औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों मे ंदाखिला के लिए नए आवेदन फार्म भरने की तिथि बढ़ाई गई है। इच्छुक आवेदक विभाग की वैबसाइट आईटीआईहरियाणाएडमिशनडॉटएनआईसीडॉटइन पर 21 नवंबर तक किए जा सकते हैं।
राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधानाचार्य लाल चंद रिवाडिय़ा ने बताया कि 21 नवंबर 2021 को पांचवे राउंड की सीट पोर्टल पर देख सकते हैं। 22 व 23 नवंबर को प्राथमिकताओं में संशोधन के लिए पोर्टल खोला जाएगा, 24 नवंबर को सीट अलॉटमेंट होगी तथा 24 से 26 नवंबर तक प्रशिक्षुओं के डॉक्यूमेंटी की फिजिकल वैरीफिकेशन की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि पांचवी काउंसलिंग में किसी प्रकार का आरक्षण लागु नहीं होगा, दाखिला मैरिट के आधार पर होगा। संस्थान में 24 ट्रेड में 40 यूनिट के अंदर 876 दाखिला सीट है। अभी तक संस्थान में 520 दाखिले हो चुके हैं, 147 सीट रिक्त है तथा 209 की वैरीफिकेशन अभी बाकी है। उन्होंने दाखिले के इच्छुक अभ्यार्थियों से आह्वड्ढान किया कि वे निधारित तिथि से पहले अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाए।

उपायुक्त अनीश यादव ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के तहत चालू नवंबर माह में भी नि:शुल्क राशन दिया जा रहा है। योजना के तहत एएवाई (गुलाबी कार्ड), बीपीएल (पीला कार्ड) व ओपीएच (खाकी कार्ड) धारकों को 5 किलोग्राम प्रति सदस्य मुफ्त खाद्यान्न उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। राशन कार्ड पर मिलने वाले तय कोटे के अतिरिक्त यह 5 किलोग्राम प्रति सदस्य अनाज नि:शुल्क दिया जा रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त राज्य सरकार द्वारा बीपीएल, एएवाई, ओपीएच कार्ड धारकों को निर्धारित मात्रा व दर के हिसाब से राशन उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है। जिला में एएवाई-गुलाबी के राशनकार्डों की संख्या 20 हजार 655 है, बीपीएल-पीला राशनकार्डों की संख्या 44 हजार 540 व ओपीएच-खाकी राशनकार्डों की संख्या 55 हजार 182 है।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि योजना के तहत गुलाबी (एएवाई) कार्ड पर 35 किलोग्राम गेहूं 2 रुपये प्रति किलो, एक किलो चीनी 13.50 प्रति किलो प्रति कार्ड व एक किलो नमक 4.50 प्रति किलो प्रति कार्ड दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा पीले (बीपीएल) राशन कार्ड पर पांच किलो गेंहू दो रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से प्रति सदस्य, एक किलो चीनी 13.50 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम प्रति कार्ड व एक किलोग्राम नमक 4.50 प्रति किलो प्रति कार्ड दिया जाएगा। साथ ही खाकी (ओपीएच) राशन कार्ड धारकों को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा खाद्य अधिनियम 2013 के तहत पांच किलोग्राम गेंहू दो रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की दर पर प्रति सदस्य के हिसाब से दिया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसी लाभार्थी को राशन वितरण के संबंध में कोई शिकायत है तो वे संबंधित जिला खाद्य एवं पूर्ति नियंत्रक के कार्यालय दूरभाष नंबर 01666-248422 में या मुख्यालय पर स्थित राज्य उपभोक्ता सहायता केंद्र के टोल फ्री नंबर 1800-180-2087, 1967 पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।
उन्होंने आमजन से कहा कि माह जून 2021 में लाभार्थियों को सरसों के तेल पर दिए जाने वाला अनुदान/सब्सिडी (250 रुपये प्रति 2 लीटर) एएवाई तथा बीपीएल परिवारों को सीधे तौर पर अपने बैंक खातों में जमा करवाई जा रही है। परंतु जिन लाभार्थियों को अनुदान/सब्सिडी प्राप्त नहीं हुई है, वे किसी भी सीएससी/अटल सेवा केंद्र पर जाकर व डिपूधारक की मदद से अपना बैंक खाता व परिवार पहचान पत्र अपडेट करवाएं, ताकि सरसों के तेल की अनुदान/सब्सिडी का लाभ प्राप्त हो सके।

