पंचकूला, 1 जून- उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम उपभोक्ताओं को विश्वसनीय, अच्छी वोल्टेज और निर्बाध बिजली की आपूर्ति करवाने के लिये कटिबद्ध है। ‘पूर्ण उपभोक्ता संतुष्टि’ के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए बिजली विभाग द्वारा अनेक महत्वाकांक्षी कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ किये गए हैं ताकि उपभोक्ताओं की समस्याओं को त्वरित रूप में सुलझाया जा सके। उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के उपभोक्ताओं की शिकायतें दर्ज करने और पुरानी शिकायतों की सुनवाई के लिए उपभोक्ता शिकायत निवारण मंच के सदस्य जून माह में विभिन्न स्थानों का दौरा करेंगे।
इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए निगम के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि मंच के सदस्य, 03 जून को ऑपरेशन सर्कल कैथल, 06 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल पंचकूला, 08 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल पानीपत, 10 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल करनाल, 13 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल कुरुक्षेत्र, 15 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल अंबाला, 17 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल यमुनानगर, 20 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल रोहतक, 22 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल झज्जर, 24 को ऑपरेशन सर्कल सोनीपत, 27 को ऑपरेशन सब-डिविजन बरवाला (पंचकूला) और 29 जून को ऑपरेशन सर्कल पानीपत में सुबह 11 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक सी.जी.आर.एफ. टीम के सदस्य शिकायतों की सुनवाई करेंगे और नई शिकायतें भी दर्ज करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि इससे उपभोक्ताओं को अपने केस की सुनवाई की सुविधा निकटतम स्थान पर उपलब्ध होगी। इसके अलावा क्षेत्रीय दौरे को छोड़कर कार्यालय आने वाले उपभोक्ताओं की शिकायतों का निवारण सीजीआरएफ मुख्यालय पर प्रातः 9 बजे से सायं 5 बजे तक होगा।
मंच के सदस्य उपभोक्ताओं की सभी प्रकार की समस्याओं की सुनवाई करेंगे, जिनमें मुख्यतः बिलिंग, वोल्टेज, मीटरिंग से सम्बंधित शिकायतें, कनैक्शन काटने और जोड़ने, बिजली आपूर्ति में बाधाएं, कार्यकुशलता, सुरक्षा, विश्वसनीयता में कमी और हरियाणा बिजली विनियामक आयोग के आदेशों की अवहेलना आदि शामिल हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि मंच द्वारा बिजली अधिनियम की धारा 126 तथा धारा 135 से 139 के अन्तर्गत बिजली चोरी और बिजली के अनधिकृत उपयोग के मामलों में दंड तथा जुर्माना और धारा 161 के अन्तर्गत जांच एवं दुर्घटनाओं से सम्बंधित मामलों की सुनवाई नहीं की जाएगी।

Chandigarh, June 1:- Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today visited Sector 45 & 46 to take stock of ongoing development works alongwith to listen the issues of area residents.
The ‘on foot’ visit of Commissioner was started at 6.30 am in the morning alongwith all the team of concerned engineers accompanied by Sh. Gurpreet Singh, area councilor, Ward No. 34, Joint Commissioner, chief engineer, all Superintending Engineers and concerned Executive Engineers, SDEs, Junior Engineers of MCC, office bearers of Resident Welfare Associations and local residents.
During the visit the Commissioner directed the SE B&R for restoration and carpeting of V-6 road left after road cut in sector 45 C&D besides removal of temporary structure constructed using sheets on road berm at sector 45.
The Commissioner further directed SE B&R for installation of No Parking sign boards and construction of raised road berm using paver blocks near sampark building, installation of bullard to restrict entries of vehicles near sampark, construction of table top on junction of V-5 road and V-6 road, tile/paver repair around parks on V-5 road, breathing space to be provided around trees opposite H.No. 327-A, repair of paver blocks in sector 45-D and planning for construction of slip road from sector 45 towards V-3 road sector 33/45.
Taking serious note of overflow of sewer on road from personal chamber, the Commissioner directed the concerned engineers to serve notice to H.No. 3299 alongwith disconnection of water supply connection. The Commissioner directed the concerned officers to prepare proposal for the General House regarding cleaning of private sewer chamber using MCC machines and fix charges for the same. She directed the engineers for construction of road gullies on T-junction near House No. 3359, sector 45-D and raising the level of chamber in sector 45 alongwith carpeting.
