पंचकूला 21 जुलाई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जिला में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते अब तक 15854 व्यक्तियों के नमने लिए गए है। इनमें 15337 व्यक्तियों के नमूने नेगेटिव पाए गए। इसके अलावा 102 व्यक्तियों के नमूनों के परिणाम आने बाकी है। उन्होंने बताया कि आज जिला में 47 पोजिटिव मामले आए है इनमे 13 पंचकूला, 16 आई टी बी पी व 18 सी आर पी एफ के मामले पोजिटिव आए है। पिंजौर के 7, खेरावली के 2, महेशपुर 3 व सेक्टर 15 का एक मामला आया है।
इन स्थानों को कंटेनमेंट किया गया है। अब तक 327 पोजिटिव आए इनमे 80 बाहर के राज्यो व जिलों के है तथा कुल एक्टिव मामले 189 है । उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में अब तक आए नमूनों में से 138 कोरोना पोजिटीव ठीक हो गए, बाकी व्यक्तियों का स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा ईलाज किया जा रहा है।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला के 954 व्यक्तियों को घरों में क्वारंटीन किया गया हैं। इसके अलावा विदेश से आने वाले 13 व्यक्तियों में से 7 पार्क रॉयल, 3 सिराज होटल सैक्टर 10 व 3 व्यक्तियों को सूद भवन में कावर्टाइन किया गया है।

पंचकूला 21, जुलाई- जिला एवं सत्र न्यायधीश और अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण पंचकूला सुभाष मेहला के दिशा-निर्देशानुसार कोरोना महामारी के चलते लाॅक डाउन के दौरान लोगों को कानूनी जानकारी देने हेतू माजरी गाँव, पंचकूला में कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन करने के साथ साथ गरीब, जरूरतमंद लोगों को हाथ से बनाये गए मास्क बांटे।
इस संबध में जानकारी देते हुए मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी एवं सचिव सम्प्रीत कौर ने बताया कि माजरी गाँव में कार्य करने वाले लोगों को व्यक्तिगत दूरी बनाए रखने एवं बार बार साबुन से हाथ धोने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया गया। इसके अलावा घर से निकलते ही सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर मास्क का प्रयोग करने तथा सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर थूकने पर प्रतिबंध बारे भी जानकारी दी जा रही है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति मास्क का प्रयोग न करते पाया जाता है तो उस पर 500 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है।
उन्होेंने बताया कि प्राधिकरण की ओर जरूरतमंद लोगों के लिए 0172-2585566 तथा 1800-180-2057 हैल्पलाईन भी 24 घण्टें क्रियान्वित की जा रही है। इन पर कोई भी नागरिक सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी ले सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्राधिकरण की ओर जरूरतमंद्व लोगों के मामलों की पैरवी करने के लिए निशुल्क अधिवक्ताओं की भी नियुक्ति की जाती है।

With the initiatives of Ministry of Human Resource and Development, under the aegis of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching, the Center for Academic Leadership and Education Management (CALEM) running in Panjab University Chandigarh took an initiative to arrange an online seven days Faculty Development Programme from July 15-20, 2020 on the theme of “Technology and Instructional Reforms with reference to Online Teaching, Learning and Evaluation”.
The course was coordinated by Dr Vishal Sharma,Coordinator, Swayam, Dr Kanwalpreet Kaur ,Chairperson, IETVE, Prof. Kirandeep Singh ,Chairperson, Deptt. of Education; Prof. Jatinder Grover ,Coordinator CALEM and Dean, Faculty of Education, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh welcomed all the dignitaries and participants. He shared that the main objective of this faculty development programme is to train the faculty participants and fully prepare and equip them with online teaching-learning tools. Learning of these tools and techniques will help the faculty members to design their own online courses as well as E-content for the online teaching, learning and evaluation. He said that our teachers have to use this opportunity to refine their skills for managing instructions in the virtual classroom.
Prof. S.P. Bansal, Honourable Vice-Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh Technical university, Hamirpur (H.P.) was the Chief guest in the valedictory session of this one week workshop. He highlighted that the lockdown has provided enough space as well as an opportunity to the faculty for learning and practicing the various tools and techniques necessary for managing online teaching. The need is to train the teachers about using the technology tools to supplement and complement the learning. He further stress upon the use of various digital learning initiatives of Government of India in the online teaching and learning.
Prof. Jatinder Grover, Dean Faculty of education and Coordinator CALEM shared that Centre for academic Leadership and Educational Management read the report of this one week Faculty development program. He told that more than 700 participants from 35 universities from India got registered for this workshop and successfully completed the same. Various resource persons from different national institutes delivered their lectures and conducted training in workshop mode. In these sessions all the participants performed the hands on training on different tools and techniques and also submitted their assignments. They have been told about the best practices to be followed in online teaching, best virtual learning platforms and use of open education resources in their teaching. उन्होंने बताया कि यदि समय पर कोई अधिकारी मौजूद नहीं हैं उसका अगला समय व तिथि की भी जानकारी प्रार्थी को संदेश द्वारा दी जाएगी। इससे जिला के नागरिक करोनो रूपी माहामारी से भी बच पाएगें और उनकी धन व समय की भी बचत होगी। इस पोर्टल पर प्रार्थी अपनी नियुक्ती का स्टे्टस भी चैक कर सकता है और दी गई समय और तिथि पर वीसी के माध्यम से संबंधित अधिकारी से अपनी समस्या बता कर उसका निदान करवा सकता है।

