*Chandigarh, November 16*:- Due to urgent power supply work of 66 KV line from Kharar to Morinda, there will be a shut down on 17.11.2025. During this shutdown, the power supply to the 66 kV Grid Sub-Station at Water Works, Kajauli will remain suspended from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 17.11.2025. Due to this interruption, the pumping of raw water from Water Works Kajauli to Water Works Sector-39, Chandigarh will also remain suspended. Accordingly, the schedule of water supply timing in the whole city Chandigarh will be as under:

Morning:
03:30 AM to 09:00 AM – Water supply at normal pressure
Evening:
06:00 PM to 08:00 PM – Water supply at low pressure
The residents are hereby requested to bear with the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.
