सेवा केंद्रो पर जाकर बनाए अपना परिवार पहचान पत्र: उपायुक्त

प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अब भरा जाएगा बीमा योजनाओं का प्रीमियम


            मुख्यमंत्री परिवार समृद्धि योजना के तहत जिले के सभी पात्र परिवार जिनकी वार्षिक आय एक लाख 80 हजार रूपये तक है उनका पंजीकरण आगामी 24 से 26 जनवरी तक जिला के सभी अटल सेवा केंद्रों, अंत्योदय सरल केंद्र, अंत्योदय केंद्र व सरल केंद्रों पर किया जाएगा।


            उपायुक्त श्री अशोक कुमार गर्ग ने यह जानकारी वित्त सचिव एवं सलाहकार, वित्त विभाग, हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा जिला सूचना एवं विज्ञान अधिकारी, खजाना अधिकारी, अटल सेवा केंद्र व सरल केंद्र के प्रतिनिधियों की प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला की समीक्षा करते हुए दी। उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री परिवार समृद्धि योजना के तहत हर पात्र परिवार (जिस परिवार की वार्षिक आय एक लाख 80 हजार रुपये तक तथा 2 हेक्टेयर तक भूमि वाले परिवार शामिल होंगे) को बीमा के प्रीमियम, पेंशन प्रीमियम आदि के रूप में 6 हजार रुपये तक की आर्थिक मदद की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना के तहत पारिवार के सभी सदस्य जिनकी आयु 18 से 50 वर्ष तक तथा बैंक खाता है का 330 रुपये वार्षिक प्रिमियम देना होता है जो कि अब यह हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा भरा जाएगा। उक्त बीमा की देय राशि 2 लाख रुपये है। इसी प्रकार  प्रधानमंत्री जीवन सुरक्षा बीमा योजना इस योजना के अंतर्गत परिवार के सभी सदस्य जिनकी आयु 18 से 70 वर्ष तक है तथा जिनका बैंक में खाता है, को 12/- रुपये का वार्षिक प्रिमियम भरना होता है वह भी हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा भरा जाएगा इस दुर्घटना बीमा योजना की देय राशि 2 लाख रुपये है।


            उन्होंने बताया कि इसी तरह से प्रधानमंत्री किसान मानधन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री लघु व्यापारी मानधन योजना का लाभार्थी का अंशदान भी हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा , इस योजना के तहत 60 वर्ष की आयु के बाद पात्र सदस्य को 3000 रुपये मासिक पेंशन दी जानी है। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना जिसके तहत किसानों द्वारा देय प्रीमियम का भुगतान सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा तथा प्राकृतिक आपदा से फसलों का नुकसान होने पर बीमा कम्पनी द्वारा किसानों को मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। उपरोक्त सभी स्कीमों के लिए जो बीमा प्रिमियम की राशि लाभार्थी की तरफ देय बनती है वह राशि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा वहन की जाएगी जिसके तहत वार्षिक 6000 रुपये की मदद की जाएगी।


            उपायुक्त ने कहा कि लाभार्थियों को उक्त बीमा योजनाओं के लिए गांव स्तर पर अटल सेवा केन्द्रों, जिला स्तर पर सरल केन्द्र तथा अंत्योदय केन्द्र व तहसील स्तर पर स्थापित अंत्योदय सरल केन्द्रों पर पंजीकरण करवाकर लाभ ले सकते हैं। लाभार्थी को लाभ लेने के लिए परिवार पहचान-पत्र नम्बर (अगर पहले बनवाया हो)सभी सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड तथा परिवार के सभी सदस्यों के बैंक अंकाउट की पास बुक, परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का मानधन कार्ड (यदि पहले बनवाया हो)जिस लाभार्थी का परिवार पहचान-पत्र या मानधन कार्ड नहीं बना है वह भी उपरोक्त केन्द्रों से उसी समय बनवा सकता है। उन्होनें बताया कि जैसे ही लाभार्थी मुख्यमंत्री परिवार समृद्धि योजना में परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का पंजीकरण होता है तो परिवार के मुखिया के मोबाईल नम्बर पर एस.एम.एस. के माध्यम से सूचित कर दिया जाएगा।