पंचकूला, 16 नबंवर – हरियाणा उर्दू अकादमी द्वारा पंचकूला के सेक्टर 1 स्थित रेड बिशप में आज त्रिभाषी कवि सम्मेलन, मुशायरा एवं रूबरू कार्यक्रम- ‘शेर-ए-ऐहत्माम अजीम-उश-शान महफिल’ का आयोजन किया गया।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री हरियाणा के प्रधान सचिव एवं सूचना, जनसंपर्क एवं भाषा विभाग के प्रधान सचिव श्री वी. उमाशंकर ने मुख्यातिथि के रूप में शिरकत की तथा परंपरागत दीप प्रज्जवलित कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर उर्दू अकादमी के उपाध्यक्ष एवं निदेशक डाॅ. चंद्र त्रिखा भी उपस्थित थे।
त्रिभाषी कवि सम्मेलन में श्री उमाशंकर ने शायरों को शाॅल ओढ़ा कर सम्मानित किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने डाॅ मोहम्मद अयूब खान द्वारा उर्दू शायरी पर आधारित देवनागरी में लिखित पुस्तक ‘ग़ज़ल दर्पण’ तथा डाॅ. राम प्रताप द्वारा वाॅल पेंटिंग पर संग्रहित पुस्तक ‘द वैनिशिंग ट्रेज़र (The Vanishing Treasure) का विमोचन भी किया। श्री उमाशंकर ने कहा कि नज़म और ग़ज़ल दोनो फुरसत की विधाएं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि शायरों के नज़में और गज़लें मोतियों की तरह होते हैं।
सम्मेलन में विभिन्न शायरों ने अपनी ग़ज़लों व नज़मों से माहौल को खुशनुमा बना दिया। शायर शम्स तबरेज़ी ने ‘कोई भी ख्वाब अब आंखों में कहां होता है, लोग कहते हैं जहां दिल है वहां होता है’ पेश की, जिसे श्रोताओं ने खूब सराहा। इसके अलावा डॉक्टर मोहम्मद अयूब खान ने ‘हादसा ये भी हुआ दरों-दीवारों के दरमियाँ, टूट कर बिखरा था कोई सूने घर के दरमियाँ,’ पंजाब के एडीजीपी मोहम्मद फयाज़ फारूकी ने ‘पड़े है चोट कभी दिल पे बना कर खिलाफ, चराग ज़ोर पकड़ता है तब हवा के खिलाफ, डाॅ. के.के.़ ऋषि ने ‘दूर अब उनके ठिकाने हो गए हैं, फिर न मिलने के बहाने हो गए हैं’ प्रस्तुत की।
इस अवसर पर हरियाणा हिन्दी साहित्य अकादमी द्वारा सम्मानित श्री ज्ञान प्रकाश विवेक ने ‘मुद्दत से मिली जीस्त मुझे ढूंढ रही है, लगता है मुझे भूल रही है’, डाॅ. नवाज़ बैदी ने ‘जूते सीधे कर दिये थे एक दिन उस्ताद के, उसका बदला ये मिला कि तकदीर सीधी हो गई’ और फख्र-ए-हरियाणा डाॅ. बी.डी. हमदम कालिया ने ‘अदाएं हुस्न रूमानी बहुत हैं, निगाहें शोंक में दीवानी बहुत हैं’ पेश कर मौज़ूद लोगों की वाहवाही लूटी।

