IGNOU Starts Re-Registration up to 30th June, 2022

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started the process of re-registration of all Masters and Bachelor programmes. The prospective learners can submit their online re-registration up to 30^th June, 2022 for the July, 2022 session. Details of the IGNOU academic programmes and students particular can be accessed from the link https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/.

Dr. Anil Kumar Dimri, Sr. Regional Director of IGNOU Regional Centre Chandigarh informed that student should re- registered to the subsequent year/semester to continue their study. For re-registration process the candidate has to register himself/herself (if not registered) on the official website i.e https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/. Whereas those who have already registered can simply login with the id- password and fill up the registration and submit the requisite fees online. In case a learner faces any difficulty he/she can approach RC Chandigarh for support.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is conducting Entrance Tests for B.Ed. Programme and Post Basic B.Sc.Nursing Programme on Sunday, 8^th May, 2022. The Entrance Test is being organized under Chandigarh Regional Centre at Lala Lajpat Rai Bhawan, Sector – 15B, Madhay Marg, Chandigarh.

The Hall-Tickets have already been uploaded on the University website www.ignou.ac.in . The candidates are advised to download the hall ticket by entering the Control No. OR Mobile no. and date of birth and report to the Examination Centre. In case candidates are unable to download the Hall-Ticket, they can contact the Regional Centre and obtain a print out of the hall ticket from the Regional Centre.

Candidates must report at the Examination Centre 45 minutes before commencement of the Entrance Test.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University will be admitting students for B.Ed. & Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programme, batch commencing from January 2022 through Entrance Test to be held all over the country on Sunday, 08th May, 2022. Submission of online application form for B.Ed. & Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programmes can be undertaken online at www.ignou.ac.in from 23rd March, 2022 onwards. The last date for online registration for B.Ed. & Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programme is 17^th April, 2022. Candidates can choose their exam city through an online registration system on a first come first serve basis for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programme. The entrance examination will be of two hours and 30 minutes duration. The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date of submission of online Fresh admission and Re-Registration of all Masters & Bachelor programmes up to 31^th March, 2022 for the January – 2022 session. This extension of last date shall not apply to Certificate, Semester-based, Diploma & PG Diploma, i.e., MP, MPB, PGDMM, PGDFM, PGDHRM, PGDOM, PGDFMP, DBPOFA, PGDIS, MCA, BCA etc. and all Certificate and Awareness programmes of 6 months duration or less. Details of the IGNOU academic programmes for the January, 2022 session can be accessed from the link https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/. The prospective learners can apply for Masters/Bachelor/Diploma/Certificate programmes of the University on the official website, informed by Dr. A. K. Dimri, The Sr. Regional Director of IGNOU Regional centre Chandigarh . Last date of submission of ‘online’ admission form for the January session was earlier fixed for March 25.
