पंचकूला, 10 जुलाई-     उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता ने आज लघु सचिवालय के सभागार में समाधान शिविर में जिले के 9 लोगों की समस्याएं सुनी। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर इन शिकायतों का समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने इस्लाम नगर पिंजौर के लोगों की पानी की निकासी ना होने पर व ट्राईडेंट सिटी द्वारा निकासी रोकने पर संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारी को मामले की जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सैनी के निर्देशानुसार जिले की जनता की समस्याओं का जल्द से जल्द समाधान के लिए समाधान शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले की जनता की समस्याओं का अधिकारी प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निदान करें ताकि जनता को बिना वजह के अपने कार्यों के लिए जिला प्रशासन के कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पडे। उन्होंने बताया कि समाधान शिविर की मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं माॅनिटरिंग करते है व स्वयं वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुडकर लोगों की समस्याओं पर की गई कार्रवाही की चैकिंग भी करते है। इसलिए कौताही की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिले में हर सोमवार व गुरूवार दो दिन प्रातः 10 से 12 बजे तक समाधान शिविर आयोजित किए जाते हैं। उन्होने बताया कि इन समाधान शिविरों में परिवार पहचान पत्र, प्रॉपर्टी आईडी, जमीन की रजिस्ट्री, शहरी निकाय विभाग से एनडीसी लेने, नक्शे की मंजूरी, पेंशन, राशन कार्ड एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्था, अपराध, बिजली-पानी संबंधी आदि शिकायतों का मौके पर ही निपटारा किया जा रहा है।

The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh is exploring the introduction of a city-wide monthly car parking pass priced at ₹500/-. The proposed pass would be valid for use in all paid parking areas under MCC’s jurisdiction and would allow unlimited entries and exits, offering a more convenient and cost-effective option for regular car users.

To ensure the proposal reflects the needs and preferences of city residents, the MCC decided that public opinion would be sought before finalizing the policy. The MCC invites citizens to participate in a short consultation survey and share their views on this initiative.

The one-question survey is as follows:

Amit Kumar, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh took immediate and strict action after catching four outsourced MC employees consuming liquor within the premises of the community centre at Dhanas. The incident occurred during a surprise late evening inspection of various community centres across the city.

The four employees, all outsourced workers including Shakti and Gurjeet Horticultural wing, Sector 16 Shanti kunj, Robin and Ajay Kumar, Road Sub Division no 4 from the B&R (Building & Roads) wing of the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh, were found drinking liquor inside the office located within the community centre building.

Taking serious note of the misconduct, the Commissioner ordered to terminate the services of these four employees immediately besides issuing a show cause notice to the concerned Junior Engineer (JE) of the B&R wing, who is responsible for the maintenance and care of the Dhanas community centre and all MCC property associated with it. The JE has been directed to appear in person at the Commissioner’s office by 12:00 noon tomorrow (July 10, 2025) along with a written reply. Failure to comply will lead to appropriate disciplinary proceedings as per rules.

The Commissioner has also issued clear instructions to all Executive Engineers and Junior Engineers to ensure strict supervision, proper upkeep, and responsible management of all Municipal Corporation properties, particularly community centres.

Sh. Amit Kumar reiterated that any form of negligence, indiscipline, or misuse of public property will not be tolerated and strict administrative action will be taken against those found guilty.

पंचकूला 9 जुलाई- दिव्यांग छात्रों को शिक्षा के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए भारत सरकार दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली द्वारा दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण करने के लिए दिव्यांग छात्रों के लिए प्री मैट्रिक, पोस्ट मैट्रिक तथा उच्च श्रेणी छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं।
इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता ने बताया कि उपरोक्त सभी छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएं 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक दिव्यांग वाले छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए हैं। आवेदक के पास संबंधित प्राधिकारी द्वारा इस आशय का दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र होना चाहिए तथा पारिवारिक वार्षिक आय निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक न हो।

उन्होंने बताया कि प्री मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना में कक्षा 9वीं व 10वीं तक पढ़ने वाले छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदक के अभिभावक/संरक्षक की सभी साधनों से वार्षिक आय 2.50 लाख से अधिक न हो। इसी प्रकार पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना में 11वीं से मास्टर डिग्री/डिप्लोमा करने वाले छात्र आवेदन कर सकते है। आवेदक के अभिभावक/संरक्षक की सभी साधनों से वार्षिक आय 2.50 लाख से अधिक न हो।
उन्होंने बताया कि उच्च श्रेणी छात्रवृत्ति योजना में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री अथवा डिप्लोमा उच्चस्तरीय के अधिसूचित संस्थानों वाले छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदक के अभिभावक/संरक्षक की सभी साधनो से वार्षिक आय 8 लाख से अधिक न हो। उन्होंने बताया कि दिव्यांग छात्रों द्वारा प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृति में आॅनलाईन आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि 31 अगस्त तथा पोस्ट मैट्रिक व टॉप क्लास छात्रवृत्ति में आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि 31 अक्तूबर निर्धारित की गई है।