Chandigarh, November 16:- The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has enrolled all its group D employees under two ambitious social security schemes i.e. “Pardhan Mantri Jivan Jyoti Beema Yojna” (PMJJBY) and “Pardhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojna” (PMSBY).
In a function organized at Auditorium, Rani Laxmi Bai Mahila Bhawan, Sector 38, Chandigarh, the City Mayor Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma distributed enrolment letters to the 25 beneficiaries from Sanitation wing, Public Health wing and Horticulture wing, MCC.
While addressing the employees about the social security schemes, the Mayor lauded the efforts of Municipal Commissioner, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS for introducing and implementing the social schemes very fast. He said that last week the Commissioner came with the agenda item in the General House meeting for the social security schemes for the employees of MCC and after its approval the same has been implemented with today’s enrolment distribution function.
He said that this is a pathbreaking initative towards providing affordable universal access to essential social security protection in a convenient manner linked to auto-debit facility from the bank account of the subscriber.
He said that both the ambitious social security schemes will provide insurance cover in the unfortunate event of death by any cause or disability due to an accident. He said that the convenient delivery mechanism of the schemes is expected to address the situation of very low coverage of life or accident insurance.
The Mayor said that the PMSBY will offer a renewable one year accidental death cum disability cover of Rs. 2 lacs for partial permanent disability to all group D employees, door to door waste collectors and outsourced group D employees in the age group of 18-70 years for a premium of Rs. 12/- per annum per subscriber. While PMJJBY on the other hand will offer a renewable one year life cover of Rs. 2 lacs to all group D employees, door to door waste collectors and outsourced group D employees in the age group of 18-50 years, covering death due to any reason, for a premium of Rs. 330/- per annum per subscriber.
He said that the annual premium of all the group D employees, door to door waste collectors and outsourced group D employees will be borne by the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh. It shall amount to around 24 lacs per Annum. Initially two banks i.e. Punjab National Bank and Bank of Baroda have been authorized for enrolling the employees under both the schemes.
Earlier, Sh. Arun Sood, area councilor welcomed all the dignatories including Chief Guest and listed many beneficiary schemes run by the Government of India and the important role and responsibilities of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh for implementing the same in the city beautiful.
Others present on the occasion were Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Sh. Sanjay Tandan, Director, National Mineral Development Corporation (NDMC), Sh. Arun Sood, area councilor, other councilors and officers of MCC.

पंचकूला, 16 नवंबर- जिला नगर योजनाकार (ई0) पंचकूला द्वारा पैरीफेरी नियंत्रित क्षेत्र/अर्बन एरिया की राजस्व सम्पदा गांव चरनियां व खेडावाली में अवैध रूप से निर्माणाधीन 9 दुकानों को जेसीबी द्वारा तोड़ दिया गया। जिला नगर योजनाकार, पंचकूला की टीम भारी पुलिस बल व जेसीबी के साथ गांव चरनियां व खेडावाली पहंुची।
इस कार्यवाही में जिला नगर योजनाकार श्रीमती प्रियम भारद्वाज व श्री देवेन्द्र राठी, एसडीई, कंस्ट्रक्शन डिविजन हरियाणा, पीडब्ल्यूडी, कालका बतौर ड्यूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट तथा जिला नगर योजनाकार (ई0), पंचकूला से कनिष्ठ अभियंता श्री दीपक व कनिष्ठ अभियंता श्री सचिन भी मौके पर मौजूद थे।
जिला नगर योजनाकार श्रीमती प्रियम भारद्वाज ने बताया कि अवैध निर्माण को हटाने से पहले नोटिस भी दिए गए थे लेकिन इस निर्माण को नहीं हटाया गया, जिस कारण विभाग को यह कार्रवाई करनी पड़ी। उन्होंने बताया कि जमीन की खरीद फरोख्त से पूर्व विभाग से जांच-पड़ताल जरूर करें ताकि लोगांें की कड़ी मेहनत का पैसा बर्बाद न हो तथा अवैध निर्माण पर रोक लग सकेें।

Panjab University, Chandigarh took out a procession on winning Maulana Abul Kalam Azad (MAKA), here today, which was graced by Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor (VC) and all Senior PU Officials, Sports Coaches, Administrative & Ground Staff of the Directorate of Sports, students and staff.
PU VC congratulated all for this incredible achievement and assured all possible facilities to be provided to the sports persons for achieving still more in the field of sports.
The procession was for making a hat trick for MAKA after winning the trophy for the year 2019-20, 2020-21. Earlier, in 2019 also, PU won the trophy. PU made hat trick after a long span of 50 years.
The procession started from the office of Vice-Chancellor, PU amidst beats of dhol and bhangra by students and staff of PU. The MAKA trophy was taken on an open flower laden jeep with PU VC, Prof. Prashant Gautam, Director, Physical Education and Sports, Sh. Vikram Nayyar, officiating Registrar and Finance & Development Officer, Prof. Anju Suri, Dean College Development Council, Prof. S.K. Tomar, Dean Research, Sh. Rakesh Malik, Deputy Director of Sports and Ms. Neeru Malik, PU Fellow.
Throughout the procession, huge number of employees were present for cheering up the officials carrying the MAKA Trophy. The sweets were also distributed on the occasion.