            उपायुक्त ने सम्बंधित अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए कि आगामी 24, 25 व 26 जनवरी 2020 को जिला के सभी अटल सेवा केन्द्र, अंत्योदय सरल केन्द्र, अंत्योदय केन्द्र व सरल केन्द्र खुले रहेंगे तथा लाभार्थियों के पंजीकरण का कार्य किया जाएगा ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग इस स्कीम का लाभ ले सकें।

Kidney Diseases on the Rise: Lifestyle to blame

Kidney diseases are the seventh common cause of death in India and its prevalence has increased by nearly 30 percent in last 15 years. This is mainly due to lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes and high blood pressure said, Dr. Sunil Kumar, Senior Consultant and Kidney Transplant Surgeon from Fortis Hospital, Mohali while interacting with media here today.

He said, apart from change of lifestyle certain foods/ habits also contribute to development of kidney diseases. These are believed to be consuming too much salt (slow poison/ pinch by pinch killer), pain medications / self-medication, too much sweet, less of water, high protein diet, meat in excess (red meat), processed foods, alcohol, smoking, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, chronic sitting and holding pee for too long. Dr Sunil Kumar has got his training in kidney transplant at PGI Chandigarh and Oxford, England. He has been doing kidney transplants since 11 years and moved from PGI Chandigarh to Fortis Hospital, Mohali three years back.

He said, people are now a days fond of self-medication and consume them for long time without realizing the harmful effects on kidney. Processed foods involve modification of the food from its original form and are now believed to be harmful for our body. Few examples of processed foods are breakfast cereals (like corn flakes), processed cheese, tinned vegetables, savoury snacks, meat products, such as bacon, sausage, ham, salami and “convenience foods”, such as microwave meals or ready meals.

Prevalence of kidney diseases like stones, infection, chronic kidney disease (CKD), drugs related kidney injury, cancer etc have increased manifolds in the last few decades. Also, the fact is that younger individuals between 30-50 years are now more often reporting to doctors with underlying kidney diseases, he said.

CKD is defined as abnormalities of kidney structure or function, present for more than 3 months, with implications on health. Diabetes, hypertension and Glomerulonephritis are the three primary causes for CKD and affects nearly 10 percent of world population and is associated with approx 735,000 deaths annually. Every year 1 lakh new CKD patients are detected and at any given time nearly 130000 patients are receiving hemodialysis. Unfortunately, CKD usually does not cause any symptom in early stages and hence it is difficult to diagnose it early.

If diagnosed with CKD the patients may require hemodialysis or kidney transplant and patients usually do well and can go home within one week of surgery. He stressed that it was important for all of us to follow healthy lifestyle and food habits, so we can avoid developing any kidney disease.

जिला आयोजना समिति का गठन 25 को

            आगामी 28 जनवरी को दोपहर 3 बजे स्थानीय पंचायत भवन में जिला आयोजना समिति के सदस्यों का चुनाव किया जाएगा।


                अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त एवं मुख्य योजना तथा विकास अधिकारी मनदीप कौर ने बताया कि जिला के लिए 25 सदस्यीय जिला आयोजना समिति का गठन किया जाना है। इन 25 सदस्यों में से 5 सदस्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार की हिदायतों के अनुसार इन 5 सदस्यों में जिला उपायुक्त, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त, अर्थशास्त्री व दो अन्य सदस्य शामिल होंगे जिनको योजना का अनुभव होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि शेष 20 सदस्यों में से 15 सदस्य जिला परिषद एवं 5 सदस्य नगर परिषद / नगर पालिका के चुने गए सदस्यों में से लिए जाएंगे।

गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह को लेकर एसडीएम जयवीर यादव ने ली बैठक, अधिकारियों को दिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश

एसडीएम जयवीर यादव ने जिला स्तरीय गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। बैठक में समारोह को भव्य बनाने के लिए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये और समारोह की तैयारियों बारे जिम्मेदारियां निर्धारित की।


