पंचकूला 30 मई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत वर्ष 2021 के दौरान खरीफ सीजन में धान, मक्का, बाजरा व कपास तथा रबी सीजन में गेहूं, जौ, चना, सरसों व सूरजमुखी फसलों का बीमा किया जाएगा। फसल का बीमा करवाने की अन्तिम तिथि 31 जुलाई, 2021 है।


उपायुक्त ने बताया कि खरीफ सीजन में इस योजना के तहत किसानों को धान के लिए प्रति एकड़ 713.99 रुपये, मक्का के लिए 356.99 रुपये, बाजरा के लिए 335.99 रुपये और कपास के लिए 1732.50 रुपये प्रति एकड़ की दर से प्रीमियम देना होगा। इसी तरह, रबी फसलों में किसानों को गेहूं के लिए प्रति एकड़ 409.50 रुपये, जौ के लिए 267.75 रुपये, चना के लिए 204.75 रुपये, सरसों के लिए 275.63 रुपये और सूरजमुखी के लिए 267.75 रुपये प्रति एकड़ की दर से प्रीमियम देना होगा।


उन्होंने बताया कि फसल की बीमित राशि धान के लिए 35699.78 रुपये, मक्का के लिए 17849.89 रुपये, बाजरा के लिए 16799.33 रुपये तथा कपास के लिए 34650.02 रुपये प्रति एकड़ निर्धारित की गई है। इसी तरह, गेहूं के लिए बीमित राशि 27300.12 रुपये, जौ के लिए 17849.89 रुपये, चना के लिए 13650.06 रुपये, सरसों के लिए 18375.17 रुपये तथा सूरजमुखी के लिए बीमित राशि 17849.89 रुपये प्रति एकड़ तय की गई है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि यह योजना सभी किसानों के लिए स्वैच्छिक है। इसलिए यदि ऋणी किसान इस योजना में शामिल नहीं होना चाहते तो वे 24 जुलाई, 2021 तक अपने बैंकों में लिखित आवेदन करके योजना से बाहर (ऑप्ट-आउट) हो सकते हैं। यदि ऋणी किसान स्कीम से बाहर होने के लिए तय सीमा तक सम्बन्धित बैंक में आवेदन नहीं करता तो बैंक किसान की फसलों का बीमा करने के लिए अधिकृत या बाध्य होंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि गैर-ऋणी किसान ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र या बीमा कम्पनी के प्रतिनिधि से अपनी फसल का बीमा करवा सकता है। यदि कोई किसान पहले से नियोजित फसल को बदलता है तो उसे अन्तिम तिथि से कम से कम दो दिन पहले यानी 29 जुलाई तक फसल बदलाव के लिए बैंक में सूचित करना होगा।


उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा इस योजना को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए जिला स्तर पर परियोजना अधिकारी व सर्वेयर नियुक्त किए गए हैं, जो केवल प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना का ही कार्य देखते हैं। बीमा कंपनियों ने भी किसानों की सहायता के लिए जिला व ब्लॉक स्तर पर अपने कर्मचारी नियुक्त किए हैं। उन्होंने बताया स्कीम से जुड़ी किसानों की शिकायतों के निपटान के लिए राज्य व जिला स्तर पर शिकायत निवारण समितियों का गठन किया गया है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण कल्याण विभाग द्वारा जारी टोल फ्री नंबर 18001802117 पर अथवा अपनी बैंक शाखा या बीमा कंपनी से संपर्क कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, योजना के बारे में पूरी जानकारी विभाग की वेबसाइट ूूू.ंहतपींतलंदं.हवअ.पद पर उपलब्ध है।

Technology Enabling Centre (TEC) of Panjab University organized a webinar titled “Develop a Technology while doing your degree” through online mode. 

The Vice Chancellor of Panjab University Prof Rajkumar in his address, emphasized on requirement to do innovation on domestic needs of our local ecosystem and assured participants that Panjab University will give full support. 

Coordinator of first year Dr Kalpana Dahiya apprised students that soon they will be undergoing a training titled “Innovative Product Design” in which students will have to make “proof-of-the-concept” projects.

 Dr Shankar Sehgal, incharge of Btech projects (mechanical), urged students to carry same project from initial semesters to their final semester. This will bring continuity in the project work and quality of projects will appreciably improve.

