उन्होंने बताया कि कृषि विभाग द्वारा बागवानी, सब्जी, नकदी फसलों, डेयरी व दूध उत्पादक, मशरूम की खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन, कृषि प्रणाली व जैविक खाद उत्पादन की विविधिकरण की एकीकृत योजना, खारे पानी में मत्स्य पालन योजनाएं, रसायन मुक्त खेती अपनाने जैसी अनुठी एवं कारगर योजनाएं व्यापक स्तर पर क्रियान्वित की जा रही हैं। इन योजनाओं का लाभ जिला के प्रत्येक किसान को ग्रासरूट पर मिले ताकि वास्तव में किसान आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त एवं मजबूत बन कर उभर सके।

जिन किसानों ने किन्हीं कारणों से धान, मक्का, बाजरा और कपास जैसी अपनी खरीफ फसलों का बीमा नहीं करवाया है, वे अब भी 31 जुलाई तक अवश्य बीमा करवा सकते हैं। इसके लिए विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा गांव स्तर पर शिविरों का आयोजन कर किसानों को फसल बीमा योजना की जानकारी दी जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि खरीफ फसलों का बीमा भी किसानों से बहुत ही कम प्रीमियम में किया जा रहा है तथा ओलावृष्टि, सूखा, बाढ जैसी विषम परिस्थितियों में किसानों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में मुआवजा मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग के अधिकारी भीे समय-समय पर शिविरों व किसान गोष्ठियों के तहत किसानों को नई-नई योजनाओं की जानकारी पहुंचा रहें ताकि किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के लक्ष्य को आसानी से हासिल किया जा सकें।

Chandigarh, July 29:- A meeting of committee constituted by Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Chandigarh to enhance revenue sources of the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh was held here today in the conference room of MCC, which was attended by member councilors namely Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh Siddhu, Sh. Davesh Moudgil, Sh. Anil Kumar Garg, Additional Commissioner, Sh. Sorabh Arora, Joint Commissioner, and other senior officers of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

During the meeting the financial status and sources to enhance the income of Municipal Corporation and following issues were discussed in detail:

·          Possibilities be explored to allow petrol limit instead providing separate vehicles to the officers excluding senior officers in the Corporation to avoid expenditure of maintenance and services etc.

·         Detail of vacant properties in the rural area & urban area maintained with estate branch and building branch be prepared and tabled in the next meeting.

·          Proposal be prepared to allow advertisement in all the vehicles of Municipal Corporation to generate revenue.

·         Proposal be prepared to collect charges for garbage collection in 13 villages and commercial shops.

·         Permission be given to Dhabas and eating joints to allow table and chairs outside and corners besides their premises for the lunch and dinner on rent bases.

पंचकूला 28 जुलाई- अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनिता मलिक ने बताया कि सरकार के निर्देशानुसार जिला में परिवार पहचान पत्र बनाने के लिए विभिन्न सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा घर घर सर्वेक्षण का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इस कार्य में शहर के नागरिकों को इन कर्मचारियों का डाटा एकत्र करने में पूरा सहयोग करना चाहिए।

अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त ने बताया कि इस सर्वेक्षण का उद्वेश्य सरकारी सेवाओं एवं जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को आम नागरिकों तक सही तरीके से पहुंचाया जाना है। यदि सही डाटा एकत्र होगा तो नागरिकों के लिए बेहतर एवं स्टीक योजनाएं बनाने में आसानी होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला से सही डाटा प्राप्त करके आधार नम्बर के माध्यम से हर परिवार को एक अलग पहचान नम्बर दिया जाएगा। इस पहचान नम्बर से अनेक जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को जोड़ा जाएगा ताकि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को उनका लाभ सुगमता से उपलब्ध हो सके। इसके अलावा कर्मचारियों द्वारा तैयार किया गया डाटा पूर्ण रूप से सुरक्षित और गोपनीय रखा जाएगा।