एसडीएम ने कहा कि गणतंत्र दिवस राष्ट्रीय पर्व है और हम सबकी यह जिम्मेवारी बनती है कि इस पर्व को गरिमापूर्व तरीके से हर्षोल्लास, उमंग व उत्साह के साथ मनाएं और आमजन की अधिक से अधिक भागीदारी भी सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने साफ सफाई, अस्थाई शौचालयों की व्यवस्था, पीने के पानी, बैठने की व्यवस्था, जलपान, बिजली, साज सज्जा, वाहन पार्किंग, स्वागत द्वार, झंडे, पार्किंग व सुरक्षा व्यवस्था तथा अन्य प्रबंधों बारे संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिशा निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने मार्च पास्ट, पीटी शो, झांकियां, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम को लेकर भी संबंधित अधिकारियों को इस दिशा में तैयारियां करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि गणतंत्र दिवस पर प्रस्तुत किये जाने वाले सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम देशभक्ति से ओत प्रोत इन कार्यक्रमों में विविधता झलकती हो।


बैठक में तहसीलदार प्रदीप कुमार, जीएम रोडवेज, जीएम डीआईसी गुरप्रताप सिंह, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, डीएफएससी, जिला आयुर्वेदिक अधिकारी डा. गिरीश चौधरी, सीएमओ डा. विरेश भूषण, डीडब्ल्यूओ नरेश बत्रा सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

डीसी अशोक गर्ग ने शहर में विकास कार्यों व सफाई व्यवस्था को लेकर ली नगर पार्षदों व अधिकारियों की बैठक

            उपायुक्त अशोक कुमार गर्ग ने कहा कि प्रत्येक माह दूसरे व चौथे शुक्रवार को स्थानीय नगर परिषद कार्यालय में सामाजिक पैंशन के फार्म लिए आवेदन लिए जाएंगे ताकि नागरिकों को असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े।


            वे शहर में विकास कार्यों व विभिन्न मुद्दों को लेकर सोमवार को स्थानीय लघु सचिवालय के बैठक कक्ष में नगर पार्षदों व अधिकारियों की बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे। बैठक में एसडीएम जयवीर यादव, ईओ एमसी अमन ढांडा सहित अन्य अधिकारी व नगर पार्षद मौजूद थे। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने शहर में सीवर सिस्टम, जलभराव, बिजली-पानी की व्यवस्था, स्ट्रीट लाईट, गलियों के निर्माण, अतिक्रमण पब्लिक शौचालयों के निर्माण व साफ सफाई, वार्डों की सफाई व्यवस्था आदि बिंदुओं पर चर्चा की और अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।


उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि शहर को स्वच्छ, सुंदर तथा समस्याएं मुक्त बनाने के लिए सभी विभागों के अधिकारी गंभीरता से कार्य करें। उन्होंने जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि बारिण में मौसम में शहर में जलभराव की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाती है, इसलिए अधिकारी योजनाबद्ध तरीके से सही व्यवस्था करें ताकि शहरवासियों को किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े। इसके साथ ही वॉटर पंपिग मोटर की व्यवस्था करें ताकि पानी निकासी सुचारु रुप से की जा सके और जलभराव की स्थित न उत्पन्न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि मौसम को देखते हुए अपने सभी इंतजाम पहले से ही करें ताकि मौके पर किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या न आए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जो बुजुर्ग चलने फिरने में अस्मर्थ है उन्हें घर पर पैंशन पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था करें।


उन्होंने नगर परिषद के अधिकारियों निर्देश दिए कि शहर में एक वृहद योजना बना कर पार्किंग व्यवस्था बनाए ताकि बाजारों में अनावश्यक वाहनों की भीड़ न रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि अवैध पार्किंग रोकने व यातायात को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए पुलिस विभाग का भी सहयोग ले ताकि शहर के मुख्य बाजारों में भीड़ भाड़ न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्धारित सीमा के बाहर सामान रखने से आने – जाने वालों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।


            इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने शहर के सभी वार्डों में नियमित सफाई व्यवस्था व समय-समय पर मोनेटरिंग करने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने नगर परिषद के अधिकारियों को शहर में सार्वजनिक शौचालय बनवाने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी नगर पार्षदों से आह्वïान किया वे शहर को साफ सुथरा बनाने व विकास कार्यों को पूर्ण करवाने में सहयोग करें।


