पंचकूला 5 दिसंबर: उपायुक्त श्री सुशील सारवान ने बताया की पंचकूला की सभी तहसीलों/सब-तहसीलों के वर्ष 2024 के कलेक्टर रेट्स फ्रिज कर दिये गये हैं।
उन्होंने बताया की इन कलेक्टर रेट्स को जिला पंचकूला की वेबसाइट panchkula.nic.in पर अपलोड कर दिया गया है। जन साधारण इस संबंध में अपनी आपत्तियाँ उपायुक्त कार्यालय के कमरा नंबर 215 व 325 में स्वयं या ईमेल dcpkl@hry.nic.in पर 12 दिसंबर 2023 तक भेज सकते हैं।
*नमूनों को जांच के लिए भेजा गया लैब*
पंचकूला, 5 दिसंबर- आयुक्त खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा त्यौहारों के दौरान खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता की जांच करने के निर्देशानुसार जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी डा. गौरव शर्मा ने अन्य स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों के साथ आज विभिन्न दूध की डेयरियों, ढाबे, किरयाणें की दुकानों व अन्य स्थानों जैसे कोल्ड स्टोर, खाद्य पदार्थ बनाने की फैक्ट्रियों आदि का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने दुकानों से खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल एकत्रित करते हुए उन्हें लैब में जांच के लिए भी भेजा।
जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी ने बताया कि खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 के तहत खाद्य पदार्थों के नमूने लेने के बाद उन्हें खाद्य प्रयोगशाला करनाल में विश्लेषण हेतु भेजा जाता है। इसके उपरांत जो खाद्य पदार्थ खाने योग्य नहीं थे, उनको मौके पर नष्ट करवा दिया गया ।
जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी ने बताया कि सभी दुकानदारों को दूषित व बासी मिठाई न बेचने की चेतावनी दी गई है। उन्होने कहा कि यदि कोई भी दुकानदार दूषित व मिलावट खाद्य पदार्थ मिठाई बेचता हुआ पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि आज निरीक्षण के दौरान रौनक स्वीटस से प्रिपेयर्ड समोसा, माई फ्रैस रिटेल प्राईवेट लिमिटेड से प्रिपेयर्ड वाईट साॅस पास्ता, लजीज रसोई से राॅ राजमा तथा राॅ येलो दाल, गोयल चंडीगढ स्वीटस से कोकोनट लडडू तथा चमचम के सैंपल लेकर परिक्षण के लिए लैब में भेजा गया।

पंचकूला दिसंबर 5 : विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा जनसंवाद खंड बरवाला के गांव भगवानपुर में प्रवेश कर गई। ग्राम सचिवालय में विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के तहत आयोजित कार्यक्रम में गेल की पूर्व निदेशक और प्रदेश कार्यकारणी सदस्य श्रीमती बंतो कटारिया ने मुख्यातिथि के रूप में शिकरत की।उनके साथ हरियाणा बाल कल्याण परिषद के पूर्व मानद महासचिव श्री कृष्ण ढुल भी उपस्थित थे।
गांव के सरपंच हरचरण सिंह और अन्य मौजिज लोगों ने विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा जनसंवाद का गांव में पहुँचने पर स्वागत किया।
इस अवसर पर संबोधित करते हुए श्रीमती बंतो कटारिया ने कहा कि इस यात्रा का उद्देश्य देश के कोने कोने में समाज के सभी वर्गों, विशेषकर वचिंत वर्गों तक कल्याणकारी योजनाआंे का लाभ पंहुचाना है। उन्होने कहा कि जिला में इस यात्रा के दौरान एलईडी वैन के माध्यम से समाज के सभी वर्ग के लोगों के कल्याण के लिए केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा लागू की गई योजनाओं की जानकारी जन जन तक पहुचाई जा रही है। इसके अलावा यात्रा वाले दिन गांव में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा स्टाल लगाकर मौके पर ही लाभार्थियों को योजनाओं का लाभ लेने में आ रही समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा मौके पर ही पात्र लाभार्थियों को योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
श्रीमती बंतो कटारिया ने कहा कि इस यात्रा के माध्यम से योजनाओ के लाभार्थियो का फीडबैक भी लिया जाएगा। उसके आधार पर यदि किसी योजना के क्रियान्वयन में कोई कमी
रह गई है तो उसे दूर किया जाएगा।इस अवसर पर उन्होंने उपस्थितजनों को विकसित भारत की शपथ भी दिलाई।

श्री कृष्ण ढुल आज खंड बरवाला के गांव नयागांव के राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालय में विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा जनसंवाद के तहत आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यातिथि के रूप में संबोधित कर रहे थे।
इससे पूर्व विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के गांव में प्रवेश करने पर सरपंच बलविंद्र कौर और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने यात्रा का भव्य स्वागत किया।