On the issue of pruning of trees, the Commissioner directed the SE Horticulture for pruning of trees near block, H.No. 2056 sector 45-C so that solar panels can function properly. The other issues were including repair of street light near block, H.No. 2056, Sector 45-C; jurisdiction of vacant land fenced by railings, near sampark building, sector 45 where vehicles being parked illegally to be checked. She asked the concerned engineers if the land pertains to MCC then its development may be put up and if the land pertains to Administration then letter to be written to the concerned authorities for its proper development.
The Commissioner asked the engineers to check the jurisdiction of park on back side of Muslim graveyard, sector 45-C if it belongs to MCC then its proper development may be put up. The other issues were including toe wall/railings/gate/benches/swing repair in various parks of sector 45 & 46; installation of toe wall with railing in the park, sector 45-C on back side of house No. 2211 (adjoining electricity building) sector 45-C; proposal may be sent to the general house for fixing dustbins in all parks; installation of high mast light in park, near house no. 3406/1, sector 45-D and tertiary water pressure to be maintained in park, infront of house no. 3349, sector 45-D, Chandigarh.
On the issue of proper sanitation, the Commissioner directed the Medical Officer of Health that challan to be issued against the violators for dumping garbage on road berm adjoining boundary wall of park (infront of chitara medicos) in sector 45 by locals and garbage collectors be asked to ensure collection of garbage from the hotels/dhabas.
She further directed the MOH for arrangements to transfer garbage directly to MRF; proper cleaning of SSK; challan for illegal throwing of garbage in this SSK and proposal for sending garbage collection vehicles to burial to be finalized at the earliest.
On the issue of encroachment, the Commissioner directed the concerned officers that no commercial vehicle to be allowed to park on road berm near sampark building sector 45-C. In case of violation enforcement wing shall take necessary action and issue challans.
She asked the enforcement incharge that fruit vendors shall not be allowed to sit on road berm (sector 45 side) of road dividing sector 45 and burial near V-3 road junction. The Commissioner directed to check meat/fish market near Govt. school, sector 45-D and if the market being run unauthorized then it shall be removed immediately and challans be issued against the violators which causing blockage of sewer.

A workshop on spade art was organized for visually impaired students by Laxmibai Hall (GH-2) , Panjab University in collaboration with social substance club on 31.05.2022. The resource person for the event was Ms.Puneet Madan who is a world renowned artist, a record holder, recipient of many awards and recently awarded “The Michel Angelo Award-2022” for outstanding art work. The workshop began with an introduction about using of spade and the type of colours that can be used in this art form. The students were also given information about various types of strokes and the effects that can be created. The special emphasis of this workshop was to engage visually impaired residents and involve other residents with them. The residents of Laxmibai hall actively participated in this workshop and worked along with the visually impaired students in learning this art.

The 7 days hands-on-Training Program on R & D equipment “Material Processing & Advanced Functional Material Characterization Techniques” is commenced from 30th May-05th June 2022 at the Department of Physics and Central Research Facility Centre (CRFC), NIT Srinagar under Synergistic Training program Utilizing the Scientific and Technological Infrastructure’ (STUTI) program in association with Sophisticated Analytical Instrumentation Laboratory (SAIF), Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The Scheme STUTI is supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India is intended to build human resources and its knowledge capacity through open access to S&T Infrastructure. It envisions hands-on training and sensitization of the state-of-art instruments in various institutes/departments having availed projects under FIST/PURSE/CURIE/SAIF/ SATHI schemes.
The training program was commenced and inaugurated by Worthy Chief Guest Prof. Rakesh Sehgal, honorable director, NIT Srinagar and Guest of Honor Prof. M.F. Wani, Dean R&C, Prof. S. K. Bukhari, Honorable Registrar, NIT Srinagar, and Prof. R. G. Sonkwade, Director SAIF, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
Dr. M. A. Shah, Head of the Department of Physics gave cordial welcome to the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and all the participants of the program. Dr. Vijay Kumar, coordinator, training program highlighted the key points of the STUTI training program, its schedule and emphasized on the importance of the training program. He mentioned that total 30 participants from 11 different institutes/universities have participated in this training program representing 8 States/UTs.
