Today Dated 15th November 2022, PEC Team of 11 students with their director & other officials met the honorable Administrator Shri Banwarilal Purohit in the leadership of Mayor Chandigarh Smt. Sarabjit Kaur at Punjab Raj Bhawan, Chandigarh for seeking his blessings. The Administrator motivated the entire team and told that he had also been to NASA during a tour to USA and feels proud that our students are participating in this competition. During quite an interesting discussion between students and the Administrator, Students appraised the entire process how they applied for it and how their project model got selected for NASA competition. Team has shown picture representation that how their rover will look like and that why they cannot use motors, engines and batteries in this rover. As, team members are combining their shared passions for vehicles and astronomy, the administrator suggested to explore the need of the wheels from Indian railways. Students requested the Governor for funds to support this project as the entire team needs to reach NASA for showcasing their rover performance during two days competition in April 2023 at Alabama USA. The team will be among 61 teams across the globe selected by NASA to participate in its Human Exploration Rover Challenge( HERC)2023. Team comprising 11 students from PEC, Chandigarh named Vanshul Goyal, Gunjan Rawat, Sparsh Aggarwal, Shashwant Rai, Muskaan Aneja, Pranav Aggarwal, Gautam Kumar, Yakshit Verma, Himanshu Goyal, Pankaj Kumar, Akshaj Paintola who are currently pursuing 2nd-year Electronics, Mechanical, Production & Industrial Engineering. 

PEC Director Dr. Baldev Setia, DSA Dr. D. R. Prajapati, ADSA Dr. Puneet Chawla & Professor Incharge Dr. N. M. Suri also accompanied students in this meeting.

The Administrator praised these 2nd year PEC students as young budding engineers participating to encourage research and development of new technologies for future mission. He also kind heartedly approved a fund of Rs. 10Lacs to support this project and wished the team good luck in their mission. Mayor Smt. Sarabjit Kaur also congratulated the entire team for their future endeavor.

पंचकूला, 14 नवंबर- भारतीय वायु सेना ने अग्निपथ स्कीम के अंतर्गत होने वाली अग्निवीरवायू चयन परीक्षा के लिए अविवाहित लड़के-लड़कियों के आॅनलाईन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं।


     इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए विंग कमांडर कमान अधिकारी नंबर 1 ए एस सी  अंबाला कैंट आशीष दूबे ने बताया कि इच्छुक उम्मीदवार 23 नवंबर तक आॅनलाइन पंजीकरण https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in पर करवा सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि उपरोक्त आवेदन करने हेतु आवेदनकर्ता का जन्म 27 जून 2002 से 27 दिसंबर 2005 से के मध्य हुआ होना अनिवार्य है। आॅनलाईन परीक्षा 18 जनवरी 2023 से ली जाएगी।


     आवेदन हेतु शैक्षणिक योग्यता बारे जानकारी देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि साइंस विषय के आवेदनकर्ता का गणित, भौतिकी और अंग्रेजी के साथ स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड परिषद सदस्य के रूप में कुल मिलाकर न्यूनतम 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ और अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ पास होना अनिवार्य है। अथवा सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त पोलिटैक्निक संस्थान से 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ और डिपलोमी कोर्स में अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंक के साथ पास होना अनिवार्य है या राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड/काउंसिल से नाॅन वोकेशन सबजेक्ट के साथ दो साल का वोकेशन कोर्स पास होना 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ और अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ पास होना अनिवार्य है।


     उन्होंने बताया कि साइंस के अतिरिक्त विषयों वाले आवेदनकर्ता का केंद्रीय/ राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदित किसी भी स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड परिषद सदस्य के रूप में सूचीबद्ध किसी भी स्ट्रीम/विषय में इंटरमीडिएट/12वीं/समकक्ष परीक्षा न्यूनतम 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ और अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है। अथवा  स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड परिषद सदस्य के रूप में 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ तथा वोेकेशनल कोर्स में अंग्रेजी में 50 प्रतिशत के साथ दो साल का वोकेशनल कोर्स अथवा इंटरमीडिएट/मैट्रिकुलेशन में उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है।