Professor Manu Sharma, coordinator of TEC shared several cases in which innovation by common men has brought positive change. Keynote speaker of the event, Er Sudhir Dua stressed upon need to develop scientific temperament while doing engineering degree. पंचकूला 29 मई – हरियाणा योग आयोग के चेयरमैन डा. जयदीप आर्य की अध्यक्षता में कोरोना वैश्विक महामारी में ‘‘योग एवं प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा’’ से किए जा उपचार एवं 21 जून को ‘‘अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2021’’ की तैयारियांे को लेकर आॅनलाइन बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

बैठक में निदेशक डा0 संगीता नेहरा, आयुष विभाग हरियाणा, आयोग सदस्य, योग स्पेश्लिस्ट्स, आयुष विभाग व हरियाणा में स्थापित प्रमुख योग संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।
आयुष निदेशक ने कहा कि कोरोना काॅल में योग, आयुर्वेद एवं प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा का बहुत महत्व हैं और योग एवं प्राणायाम को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बनाए गए क्वारंटाइन सैन्टर्स में एल0ई0ड़ी0 टी0वी0 लगाए जाने चाहिए। जहां पर प्रतिदिन प्रातः दो घंटे कोरोना मरीजों को योग एवं प्राणायाम करवाया जाए एवं योग एवं प्राणायाम से होने वाले फायदों के बारे मंे विस्तारपूर्वक अवगत करवाय जाए। इसके साथ उन्होंने बताया कि यदि कोई मरीज दूरभाष के माध्यम से यागे एवं प्राणायाम की जानकारी लेना चाहें तो इसके लिए भी विभाग की ओर से जल्द ही हेल्पलाईन नम्बर जारी किया जाए। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि योग दिवस को भव्य रुप से मनाने के लिए हमें एकजुट होकर तैयारियां करनी होगी।

हरियाणा योग आयोग के सदस्य डा0 मदन मानव ने बताया कि आयोग की ओर से कोरोना पीडित मरीजों के लिए एक योग प्रोटोकाॅल का निर्माण किया गया हैं। जिसे अप्रवुल के लिए भेजा गया हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 13 अप्रैल से ही आयुष मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रस्तावित योग प्रोटोकाॅल का अभ्यास करवाया जा रहा हैं। इसके अलावा कई अधिकारियों ने सुझाव दिए और किए जा रहे कार्यो के बारे में जानकारी दी। हरियाणा योग आयोग के रजिस्ट्रार डा0 हरी चंद्र ने शांति पाठ के साथ प्रतिभागियों का आभार जताया।

Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education(MGNCRE), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, GOI in collaboration with National Service Scheme, Panjab University organised an Online workshop entitled “Guidance on Psychosocial skills to Helpers Workshop” ,today.

The workshop was hosted by NSS Programme Coordinator, Prof. Ashwani Koul along with subject expert Dr. Ranbir Singh Battan from MGNCRE as a keynote speaker.

Dr. Ranbir stressed upon the idea of motivating the NSS volunteers for their voluntary participation in the areas around them for helping the corona victims as covid helpers. Workshop focused on the creation of teams of volunteers who will work with the support of hospitals and NGOs to help covid-19 patients by providing them different services.

NSS Unit of Dr. Sucha Singh and NSS Open Unit, UT Chandigarh offered their services to disseminate right information about covid-19, helping covid patients with food and other services and helping people to get the covid vaccine to minimize the risk of covid-19. Dr. Battan also briefed volunteers about how to identify social problems in the post COVID-19 scenario and then how to work in teams to tackle the problems faced by different people.

Nearly 100 NSS volunteers and NSS Programme Officers attended the workshop. In the end, Prof. Koul thanked and congratulated all participants for their active engagement in the online workshop.

पंचकूला 28 मई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि होम आइसोलेट मरीजों को डोर टू डोर व्यवस्था और अस्पतालों में उपचाराधीन मरीजों के लिए मांग के अनुसार ऑक्सीजन आपूर्ति की जा रही है। अब तक 61 सिलेण्डर घरों मंे उपलब्ध करवाए गए।


