सिरसा। नशा तस्करों के खिलाफ जिला पुलिस द्वारा चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत कार्रवाई करते हुए थाना शहर डबवाली पुलिस ने गश्त व चैकिंग के दौरान गांव डबवाली क्षेत्र से एक महिला को एक हजार प्रतिबंधित नशीली गोलियों के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है । गिरफ्तार की गई महिला की पहचान चरणजीत कौर उर्फ रानी पत्नी गुरमेल सिंह पुत्र अवतार सिंह निवासी वार्ड नं. 17, टिब्बा बस्ती, डबवाली के रूप में हुई है। इस सिलसिले में थाना शहर डबवाली प्रभारी सब इंस्पैक्टर सत्यवान ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार की गई महिला से सप्लायर के बारे में नाम पता मालूम कर दो लोगों के खिलाफ थाना शहर डबवाली में मादक पदार्थ अधिनियम के तहत अभियोग दर्ज कर लिया गया है । उन्होंने बताया कि थाना शहर डबवाली पुलिस के उप निरीक्षक जगदीश कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक पुलिस टीम गस्त व चैकिंग के दौरान गांव डबवाली क्षेत्र में मौजूद थी । इसी दौरान सामने से आ रही महिला ने पुलिस पार्टी को देखकर वापिस मुड़कर भागने की कोशिश की तो शक के बिनाह पर उक्त महिला को रोककर तलाशी लेने पर उसके कब्जा से 1000 प्रतिबंधित नशीली गोलियां बरामद हुई। गिरफ्तार की गई महिला को अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा।

प्ंाचकूला 17 मार्च- राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार कोरोना संक्रमण को लेकर माता मनसा देवी श्राईन बोर्ड ने निर्णय लिया है कि मनसा देवी मंदिर पंचकूला एवं कालका स्थित माता काली मंदिर को आगामी आदेशों तक श्रद्वालुओं के लिए बंद कर दिया गया है। इसके अलावा सभी मन्दिरों के पुजारियों को 31 मार्च तक मन्दिरों मंे लगी सभी बडी एवं छोटी घण्टियों को उतारने के आदेश दिए गए है।
यह जानकारी देते हुए उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने बताया कि सभी श्रद्वालुओं के लिए माता मनसा देवी व कालका मंदिर का लाईव दर्शन श्राईन बोर्ड की वेबसाईट पर किए जा सकते है। इसलिए श्रद्वालुओं से घर बैठकर ही पूजा व दर्शन करने का अनुरोध किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि श्रद्वालु वेबसाईट ीजजचरूध्ध्उंदेंकमअपण्वतहण्पद पर माता के सीधे लाईव पूजा पाठ व दर्शन कर सकते है।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला के 13 मंदिरों में अधिक श्रद्वालु अधिक आते है। इसलिए विशेषकर इन मंदिरों को बंद कर दिया गया है। इनमें माता मनसा देवी, काली माता मंदिर कालका, नैना देवी मंदिर कालका, चण्डी मंदिर, दुर्गा मंदिर सैक्टर 9 पंचकूला, दुर्गा मंदिर सैक्टर 11, शमलासन माता मंदिर रायपुररानी, माता दाती मंदिर रायपुररानी, काली माता मंदिर बनी, मोरनी, शमलासन माता मंदिर सामलोठा, मोरनी, शारदा माता मंदिर छोटा त्रिलोकपुर, श्री लक्ष्मी नारायण मंदिर सैक्टर 6 पंचकूला, श्री दुर्गा मंदिर सैक्टर 7 पंचकूला शामिल है।
उपायुक्त ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे मंदिरों में पूजा करने की बजाय घर पर बैठकर ही लाईव दर्शन एवं पूजा पाठ करें। इसके अलावा अभिभावकों को बच्चों के जन्म दिन, किट्टी पार्टी जैसे सामाजिक सामारोह करने से गुरेज करें ताकि इस संक्रमण को फैलने से रोका जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि आॅपन फुड स्टाल में खाते समय और सब्जी मण्डी में भी दूकानों के बीच दो मीटर दूरी रखे।