            बैठक में नगर पार्षदों ने उपायुक्त के समक्ष अपने – अपने वार्डों से संबंधित समस्याएं भी रखी जिस पर उन्होंने ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निवारण के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शहर के विकास कार्यों में भी सहयोग करें ताकि आमजन को विकास कार्यों व योजनाओं का लाभ जल्द से जल्द मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्षद भी अपने – अपने क्षेत्रों में दुकानदारों व व्यापारियों को जागरूक करें और सहयोग की अपील भी करें ताकि अतिक्रमण की समस्या से निजात मिल सके।

प्रथम राष्टï्रीय लोक अदालत 8 फरवरी को

              आगामी 8 फरवरी को न्यायालय परिसर सिरसा, उपमंडल न्यायालय परिसर डबवाली और ऐलनाबाद में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाएगा। यह जानकारी जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के सचिव एवं मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी अनमोल सिंह नयर ने दी।


              उन्होंने बताया कि इस राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में आपराधिक जटिल मामले, बैंक रिकवरी केस, एनआई एक्ट अंडर सेक्शन 138 के तहत केस, श्रम विवाद मामले, बिजली और पानी बिल, वैवाहिक विवाद, मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना, भूमि अधिग्रहण के मामलें, सेवा मामलें और अन्य नागरिक मामलों का निपटाया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देशानुसार समय-समय पर लोक अदालतों का आयोजन किया जाता है। लोक अदालत की प्रक्रिया बिलकुल संक्षिप्त व साधारण है, जिसमें दोनों पक्षों की सहमति से केस का निपटारा किया जाता है। इससे दोनों पक्षों का मनमुटाव हमेशा के लिए समाप्त हो जाता है। लोक अदालत के फैसले के खिलाफ कोई अपील भी नहीं होती है।

एडीसी मनदीप कौर की देखरेख में हुई सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों की रिहर्सल

          जिला स्तरीय गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह में सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों के लिए सोमवार को अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनदीप कौर की अध्यक्षता में स्थानीय सीएमके कॉलेज में स्कूल व कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों ने रिहर्सल की गई। सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों के लिए जिला के विभिन्न स्कूलों के छात्रों ने बड़े उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया। इस दौरान एसडीएम जयवीर यादव, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी राजेश चौहान, सर्व शिक्षा अभियान की एपीसी शशी सचदेवा, आरोही स्कूल झिड़ी के प्रिंसिपल प्रेम कंबोज, सुभाष शर्मा सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।


              अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनदीप कौर ने बताया कि गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह को भव्य बनाने के लिए देशभक्ति व लोक संस्कृति से औतप्रोत सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जिसमें विभिन्न स्कूल व कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा एक से बढकर एक प्रस्तुतियां दी जाएंगी। इसी कड़ी में उपायुक्त अशोक कुमार गर्ग के निर्देशानुसार आज बच्चों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम मेंं दिए जाने वाले विभिन्न आइटमों की रिहर्सल की गई। उन्होंने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत करने वाली सभी टीमों के इंचार्जों को निर्देश दिए कि जिला स्तरीय गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह में सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतिया और अधिक भव्य व मनमोहक नजर आए और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां तय समय में पूरी हो। उन्होंने बताया कि 24 जनवरी को शहीद भगत सिंह स्टेडियम में फुल डे्रस फाइनल रिहर्सल का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