श्री ढुल ने कहा कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के तहत गांव गांव में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा स्टाल लगाकर लोगों को केंद्र व राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जा रही है ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग इनका लाभ उठा सके।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों से आह्वान किया कि वे कत्र्तव्य निष्ठा से अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन करें और सुनिश्चित करें कि कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित ना रहे। तभी सही मायनों में हम विकसित भारत के स्वपन को साकार कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्य में अधिकारी गांव के सरपंच और पंचों की भागीदारी भी सुनिश्चित करें।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टालों का अवलोकन किया और लोगों को केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के तहत दिए जाने वाले लाभ की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने टीबी मुक्त भारत की दिशा में स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा शिविर लगाकर लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग किए जाने की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा की शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा एफएलएन कार्यक्रम की भी जानकारी दी गई, जिसके तहत 3 से 8 वर्ष की आयु के सभी बच्चों को खेल खेल में भाषा और गणित की शिक्षा दी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसानों के कल्याण के लिए विभिन्न योजनाए चलाई गई है और उन्हें आशा है कि विकसित भारत जन संवाद यात्रा के दौरान इन योजनाओं का व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किया जाएगा ताकि अधिक से अधिक किसान इनका लाभ उठा सके।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने बुढ़ापा पेंशन और अन्य योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों को सर्टिफिकेट वितरित किए। इसके अलावा उन्होंने उपस्थित जनों को विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा जनसंवाद की शपथ भी दिलवाई और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने वाले बच्चों को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया।
इस मौके पर कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग द्वारा किसानों को ड्रोन के माध्यम से कीटनाशकों के छिडकाव का सफल डैमो दिया गया।

*Chandigarh December 5:-* Aiming to educate young individuals on the importance of managing used plastic efficiently, the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has organized an informative workshop and exhibition “Bottles for Change” in collaboration with Bisleri International.
Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, MC, Chandigarh inaugurated the workshop in the presence of Sh. Ram Chandra Yadav, area councillor, Mr. K. Ganesh, Senior General Manager of Bisleri, Mrs. Varinder Kaur, Principal, teachers and school children.
While speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner said that the MCC has taken a significant step towards promoting sustainability and waste management with the launch of the “Bottles for Change” program. She said that the programme, which includes an informative workshop and exhibition, aims to educate individuals on the importance of managing used plastic efficiently.
She commended the government school students of GMHS RC-1, GMHS RC-2, and Primary School, Dhanas, as well as the participating NGOs, for their highly informative exhibition on waste management, water purification, and recycling. Taking a personal interest, the Commissioner visited each stall at the exhibition, which showcased sustainability projects constructed using waste materials. She interacted with the children, lauded their efforts, and provided valuable guidance for further improvement.
The exhibited educational models served as excellent examples of the reduce, reuse, and recycle (RRR) concept. The students demonstrated their creativity by utilizing discarded materials such as waste paper, used plastic bottles, cardboard, clothes, wool, old newspapers, toys, coconut shells, ice cream sticks, and various others. Notably, the exhibition also featured a range of items manufactured from plastic waste, including planters, tiles, T-shirts, tiffin box covers, coasters, and more.
The dedicated Bottles for Change Stall by the students highlighted numerous exhibits:
1. Creative utilization of used PET bottles for the creation of fabrics, shirts, T-shirts, soft toy stuffing, pillows, and more.
