Department of History, PU, Chandigarh and Panjab University Alumni Association (PUAA) jointly organized a Web Lecture of Shri Uday Mahurkar, a senior journalist, author and interpreter of history.About120participants participated in the web lecture .

Shri Mahurkar, the distinguished speakerdelivered his lecture on, “Chattrapati Shivaji: A New Discovery”in an analytical and thought-provoking manner.His candid, comprehensive and critical presentation was indeed spell-binding. Professor Anju Suri, Chairperson, Department of History was the Director of the Webinar, Professor Deepti Gupta, Dean Alumni Relations and Chairperson, Department of English was the Convener and Dr. Priyatosh Sharma, Associate Professor, Department of History was the Co-Convener of the Webinar.

TheVice Chancellor, Prof Raj Kumar applauded the joint effort of the Department of History and PUAA for organizing the Web Lecture on an endearing historical personality of Shivaji. In his inaugural remarks, he said that great deeds make great personalities like Shivaji. Chattrapati Shivaji’s life and achievements impart inspiration to one and all. His leadership role, his organizational skills, his courageous military exploits earned him the reputation of a great ruler and won him glory. The spirit of nationalism may be imbibed from the heroic deeds of Chattrapati Shivaji.The present generation must preserve the memories of the great leader in Shivaji and pay tribute to his daring acts in fighting back Mughal tyranny. Professor Raj Kumar expressed his concern that the role of Shivaji must be discussed at length in the scholarly works to form a fair estimate of his life and personality.

Dr. Anju Suri, Professor and Chairperson of the Department of History introduced Chattrapati Shivaji as a powerful ruler known for his chivalry, courage and heroism. He set out for military campaigns with a strong conviction and determination to win and he tasted victory after victory to establish himself as a strong ruler. He possessed a rare combination of intellect and diplomacy. His role as a great organizer and a strategist cannot be underestimated.

The distinguished speaker, Shri Uday Mahurkar in his insightful and intellectual lecture addressed Shivaji as an Emperor instead of Chattrapati. He assessed the role of Shivaji on the basis of four determinants, which are generally required by a person, for being the most powerful Emperor and Shivaji qualifies all of them successfully. Shivaji expanded his empire by way of his conquering abilities to the length of 1600 kms from Poona to the land beyond Chennai. His strategic skills and command of his army instilled such enthusiasm among his soldiers that they continued with the legacy of successive victories during the lifetime of Shivaji and even after his death. Within forty years since his demise, the Marathas reached Delhi and became a dominating force. Shivaji’s combating skills speak of his powerful personality. He strongly believed that the attack is the best form of defence. He was a diplomat par excellence and knew to play his cards well. He handled his Mughal enemies including Aurangzeb with diplomatic maneuvers and often made truce with them to break them soon after. Shivaji has always remained fearless before Aurangzeb whereas the latter was afraid of his strategic skills and intellectual abilities. Despite all resources and authority at his disposal, Aurangzeb was belittled by Shivaji in a combat pitted against him and this fact has been indicated by Aurangzeb in his will too. The historical records have praised Shivaji and addressed him as ‘the greatest constructive genius’. His warfare achievements are as much appreciated as his welfare achievements. Shivaji took up several measures for welfare of his subjects including the issue of seed loans by the State to the farmers. As far as his social reforms are concerned, Shivaji allowed those who had defected Hinduism to embrace Islam to come back to Hinduism.Secondly, he taught each class to fight. Dalit Regiment of Maharashtra could be organized because of this initiative of Shivaji. Shivaji should find more space in historical books and should be given higher status as an Emperor.

The highly informative and incisive lecture was followed by Question-Answer Session conducted by Dr. Priyatosh Sharma of the Department of History.The lecture was joined by experts from academic, scientists, researchers, students and faculty members from various diverse Departments and Universities across India. The lecture ended with the formal vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Vinay Kumar, Secretary, Faculty of Arts, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Jatin Salwan were planted along with plants of Ashoka and Chandni.The plantation had the presence of Prof. R.K. Singla, Dean of University Instructions as the Chief Guest . Prof. Karamjeet Singh, Registrar presided over the plantation. Prof. Parvinder Singh, Controller of Examinations was the Guest of Honour.