The Panjab University authorities have planned to hold the forthcoming odd semester December 2021 examinations in offline mode and started the preparation for the same, informed Dr Jagat Bhushan, Controller of Examinations.
The practicals of undergraduate courses will be conducted between 17th to 21st December, 2021 and postgraduate courses will be conducted between 20th to 24th December, 2021. The theory exams of undergraduate courses will start w.e.f. 22nd December and postgraduate courses will start from 27th December, 2021.

Chandigarh, November 15:- Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Mayor and Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh visited dumping site Dadumajra, here today. They were accompanied by concerned senior officers of MCC.
The visit was conducted in order to monitor and to take stock of the work progress in the dumping site and the mining of waste garbage processing plant. The Mayor and Commissioner reviewed the progress of the work and the contractor was instructed to speed up the work of the on site. Further, the sanitary landfill site was also visited and the Commissioner instructed the contractor to construct the boundary wall faster.
The chief engineer explained how legacy waste is of three categories i.e Construction and Demolition waste (C and D waste), Municipal Solid Waste and Industrial Waste used for refuse derived fuel (RDF) and fiber work. Through conveyor belts and other machines, separation and segregation become an easy task for processing the same.
Chandigarh, November 15:-Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Mayor, Chandigarh has laid the foundation stone of finishing work of community centre in sector 52, here today in the presence of Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, MCC, Smt. Chanderawati Shukla, area councilor and other prominent persons of the area.
Spread over 2.13 acre of plot area, the finishing work of the community centre involves hall for gathering for 500 persons, bridal room, dormitory, caretaker office, sampark centre at ground floor, gym/indoor games, library hall, meeting room and office hall etc. at first floor besides providing parking facility for nearly 210 cars at an estimated cost of Rs. 3.30 crores.
In addition to that the Mayor also laid foundation stone of providing parking 80mm thick paver blocks over 4” thick vet mixed macadam and 6” thick GSB along green belt, village Kajehri, sector 52, Chandigarh having area 2241 square meter at an estimated cost of Rs. 31.48 lacs.
After laying the foundation stone for both the works, the Mayor and senior officers alongwith area councillor hold “Nigam Aapke Dwar” programme at civil dispensary, Sector 52, where local ward residents lauded the work done by the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh recently.
The Mayor assured the local residents for better basic amenities and infrastructure in the area. He said that with the provision of Community centre having capacity of 500 persons in the hall, the local residents need not to go far from their houses to get their social functions organized.
The Mayor said that parking of vehicles along the green belt in village Kajaheri was a big problem earlier, now with the provision of proper parking space, local residents will get ease of parking over there.
Besides this, the Mayor inaugurated open air gym at a park in sector 22-B, Chandigarh and laid foundation stone of toilet block in Nehru park, Sector 22, Chandigarh.

Chandigarh, November 15:-Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Mayor and Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh today visited the construction site of Gaushala at Raipur Kalan, Chandigarh.
The Mayor and Commissioner took round of the construction site of gaushala and ABC center. The Commissioner instructed the concerned engineers to speed up the work to complete the project in stipulated time frame.
The work of three sheds including healthy cow shed, heifer shed and pregnant cow shed to accommodate nearly 1000 cows have been completed except brick on edge flooring and roof sheeting. the work of water supply, sewer work completed in existing sheds, except sump and storm work. The conduit pipe done in existing sheds and wiring work yet to be done at phase I of the gaushala.
The Commissioner instructed the chief engineer to complete the balance work at phase I including provision for electrical services, horticulture, pellet making machine and construction of vetnary hospital, sick animal shed, fodder shed, finishing of toilet blocks and labour huts. She further asked to prepare plans for developing phase 2 of the gaushala having 6.82 acre of plot area.