2. HDPE recycling into granules for the production of pens, cups, organizers, and stationery items.
3. LDPE transformation into granules to create pots, buckets, boards, toys, and various other products.
4. Sterile and sorted medical waste repurposed into pellets, bricks, and other useful materials.
5. MLP (Multi-Layer Plastic) processed into sheets for the construction of school furniture, dustbins, boards, stands, and more.
6. Mixed low-value plastic to be processed for agricultural pipes.
The Commissioner inspired the school students to initiate positive change within society by emphasizing the significance of source segregation and proper disposal of all types of used plastic into designated bins. She shared her personal experience of using cloth bags instead of plastic bags and encouraged young minds to follow suit.
In further support of the cause, the Commissioner inaugurated the installation of used plastic collection bins in all three schools – GMHS RC-1, GMHS RC-2, and Primary School, Dhanas. These bins will facilitate the collection of used plastics to be sent for recycling. She called upon the area councillor and Principal of Dhanas School to collaborate with Bisleri in their joint efforts to eliminate plastic littering in Dhanas and ensure that all used plastic is properly recycled.

*Chandigarh December 5:–* Aiming to provide essential skills/Knowledge to accurately complete the ‘CT/PT Grading ‘, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) conducted an online training session as part of the Clean Toilets campaign, with a specific focus on Toilet Grading. The designated Self-Help Group (SHG) Master Trainers, other team members, and officials from the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh and Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) attended the session at the Municipal Corporation Office.
During the virtual training, the Toilet Grading teams gained a comprehensive understanding of the parameters involved in the grading process. The session provided an opportunity for participants to address any queries or concerns they had, ensuring a clear understanding of the grading criteria. The grading exercise is set to begin on 15th December, coinciding with the Good Governance Day on 25th December.
The Clean Toilets campaign, launched by MoHUA, aims to improve sanitation facilities across the country. One of the key aspects of this campaign is the grading of public and community toilets based on predefined parameters. By implementing a standardized grading system, the campaign aims to enhance the overall quality and cleanliness of public sanitation facilities.
The Master Trainers who participated in the Toilet Grading training will play a crucial role in disseminating this knowledge within their respective communities of women SHG members. Their understanding of the grading process will empower them to assess and grade toilets accurately, contributing to the overall success of the Clean Toilets campaign.
This joint effort between the Swachh Bharat Mission and DAY-NULM in Chandigarh is an exemplary collaboration that prioritizes sanitation, inclusivity, and empowerment. The dedicated team of SHGs associated with DAY-NULM, consisting of nine groups named Shagun, Pryshth, Khwahish, Angel, Luckey, Megha, Pari, Somya, and Divya, is leading the charge. Comprising 17 women, this diverse team brings a wealth of expertise and commitment to ensure the successful implementation of the toilet grading exercise across the city.
With a total of 331 public conveniences, including Community Toilets (CT) and Public Toilets (PT), scheduled for assessment, the scale of this endeavor is considerable. Each facility will undergo a meticulous grading process based on a predefined set of criteria, leaving no aspect unexamined in the pursuit of excellence.
Municipal Commissioner, Ms. Anindita Mitra IAS stated, “Recognizing the importance of equipping the SHG members with the necessary skills and knowledge, comprehensive training sessions will be organised by MC Chandigarh in collaboration with DAY-NULM’s SHG team before the grading exercise commences. These sessions will cover essential aspects of the grading process, ensuring that the team is well-versed in the evaluation criteria and equipped to carry out their responsibilities with precision and professionalism.”
She further emphasized, “To further empower the SHG team, official authorization letters will be provided, reaffirming the significance of their role in this crucial campaign. Additionally, their diligent work will be duly recognized through fixed remuneration, demonstrating the value and appreciation for their efforts.
The collaboration between the Swachh Bharat Mission and DAY-NULM stands as a shining example of collective action driving positive change. By leveraging the expertise and dedication of the SHGs, this partnership aims to elevate the standards of cleanliness and sanitation in Chandigarh’s public conveniences, promoting inclusivity and empowering communities.
This toilet grading initiative is a testament to the government’s unwavering commitment to promoting cleanliness and hygiene nationwide.