Er. Anil Thakur, Divisional Engineer (Hort.) said on this occasion that the plantation drive of Horticulture Division carried out in the monsoon season is in full swing and various departments are participating enthusiastically in this drive. He further said that in pursuance of the initiative of Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, the Horticulture Division is also carrying out the family plantation drive in the university in which a large number of residents are taking the initiative to plant the trees along with their family members.

पंचकूला 24 जुलाई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा लिए गए नमूनों के अनुसार जिला में अब तक 514 कॉविड़-19
पॉजिटिव मामले आए है जिनमें पंचकूला के 390 तथा 97 बाहरी जिलों व राज्यों के है।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में आज कुल 25 पॉजिटिव मामले पाए गए है जिनमे 21 पंचकूला तथा 4 बाहर से संबंधित है। इनमे सेक्टर 25, रायपुररानी व पिंजौर में एक एक मामला तथा सेक्टर 10, 19, 16 व सेक्टर 4 में 2-2 पॉजिटिव व सेक्टर 12 में 3 तथा आई टी बी पी में 7 पॉजिटिव मामले आए है । बाहर से आए मामलों में ढकोली, पीरमुछला में एक – एक तथा चंडीगढ़ के 2 मामले पॉजिटिव आए है। अब जिला में 235 एक्टिव मामले है ।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में अब तक आए पॉजिटिव में से 155 कोरोना पोजिटीव ठीक हो गए तथा बाकी व्यक्तियों का स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा ईलाज किया जा रहा है।

सहायक कृषि अभियंता ने बताया कि जिला के अनुसूचित जाति किसानों को बैटरी संचालित स्प्रे पम्प 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर दिए जाएगें। इसके अलावा किसानों को अधिकतम 2500 रुपए या जो भी कम हो स्प्रे पम्पों पर अनुदान दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला के किसानों को स्प्रे पम्प देने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। इसलिए किसानों को पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर स्प्रे पम्प दिए जाएगें।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय से संबधित कोई भी छात्र, पोस्ट मैट्रिक, फ्रेश, रिन्यूवल छात्रवृति हेतू आॅनलाईन नेशनल स्काॅलरशिप पोर्टल www.scholarship.gov.in पर आवेदन कर सकते है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए विद्यार्थी हरियाणा राज्य का स्थाई निवासी व उनके अभिभावकों की सभी स़्त्रोतों से वार्षिक आय 2 लाख रुपए से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। उन्होनंे बताया कि छात्रों ने पूर्व परीक्षा में 50 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करने उपरांत ही छात्रवृति निरंतर रखी जाएगी। प्रार्थी को आयकर प्रमाण पत्र जो प्रथम श्रेणी मैजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जारी किया होना चाहिए, प्रस्तुत करना होगा। इसके अलावा आधार नम्बर, बैंक खाता भी देना अनिवार्य है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि कक्षा 11 से 12 वीं तक दाखिला एंव टयूशल शुल्क 7 हजार रुपए, इन कक्षाओं के लिए तकनीकी एवं वोकेशनल कोर्स के लिए 10 हजार रुपए, अंडर ग्रेजुएट एवं पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट के लिए दाखिला एवं टयूशन शुल्क, तीन हजार रुपए निर्धारित की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि कक्षा 11 से 12वीं के लिए एकेडमिक वर्ष में केवल 10 माह के लिए रखरखाव भत्ता, 230 प्रति माह, तकनीकी एवं प्रोफेशनल कोर्स को छोडकर अंडर ग्रेजुएट एवं पोस्ट ग्र्रेजुएट कोर्स हेतू 300 रुपए प्रतिमाह, तथा एम फिल यएवं पीएचडी हेतू उन शौधकर्ताओं के लिए जिन्हें विश्वविद्यालय अथवा किसी भी अन्य प्राधिकरण द्वारा कोई भी फैलोशिप प्रदान नहीं की गई है उन्हें 550 प्रतिमाह प्रदान किए जाएगें।

