उपायुक्त के आदेशानुसार इस कंटेनमेंट जोन के शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण की सम्पदा अधिकारी ममता शर्मा ओवर आल इंचार्ज व एसडीई एम पी शर्मा उनकी सहायता करेंगे। इसके अलावा सिविल सर्जन डा. जसजीत कौर रोगी को आईसोलेट करने के अलावा चिकित्सकों की टीमों का गठन कर घर घर स्क्रीनिंग एवं सांस व फ्लू आदि से ग्रस्त लोगों की जाचं एवं नियमित निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के साथ ही रोगियों के कंटेक्ट में पहले व अब तक रहे लोगों की पहचान एवं जांच का कार्य करेंगे।

जारी आदेशानुसार कंटेनमेंट जोन एवं बफर जोन में नगर निगम आयुक्त इस कंटेनमेंट क्षेत्र को सेनीटाईज करवाने के ठोस कचरा प्रंबधन का निस्पादन सुनिश्चित करेंगे। इसके अलावा पुलिस उपायुक्त मोहित हांडा पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस कर्मचारियों की तैनाती एवम् नाके लगवाना सुनिश्चित करेंगें। जिला खाद्य एवं आपूर्ति नियंत्रक आवश्यक सेवाओं की पूर्ति तथा कार्यकारी अभियंता उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली निगम बिजली सप्लाई तथा कार्यकारी अभियंता जन स्वास्थ्य विभाग को पेयजल सप्लाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

पंचकूला 1 जुलाई – जिला विधिक सेवाए प्राधिकरण की सचिव एवं मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी संप्रीत कौर ने बताया कि जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश व प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष सुभाष मेहला के निर्देशानुसार पैनल अधिवक्ताओं एवं पैरावाॅलिंटियर्स ने गांव त्रिलोकपुर में जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन लोगों को कानूनी जानकारी देने के साथ साथ जरूरतमंद लोगों को हाथ से बनाए हुए बेहतर किस्म के मास्क बांटे।

मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी व सचिव ने बताया कि शिविर मंे जल सरंक्षण, वृक्षरोपण, मौलिक कर्तव्यों, नैशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल और कोविड 19 के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार के निर्देशानुसार सोशल डिस्टेंस का पालन करते हुए न्यूनतम एक्शन प्लान के अनुसार ही कानूनी जागरूकता शिविरों का आयोजन करना लाभदायी होगा।

उन्हेोंने बताया कि नागरिकों को कोरोना से बचाव के लिये बार-बार साबुन से हाथ धोने तथा आरोग्य सेतू एप को डाउनलोड करने के प्रति प्रेरित किया। कोरोना के चलते लोगों को सामाजिक दूरी का पालन करने, मास्क पहनने एवं अन्य गतिविधियों के बारे में पैनल अधिवक्ताओं के माध्यम से निरंतर जागरूक करने का कार्य कर रहा है।

उन्होंने बताया कि प्राधिकरण द्वारा पैनल अधिवक्ता एवं पीएलवी ने स्टूडेंट्स को जागरुक किया और हैंड मैड मास्क वितरित किये। उन्होंने बताया कि प्राधिकरण की ओर से हैल्प लाईन नंबर 0172-2585566 भी संचालित किया जा रहा है। इस हैल्प लाईन नंबर पर कोई भी व्यक्ति जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के साथ साथ जानकारी व मदद ले सकता है।

पंचकूला 1 जुलाई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जिला में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते अब तक 9854 व्यक्तियों के नमने लिए गए है। इनमें 9639 व्यक्तियों के नमूने नेगेटिव पाए गए। इसके अलावा 21 व्यक्तियों के नमूनों के परिणाम आने बाकी है। बुधवार को सैक्टर 5 में एक मामला पोजिटीव पाया गया है। इसके अलावा एक-एक दिल्ली व चण्डीगढ से पोजिटिव मामला आया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में अब तक 113 व्यक्तियों के नमूने पोजिटिव पाए गए जिनमें से 91 कोरोना पोजिटीव ठीक हो गए, बाकी व्यक्तियों का स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा ईलाज किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा 55 अन्य जिलों व राज्यों के व्यक्तियों के मामले भी पॉजिटिव है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट ने अब तक 50471 स्क्रीनिंग व 109617 व्यक्तियों की घर घर जाकर स्क्रीनिंग की गई । इसके अलावा आशा कार्यकर्ताओं ने तीसरे चरण में 4 लाख एक हजार 666 व्यक्तियों की घर घर जाकर स्क्रीनिंग की हैं।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला के 1106 व्यक्तियों को घरों में क्वारंटीन किया गया हैं। इसके अलावा विदेश से आने वाले 33 व्यक्तियों को होटलों में कावर्टाइन किया गया है। इनमे 10 पल्लवी, 10 पार्क रॉयल, 4 सूद भवन, 8 सिराज होटल तथा एक लोक निर्माण विभाग के रेस्ट हाउस में रखा गया है।

So I am extremely happy to interact with fashion students and share my experiences. The Panjab University team of wardens comprising of Dr. Rajeev, Boys Hostel-1, Dr. Praveen ,BH-5, Dr Nidhi Gautam ,Girls Hostel-5, Dr Jai Mala,GH-7 and Dr Avneet, Working Women Hostel organised a webinar for the hostel residents  on the  topic “ Psychological Resilience during the Covid-19 Pandemic” by Dr. Anu Bansal, Clinical Psychologist, Civil Hospital, Panchkula.