              रिहर्सल में हेलन केलर दृष्टिï बाधित विद्यालय सिरसा के बच्चों ग्रुप सॉग, प्रयास, दिशा श्रवणवाणी दिव्यांग विद्यालय के बच्चों ने एक्शन सांग प्रस्तुत किया। इसी प्रकार विवेकानंद वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय अरनियांवाली व सैंट जैवियर स्कूल सिरसा ने राजस्थानी डांस, विवेकानंद वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा, शाह सतनाम जी कन्या वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा व राजकीय वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय नेजाडेला के बच्चों ने हरियाणवी डांस, राजकीय कन्या वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरा व गीता वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय बेगू के बच्चों ने गिद्दा, शाह सतनाम जी कन्या वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा के बच्चों ने टेबल डांस, एसएस जैन कन्या वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा व डीएवी सीपी वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा के बच्चों ने कोरियोग्राफी, महाराजा अग्रसैन कन्या वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा के बच्चों ने नृत्य, शाह सतनाम जी वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय सिरसा व राजकीय नेशनल कॉलेज सिरसा के बच्चों ने भंगड़ा तथा न्यू सतलुज वरिष्ठï माध्यमिक विद्यालय के बच्चों ने राष्टï्रीय गान की रिहर्सल की।

Governor declares every Friday as ‘Single use plastic free day’ in Schools

While addressing the gathering, the Governor said that this step has been taken to encourage the public to avoid the usage of single use plastic not only on Fridays but on all days of the week and to motivate the youth to stop their family members from using single use plastic. The main aim of this step is to completely eliminate the problem of plastic from Chandigarh.

He said that this new step of declaring Fridays as single-use plastic free days will prove to be both a platform for general awareness of the citizens as well as help in changing our behavior and push us towards a healthy lifestyle.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of Municipal Corporation for conducting good awareness programmes besides engaging general public to save the environment. He said that these type of platforms will be provided to the citizens and schools towards elimination of plastic.

          The Adviser said that engagement of school students in avoiding single use plastic items is a good initiative and youth can do a lot in behavior change of society. He appreciated the efforts of schools for collecting plastic items through the students and handing over to the MCC for its scientific recycling. He said that this process should be regular affair and Corporation to take necessary action in this regard.

          Smt. Raj Bala Malik said that the MCC in association with Education department is organizing competitions like poster making, drawings, slogan writing etc. at school as well as inter- school levels to further highlight the importance of elimination of single use plastic and other topics related to the ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ amongst the students.

          Earlier, the Commissioner welcomed the Chief Guest and other dignitaries during the programme. he said that a large number of government and private schools have come forth in support of the MCC as more than 140 schools have joined this mega event against the elimination of single use plastic in the city.

Governor launches battery operated carts in sector 17 plaza

Chandigarh, January 20:- Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore, Governor, Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh today launched battery operated carts in sector 17 plaza in presence of Sh. Manoj Parida, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Sh. Arun Kumar Gupta, IAS, Principal Secretary Home, Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, MCC and Sh. N.P. Sharma, CGM, Chandigarh Smart City Ltd.

While sharing information about the carts, Sh. K.K. Yadav said that with a vision for encouraging public safety and security for the people of the city which is essential to achieve the goal of making the city liveable with a safe transportation system, the project battery operated carts for elderly and differently abled has been completed at the cost of Rs. 47 lacs.

He said that one of the basic goals was to introduce a model of sustainability and low-carbon mobility options with innovative transportation solutions ensuring last-mile connectivity (through battery operated vehicles, public bike sharing programmes), elderly & handicap friendly public spaces. He said that it was envisaged that with the introduction this facility for elderly and differently abled visitors will ease their movement within market area will be further simplified.

He said that the aims to provide seamless connectivity in the city centre of sector 17 by substituting it with non-polluting and non-motorized public transport. This service will be more focused in ensuring comfort and convenience to population belonging to certain demographic profile, however, it will play a major role in enhancing the mobility at large in the city centre and a different experience for people visiting sector 17, he added.

He said that the service of battery operated carts is free of cost and will help in improving the accessibility in the plaza space for elderly and differently abled and ferry them around the market area based on their requirement. The service hours are from 8 am to 8 pm. These carts were enabled with GPS tracking, LED screen, speakers, magazine holder for information dissemination related to initiatives/important information by various government institutions.

The Carts engaged in this services have safety features such as fire extinguisher, first aid kit and speed governor to regulate the speed of the cart to less than 20 Kmph to ensure safety of the pedestrians. Additionally, the project can be scaled up to serve the purpose of feeder services from bus stop to important destinations. Furthermore, the same can be interlinked with CTU service through mobile based applications.