पंचकूला 24 जुलाई- उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना खरीफ 2020 के दौरान किसानों के लिए चार फसलों धान, कपास, मक्का व बाजरा के प्रति एकड़ प्रीमियम एंव बीमित राशि की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई है। योजना के तहत आगामी 31 जुलाई 2020 तक फसलों का बीमा करवाया जा सकता है।

उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने जिला सचिवालय परिसर से प्रचार वाहनों को रवाना करते हुए बताया कि धान, कपास, मक्का व बाजरा सहित चारों फसलों के लिए बीमा प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। इसके लिए जागरूक करने हेतू वाहन प्रत्येक गांव स्तर जाएगेें और किसानों को जागरूक एंव सचेत करेंगें ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा किसान इन योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकें। उन्होंने बताया कि किसानों को जोखिम मुक्त बनाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना बहुत ही कारगर योजना है। इसलिए जिला के किसानों को इस योजना के तहत निर्धारित अवधि तक फसलों का बीमा अवश्य बीमा करवाना चाहिए।

उन्होंने बताया कि ऋणी किसान जो योजना में शामिल नही होना चाहते, उन्हंे भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी चयन प्रपत्रनुसार हस्ताक्षरित घोषणा पत्र खरीफ के लिए 26 जुलाई 2020 तक सम्बन्धित वित्तिय संस्थान में अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करवाना होगा। अन्यथा सम्बन्धित बैंक द्वारा खरीफ मौसम के लिए स्वीकृति व नवीनीकृत किए गए ऋणी किसान अनिवार्य रूप से बीमाकृत कर दिए जाएंगे।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार धान फसल का प्रीमियम 680.16 रू0 प्रति एकड़ तथा बीमित राशि 34014.17 रू0 प्रति एकड निर्धारित की गई है। इसी प्रकार कपास फसल हेतू प्रीमियम राशि 1650.71 रू0 प्रति एकड़ तथा बीमित राशि 33014.17 रू0 प्रति एकड़ तय की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि बाजरा फसल के लिए प्रीमियम राशि 320.13 रू0 प्रति एकड़ तथा बीमित राशि 16006.48 रू0 प्रति एकड़ निर्धारित की गई है। मक्का फसल हेतू प्रीमियम राशि 340.15 रू0 प्रति एकड़ तथा बीमित राशि 17007.29 रू0 प्रति एकड़ तय की गई है।


उन्होंने बताया कि जिला में प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत इन चारों फसलों का बीमा करने की जिम्मेदारी खरीफ सीजन 2020 से रबी 2022-23 के लिए एग्रीकल्चर इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड को दी गई है। इस योजना में जलभराव, ओलावृष्टि और आसमानी बिजली से होने वाले नुकसान की सूचना 72 घन्टें के अन्दर-अन्दर कृषि विभाग के सैक्टर-21 पंचकूला के कार्यालय में देनी होगी। इसी प्रकार यदि किसान ने फसल की कटाई करके उसे सुखाने के लिए खलियान में खुली अवस्था /गांठों में छोड़ रखा है और कटाई के 14 दिन बाद तक यदि कोई नुकसान होता है तो उसकी सूचना भी किसान को 72 घण्टें के अन्दर कृषि विभाग के कार्यालय में देनी होगी। इसके अलावा खरीफ 2019 में धान व मक्का में हुए नुकसान को देखते हुए भारत सरकार के उपक्रम एग्रीकल्चर इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड द्वारा किसानों को एक करोड से भी अधिक का मुआवजा दिया गया।