उपायुक्त ने बताया कि अभी तक जिलाभर मरीजों के ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर रिफिल कर दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जो मरीज अस्पतालों में उपचाराधीन हैं, वे डोर टू डोर ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर रिफिलिंग के लिए आवेदन न करें। उपचाराधीन मरीजों के लिए अस्पताल में ही जरूरत के अनुसार ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध करवाई जा रही है। पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत आवेदकों के ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर तत्काल रिफिल किए जा रहे हैं। जिसके आवेदन सही थे उन सभी को निर्धारित समय सीमा में ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर डिलिवर कर दिए गए हैं।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि डोर टू डोर ऑक्सीजन रिफिल व्यवस्था होम आइसोलेट मरीज, शरीर में ऑक्सीजन लेवल की कमी का डॉक्टरी परामर्श होने पर होम डिलवरी ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर रिफिल के ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें। निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए ऑनलाइन प्रणाली अपनाई गई है। आवेदक डब्लयूडब्लयूडब्लयू डॉट ऑक्सीजनएचआरवाई डॉट इन पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें।


उन्होंने बताया कि डोर टू डोर ऑक्सीजन रिफिल व्यवस्था के तहत आवेदक को डब्लयूडब्लयूडब्लयू डॉट ऑक्सीजनएचआरवाई डॉट इन पर क्लिक करना होगा। साइट पर मरीज का नाम,आयु, मरीज का आधार कार्ड नंबर, पता जहां आक्ॅसीजन सिलेंडर डिलिवर होना है, जिला, सिलेंडर साइज, मरीज का एसपीओ-2 लेवल, ऑक्सीमीटर से ऑक्सीजन लेवल दर्शाते हुए फोटो या डाक्टरी परामर्श आदि वर्णन भरना होगा। इस पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत होने के बाद आवेदन समाज सेवी संस्था और रैडक्रास सोसायटी के पास रिफलैक्ट हो जाएगा। इस कार्य में जनसेवा की भावना से कार्य कर रही समाज सेवी संस्था को भी यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आवेदक को सही मायनों में ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर जरूरत है।

पंचकूला़, 28 मई – उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली निगम ने कोरोना काल के दौरान चार महीने की बिजली की सिक्योरिटी को एक साल के लिए डेफर कर दिया गया है और तब तक कोरोना काल है अर्थात लॉकडाउन अवधि तक बिजली पर कोई सरचार्ज भी नहीं लिया जाएगा।


उपायुक्त ने बताया कि निगम द्वारा उपभोक्ताओं के परिसरों में पारदर्शी स्मार्ट मीटर लगाए जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा बिजली से संबंधित शिकायतों का निवारण करने के लिए बिजली दरबार लगाये जा रहे है। उन्होंने बताया कि ‘म्हारा गांव-जगमग गांव’ योजना के तहत जिला के अधिकतर गांवों में 24 घंटे बिजली दी जा रही है। इसके अलावा बिजली चोरी को रोकने के लिए टीमें गठित की गई। जो उपभोक्ताओं की चैकिंग का कार्य कर रही है।

उन्होंने बताया कि निगम की ओर से मकानों और स्कूलों के ऊपर से गुजर रहे बिजली के तारों को भी हटाने का काम किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा छोटे एवं खराब खंभों के स्थान पर लंबी ऊंचाई वाले खम्बें लगाये जा रहे है तथा पुरानी तारों को भी बदलने का काम किया जा रहा है।

पंचकूला 28 मई- हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने सेक्टर 19 में निर्माणाधीन रेलवे ओवरब्रिज का निरीक्षण किया और अधिकारियों को ओवरब्रिज दिवाली से पहले पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
श्री गुप्ता ने कहा कि को अधिकारी पूर्ण तालमेल के साथ कार्य करें। इस पुल के बन जाने से जनता की पुरानी मांग पूरी होगी और आवागमन सुगम होगा। उन्हांेने कहा कि रेल गाडियों के तीव्र संचालन और बार बार आने के कारण यह फाटक अधिक समय तक बंद रहता था। इस कारण चुनाव के समय दो साल पहले लोगों की मांग को पूरा करने के लिए लगभग 35 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से आरओबी का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसमें प्रदेश के हिस्से का अधिकांश कार्य पूरा कर लिया गया लेकिन रेलवे का कार्य शेष है।


उन्होंने कहा कि लगातार एक साल से कार्य चल रहा है लेकिन कोरोना काल में कार्य कुछ धीमा चला। उन्होंने कहा कि एचएसवीपी, बिजली, लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी अपने अपने कार्य तेजी से करें। उन्हांेने रेलवे के अधिकारियों से भी इस बारे विस्तार से जानकारी ली। रेलवे अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आॅक्सीजन सप्लाई के कारण कुछ समस्या आई लेकिन अब हिसार में पिल्लर बनाए जा रहे हैं। इन्हें शीघ्र ही लाकर लगा दिया जाएगा।


उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि जब तक रेलवे के हिस्से का कार्य पूरा नहीं होता तब तक आसपास के स्टेगिंग, सर्विस रोड़, बिजली के पोल, लाईटें आदि अन्य कार्य निपटा लें। उन्होंने ग्रीन बेल्ट में पानी निकासी के लिए लाईन डालने बारे भी अधिकारियों से निशानदेही करवाने को कहा।

श्री गुप्ता ने सैक्टर 19 में ही बन रहे अण्डर ब्रिज कार्य भी जायजा लिया। उन्होंने अण्डर ब्रिज के साथ दोनों और सिवरेज लाईन डालने, बिजली के खम्भें व ट्रांसफार्मर हटाने का कार्य तत्काल करने को कहा। उन्हांेने कहा कि पार्क के साथ मार्किंग का कार्य तुरंत पूरा किया जाए ताकि रास्ते का निर्माण भी जल्द पूरा हो सके।

Chandigarh, May 28:- A meeting of Sanitation Committee, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh was held here today under the chairmanship of Sh. Bharat Kumar and attended by Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Mayor and other members of committee namely Sh. Jagtar Singh, Sh. Shakti Parkash Devshali, Smt. Asha Jaswal, Ms. Shipra Bansal, Smt. Sunita Dhawan, Sh. Charanjiv Singh, Smt. Sheela Devi, Smt. Farmila, Dr. Amrit Warring, MOH and concerned Chief Sanitary Inspectors of MCC.

During the meeting the committee members discussed various important issues besides according approval to agenda items.

·        The committee members asked the concerned officers to remove dry leaves from the road berms/road sides. The MOH apprised the committee members that the MCC has ordered to hire sufficient tractor trollys to be engaged for lifting of dry leaves and horticulture waste throughout city and the backlog will be cleared within 15 days.

·        The committee asked the MOH to prepare proper plan to lift horticulture waste from households and road berms from city.

·        The Mayor requested all the councilors to participate in the month long Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched on 20th May and get their areas waste free and malba free till June 19th.

·        The committee members said that balance of manpower deputed throughout city for sanitation purpose be maintained area wise and asked all the Chief Sanitary Inspectors to submit specified requirement of manpower and deployed present strength at their respective areas for cleaning of roads and other areas.

·        The committee members discussed the door to door waste collection of garbage issue of sector 21 and asked the MOH to bring agenda about this after seeking legal opinion into this matter. The committee decided that Chairman of Sanitation Committee and Medical Officer of Health will hold meeting with the representatives of door to door waste collectors of Sector 21 and sort out the issue at the earliest.

·        The committee members pointed out that the Sub Inspectors of sanitation department will ensure waste collection from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of households by the waste collectors to avoid complaints of citizens.

·        The committee asked the concerned CSIs to ensure proper feedback from the citizens/households in regard to door to door waste collection system.

·        The members were of the view that percentage of death cases be fixed in new appointments to avoid any kind of discrimination with the other categories.

·        The committee also recommended enhancement of 1 liter mustered oil, 2 big bathing soaps and 1 kg Gur in addition to already fixed quota to the Safaikarmacharis.

Sophisticated Analytical Instrumentation Facility, Panjab University has added another High end instrument in its basket. The advanced Mass spectrometer “MALDI Synapt XS HD Mass Spectrometer facility was inaugurated by Professor Raj Kumar, Vice-Chancellor PU. 

Professor G R Chaudhary, Director SAIF and Dr. Ramesh Sharma said that the instrument is equipped with  Electron Spray Ionization (ESI) as well as Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization(MALDI) source and has Ultrahigh liquid  Chromatography(UPLC) and Nanospray as the inlet options. Ion mobility and Electron-transfer dissociation features give an edge to instruments for advanced research. This configuration is the first of its kind in the country as this will record diversified types of samples from small to macro molecules such as biological protein, peptide bacteria and fungus

Professor Raj Kumar appreciated the efforts of the Director and staff of SAIF for working effortlessly even in the difficult time of this  Pandemic situation. He also apprised the scientists present there about the achievement of SAIF in the last year where this department has analyzed the highest number of samples among all the SAIF centers in the country.