सिरसा,21 जुलाई……..जिला की थाना शहर सिरसा पुलिस ने महत्वपुर्ण सुराग जुटाते हुए बीती 16 जुलाई 2020 को शहर को किर्ती नगर क्षेत्र में एक कार सवार व्यक्ति से पिस्टल प्वाइंट पर 3250 रुपये की नगदी लूटने की घटना के दो और आरोपियों को काबू कर लिया है । इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए थाना शहर सिरसा प्रभारी सुखबीर सिंह ने बाताया कि लूट की इस वारदात में एक आरोपी को शहर थाना पुलिस ने पहले ही गिरफ्तार कर वारदात में प्रयुक्त गाडी बरामद कर ली थी। उन्होने बताया कि पकड़े गए आरोपियों की पहचान कृष्ण कुमार उर्फ के.आर. पुत्र छबीलदास निवासी प्रेम नगर सिरसा व इशू कुमार उर्फ काली पुत्र बृजमोहन निवासी अग्रसेन कालोनी सिरसा के रुप में हुई है । पकड़े गए आरोपियों को रिमाण्ड़ पर लिया जाएगा और रिमाण्ड़ अवधि के दौरान आरोपियों की निशान देही पर लूट की वारदात में प्रयुक्त स्कूटी व हथियार बरामद किये जाएगें । थाना प्रभारी ने बताया की इस संबधं में उमेश पुत्र सुरेश कुमार निवासी शक्ति नगर की शिकायत पर थाना शहर सिरसा में लूट का मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरु की गई थी । उन्होने बताया कि थाना शहर सिरसा की पुलिस टीम घटना के समय से ही आरोपियों की धर-पकड के लिए लगातार दबिश दे रही थी ।

हरियाणा भाजपा को अपना नया प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मिल गया है। भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जगत प्रकाश नड्डा ने हरियाणा के पूर्व मंत्री ओम प्रकाश धनखड़ को नया प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया है। ओपी धनखड़ अब सुभाष बराला की जगह लेंगे। भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव व मुख्यालय प्रभारी अरूण सिंह ने इस संबंध में पत्र जारी किया है।

पंचकूला 19 जुलाई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जिला में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते अब तक 14803 व्यक्तियों के नमने लिए गए है। इनमें 14354 व्यक्तियों के नमूने नेगेटिव पाए गए। इसके अलावा 93 व्यक्तियों के नमूनों के परिणाम आने बाकी है। उन्होंने बताया कि आज जिला में 12 पोजिटिव मामले आए है इनमे 9 पंचकूला तथा 3 बाहर के आए है। इनमें सैक्टर 9, डी एम ई आर, पंचकूला, सेक्टर 7, सेक्टर 26 क्षेत्र में एक-एक मामला आया है। इसके अलावा आशियाना औद्योगिक क्षेत्र फेस 1 में 4 तथा बाहर के मामलों में एक बलताना व 2 देराबसी के मामले पोजिटिव आए है। इन स्थानों को कंटेनमेंट किया गया है। अब तक 251 पोजिटिव आए इनमे 78 बाहर के राज्यो व जिलों के है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में अब तक आए नमूनों में से 134 कोरोना पोजिटीव ठीक हो गए, बाकी व्यक्तियों का स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा ईलाज किया जा रहा है।