Panchkula, November 14: Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh Gian Chand Gupta said that with a view to ensure the overall development of children, various competitions are being organized by the State Government. This not only helps in inculcating the spirit of competition among the students but also increases their morale.
          Sh Gupta said this while speaking as Chief Guest in the Prize Distribution Function -2022 organized by the District Child Welfare Council, Panchkula at Government Girls College, Sector-14, on the occasion of Children’s Day today. Honorary General Secretary, Haryana State Child Welfare Council, Chandigarh, Smt. Ranjeeta Mehta presided over the function.
On this occasion, Sh Gian Chand Gupta honored 562 students of 54 government and private schools of the district for achieving first, second and their positions in various competitions organized on the occasion of Childrens’ Day. Twenty competitions including painting, dance, clay modeling and Rangoli were organized by District Child Welfare Council in which 1550 students of upto class 12th from 80 schools participated.
Sh Gupta said that every year on the occasion of Children’s Day, various competitions are organized by the District Child Welfare Council to encourage the children towards studies and other curricular activities to enhance their morale so that they could become a responsible citizen and contribute in building a new Nation. Sh Gupta congratulated the winning students and inspired the others to work hard for the next competition. Hard work is the key to success; he said adding that by continuous hard work and dedication, one can achieve any heights in life.
 Sh Gupta also called upon the children to contribute in making Panchkula more clean, beautiful and green. He said that children give the message of cleanliness and environmental protection through drawings and paintings. They should not only adopt the message in their life but also inspire others to follow the same. “I have given seven concerns to make Panchakula a smart city and children can contribute significantly in successful implementation of these concerns. These concerns include making Panchkula pollution, plastic, drugs, stray cattle, street dogs, slums and encroachment free.
Earlier, school children presented a colourful cultural programme which was highly appreciated by Sh Gian Chand Gupta.
Honorary General Secretary, Haryana State Child Welfare Council, Chandigarh, Smt. Ranjeeta Mehta said that 20 different competitions are organized every year on the occasion of Children’s Day by the Child Welfare Council. He said that from next year, efforts will be made to organize competitions in the theater category also.
Among those present on this occasion included SDM Kalka Ruchi Singh Bedi, District Child Welfare Officer Bhagat Singh, DEO Satpal Kaushik, DEEO Sandhya Malik, Principal, Government Girls College Sector-14 Richa Setia, Councilor Harendra Malik, District Vice President Sushil Singla, Rakesh Agarwal, DP Soni, DP Singhal, Students, teachers from different schools and other dignitaries.

श्री दत्तात्रेय आज शालीमार ग्राउंड सेक्टर 5 पंचकूला में विश्व जागृति मिशन द्वारा आयोजित गीता ज्ञान सतसंग के समापन अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर श्री सुधांशु जी महाराज भी उपस्थित थे।
श्री दत्तात्रेय ने कहा कि वह हरियाणा की पावन भूमि पर श्री सुधांशु जी महाराज का अभिनन्दन एवं स्वागत करते है । उन्होंने कहा की सुधांशु जी महाराज जब हैदराबाद आते थे तब भी वह उनके प्रवचन सुनते थे और आज जब सुधांशु जी महाराज पंचकूला आये है तब भी वह हरियाणा के राज्यपाल होते हुए यहां उनका संदेश सुनने के लिए आये है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज आध्यात्म, भारतीय संस्कृति व नैतिक मूल्यों का प्रचार-प्रसार विश्व की सबसे बड़ी जरूरत है और श्री सुधांशु जी महाराज अपने आध्यात्मिक प्रवचनों के माध्यम से भारतीय संस्कृति का प्रचार- प्रसार कर रहे हैं।

पंचकूला, 12 नवंबर- हरियाणा योगासन स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन की राज्यस्तरीय बैठक का आयोजन ऑनलाइन माध्यम से किया गया,  जिसकी अध्यक्षता डॉ जयदीप आर्य जी ने की।


