5 Students of Centre for Medical Physics, PU selected as Radiation Safety Officer
Five students ,Parul Sharma, Chhape Ram, Balbir Singh, Megha Sharma, and Anjal Azad of the Centre for Medical Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh, have been selected as Radiation Safety Officer, Class-I, (Gazetted) in the Department of Medical Education, Himachal Pradesh.
Two students will work at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, H.P. and three students will work at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Medical College, Mandi, H.P.
Dr Vivek Kumar, Chairperson informed that The Centre for Medical Physics, Panjab University is the only centre in North India awarding M.Sc. in Medical Physics degree.