अब 30 सिंतबर तक प्रशासन द्वारा शहर में इलेक्ट्रिक साइकिल चलाने की सुविधा शहरवासियों को दी जाएगी है। जिसके अनुसार शहर के 25 डॉकिंग स्टेशन से सेक्टर-17, 43 बस स्टैंड, PU, PGI, GMSH-16, पेक, सेक्रेटेरिएट, पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट, सुखना लेक, रोज गार्डन के रूट पर 100 ई-साइकिल चलेंगी।
शहर में प्रदूषण कम करने व लोगों के फिट व हेल्थी रहने के लिए प्रशासन द्वारा साइक्लिंग को काफी प्रमोट किया जा रहा है। साइकिल चलाने वाले लोगों को अन्य वाहनों की तरह से अलग से सुविधा भी दी जा रही है। शहर में सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए साइकिल के लिए अलग से साइकिल ट्रैक बनाया गया है।
शहर के लोगों ने भी साइकिल चलाने के प्रति उत्साह दिखाया है। वर्तमान समय में शहर में बहुत से लोग खासतौर पर शहर के युवा वर्ग के लोग साइक्लिंग करते नजर आते है। सुखना लेक पर भी सुबह व शाम के समय सैर के लिए आने वाले लोग अन्य वाहन की बजाए साइकिल से लेक पर पहुंचते है। जिससे सुखना लेक की पार्किंग में अन्य वाहनों की तुलना साइकिल अधिक नजर आती है। जिस कारण सुखना की पार्किंग में खड़ी कर गई लोगों साइकिल को सुरक्षा के लिए पार्किंग में सिक्योरिटी की तैनात कर दी गई है।
ई-साइकिल से लोग PGI , PU, सेक्रेटेरिएट, हाईकोर्ट जा सकेंगें। सुबह और शाम को सुखना लेक और रॉक गार्डन पर साइकिल से आने जाने लगेंगे। हालांकि यह कंपनी तय करेगी कि किस सेक्टर या पॉइंट पर डॉकिंग स्टेशन बनाने है।
इलेक्ट्रिक साइकिल चलाने के लिए बनाने होंगे स्मार्ट कार्ड
यदि लोगों को इन इलेक्ट्रिक साइकिल को चलाना है तो उन्हें स्मार्ट कार्ड बनवाना होगा। कंपनी आइडेंटेटी प्रूफ पर साइकिल चलाने के लिए देगी। स्मार्ट कार्ड धारक एक डॉकिंग स्टेशन से लेकर दूसरे डॉकिंग स्टेशन पर इलेक्ट्रिक या साधारण साइकिल खड़े करेंगे तब उन्हें स्टेशन पर लगे टैग से स्मार्ट कार्ड टच करना होगा। तभी उनके खाते से आधे घंटे के हिसाब से पांच रुपए कंपनी के अकाउंट में चले जाएंगे। स्मार्ट कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आधार कार्ड या किसी अन्य पहचान पत्र देना होगा।

He also shared that from last few months Panjab university has organized 250 webinars and has submitted 30 projects till date. Dr. H.R Nagendra, Padma Shri awardee, Chancellor S-VYASA university, Bengaluru chief guest of the event talks about the wholesome wellness which just not include the physical body but also the mind .He also talked about the great personalities which are full of spirituality from different parts of India like-Shankaracharya ji from Karnataka, Guru Nanak Dev ji from Punjab etc. He suggested to work on the immune system which is like an army is there to defend us from various problems and any virus. He said everyone needs to focus on four principles of a healthy life – Ahar, Vihar, Achar, Vichar and one has to work on all these aspects in order to stay fit. Chef Ram Babu, key speaker who is known as millet chef add the importance of millets in the food. He said that a chef must have the quality of kindness and must prepare the food as one does meditation. One must be happy and cooking must be taken as God’s blessing and as an opportunity to feed the souls and he compared the food with prasad. He insisted to take local and seasonal food. He said millets are full of protein, energy and are gluten free. So, everyone must add and replace the wheat and rice with millets in their daily routine. He said we are privileged to be Indian as there is plenty of millets available. He said even millets are good for high B.P patients, diabetic patients and pregnant ladies too.
Dr. O.P Singh another key speaker Prof. O.P Singh, head kaya chikitsa, Banaras Hindu University talked about Ayurveda and yoga and advice to improve the spiritual and social health. He also talked about panchakarma to purify the body and remove the toxins .He also talk about the indigenous cows’ milk which is available in India and is healthy and full of nutrition. Moreover he adds that one should remove wheat and white rice from diet and must add millets, gur and black rice to stay fit.
For the first time through this webinar, UIHTM has taken the initiative to donate the fee collected through the webinar to PM Care fund . 40 Participants registered for the webinar and each participant paid Rs 200/- for the registration.

The Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms(C-CAMP), a Department of Biotechnology (GOI) supported initiative with mandate to foster high-end research and innovation along with CARB-X, a Global Accelerator Network (GAN) under a public-private partnership led by Boston University to fund and support R&D and early development of products to combat AMR, held AMR-Quest 2020 Grand Finale.
Dr. Richard Lawson, Director of the Project Management Office, CARB-X delivered a special address and said, “Investing in public health was never more important than it is today. An infection without cure like the present pandemic is a curtain-raiser for the gravity of the public health challenge AMR poses. We need to fight back through a holistic, cohesive approach by all stakeholders including end users to build and sustain the next crop of AMR innovations. The AMR Quest is an attempt in this direction,” said Taslim Arif Saiyed, CEO and Director, C-CAMP.