हरियाणा योगासन स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन के सचिव श्री सुनील शर्मा ने बताया कि योगासन जिला स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता बहुत ही अच्छे ढंग से सम्पन्न की जा चुकी हैं और अब योगासन की राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता 18 नवंबर से  20 नवंबर तक भिवानी जिले में आयोजित की जानी निर्धारित हुई है, जिसके चलते तैयारी प्रगति पर हैं और भिवानी जिला इस बार की राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन करवाने के लिए पूर्ण रूप से तैयार है।


हरियाणा योगासन स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष डॉ जयदीप आर्य ने बताया कि यह गौरव का विषय है कि इस वर्ष पहली बार मास्टर्स योगासन खेल प्रतियोगिता करवाई जाएगी, जिसके अंतर्गत सीनियर ए ( 28-35 वर्ष), सीनियर बी (35-45 वर्ष) – सीनियर सी (46-55 वर्ष) आयु वर्ग सम्मिलित किए गए हैं, जिसमें ट्रेडिशनल योगासन की प्रतियोगिता राज्य स्तर पर करवाई जाएगी ।


उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता के चयन के लिये प्रत्येक जिले में सलैक्शन ट्राॅयल 16 नवंबर तक करवाए जाने निर्धारित किए गए हैं। जिला भिवानी में संयोजन का दायित्व जिला अध्यक्ष बाबा राजनाथ को सौंपा गया । उनके द्वारा सभी जिलों के ऑफिशियल्स और खिलाड़ियों को भिवानी में आने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया । श्री उमेश नारंग को प्रतियोगिता प्रबंधक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया।

प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों के लिए स्टार्टअप की तरफ से कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया । कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न गतिविधियां की गई और विद्यार्थियों ने रुचिपूर्वक बहुत कुछ सीखा।

पंचकूला, 12 नवंबर- हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष व स्पोर्टस प्रमोशन सोसायटी के चेयरमैन श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने कहा कि ग्रामीण आंचल के युवाओं को खेलों के प्रति प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से दो दिवसीय 11वें  अश्विनी गुप्ता मेमोरियल कबड्डी टूर्नामेंट का आयोजन 26 और 27 नवंबर 2022 को जिला के गांव खटोली में किया जायेगा।
श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने यह जानकारी आज सेक्टर -5 स्थित होटल कोव में एक प्रेसवार्ता को संबोधित करते हुये दी।
उन्होंने बताया कि कोविड महामारी के कारण पिछले 3 वर्षों से ग्रामीण आंचल में कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन नहीं करवाया जा सका परंतु अब जब कोविड काल के बाद जीवन सामान्य हो गया है तो गांव खटौली में 11वें  अश्विनी गुप्ता मेमोरियल कबड्डी टूर्नामेंट का आयोजन करवाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि गांव के युवाओं की उर्जा को खेलों के प्रति और ज्यादा आकर्षित करने के लिये स्पोर्टस प्रमोशन सोसायटी पंचकूला और अश्विनी गुप्ता मेमोरियल ट्रस्ट के द्वारा इस तरह की प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन समय-समय पर करवाया जाता है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता में लगभग 40 टीम भाग लेगी और उनका प्रयास है कि जिला के हर गांव से एक टीम अवश्य भाग लें।
श्री गुप्ता ने बताया कि इस टूर्नामेंट में विजेता टीम को 51 हजार रुपये की नकद राशि इनाम स्वरूप दी जायेगी। इसके अलावा उपविजेता टीम को 31 हजार रुपये और तृतीय स्थान पर आने वाली विजेता टीम को 21 हजार रुपये का नकद इनाम देकर सम्मानित किया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता में बैस्ट कैचर, रैडर और आॅल राउंडर को 3100 रुपये का नकद इनाम दिया जायेगा। विजेता टीम को अश्विनी गुप्ता ममोरियल ट्रस्ट की तरफ से कबड्डी कप के रूप में ट्राॅफी देकर सम्मानित किया जायेगा। यह ट्राॅफी विजेता टीम की पंचायत के पास छह महीने तक रहेगी। इस टूर्नामेंट में किसी भी स्कूल की टीम संबंधित स्कूल के प्रिंसीपल की स्वीकृति के बाद ही टूर्नामेंट में हिस्सा ले सकेगी। कबड्डी के मैचो के ड्राॅ टेक्नीकल कमेटी के द्वारा सभी टीमों के कप्तानों की उपस्थित में निकाले जायेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि टूर्नामेंट में हिस्सा लेने के लिये किसी भी टीम के लिये 200 रुपये की एंट्री फीस रखी गई हैं। इस प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लेने के लिये 26 नवंबर 2022 तक रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना अनिवार्य है।
उन्होंने बताया कि यह प्रतियोगिता नैशनल कबड्डी के नियमों के आधार पर होगी। टैक्नीकल कमेटी द्वारा कोई भी फेरबदल परिस्थितियों के अनुसार की जा सकती है। उन्होंने बताया प्रतियोगिता में किसी भी खिलाड़ी की एंट्री आईकार्ड के बिना नहीं होगी। कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता के बारे में किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी के लिये प्रधान डीपी सोनी, मोबाईल नंबर 9814037533 और महासचिव एनडी शर्मा, 9357531864 मोबाईल नंबर पर संपर्क कर सकते है।