Chandigarh, March 17:- Following the orders of Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh a team of engineers of B&R circle of MCC conducted inspection of recarpeting work of road at sector 9/4 here today under chairmanship of Sh. Shailendra Singh, Chief Engineer accompanied by Sh. Sanjay Arora, Superintending Engineer, B&R and concerned Executive Engineer, Sub Divisional Engineer and contractor.
During the inspection it was found that the approved job mix formula and allotment letter was not available at site moreover, the percentage of bitumen in tack coat cannot be established since the plate to test the same was not available at site. Bitumen extraction, it was conducted and it was found that bitumen is as per job mix formula. The density on non nuclear density gauge was conducted and found 2202.5 kg/cum at 92.2% and compaction temperature of the material was found 39.2’C.
In view of the inspection, the Executive Engineer Road division No.3 was directed to examine the facts and ensure that the work is being executed strictly as per DNIT and MORTH specifications. The report in this regard shall be submitted with recommendations before making any payment to the contractual agency.
Chandigarh, March 17:- A meeting of Electricity Committee of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh was held here today under the chairmanship of Sh. Davesh Moudgil and attended by other members of the committee namely Sh. Arun Sood, Sh. Shakti Parkash Devshali, Sh. Dalip Sharma, Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh Siddhu, Sh. Charanjiv Singh and concerned officials of MCC.
During the meeting the chairman welcomes all the members and officials of MCC in the very first meeting of the committee conducted this year.
Various important issues regarding upgradation of street lights and strengthening of park lights were discussed in the meeting including Dark spots, Sensory lights, Maintainence of installed lights, replacing of non- working lights etc. Increasing the number of staff for night watch, purchasing of boom ladder vehicles and Reducing the consumption of Electricity was also thoroughly discussed and the idea of a ground visit was also proposed by the Chairman.
Chandigarh, March 17:- The State Urban Poverty Alleviation Cell, Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana –National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM), Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh in association with ‘Association of Professional Social Workers and Development Practitioners (APSWDP) has commemorated World Social Work Day today in the Conference Hall, 6th Hall, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh under the aegis of Shehri Samridhi Utsav, 2020 Promoting The Importance Of Human Relationships.
Sh. K.K. Yadav, I.A.S., Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh inaugurated the two-phases capacity building and training program on Community Driven Development and Sustainable Development Goals & launched the World Social Work Day.
The Commissioner in his inaugural address said that this day is celebrated as Social Work Day and in routine life everybody is doing social work in one or the other way. He suggested all the members of Area Level Federations to first analyze their competencies as an individual and then form Self Help Groups based on the competencies of team. He set out one of the best example of Ujjain Mandir to the members of Area Level Federation participated in the programme.
Sh. Anil Kumar Garg, Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, Guest of Honor in his address suggested improving the quality and activities undertaken by the self help groups with the efforts of DAY-NULM. He also suggested that DAY-NULM should provide platform to the Self Help Groups for marketing their products in the events organized by MCC and other departments to sell their products. He also appreciated the way SHGs has displayed their products in the Rose Festival, 2020.
During the day, 17 Presidents of Area Level Federations in Chandigarh under the City Level Federation desk, DAY-NULM, Chandigarh has been conferred Social Work Award in the category of community development and women empowerment. Representatives of Social Welfare Department; State AIDS Control Society; FLCC Chandigarh (PNB and P&S Bank); State Legal Services Authority; Youth Representing Civil Societies from Civil Societies in Chandigarh were also felicitated in the programme.
Session on Community Driven Development and SDGs; importance of 1000 Days in Poshan Abhiyaan; Community Organization and Women Development; Role of State Legal Services and Legal Aid for Women; Awareness on HIV/AIDS and Swachh Bharat Mission were taken by the experts nominated by their respective departments.
Social Development Officer (DAY-NULM), Sh. Vivek Trivedi said that this capacity building programme will go in phases of training of trainers, resource mapping etc. In future for strengthening the capacity of community based organizations working under DAY-NULM.

Chandigarh, March 17:- Smt. Raj Bala Malik, Mayor today launched Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) for plastic recycling at International Bus Terminal, Sector 43, here today in presence of Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Sh. Debendra Dalai, Chief Conservator of Forest, Chandigarh, Smt. Chanderawati Shukla, area councilor, Dr. Amrit Warring, MOH and other officials of MCC and CTU.
While explaining about the technology, Dr. Warring said that the main goal under which the machine has been installed is- to have a complete recycling eco-system for Chandigarh. He said that the machine is having the capacity to recycle 2,000- 2,500 bottles per day.
With the usage of this machine, people will get lucrative discounts from prominent eateries and clothing houses in the city. These type of machines have been installed at Sukhna Lake and Plaza area sector 17, Chandigarh.
He said that the MCC and CPCB has planned to install more machines at sector 17 Bus stand, Rock Garden and other prominent places at earliest.
He said that the installation has been sponsored by Reliance Industries and Indorama Ventures and has the support of Chandigarh Pollution Control Board as well as Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