उन्होंने कहा कि परिवार पहचान पत्र के लिए मोबाईल नम्बर व आधार देना अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने बताया कि सभी नागरिक अन्य सेवाओं के लिए भी मोबाईल नम्बर दे रहे हैं। इसलिए उन्हें परिवार पहचान पत्र के लिए मोबाईल व आधार नम्बर देने में हिचकिचाना नहीं चाहिए। इससे उन्हें किसी प्रकार की दिक्कत पेश नहीं आएगी। इसलिए जिला के नागरिकों को इन कर्मचारियों का डाटा एकत्र करने में सहयोग करना चाहिए ताकि सर्वेक्षण का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा किया जा सके।

अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सैक्टरों की रेजिडेंट वैल्फेयर एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों के साथ शीघ्र ही बैठक का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा करेंगें और रेजिडेंस वैल्फेयर पदाधिकारियों से परिवार पहचान पत्र सर्वेक्षण के कार्य में सहयोग देने का अनुरोध किया जाएगां। उन्होंने परिवार पहचान पत्र के कार्य मंे लगे हुए कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे नागरिकों का सही डाटा एकत्र करने के कार्य को जल्द से जल्द से पूरा करें और किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही एवं कोताही न करें।

पंचकूला 28 जुलाई- जिला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण की ओर कोरोना महामारी के चलते लाॅक डाउन के दौरान जिला के लोगों को कानूनी जानकारी देने हेतू सकेतड़ी में कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन कर कार्य करने वाले मजदूरों के साथ साथ गरीब एवं जरूरतमंद लोगों को हैडमेट मास्क बांटे।

इस संबध में जानकारी देते हुए मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी एवं सचिव सम्प्रीत कौर ने बताया कि सकेतडी में कार्य करने वाले लोगों को व्यक्तिगत दूरी बनाए रखने एवं बार बार साबुन से हाथ धोने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया गया। इसके अलावा घर से निकलते ही सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर मास्क का प्रयोग करने तथा सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर थूकने पर प्रतिबंध बारे भी जानकारी दी जा रही है। व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर मास्क का प्रयोग करने के लिए जागरूक किया गया। यदि कोई मास्क का उपयोग नहीं करेगा तोे उस पर 500 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है।

सचिव ने बताया कि इन शिविरों में लोगों को हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा क्रियान्वित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के बारे में अवगत करवाया जाता है ताकि जरूरतमंद एवं पात्र व्यक्ति इन योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकें। उन्होंने बताया कि अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा लोगों को मोबाईल सेतू अपलोड करने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया जाता है ओर उसे समय समय अपडेट करने के लिए भी अवगत करवाया जाता है ताकि कोविड की जानकारी उन्हें समय पर मिल सके।


उन्होेंने बताया कि प्राधिकरण की ओर जरूरतमंद लोगों के लिए 0172-2585566 तथा 1800-180-2057 हैल्पलाईन भी 24 घण्टें क्रियान्वित की जा रही है। इन पर कोई भी नागरिक सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी ले सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्राधिकरण की ओर जरूरतमंद्व लोगों के मामलों की पैरवी करने के लिए निशुल्क अधिवक्ताओं की भी नियुक्ति की जाती है।

पंचकूला 28 जुलाई- केंद्रीय जल शक्ति राज्यमंत्री रत्नलाल कटारिया ने कल अंबाला पहुंच रहे पांच रफैल विमानों की बधाई रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह जी को दी ।


उन्होने रक्षा मंत्री का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे समय में जब चीन और पाकिस्तान दोनों के साथ सरहदों पर तनाव का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, तब भारतीय वायुसेना को अंबाला में राफेल लड़ाकू विमान के शामिल होने से बड़ी ताकत मिलेगी । इससे हवाई युद्ध क्षमताओं में देश की फायर पावर में बढ़ोतरी होगी।