MCC conducts Swachh Ward competition among all 35 wards

Chandigarh, November 12:- The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has carried out Swachh Ward survey among all the 35 wards which covered major swacchta indicators i.e. Segregation of Waste at source level, citizen engagement, adopting Home Composting and 3 R principles etc.


During the survey, different parameters were given by the jury and total marks were 100 for different categories involving all stakeholders including Resident Welfare Associations, Market Welfare Associations, colleges, schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Gardens and Government offices and wards etc.


Entries for the competition were taken through a Google form circulated among RWA, MWA, School, Colleges, Hospital /health facility, Parks & Garden and Government office for self-assessment. To physically verify the entries, an on-fieldinspection team was constituted that included NGOs, NSS volunteers & Sanitary Inspectors.
A jury headed by the Mayor, Ms Sarbjit Kaur, and Ms Gurbax Rawat and Ms Prem Lata Councillors, adjudicated the final results. 


The results alongwith marks secured by the winner categories and parameters are as follows:-*RWA*1. Welfare Committee- Ward 10 (1st) (50)2. पंचकूला, 9 नवंबर- हरियाणा के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं चुनाव विभाग के प्रधान सचिव श्री अनुराग अग्रवाल ने कहा कि एक पवित्र, स्वस्थ व समावेशी मतदाता सूची पारदर्शी चुनाव की नीव है। उन्होंने कहा कि बीएलओ और जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय के अधिकारी सुनिश्चित करें कि निर्वाचन नामावली पूरी तरह से पवित्र हो ताकि एक पात्र मतदाता अपने अधिकार का प्रयोग करके देश के भविष्य का निरधारण कर सके।
श्री अनुराग अग्रवाल आज सेक्टर-7 स्थित शहीद मेजर संदीप सागर राजकीय माॅडल सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल में फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची वर्ष 2023 के प्रारंभिक प्रकाशन (ड्राफ्ट) के अवसर पर आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय कार्यक्रम में मुख्यातिथि के रूप में संबोधित कर रहे थे।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री महावीर कौशिक, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त श्रीमती मनीता मलिक और संयुक्त मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी श्री अपूर्व कुमार भी उपस्थित थे। इससे पूर्व श्री अनुराग अग्रवाल ने स्कूल परिसर में स्थित शहीद मेजर संदीप सागर की प्रतिमा पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर नमन किया। उन्होंने मतदाताओं में जागरूकता फैलाने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित साईकिल रैली को भी हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।