पंचकूला में खुला प्‍लाज्‍मा सेंटर

कोविड 19 से जारी जंग में हरियाणा ने शुक्रवार को बड़ा मुकाम हासिल कर लिया। प्रदेश की राजधानी से सटे पंचकूला में प्रदेश का पांचवां प्‍लाज्‍मा सेंटर स्‍थापित कर दिया गया है। विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष ज्ञान चंद गुप्‍ता ने शुक्रवार को इस सेंटर का उद्घाटन किया। सेंटर के उद्घाटन के साथ ही यहां प्‍लाज्‍मा दान करने का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो गया। राजीव कॉलोनी निवासी एक दुकानदार ने पहले ही दिन स्‍वेच्‍छा से प्‍लाज्‍मा दान किया।

विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष ज्ञान चंद गुप्‍ता ने बताया कि पंचकूला जिले में पिछले कुछ दिनों से कोविड 19 संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्‍या में बढ़ौतरी हुई है। अभी तक यहां ऑक्‍सीजन और स्‍टीरॉयड प्रणालियों से उपचार हो रहा था, लेकिन गंभीर रूप से संक्रमित मरीजों के उपचार में ये दोनों ही प्रणाली कारगर साबित नहीं होती। इसके लिए प्‍लाज्‍मा थैरेपी की आवश्‍यकता रहती है। गुप्‍ता ने कहा कि पंचकूला में प्‍लाज्‍मा केंद्र बनने से अनेक कीमती जानें बचाईं जाएंगी। इसके लिए उन्‍होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, प्रदेश के मुख्‍यमंत्री मनोहर लाल, केंद्रीय स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन और प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री अनिल विज का विशेष रूप से आभार व्‍यक्‍त किया।

गौरतलब है कि प्‍लाज्‍मा थैरेपी कोविड 19 के उपचार में अभी तक की सबसे असरदार प्रणाली साबित हुई है। इस थैरेपी से गंभीर रूप से पीड़ित मरीजों का उपचार किया जाता है। चिकित्‍सीय अनुसंधानों से प्रमाणित हुआ है कि किसी भी व्‍यक्‍ति में जब कोविड 19 का संक्रमण होता है तो शरीर स्‍वत: कुछ रोग प्रतिरोधक तत्‍व बना लेता है। इनमें प्रमुख रूप से आईजीजी नाम के एंटी बॉडीज होते हैं जो कोविड 19 से लड़ते हैं। डॉक्‍टरों के मुताबिक ये एंटी बॉडीज कोप्‍ला नामक कन्‍वेलेसेंट प्‍लाज्‍मा में होते हैं।

पंचकूला के सिविल अस्‍पताल में कंसल्‍टेंट डॉ. सरोज अग्रवाल के मुताबिक कोप्‍ला नामक एंटी बॉडीज व्‍यक्‍ति को कोरोना से बचाने के बाद भी उसके शरीर में रहता है। इसे 28 दिन बाद दूसरे मरीज के लिए प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। प्‍लाज्‍मा थैरेपी में आईजीजी नाम के एंटी बॉडीज युक्‍त प्‍लाज्‍मा को ही दूसरे मरीज में चढ़ाया जाता है, जिससे वह भी ठीक हो जाता है। प्‍लाज्‍मा सेंटर में प्‍लाज्‍मा को माइनस 40 डिग्री तापमान पर रखा जाता है। इसके बाद इसे एक साल तक प्रयोग में लाया जा सकता है।

पंचकूला में स्‍थापित प्‍लाज्‍मा केंद्र के लिए शुक्रवार को राजीव कॉलोनी निवासी दुकान गुलशन कुमार ने स्‍वेच्‍छा से प्‍लाज्‍मा दान किया। विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष ज्ञान चंद गुप्‍ता ने कहा कि हमें ऐसे जिम्‍मेदार नागरिकों पर गर्व है, जो स्‍वयं स्‍वस्‍थ होने के बाद दूसरों के कल्‍याण के लिए आगे आए हैं। उन्‍होंने कहा कि गुलशन कुमार से दूसरे लोगों को भी प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए। इस मौके पर पंचकूला की सिविल सर्जन डॉ. जसजीत कौर, भाजपा नेता कुलभूषण गोयल, पीएमओ डॉ. सरिता यादव सहित अनेक डॉक्‍टर एवं गणमान्‍य नागरिक उपस्‍थित रहे।

