उपायुक्त रमेश चंद्र बिढ़ान ने बताया कि कोविड-19 के दृष्टिïगत 21 जून को कुरूक्षेत्र के ब्रह्मïसरोवर मेंं लगने वाले सूर्यग्रहण मेले का आयोजन नहीं किया जाएगा। जिलावासी सूर्यग्रहण के अवसर पर कुरुक्षेत्र स्थित ब्रह्मïसरोवर में स्नान के लिए न जाएं तथा अपने घर ही रह कर पूजा-अर्चना करें।
उन्होंने बताया कि कोरोना वैश्विक महामारी को देखते हुए कुरुक्षेत्र प्रशासन की ओर से मेले का आयोजन नहीं किया जा रहा है। आदिकाल से चली आ रही परंपरा एवं कोविड-19 के दृष्टिïगत विश्व शांति एवं कल्याण के लिए ब्रह्मïसरोवर पर पूजा अर्चना का एक छोटा से कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाना है। जिसमें बाहरी लोगों के आने पर प्रतिबंध है। उन्होंने आमजन से अपील की है कि वे मेले में स्नान व पूजा अर्चना के लिए कुरूक्षेत्र न जाएं ताकि उन्हें किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।

उपायुक्त रमेश चंद्र बिढ़ान ने बताया कि कोविड-19 के चलते इस बार 21 जून को अंतर्राष्टï्रीय योग दिवस को लाइव मनाया जाएगा। केंद्रीय आयुष मंत्रालय ने अंतर्राष्टï्रीय योग दिवस का शीर्षक योगा एट होम और योगा विद फैमिली दिया है। इसी के तहत कोविड-19 के बचाव संबंधी नियमों की पालना करते हुए घर पर रहकर लाइव जुड़कर योग दिवस आयोजन में भाग लेंगे।
19 जून को ऑनलाइन होगा योग प्रोटोकोल अभ्यास प्रसारण :
उपायुक्त बिढ़ान ने बताया कि 3 जून से भिन्न-2 जिलों के योग प्रशिक्षकों की टीम द्वारा हरियाणा योग परिषद के फेसबुक पेज पर लाइव योग प्रोटोकोल का प्रसारण किया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में 19 जून को सिरसा की योग प्रशिक्षकों की टीम इस फेसबुक पेज पर लाइव होकर योग प्रोटोकोल का अभ्यास करवाएगी। योग प्रोटोकोल प्रशिक्षण प्रात: 7.45 बजे से 8.30 बजे तक करवाया जाएगा। उन्होंने आमजन का आह्ïवान किया कि वे फेसबुक पेज पर लाइव जुड़कर योग प्रोटोकोल का अभ्यास करें।
उन्होंने जिला खेल एवं युवा कार्यक्रम अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए कि सभी कोच, खिलाड़ी, योग प्रशिक्षक को निर्देश दिए कि वे हरियाणा योग परिषद के फेसबुक पेज पर लाइव योग प्रोटोकोल अभ्यास से जुड़ें व अन्यों को भी प्रेरित करें। इसी प्रकार आयुष विभाग के भी स्टॉफ सदस्य योग प्रोटोकोल का अभ्यास करें व अधिक से अधिक लोगों को जोड़ें। भारत स्वाभिमान ट्रस्ट के सदस्य आमजन को योग प्रोटोकोल अभ्यास से जुडऩे के लिए अधिक से अधिक प्रेरित करें।

In Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), the process of Re-registration (RR) for various Graduate and Post Graduate Degree Programmes for July, 2020 session is going on. The last date to apply for RR for July, 2020 session is 30th June, 2020. Dr. Anil Kumar Dimri, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre Chandigarh informed that the RR of learners of 1st year and 2nd year of July, 2019 Session of various Degree Programmes e.g. BAG, BCOMG, BSCG, BAVTM, BSW is due for their 2nd year and 3rd year in July, 2020 session. सिरसा, 17 जून ……… जिला भर में चलाए जा रहे विशेष अभियान के तहत कारवाई करते हुए जिला पुलिस ने विभिन्न जगहों से गश्त व चैकिंग के दौरान 1000 नशीलीं प्रतिबंधित गोलियों सहित चार लोगों को काबू किया है । प्रथम घटना में जिला की सीआईए कालांवाली पुलिस टीम ने गश्त व चैकिंग के दौरान गांव रोड़ी क्षेत्र से मोटरसाइकिल सवार दो व्यक्तियों को 600 नशीलीं प्रतिबंधित गोलियों के साथ काबू किया है । पकड़े गए व्यक्तियों की पहचान काशीनाथ सिंह उर्फ मुसाफिर पुत्र भरत सिंह व प्रीतम सिंह पुत्र अरजन सिंह निवासियान गांव रोड़ी के रुप में हुई है । इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए सीआईए कालांवाली प्रभारी सब इंस्पैक्टर सुभाष चंद्र ने बताया कि पकड़े गए व्यक्तियों से सप्लायर के बारे में नाम पता मालूम कर तीन लोगों के खिलाफ थाना रोड़ी में मादक पदार्थ अधिनियम के तहत अभियोग दर्ज कर सप्लायर की तलाश शुरु कर दी है । उन्होंने बताया कि सीआईए कालांवाली पुलिस टीम के सहायक उप निरीक्षक सोमित कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक पुलिस टीम गश्त व चैकिंग के दौरान गांव रोड़ी क्षेत्र में मौजूद थी । इसी दौरान सामने से आ रहे मोटरसाइकिल सवार व्यक्तियों ने पुलिस पार्टी को देखकर वापिस मुड़कर भागने की कोशिश की तो शक के बिनहा पर उक्त मोटरसाइकिल सवार दोनों व्यक्तियों को काबू कर उनकी तलाशी लेने पर उनके कब्जा से 600 नशीलीं प्रतिबंधित गोलियां बरामद हुई ।
वही एक अन्य घटना में जिला की एंटी नारकोटिक्स सैल सिरसा पुलिस ने गश्त व चैकिंग के दौरान गांव चकराईयां क्षेत्र से दो युवकों को 400 नशीलीं प्रतिबंधित गोलियों के साथ काबू किया है । इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए एंटी नारकोटिक्स सैल के प्रभारी सहायक उप निरीक्षक महेन्द्र सिंह ने बताया कि पकड़े गए युवकों की पहचान सुभाष चंद्र पुत्र नानू राम निवासी ढाणी प्रताप सिंह, रानियां व जग्गा पुत्र कुलवंत निवासी चकराईयां के रुप में हुई है । उन्होंने बताया कि पकड़े गए युवकों से सप्लायर के बारे में नाम पता मालूम कर तीन लोगों के खिलाफ थाना सदर सिरसा में मादक पदार्थ अधिनियम के तहत अभियोग दर्ज कर सप्लायर की तलाश शुरु कर दी है । उन्होंने बताया कि एंटी नारोकटिक्स सैल के सहायक उप निरीक्षक अशोक कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक पुलिस टीम गस्त व चैकिंग के दौरान गांव चकराईयां क्षेत्र में मौजूद थी । इसी दौरान सामने से आ रहे दो युवकों ने पुलिस पार्टी को देखकर वापिस मुड़कर भागने की कोशिश की तो शक के बिनहा पर उक्त दोनों युवकों को काबू कर उनकी तलाशी लेने पर उनके कब्जा से 400 नशीलीं प्रतिबंधित गोलियां बरामद हुई है । पकड़े गए युवकों को अदालत में पेश कर रिमांड हासिल किया जाएगा । रिमांड अवधि के दौरान तस्करी के इस नेटवर्क से जुड़े अन्य लोगों के बारे में नाम पता मालूम कर उनके खिलाफ भी कारवाई की जाएगी ।

Chandigarh, June 17:- A meeting of sanitation committee, Municipal Corporation was held here today under the chairmanship of Sh. Rajesh Kumar and attended by other members of committee namely Sh. Shakti Parkash Devshali, Smt. Heera Negi, Sh. Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh, Smt. Ravinder Kaur and concerned officers of MCC including Dr. Amritpal Singh Warring, MOH and Dr. M.S. Kamboj, Supdt. Slaughter house, MCC.
During the meeting the members applauded the efforts of sanitation wing for their role during the COVID-19 and maintenance of cleanliness throughout city. The members discussed and asked the concerned officials of sanitation wing to maintain proper logbook of night sweeping by Lions firm and seek weekly attendance from them and maintain proper record of the sanitation works done by them.
The committee members asked the concerned officers to maintain proper grass cutting from road berms and back lanes of houses. The members discussed that there were some complaints regarding waste collection charges from households in various areas by the door to door waste collectors. The members asked the concerned CSIs to keep check on them and rates approved and notified by the competent authority be publicized through creating awareness among masses.
The committee discussed and decided that proper guidelines regarding keeping cattle in the villages be implemented in the new transferred villages. The members also raised the issue of stray dog menace in the city and asked the concerned officers to monitor the dog management system minutely.