श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि मतदाता सूची का पवित्र और स्वस्थ होना उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है, जितना चुनाव। चुनावों को निष्पक्षता से करवाने के लिए मतदाता सूची का सही होना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी जिलों में 1 जनवरी 2023 को अर्हता की तिथि मानकर ड्राफ्ट मतदाता सूचियों का आज 9 नवंबर को प्रकाशन किया गया है और मतदाता सूचियों का अंतिम प्रकाशन 5 जनवरी 2023 को किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे व्यक्ति जो 1 जनवरी 2023 को 18 वर्ष पूर्ण कर लेते है, वे इस अवधि में वोट बनवा सकते है। इसके अलावा जिनकी आयु 1 जनवरी 2023 को 17 से 18 वर्ष के बीच है, वह भी वोट के लिये आवेदन कर सकते है। जैसे ही उनकी आयु 18 वर्ष की होगी, उनका वोट बन जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पहली बार हुआ है, जब संसद ने कानून पास करके 17 से 18 वर्ष के बीच की आयु के युवाओ के लिये वोट बनाने का प्रावधान किया हैं। इसके पीछे संसद की मंशा है कि सभी युवा मतदाताओं का नाम मतदाता सूचियों में हो ताकि वे देश के भविष्य के निर्माण में अपना सहयोग दें सके। उन्होंने कहा कि अब साल में चार बार 1 अप्रैल, 1 जुलाई, 1 अक्तूबर और 1 जनवरी को ड्राफट मतदाता सूचियों का प्रकाशन किया जाता है।
श्री अनुराग अग्रवाल ने उपस्थित विद्यार्थियों से आह्वान किया कि वे अपने आस पास के युवाओं को भी वोट बनवाने के लिये प्रेरित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि पात्र व्यक्ति नेशनल सर्विस पोर्टल पर आॅनलाईन माध्यम से अपलाई कर सकते है। इसके अलावा 19 और 20 नवंबर और 3 व 12 दिसंबर को विशेष अभियान के तहत संबंधित पोलिंग स्टेशनों पर नई वोट बनवाने के साथ-साथ पुराने मतदाता आपने नाम, उम्र, जन्म तिथि, लिंग इत्यादि में त्रुटियों को ठीक करवाने के लिए उपस्थित बीएलओ को आवेदन कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि बीएलओ, जिला चुनाव कार्यालय के अधिकारी व कर्मचारी, युवा व बच्चे मिल कर इस विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण अभियान को एक नई दिशा देंगे और इस वर्ष मतदाता सूची में पहले के मुकाबले और पवित्रता आएगी।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने बूथ लैवल आॅफिसर्स का आहवान किया कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि मतदाता सूची पूर्ण रूप से पवित्र व स्वस्थ हो और इसमें किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि न रहे। उनका प्रयास रहना चाहिए कि मतदाता सूची में कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति वंचित न रहे।
इससे पूर्व संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री महावीर कौशिक ने बताया कि आज 1 जनवरी 2023 को अर्हता की तिथि मानकर ड्राफ्ट मतदाता सूचियों का प्रकाशन किया गया है। यह मतदाता सूचियां पोलिंग स्टेशनों पर उपलब्ध हैं।
उन्होंने मतदाताओं से आहवान किया कि वे पोलिंग स्टेशनों पर उपलब्ध ड्राफट मतदाता सूचियों में अपना नाम, उम्र, जन्म तिथि एवं लिंग के विवरण की जांच आवश्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचितयों के विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण का कार्य आज से शुरू होकर 8 दिसंबर, 2022 तक जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस दौरान विशेष अभियान चला कर नए वोट भी बनाए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा पुराने वोट में त्रुटि पाए जाने पर दावे एवं आपत्तियां पोलिंग बूथ पर बीएलओ की उपस्थिति में दी जा सकेंगी।  
इस अवसर पर बीएलओ श्री सुदर्शन शर्मा ने ड्राफट रोल को पढ कर सुनाया।