Prof. Ganga Ram Chaudhary, Coordinator of the STUTI Program-PMU & Director, SAIF, PU, Chandigarh emphasized the goals and visions of the STUTI scheme to the participants. The training manual of the STUTI program was released by the honorable Chief Guest and other dignitaries in the presence of all the participants. Prof. Yogendra Kumar Mishra from University of Southern Denmark was also present on dais to grace this occasion. He addressed the participants and highlighted the importance of Hands-on-training in enhancing the technical skills.
Prof. Rakesh Sehgal welcomed the participants and highly appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee members of the training program for the commencement of such a wonderful event. Prof. Seemin Rubab presented the vote of thanks to the dignitaries and wished good luck to all the participants for the training program.
The event was also graced by the presence of Dr. Rajeev Kumar, assistant professor at Department of Environment studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh and Dr. Sandeep Kumar, Associate professor, Department of Bio and Nano Technology, Guru Jambheshwar University (GJUS&T), Hisar.
Many eminent resource persons are invited for delivering lectures during the 7 days training program to impart participants with the basic knowledge and skills. Participants will be imparted hands-on-training on several instruments such as XRD, FE-SEM, Nano Mechanical system, Multi target sputtering system, WDXRF, UV-visible, TGA, Rheometer, Particle size analyzer and Axis laser Texturing.
The inaugural session was followed by the technical session where Prof. Y. K. Mishra delivered a talk on “Tetrapods based Smart Materials for Advanced Technologies”. Prof. Mishra has explained the development of zinc oxide tetrapod using flame transport synthesis and their application in building porous three-dimensional networks as suitable candidates as the sacrificial backbone for creating hollow tetrapodal nanostructures and 3D architectures.
The training session was conducted in CRFC where participants were divided in four group and provided hands on training on FE-SEM, XRD, Nano Mechanical system, Multi target sputtering system.

They also told how to detect breast cancer by self examination i.e. BSE(Breast Self Examination), clinical breast examination. They explained about the treatments of breast cancer such as surgery, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, radiation therapy and targeted therapy. They also told how could we reduce the risk of breast cancer i.e. by eating healthy, being active and by avoiding smoking and consuming alcohol.
At last, Dr. Manisha Sharma paid a vote of thanks to the speakers and the Chief Guest on this occasion.
A health check-up camp was also organized after the lecture for the staff, residents and mess/ canteen workers of the hostel.

पंचकूला, 30 मई – हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने आज राज्य के डैफलिंपिक्स एथलीटों को लगभग 6 करोड़ रुपये के नकद पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया। आज पंचकूला के ताऊ देवी लाल स्टेडियम में आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय सम्मान समारोह के दौरान ब्राजील में डैफलिंपिक्स के चार स्वर्ण पदक विजेताओं, दो कांस्य पदक विजेताओं और नौ प्रतिभागियों सहित कुल 15 खिलाडियों को चेक वितरित किए गए।
