Divya Public School,Sector 44D Chandigarh,Organized its annual function “A Cultural Fiesta-19” in the school premises on Saturday .Hon’ble Mrs. Prerna Puri, Director, Census Operations, Haryana was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The programme commenced with Ganesh Vandana and Tandav. After lighting the lamp,it was followed by a welcome address by Sh.O.P Goyal, President Divya Educational Society. Pre-Nursery tiny tots presented “Welcome Dance” while nursery kids performed “Radha Krishna Dance” and K.G on “English Medley”. Primary students showed a dance on “Fitness Moves” while senior students performed “Patriotic Dance”. English Skit: Drug Abuse, a deadly Menance” highlighted the practice how youth are becoming addict to drugs. Qawwali-Padhte chalo Badhte chalo” showed the significance of education. Rising stars Dance and dance on “Glories of India” captured the attention of the audience. Semi-Classical Dance and Divine Spirits Dance mesmerized the audience. Electrified BollywoodRock, MJ HipHop and energetic “Bhangra and Fusion” enthralled the audience .The Principal Sh.Rajesh Kamal extended vote of thanks .The function concluded with the ”National Anthem”