श्री कटारिया ने बताया कि दुश्मन के विमानों को 150 किलोमीटर से अधिक दूरी पर ही मार गिराने की क्षमता इस विमान में हैं । राफेल अपनी बहुक्षमताओं के साथ दुश्मन के किसी भी विमान पर आसानी से हवा में निशाना लगा सकता है ।


केंद्रीय मंत्री ने विपक्ष पर वार करते हुए कहा कि देश मोदी जी के कुशल नेतृत्व में सुरक्षित है हमारे किसी भी पड़ोसी देश की हिम्मत नहीं कि हमें आंख उठा कर देख सके जब भी किसी ने हमारी सीमा की तरफ कदम बढ़ाने की कोशिश की तो उसको मुंह की खानी पड़ी है ।

पंचकूला 28 जुलाई,। उपयुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि जिला में आज कुल 15 कोरोना के नए मरीज पाए गए है। इनमे 14 पंचकूला तथा एक मोहाली से सबंधित है। पंचकूला के महेशपुर में 3, सेक्टर 23, सुरजपुर, कालका, बीड घग्गर में से 1- 1 पॉजिटिव मामला पाया गया है। इसके अलावा 4 मामले आईटीबीपी में आए है। उन्होंने बताया कि इन क्षेत्रों को कंटनमेट एवम् आइसोलेट करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि अब तक जिला में 587 पॉजिटिव मामले आए है। इनमें 452 पंचकूला तथा 108 मामले बाहर के है। इनमे से 222 ठीक हो गए है तथा अब जिला में 228 मामले पॉजिटिव रह गए है जिनका इलाज किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा अब तक 180286 नमूने लिए गए है। इनमे 17425 नमूने नेगेटिव पाए गए तथा 273 नमूनों के परिणाम आने बाकी है।

SAIF/CIL PU launches Currency Notes Sanitization Device

In the series of design and development of various sanitization devices,  SAIF/CIL department, Panjab University has developed  yet another project to disinfect currency notes and cheques. Professor Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University launched the device which works on Thermal and UV-C disinfection technology which sanitizes the currency note in a very short duration of time.

Dr. Ramesh Sharma, who designed and developed this device told that idea of this device was conceived by Mr. Navtej Singh   and it was fabricated by Mr. Dinesh Sharma. Dr. Sharma further said that he has also designed a system to disinfect central air-conditioned plants and it will be fabricated soon. 

Prof Chaudhary  informed that he and his team is working on two more advanced projects which will be beneficial for society in the long run. Professor Raj Kumar was pleased to know about various projects taken up by SAIF and CIL in addition to the routine  sophisticated analytical facilities   provided by centres throughout the country.

Kargil Vijay Diwas at UIET

The Cultural Committee of University Institute of Engg & Technology,Panjab University along with the Alumni Affairs Cell organized an event on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas to pay homage to the martyrs of the 1999 Kargil War. The event was organized on Google Meet and was hosted Live on You tube with all the participants and attendees at their home.

The event started with the opening note from Prof. Raj Kumar, the Vice Chancellor of Panjab University and Prof. Savita Gupta, Director of University Institute of Engineering and Technology. They emphasized on the importance of the day and appreciated the students for such an initiative. The Chief Guest for the event was an alumnus of UIET, Lt. Commander Anirudh Bhardwaj. He shared his own experience and gave  an important message to live in and enjoy the present moment.

It was followed by  the cultural events which kicked off with a patriotic poetry by Dhriti narrating a message from a soldier to his mother who has sacrificed his life for the motherland. Following it was a song by Devansh Soni and a story by Srijan Tiwari. After that the students narrated the last letters of the Kargil Heroes that they sent to their family creating  an emotional atmosphere. Adding to it, Shubhra Mittal, narrated an account of a Fauji daughter and how an early meeting with her Dad became the last for her.