श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि ब्राजील में हाल ही में आयोजित डैफलिंपिक्स -2021 में चार स्वर्ण पदक जीतकर, हरियाणा के खिलाडियों ने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया है कि राज्य को स्पोट्र्स हब के रूप में क्यों जाना जाता है। साथ ही, देश के खिलाडियों द्वारा जीते गए कुल 16 पदकों में से 4 स्वर्ण सहित 6 पदक जीतकर उन्होंने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया है कि हरियाणा को भारत की पदक फैक्ट्री के रूप में क्यों जाना जाता है। हमें गर्व है कि इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाले भारत के 65 एथलीटों में से 15 खिलाड़ी राज्य से हैं। इस सम्मान समारोह में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता, खेल एवं युवा मामले राज्य मंत्री सरदार संदीप सिंह और सांसद श्री रतन लाल कटारिया भी मौजूद रहे। मुख्यमंत्री ने देश और राज्य को गौरवान्वित करने के लिए खिलाडियों, उनके परिवारों, शिक्षकों और प्रशिक्षकों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि विश्व स्तरीय प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेना अपने आप में एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है और इस डैफलिंपिक्स में भाग लेने वाले प्रत्येक एथलीट ने निश्चित रूप से अपने कौशल, शारीरिक क्षमता और मानसिक दृढ़ता का प्रदर्शन किया है। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा ‘राज्य की ओर से आपको ये नकद पुरस्कार देकर मुझे वास्तव में गर्व महसूस हो रहा है। आपकी उपलब्धियां इस बात का एक आदर्श उदाहरण हैं कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति में दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति है, तो कोई भी शारीरिक अक्षमता या कमजोरी उसे अपने सपनों को साकार करने से नहीं रोक सकती। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ओलिंपिक्स, पैरालिंपिक्स, राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों और एशियाई खेलों में राज्य के खिलाडियों के उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन को देखने के बाद डैफलिंपिक्स में इन 15 खिलाडियों से पूरे देश को बड़ी उम्मीदें थीं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मैं गर्व से कह सकता हूं कि चार स्वर्ण और दो कांस्य पदक जीतकर उन्होंने न केवल देश को गौरवान्वित किया है, बल्कि एक बार फिर राज्य का गौरव बढ़ाया है।’

श्री रोहित भाकर, श्री महेश, सुश्री दीक्षा डागर और श्री सुमित दहिया को क्रमशरू बैडमिंटन, गोल्फ और कुश्ती में स्वर्ण पदक जीतने के लिए 1.20-1.20 करोड़ रुपये के चेक भेंट किए गए। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा ‘आप जैसे खिलाडियों के कारण ही आज हरियाणा का नाम एक बार फिर विश्व मानचित्र पर चमका है। हरियाणा जनसंख्या और क्षेत्रफल की दृष्टि से बेशक छोटा राज्य है, लेकिन खेल के क्षेत्र में हमारी उपलब्धियां बेजोड़ हैं। हरियाणा के खिलाडियों ने समय-समय पर विभिन्न राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं में अपनी योग्यता साबित की है। ’

मुख्यमंत्री ने कुश्ती में कांस्य पदक जीतने वाले श्री अमित और श्री वीरेंद्र सिंह को 40-40 लाख रुपये का चेक भी दिया। इसके अलावा, श्री मनोहर लाल ने इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए सुश्री प्रियंका, श्री बलराम, श्री योगेश डागर, सुश्री निर्चिरा, श्री अजय कुमार,श्री कुलदीप शर्मा, श्री आसिफ खान, श्री अमन और श्री शुभम वशिष्ठ को 2.5-2.5 लाख रुपये के चेक दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने 116 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित चार अत्याधुनिक खेल सुविधाओं का भी लोकार्पण किया। इनमें लगभग 50 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित वैज्ञानिक खेल प्रशिक्षण एवं पुनर्वास केंद्र, लगभग 50 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित बहुउद्देशीय हॉल नंबर 2 व 3, 10 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित हॉकी एस्ट्रो-टर्फ और लगभग 6 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एथलेटिक्स ट्रैक का नवीनीकरण शामिल है। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि इस तरह की अत्याधुनिक खेल सुविधाएं प्रदान करना भी खिलाडियों की उपलब्धियों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरियाणा की खेल क्षमता को देखते हुए राज्य शानदार खेलो इंडिया यूथ गेम्स-2021 की मेजबानी करने के लिए तैयार है। हरियाणा के लगभग 677 खिलाडियों ने खेलो इंडिया-2020 प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लिया था और 200 पदक जीतकर देश में दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया था। