in flower pots, changing water for bird daily, cleaning Drains and roof gutters regular to minimise the vector borne diseases.