निजी अस्‍पताल में 8500 रुपये फीस, सरकारी में मुफ्त होगा उपचार

प्‍लाज्‍मा थैरेपी से उपचार करवाने की निजी अस्‍पताल में सरकार द्वारा 8500 रुपये फीस निर्धारित की गई है। लेकिन यही उपचार सरकारी अस्‍पताल में मुफ्त होगा। इससे आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। गौरतलब है कि अभी तक हरियाणा में के रोहतक, गुरुग्राम, फरीदाबाद में ही प्‍लाज्‍मा केंद्र स्‍थापित हैं। इस प्रकार की सुविधा वाला पंचकूला पांचवां जिला बना गया है। यहां पंचकूला, अंबाला, कुरुक्षेत्र, यमुनानगर, करनाल और कैथल जिलों के मरीजों का उपचार हो सकेगा।

Chairperson of UIFT&VD, Dr. Prabhdip Brar, gave an introductory note, welcoming the speaker, Mr. Chetan Chittauria who holds an experience of working with fashion design from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. His extensive field of expertise includes managing designs and developing products for Cecil, Zara, Cleo, American Rags, Pepe Jeans, Silver Jeans, Club Monaco, Kenneth Cole, River Island, Promod, Camaieu among others.  The speaker expressed design as the one that puts logic into art based on the objectives and socio-cultural factors of the customers. The talk spanned from sources of inspiration to visualization of the final sketch. Students were made aware of the importance of understanding customer psyche along with the know-how of how brands infuse their thoughts in the global forecast. It was an interactive session with abundant learning for students of fashion technology that would help them in their future entrepreneurial ventures as designers in the industry.

Prof. Divya Bansal, the distinguished speaker delivered her lecture on the theme, “Contribution of Digital Technology to Social Sciences and Its Relevance During the Present Pandemic” as a part of Series, “Pandemics Across Ages” initiated by Department of History in April, 2020 in a comprehensive and candid manner. Her detailed, fact-based and critical presentation on how digital technology has become an integral part of our social lives, especially in the present COVID era, was immensely informative.

PU Vice-Chancellor, Professor Raj Kumar was the inspiration and driving force for conduct of this webinar. It was his encouragement that has led to this endeavour to connect the social sciences with the CRIKC institutes. The benefit of this collaboration is that in the future, it can lead to multidisciplinary research which utilizes the strengths and competencies of researchers from both areas, which will be more fruitful for the society. 

Professor Anju Suri, Chairperson welcomed the esteemed Speaker and the participants. In her introductory address, while underlining the purpose of organizing the Series, ‘Pandemics Across Ages’ by the Department, she said that it helps to sensitise the present generation to understand the causation of Pandemics and the huge devastation brought by them. This enables us to collect socio-political responses for our preparation to deal with the pandemics effectively. Prof Divya Bansal’s talk shall help to understand the usefulness and limitations of digital technology to the teaching and research in social sciences especially during Covid-19 and further enable us in responding to the pandemic. 

Dr. Veenu Mangat, Associate Professor at UIET, PU introduced the invited speaker Prof. Divya Bansal by highlighting her research achievements in terms of international collaborations and awards. Prof. Divya Bansal has been instrumental in ICT projects of the state police and drafting of policies related to information security. 

Prof. Divya Bansal, began her insightful talk by defining sociology as the study of society, patterns and behaviour. She then deliberated how technology plays a key role in each of these aspects. She asserted that digital technologies like other material cultural artefacts are part of human behaviour. 