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि इस बार चूंकि हम मेजबान हैं इसलिए मुझे उम्मीद है कि राज्य के खिलाड़ी इस ऐतिहासिक स्पर्धा में सबसे अधिक पदक जीतकर पहला स्थान हासिल करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर राज्य के खिलाडियों की उपलब्धियों और राज्य के अत्याधुनिक खेल बुनियादी ढांचे को स्वीकार करते हुए हरियाणा को ‘खेलो इंडिया-2021’ की मेजबानी का जिम्मा सौंपा है। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा ‘आज से 4 दिन बाद 4 जून को हम इसी स्टेडियम से ‘खेलो इंडिया यूथ गेम्स-2021’ का आगाज करेंगे। इस भव्य आयोजन में पांच पारंपरिक खेल जैसे गतका, कलारीपयट्टू, थांग-ता, मलखंब और योगासन सहित 25 खेल आयोजन होंगे। ये खेल प्रतियोगिताएं पांच स्थानों नामतरू पंचकूला, अंबाला, शाहाबाद, चंडीगढ़ और दिल्ली में आयोजित की जाएंगी। इन खेलों में 8,500 से अधिक एथलीट भाग लेंगे। इसके अलावा, लाखों दर्शक इस भव्य खेल उत्सव को देखेंगे।
*हरियाणा ने पदक विजेता खिलाडियों को दी सबसे अधिक नकद पुरस्कार राशि*
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरियाणा देश का पहला राज्य है, जो पदक जीतने वाले खिलाडियों को अधिकतम नकद पुरस्कार राशि देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि पदक जीतने वाले खिलाडियों को नकद पुरस्कार और अन्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए हरियाणा राज्य विकास कोष बनाया गया है। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हमने खिलाडियों को 335 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के नकद पुरस्कार दिए हैं। श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हमने ओलंपिक खेलों के स्वर्ण पदक विजेता को 6 करोड़ रुपये, रजत पदक विजेता को 4 करोड़ रुपये और कांस्य पदक विजेता को 2.5 करोड़ रुपये का नकद पुरस्कार देने का प्रावधान किया है। इतना ही नहीं, पदक विजेताओं को सबसे ज्यादा इनामी राशि देने के मामले में हम दुनिया के कई देशों से आगे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ओलंपिक, एशियाई, राष्ट्रमंडल और अन्य राष्ट्रीय खेल स्पर्धाओं में भाग लेने वाले पैरालिंपिक पदक विजेताओं और पैरा खिलाडियों को ओलंपिक खिलाडियों के समान नकद पुरस्कार देने का भी प्रावधान किया गया है।
*खिलाडियों को खेल कोटे के तहत सरकारी नौकारियां*
श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा देश का पहला राज्य है, जिसने खिलाडियों को खेल की तैयारी के लिए 5 लाख रुपये की अग्रिम राशि देने का प्रावधान किया है ताकि उन्हें अपनी तैयारी में कोई कठिनाई न हो। इसके साथ ही दुनिया की 10 सबसे ऊंची पर्वत चोटियों पर चढने वाले पर्वतारोहियों के लिए भी नई नीति लागू की गई है, जिसके तहत उन्हें 5 लाख रुपये और खेल कोटे में सरकारी नौकरी पाने में मदद करने के लिए स्पोट्र्स कैटेगरी में ग्रेड-सी सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार ने उत्कृष्ट खिलाडियों के लिए रोजगार सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हरियाणा उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी (भर्ती और सेवा की शर्तें) नियम 2018 लागू किए हैं। इसके अलावा, खेल विभाग में 550 नए पद सृजित किए गए हैं और 156 खिलाडियों को सरकारी नौकरी दी गई है। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम के महापौर कुलभूषण गोयल, खेल एवं युवा मामले विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव डाॅ. महावीर सिंह, विभाग के निदेशक पंकज नैन, पुलिस आयुक्त डाॅ. हनीफ कुरैशी, पंचकूला के उपायुक्त श्री महावीर कौशिक, डीसीपी सुरेन्द्र पाल सिंह, बीजेपी जिला उपाध्यक्ष उमेश सूद, मुख्यमंत्री के मीडिया कोओर्डिनेटर रमनीक सिंह माॅन, पार्षद नरेन्द्र लुबाणा, जय कौशिक, बीजेपी के पूर्व जिला अध्यक्ष दीपक शर्मा, अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति तथा खिलाड़ी भी उपस्थित थे।

पंचकूला, 30 मई- प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से पीएम केयर फॉर चिल्ड्रन स्कीम के तहत बच्चों को योजना का लाभ प्रदान किया। इसी कड़ी में पंचकूला के लघु सचिवालय के सभागार आयोजित जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम में हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने मुख्य अतिथि के रुप में शिरकत की।
इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कोरोना में अनाथ हुए जिला पंचकूला के 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के एक बच्चे को प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा पत्र, स्नेह पत्र, पीएम केयर के तहत प्रमाण पत्र, पास बुक, आयुष्मान भारत प्रधानमंत्री जन अरोग्य योजना कार्ड, स्टेशनरी किट (स्कूल बैग, पानी की बोतल, रजिस्टर, ज्योमेटरी बाॅक्स व किट तथा कलर्स) सहित लाभों की किट भेट की। इसके उपरांत उन्होंने बच्चे के बड़े भाई-बहनों से बातचीत भी की। उपायुक्त श्री महावीर कौशिक ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की पीएम केयर फॉर चिल्ड्रन स्कीम के तहत मिलने वाले लाभ से बच्चों का भविष्य उज्जवल बन सकेगा और शिक्षा के माध्यम से भी बच्चे सशक्त बन सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे बच्चे जिन्होंने कोरोना काल में अपने माता-पिता को खोया है प्रधानमंत्री ने उन्हें आश्वासन दिलाया कि उन्हें घबराने की जरूरत नही अब ऐसे बच्चों के अभिभावक सरकार बनी है। इसी कड़ी में इन बच्चों को लाभ देते हुए आज प्रधानमंत्री ने पीएम केयर फार चिल्ड्रन स्कीम के तहत मिलने वाले लाभ की किट भेंट की है और सभी बच्चों के उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की है।
उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चों को दी जाने वाली इस किट में 10 लाख रुपये की वित्तिय सहायता राशि की पास बुक है और यह राशि बच्चे के खाते में डाली गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चे की 23 साल की आयु पूरे होने के बाद यह राशि बच्चा निकाल सकेगा। जब बच्चा 18 साल का हो जाएगा उसके बाद बच्चे को इस रकम का ब्याज 5500 रुपये प्रति माह उसे मिलेगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि जो बच्चा किसी परिवार के साथ रह रहा है उसे प्रति मास 4 हजार रुपये पीएम केयर चाईल्ड स्कीम के तहत दिए जाएंगे। इसके साथ-साथ शिक्षा के लिए 20 हजार रुपये की छात्रवृति और तकनीकि शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए 50 हजार रुपये की राशि की छात्रवृति के रूप में दी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि यदि कोई बच्चा उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करना चाहता है तो उसे शिक्षा लोन दिलाया जाएगा व लोन का ब्याज सरकार वहन करेंगी। उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चों की यूनिफार्म, पाठ्य पुस्तके व कॉपी भी सरकार मुहैया करेगी।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा इन सभी बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य का भी ध्यान रखते हुए इन्हें ईलाज के लिए आयुष्मान कार्ड भी दिया है। इस कार्ड के तहत बच्चे 5 लाख रुपये तक का ईलाज करवा सकेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने सभी बच्चों से कहा है कि संवाद एप्प पर जाकर ज्ञान प्राप्त करें और मनोरंजन भी करें।
इस अवसर पर अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनिता मलिक, सीडब्ल्यूसी चेयरपर्सन डाॅ. ममता गोयल, बाल कल्याण समिति के सदस्य रजनीश भोसले व आशा सेठी, जिला बाल सुरक्षा अधिकारी आरू वशिष्ट, सभी बाल देखभाल संस्थानो के अधीक्षक तथा अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।

सेंट सोल्जर स्कूल, सेक्टर-16, पंचकूला के भाविक जिंदल ने चंडीगढ़ ताइक्वांडो एसोसिएशन और ताइक्वांडो फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया से संबद्ध हनू ताइक्वांडो अकादमी द्वारा आयोजित 5वीं हनु ताइक्वांडो चैंपियनशिप में रजत पदक जीतकर अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया। चैंपियनशिप 28 और 29 मई, 2022 को महाजन भवन, सेक्टर -37, चंडीगढ़ में आयोजित की गई थी।
टूर्नामेंट में ट्राई सिटी के खिलाड़ियों ने भाग लिया और अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया।
उन्होंने चार साल की अवधि में कुल 30 पदक जीते हैं जो खेल के प्रति उनके दृढ़ संकल्प और समर्पण को दर्शाता है।
भाविक 8 साल का है और तीसरी कक्षा में पढ़ता है। वह रोजाना 1.5 घंटे ताइक्वांडो की प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं। वह ओनीक्स ताइक्वांडो अकादमी, बलटाना और पंचकूला के श्री सतिंदर सिंह से ताइक्वांडो कौशल सीख रहे हैं।