Prateek Sharma narrated a poem in Veer Ras giving an account of a mother’s anger who lost her son in the war. Adding to it were songs by Himanshu Rana Sarfaroshi Ki Tamanna and Zindagi Maut Na Ban Jaye fueling the enthusiasm to new heights. Poetry by Bhupesh Yadav made us all look into our lives and introspect to make lives worth protecting. Shubham Gupta gave an account of a son who lost his father in the war but is still brave enough to join the army afterwards. Then the Coordinator of the Cultural Committee and the Coordinator of the Alumni Affairs Cell of UIET expressed their thoughts and encouraged the students to take such steps more often. The event was concluded by a classical dance by Srija Nandi on Vande Mataram instilling the feeling of patriotism in us more firmly.

Gurpreet Singh Dhillon and attended by other members of committee namely Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Sh. Rajesh Gupta, Sh. Devinder Singh Babla, Sh. Charanjiv Singh and Maj. Gen. नवीन एवं नवीनीकरणी ऊर्जा विभाग की ओर से जिला की गौशालाओं, संस्थाओं और डेयरियों में संस्थागत बायोगैस प्लांट लगाने के लिए 40 प्रतिशत तक अनुदान दिया जा रहा है।

पंचकूला 27 जुलाई- नवीन एवं नवीनीकरणी ऊर्जा विभाग की ओर से जिला की गौशालाओं, संस्थाओं और डेयरियों में संस्थागत बायोगैस प्लांट लगाने के लिए 40 प्रतिशत तक अनुदान दिया जा रहा है।

अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनिता मलिक ने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा 25 क्यूबिक मीटर का बायोगैस प्लांट लगाने के लिए 70 से 80 पशुओं वाली गौशालाएं, संस्थाएं ओर डेयरियां आवेदन कर सकती है। इसी प्रकार 35 क्यूबिक मीटर के लिए 100 से 110 पशु रखने वाली तथा 45 क्यूबिक मीटर का बायोगैस प्लांट के लिए 125 से 140 पशु रखने वाली गौशालाएं, डेयरियां, एवं संस्थाएं आवेदन कर सकती है। उन्होंने बताया कि इसी प्रकार 60 मीटर क्यूबिक मीटर का बायोगैस प्लांट 175 से 180 पशु रखने वाली गौशालाएं, संस्थाएं और डेयरियां ही संस्थागत बायोगैस प्लांट के लिए आवेदन कर सकती है। इसी प्रकार 85 मीटर क्यूबिक मीटर के बायोगैस प्लंाट के लिए 250 से 270 पशुओं को रखने वाली संस्थागत बायोगैस प्लांट लगाए जा सकते है। उन्होंने बताया कि गौशालाओं में रखे जाने पशुओं से प्राप्त होने वाले गोबर से बेहतरीन संस्थागत बायोगैस प्लांट लगाए जा सकते है। इसलिए जिला की गौशालाओं, संस्थाओं एवं डेयरियों में संस्थागत बायोगैस प्लांट लगवाने के लिए सरकार की अनुदान योजना का लाभ उठाना चाहिए।

अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त ने बताया कि बायोगैस प्लांट पर्यावरण को प्रदूषित होने से बचाने में कारगर होते हैं इसके अलावा बायो खेती के लिए भी आर्गेनिक खाद तैयार करने में बायोगैस प्लांट को प्रयोग में लाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि बायोगैस प्लांट बहुत ही लाभकारी होते है। इनसे निकलने वाली गैस का प्रयेाग खाना बनाने के साथ साथ घरेलू बिजली उत्पादन के लिए भी प्रयोग में लाया जा सकता है। बायोगैस प्लांट से निकलने वाली वेस्ट का प्रयोग आर्गेनिक खाद के रूप में खेतों में लाया जा सकता है जिससे जमीन उपजाऊ होने के साथ शुद्व एवं उच्च गुणवता युक्त खाद्यान्न मिलेगा। इस प्रकार गौशालाएं आर्गेनिक खाद की बिक्री करके आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर होगी।