उपायुक्त द्वारा जारी आदेशानुसार जिला खाद्य एवं पूर्ति नियंत्रक आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम के तहत मास्क व सेनेटाईजर के स्टाॅक का नियमित निरीक्षण करेंगे। जिला में कोई दूकानदार निर्धारित मूल्य से अधिक कीमत पर मास्क व सेनेटाईजर बेचते पाया जाता है तो ऐसे दूकानदारों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। नागरिकों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि यदि उनके समक्ष ऐसी शिकायत आती है तो उनके खिलाफ खाद्य एवं पूर्ति नियंत्रक के दूरभाष 0172-2569193 पर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जा सकती है।

पंचकूला,16 मार्च- जिला पंचकूला में जनगणना 2021 के लिए जिला पंचकूला में 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया गया है। जिसमें मास्टर टेªनर्स सुच्चा सिंह व रविन्द्र कुमार ने 21 फील्ड टेªनर्स को प्रशिक्षित किया।
जनगणना-2021 हेतू पंकचूला जिले के स्नातकोतर महाविद्यालय में आयोजित इस पांच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में सभी प्रशिक्षित फील्ड टेªनर्स अप्रैल आगामी माह में लगभग 1094 प्रगणकों व पर्यवेक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण देंगे। प्रशिक्षण शिविर का शुभारम्भ श्रीमति प्रेरणा पुरी, आई.ए.एस जनगणना निदेशालय हरियाणा द्वारा किया गया । इस दौरान जिले के अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनिता मलिक एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी श्री रामफल कटारिया भी उपस्थित रहे।
पंाच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण के दौरान फील्ड टेªनर्स को मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना तथा राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या रजिस्टर से संबंधित सभी मुख्य संकल्पनाओं तथा परिभाषाओं के बारे विस्तार से समझाया गया । पांच दिनों के दौरान सभी फील्ड टेªनर्स को प्रथम चरण के दौरान पूछे जाने वाले सभी प्रश्नों तथा अंत में बनाए जाने वाले प्रगणक सार व नजरी नक्शे के बारे में विस्तार से बताया जाएगा। इस दौरान मोबाइल एप्प का भी प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
हरियाणा राज्य में जनगणना 2021 के प्रथम चरण में मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना का कार्य 1 मई, 2020 से 15 जून, 2020 के दौरान किया जाएगा। इस दौरान राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या रजिस्टर भी अद्यतन किया जाएगा। द्वितीय चरण में जनसंख्या की गणना का कार्य 9 फरवरी, 2021 से 28 फरवरी, 2021 व रीविजनल राउण्उ 1 से 5 मार्च,2021 के दौरान किया जाएगा।
पहली बार जनगणना डिजिटल-मोड पर करवाई जा रही है जहां प्रगणकों द्वारा विशेष रूप से डिजाईन किए गए मोबाईल ऐप पर आंकड़े एकत्रित किए जाएंगे। मोबाईल ऐप पर आंकड़े इकठ्ठे होने पर जनगणना आंकडे समय पर जारी किए जा सकेंगे। जनगणना की सभी गतिविधियों और प्रगति को सीएमएमएस पोर्टल, जो कि इसी कार्य के लिए विकसित और डिजाईन किया गया है, पर पर्यवेक्षित किया जा सकेगा। जनगणना 2021 की गतिविधियों के क्रियान्वयन एवं राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या रजिस्टर के अद्यतन की प्रक्रिया एवं अनुवीक्षण में सीएमएमएस पोर्टल मुख्य भूमिका निभाने जा रहा है।

उपायुक्त जिला सचिवालय के सभागार में कोरोना को लेकर की गई तैयारियों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में कोराना वायरस को लेकर ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे है। इसके अलावा सामान्य अस्पताल में आईसोलेशन वार्ड स्थापित किए गए हेै। उन्होंने निजी अस्पतालों को भी आईसोलेशन वार्ड की संख्या बनाने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा विभाग द्वारा कोरोना को लेकर स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि एसडीएम कालका राकेश संधू एवं सिविल सर्जन डा. जसजीत कौर संयुक्त रूप से निजी अस्पतालों व पैरामिल्ट्री अस्पतालों का कल निरीक्षण करेंगें। बैठक में निजी अस्पतालों ने भी प्रशासन का भरपूर सहयोग देने की सहमति जताई। पुलिस उपायुक्त मोहित हाण्डा, एसडीएम धीरज चहल, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी रामफल कटारिया, नोडल अधिकारी डा. राजीव नरवाल सहित कई अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