पंचकूला, 09 जुलाई- सरकार के आदेशानुसार सभी बी0पी0एल0/ए0ए0वाई0 राशन कार्ड धारकों की ई-केवाईसी की जानी है ताकि भविष्य में सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ लिया जा सके, जिसके लिए सरकार द्वारा सभी बी0पी0एल0/ए0ए0वाई0 लाभार्थियों की ई-केवाईसी करने के लिए ‘‘मेरा केवाईसी’’ मोबाईल एप्लीकेशन लाॅंच की गई है।
उपायुक्त श्रीमती मोनिका गुप्ता ने बताया कि इस मोबाईल एप्लीकेशन के माध्यम से सभी बी0पी0एल0/ए0ए0वाई0 राशन कार्ड धारक अपने मोबाईल पर ही ई-केवाईसी कर सकते है। उन्होंने बी0पी0एल0 व ए0ए0वाई0 राशन कार्डधारको से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वह जल्द से जल्द इस मोबाईल एप्लीकेशन के माध्यम से ई0केवाईसी करवाना सुनिश्चत करें ताकि भविष्य में किसी भी लाभीर्थी को राशन लेने में किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पडें ।

पंचकूला 9 जुलाई- कला एव सांस्कृतिक कार्य विभाग हरियाणा द्वारा स्कूली बच्चों की रचनात्मक प्रतिभा को मंच देने और उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से ’कल्पना को छूने दो आसमान’ थीम के साथ चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन 12 अगस्त को यवनिका गार्डन, सेक्टर-5 में किया जाएगा।
इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क अधिकारी श्री कुलदीप बांगड ने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता मे विद्यार्थियों को दो आयु वर्गों में विभाजित किया गया है। प्रथम 6-10 वर्ष, स्टोरी टेलिंग पर आधारित पेंटिंग विषय के लिए, द्वितीय 11-16 वर्ष, माई विजन पर आधारित पेंटिंग विषय के लिए। प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने की समयावधि प्रातः 10 बजे से 12 बजे तक दो घंटे की रहेगी। प्रतिभागी अपना आर्ट मैटिरियल स्वयं लेकर आयेगें तथा ड्राइंग शीट, पैंसिल विभाग द्वारा प्रदान की जायेगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतिभागी किसी भी माध्यम/रंग आयल कलर, ऐक्रेलिक कलर, केयॉन कलर, पेंसिल कलर, पोस्टर कलर आदि में काम कर सकते है। इस प्रतियोगिता मे भाग लेने हेतु इच्छुक उम्मीदवार, 21 जुलाई तक अपने आवेदन कला एंव सांस्कृतिक कार्य विभाग की ई-मेल [email protected]  पर भेज सकते है।

उन्होंने बताया कि आवेदन हेतु विज्ञापन मे अंकित क्यूआर कोड स्कैन कर आवेदन फार्म को भरकर विभाग की ई-मेल [email protected]  पर भेजे। स्कूल के अतिरिक्त अन्य इच्छुक प्रतिभागी उपरोक्त मे दी गयी श्रेणी अनुसार आयोजन स्थल पर आवेदन पत्र भरकर प्रतियोगिता मंे भाग लंे सकते है। उन्होंने बताया कि दोनो श्रेणियों में प्रथम पुरस्कार 7100 रुपये, द्वितीय पुरस्कार 5100 रुपये तथा तृतीय पुरस्कार 2100 रुपये निर्धारित किये गये है। इसके अतिरिक्त पांच सांत्वना पुस्कार भी दिए जायेगें। विभाग द्वारा अधिक से अधिक प्रतिभागिता वाले स्कूल को पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। उन्होंने सभी बच्चों से उक्त आयु श्रेणी अनुसार चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने की अपील की ताकि बच्चों की प्रतिभा को एक मंच मिल सके।

*Chandigarh, July 8:-* The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has conducted a safety drive across various parts of the city, particularly in colony areas, to remove ropes tied by residents to street light poles for drying clothes. These ropes posed significant safety risks due to their proximity to live electrical infrastructure.

The MCC team not only removed the ropes but also educated residents about the dangers of using electric poles for such purposes. A similar operation was carried out in the EWS Colonies and other surrounding areas. During the drive, cycles, rehri carts, and other personal items found chain-locked to street light poles were also cleared, as they created obstructions and safety hazards.

Municipal Commissioner Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS urged all citizens to cooperate with the Municipal Corporation and refrain from using public infrastructure for personal use. He emphasized the importance of following safety advisories and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain the city’s infrastructure.

*Chandigarh, July 8:-* The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has undertaken a comprehensive fogging drive across government and private schools in the city to ensure the safety and hygiene of students and staff. This proactive step is part of MCC’s ongoing efforts to prevent the spread of vector-borne diseases such as dengue, malaria, and chikungunya, especially during the monsoon season.

The fogging operations were carried out in school premises including classrooms, playgrounds, corridors, and other high-risk areas. Special attention was given to areas where stagnant water could become breeding grounds for mosquitoes. The drive was coordinated in close collaboration with school managements to minimize disruption to academic activities.

Municipal Commissioner Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS stated that the health and well-being of students is a top priority. He urged school authorities and parents to take preventive measures, including keeping the surroundings clean and ensuring there is no water accumulation.