She provided various examples to illustrate how technology can help in providing deeper understanding of various aspects of human behaviour. Nowadays, digital and mobile apps monitor and mediate almost all aspects of sociology ranging from our movements, likes, dislikes, spending habits, political opinions, personal preferences, interactions with relatives and friends, interactions with colleagues, communities we are a part of, etc. These pervasive technologies collect and analyze huge volumes of data for every individual. As an instance, a company like Google through its multitude of apps such as Maps, Wallet, YouTube, Contacts, Search, etc. can easily mine and integrate the data to build a comprehensive profile of each user including his personality, interactions, movements, behaviour, etc. Another example is of wearable devices such as Fitbit which collect health related information of users. Such information can aid pharmaceutical companies and the healthcare industry to study demographics and in diagnosis, prognosis, development of treatments, etc. But most of these technologies are privacy invasive. She touched upon how some database marketing companies sell user information to potential buyers. There should be strict laws in place to avoid misuse of users’ data. Prof. Divya beautifully expressed how sociology and technology are interrelated by saying that life is digital nowadays. Sociology should make the study of digital technologies central to its scope. She spoke about digital social research and digital traces being the behavioural traces. Prof. Divya later spoke about how in present COVID times, there is a compelling need to turn setbacks into comebacks. She discussed a few psycho-social issues that have arisen out of the present pandemic situation and how technology can be used to address them. This requires human factors in addition to tools provided by technology. She ended her lecture by saying that we should rediscover ourselves in this current period and be aware of both the pros and cons of digital technology. 

The highly informative and incisive lecture was followed by a Question-Answer Session conducted by Dr. Priyatosh Sharma of the Department of History. It was a vibrant session with participants engaging speakers to comment on issues like privacy, addiction to social media and need for human touch. The lecture ended with the formal vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Rani Mehta, Chairperson, Department of Sociology, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

MCC Panel meets over generation of revenue

Chandigarh, July 24:- A meeting of committee constituted by Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Chandigarh to enhance revenue sources of the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh was held here today in the conference room of MCC, which was attended by member councilors namely Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh Siddhu, Sh. Davesh Moudgil, Sh. Satish Kumar Kainth, Sh. Anil Kumar Garg, Additional Commissioner, Sh. Saurabh Arora, Joint Commissioner, and other senior officers of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

During the meeting the financial status and sources to enhance the income of Municipal Corporation and following issues were discussed in detail:

·        Agenda be put up in the General House meeting regarding levying Green tax on commercial vehicles of other states entering into the city.

·        Possibilities be explored to allow petrol limit instead providing separate vehicles to the officers excluding senior officers in the Corporation to avoid expenditure of maintenance and services etc.

·        To review the rates and policy on cable/optical fiber be put up in the general house and charges to be fixed for the cables/wires crossing through trees, road berms and MC land.

·        Maintenance policy of public services including open air gyms and children play equipment be reviewed to curtail extra expenditure on them. The inventory of all the open air gym equipments, children play equipments, benches, swings and huts be maintained and put up in the next meeting.

·        Parks given to Resident Welfare Associations for maintenance purposes be checked properly and reviewed regularly.

·        Properties belongs to MCC such as open air theater at sector 48 and Mahila Bhawan in sector 38 be given on rent and booking of such properties be opened at the earliest. The committee will visit Sector 48 open air theater and Mahila Bhawan, sector 38 to take stock of infrastructure and facilities available over there.

·        Detail of total manpower deployed in sanitation wing including machinery deployed (owned or hired on rent basis) be prepared and put up in the next meeting alongwith beat wise national norms to deploy sanitation workers as per the area specified.

·        Proposal be prepared to allow advertisement in all the vehicles of Municipal Corporation to generate revenue.

·        Policy be framed to collect charges from the areas, where the shop owners encroached upon Govt. land such as backsides and corners of booths, showrooms and bayshops etc. throughout city. Detailed survey be conducted in this regard and charges be decided on per Sq. ft. basis till the final policy be prepared and notified.

The next meeting has been scheduled to be held on 29th July, 2020 at 11.00 am.