She spoke about the positive and negative stress. Positive stress leads to certain achievements but negative stress causes depression. During this pandemic students have been confined in their homes or in hostels and going through various uncertainties regarding their exams, opening of university, joining new courses etc.

She suggested that students should develop the habit of writing their thoughts daily in their diary. She further suggests that students should write down their short term and long-term goals and try to fulfill short term goals.

She discussed that during this period sleeping and eating habits have changed. Children and the young generation are busy with mobile phones and TV which disturbed their daily routine. 

She suggested to adopt change in their daily routine and habit of deep breathing. She advised me to prepare a time table and divide the day for chats on the phone, watching TV, studying etc.

She also explained the difference between anxiety and depression. She suggested that if the symptoms feeling low, sad, loneliness, lack of interest in studies and want to spend more time alone have been continuous for two weeks then they should consult the psychologist because these are the symptoms of depression.

She gave the answer of every query of the students and students found it interesting and wanted her session again. More than 45 students participated in this webinar.

In addition, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh will establish a separate window by deputing Community Organizers in vending zones, organize community camps and distribute I.E.C. material for extending the benefits of PM Street Vendors AtmaNirbharNidhi (PM SVANidhi) to street vendors identified by the corpration.

However, at national level Sh. DurgaShanker Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has launched the beta version webportal ofthe PM Street Vendors AtmaNirbharNidhi (PM SVANidhi), a Special Micro-Credit Facility Scheme for providing affordable loan to street vendors to resume their livelihoods affected due to COVID-19 lockdown.

The COVID 19 pandemic and consequent lockdowns have adversely impacted the livelihoods of street vendors.  They usually work with a small capital basis, which they might have consumed during the lockdown.  To overcome their plight, Central Government has facilitated street vendors to access affordable working capital loan resuming their livelihoods activities, after easing of lockdown under a new scheme which is being floated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MOHUA).

                    उपायुक्त रमेश चंद्र बिढ़ान ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार के निर्देशानुसार जल जीवन मिशन योजना के तहत वर्ष 2022 तक हर घर में स्वच्छ जल पहुंचाना लक्ष्य रखा गया है। जन स्वास्थ्य एवं अभियांत्रिकी विभाग जल जीवन मिशन के तहत कार्य में तेजी लाए और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि कोई घर इस योजना से वंचित न रहे। इसके अलावा अवैध कनेक्शनों को योजनाबद्ध तरीके से वैध किया जाए। उपायुक्त बिढ़ान बुधवार को स्थानीय लघु सचिवालय के बैठक कक्ष में जिला जल एवं सीवरेज मिशन के तहत आयोजित बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। बैठक में विधायक डबवाली अमित सिहाग, एसडीएम सिरसा जयवीर यादव, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक आर्यन चौधरी, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी विजेंद्र भारद्वाज, बीडीपीओ बलराज सिंह, कार्यकारी अभियंता पंचायती राज भरत सिंह, कार्यकारी अभियंता जन स्वास्थ्य विभाग आरएस मलिक सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

                    उपायुक्त बिढ़ान ने कहा कि वर्ष 2022 तक जिला के सभी गांवों के हर घर में पेयजल कनेक्शन मुहैया कराया जाएगा। ऐसे में अधिकारी इस काम में और अधिक तेजी लाएं ताकि तय समय पर कार्य पूरा हो सके, इसमें सामुदायिक सहभागिता जरूरी है। जल जीवन मिशन केंद्र सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना है जिसके माध्यम से वर्ष 2022 तक हर घर नल से प्रत्येक घर में शुद्ध पेयजल पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है और इसे निर्धारित समय सीमा से पूरा करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन की सफलता के लिए प्रत्येक विभाग का आपसी सामंजस्य के साथ कार्य करना जरूरी है।

                    उन्होंने बताया कि जल जीवन मिशन की सफलता के लिए सभी विभागों की भूमिका निर्धारित की गई हैं, संबंधित सभी विभाग आपसी तालमेल से अपनी ड्यूटी निभाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि आमजन को सरकार की इस महत्वपूर्ण योजना के बारे में जागरूक करने के साथ साथ विभाग का हर स्तर पर सहयोग करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन के बारे में पंच, सरपंच के सहयोग से ग्रामीणों को जल का महत्व समझाएं और अवैध कनेक्शनों को वैध करवाने के लिए प्रेरित करें।


                    कार्यकारी अभियंता जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग आरएस मलिक ने बताया कि जल जीवन मिशन योजना के तहत जिला में सर्वे का कार्य पूरा हो चुका है। इसके अलावा 86 हजार अवैध कनेक्शनों में से 76 हजार कनेक्शनों को वैध किया जा चुका है और बाकी बचे कनेक्शनों को वैध करने की प्रक्रिया जारी है। इसके साथ-साथ गांवों में विभाग द्वारा ग्रामीणों को पानी के कनेक्शन वैध करने के लिए जागरुक किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि 500 रुपये की राशि जमा करवा कर नागरिक अवैध कनेक्शन को वैध करवा सकते हैं।  500 रुपये न देने की स्थिति में सामान्य वर्ग के कनेक्शन धारक को 40 रुपये मासिक बिल के साथ 10 रुपये का अतिरिक्त भुगतान करना होगा। अनुसूचित जाति के कनेक्शन धारकों को 20 रुपये मासिक बिल के साथ 10 रुपये की अतिरिक्त राशि देनी होगी।
