श्रीनगर: राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद विजय दिवस की 20वीं वर्षगांठ पर श्रीनगर के चिनार कॉप्स युद्ध स्मारक पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने बादामी बाग छावनी में शहीद जवानों को श्रद्धांजलि दी।

पहले उन्हें द्रास जाना था।उनके साथ राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक भी मौजूद रहे।

कोविंद खराब मौसम की वजह से कारगिल के द्रास नहीं पहुंच सके। जिसके बाद श्रीनगर में उनका कार्यक्रम रखा गया।

राष्ट्रपति और उनके सशस्त्र बलों के सर्वोच्च कमांडर को श्रीनगर तकनीकी हवाई अड्डे से हेलीकॉप्टर से बादामी बाग छावनी ले जाया गया।

जहां राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने शुक्रवार को साल 1999 में कारगिल यु्द्ध में शहीद हुए भारतीय सेना के सैनिकों और अधिकारियों को श्रद्धांजलि दी।

राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद अब श्रीनगर के बादामी बाग छावनी में में पहुंचे। इसके अलावा तीन सेवा प्रमुखों ने द्रास युद्ध स्मारक पर शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।

राष्ट्रपति कोविंद ने ट्वीट कर लिखा था कि कारगिल विजय दिवस में शहीद हुए जवानों के बलिदान और उनकी वीरता को राष्ट्र स्वीकार करता है।

हम उनके बलिदान के ऋणी रहेंगे। हम भारत की रक्षा करने वालों की धैर्य-वीरता को सलाम करते हैं।

Tree Plantation Drive by Professors Emeriti at PU

 It was one of the rare occasions at Alumni House today when around 30 number of Professors Emeriti got together to plant 105 trees at the invitation of Prof. Deepti Gupta, Dean Alumni Relations. The group were happy to be together and called it a historic occasion because only once before had they got together at one venue. Two former Vice Chancellors Prof. M.M.Puri and Prof. R.P. Bambah were extremely happy to see the development of Alumni House under the care of Professor Anil Monga and Prof. Deepti Gupta. Every Professor selected a tree from among a sapling and planted every sapling with their own hand.

            Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, PU in his address called them a vulnerable Gurus of the University and said that the occasion is a symbolic one as all these Professors were responsible for the growth of wonderful tree of PU.

            Prof. Shankarji Jha, Dean University of Instructions graced the occasion and greeted everyone. By turns, each eminent personality shared his or her thoughts with the gathering.

सीएम ने वीडियो कॉफ्रेंस से किया परिवार पहचान पत्र पोर्टल को लांच

              मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने आज वीडियो कॉफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से परिवार पहचान पत्र पार्टल का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि परिवार पहचान पत्र का उद्देश्य एक परिवार के पूरे सदस्यों की वैद्यता को सुनिश्चित करना है। 


                मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य है कि परिवार पहचान पत्र में सभी नागरिकों के अन्य पहचान पत्र जैसे वोटर कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, लाईसेंस, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र तथा अन्य आईडी को ऑनलाईन करना है ताकि कोई भी व्यक्ति अगर राज्य या जिला बदलता है तो वे ऑनलाईन ही अपना माईग्रेशन करवा सके। उसे अपने माईग्रेशन के लिए चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे। 


                उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार का उद्देश्य प्रत्येक पात्र नागरिक को केन्द्र व प्रदेश सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ देना है। परिवार पहचान पत्र उसमें फीड किये हुए डाटा से एक परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति के बारे में भी पता चल सकेगा जिससे पात्र व्यक्ति सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ ले सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा सभी सरकारी योजनाओं व अन्य सरकारी कार्यों को पूरी पारदर्शिता से करने के लिए सभी प्रकार के रजिस्टे्रशन ऑनलाईन सिस्टम से करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इससे पहले 25 दिसम्बर 2014 को ई-रजिस्ट्री पोर्टल शुरु करने से रजिस्ट्री कार्य सरल व निश्चित समयावधि में हो रहे हैं और यह कार्य भ्रष्टïाचार मुक्त हुआ है।


                मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि परिवार पहचान पत्र के लिए एक प्रोफार्मा तैयार किया गया है जिसमें परिवार का मुखिया या अन्य सदस्य अपने परिवार के सदस्यों का डाटा भर कर अटल सेवा केन्द्र या अन्य सरकार द्वारा स्थापित सेवा केन्द्रों में दे सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि परिवार पहचान पत्र को ओर आगे बढाया जाएगा इसमें प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के पास प्रोपर्टी, गाड़ी तथा अन्य जमीन-जायदाद का ब्यौरा भी भरा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे प्रत्येक नागरिक की आर्थिक स्थिति का पता चलेगा तथा वे सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक रुप से कमजोर तथा पिछड़े जाति के लोगों के लिए बनाई जा रही योजना का लाभ सही व्यक्ति तक पहुंच पाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि नशा मुक्ति को लेकर भी सरकार द्वारा ठोस कदम उठाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। सभी जिलों में ड्रग्स कंट्रोलर की नियुक्ति की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता भी सरकार की योजनाओं तथा समाज में फैली बुराईयों को खत्म करने में सहयोग दे ताकि प्रदेश को स्वच्छ, सुंदर व कुरीतियों से मुक्त किया जा सके।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त डीसी अशोक कुमार गर्ग ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि मेरा परिवार-मेरी पहचान के अंतर्गत प्रदेश के सभी परिवारों को सुखी व सुरक्षित करने के लिए परिवार पहचान पत्र बनवाए जाएं।  उन्होंने जिला सांख्यिकीय अधिकारी, डीआईओ एनआईसी व ई-दिशा के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिये कि परिवार पहचान पत्र का कार्य प्रारंभ करें तथा सभी विभागों में कार्यरत अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को भी प्रोफार्मा भरने के लिए दे व सही डाटा विभाग की वैबसाईट पर फीड करें। 


                उपायुक्त ने जिलावासियों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे अपना परिवार पहचान पत्र जन्म व मृत्यु पंजीकरण के समय अटल सेवा केंद्र (सीएससी), सरल केंद्र, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, ई-दिशा केंद्र, नगरपरिषद/नगर पालिका तथा खंड एवं विकास पंचायत आदि कार्यालयों में विवरण अपलोड करवाएं। इसके अलावा एनआईसी द्वारा बनाए गए पोर्टल ईदिशाडॉटजीओवीडॉटइन पर अपलोड करवा सकते हैं। 


                इस अवसर पर डीएफएससी अशोक बंसल, उप सिविल सर्जन डा. बुधराम, डीआईओ एनआईसी सुषमा सहित ईदिशा के कर्मचारी मौजूद थे।

MCC teams takes status of ongoing works

Following the orders of Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, different teams of engineers under the supervision of Zonal Commissioners visited various parts of city to take stock of ongoing projects and problems in the local areas.

Sh. Tilakraj, Additional Commissioner, MCC visited sector 20 and surrounding areas alongwith Executive Engineers. He directed the Medical Officer of Health to ensure regular supply of medicine at sector 20 civil dispensary and asked Executive Engineer, Horticulture to beautify the open space over there in the dispensary. He also directed the MOH and E.E., Horticulture for proper cleaning of debris and asked the Executive Engineer roads to repair boundary wall of park in front of # 688 & 689 at sector 20. He also directed to check Govt. quarters area relates to MCC or not and remove encroachments in the area near Masjid and reserve land in sector 20. The ACMC directed the Executive Engineer, Horticulture for proper maintenance of green belt opposite Masjid along with V-5 road in sector 20 and provide railing in the open space between # 1097 & 1096 and proper beautification of the area.

Sh. S.K. Jain, Additional Commissioner visited sector 44, 45 and other areas alongwith concerned Executive Engineers of MCC and directed them to clear the congress grass infront of garden of annuals, sector 44. He also directed the concerned officers to repair the notice boards installed in the garden and entry point at sector 44 & 45. He asked the enforcement inspector to remove the illegally stacked building material i.e. bricks, sand etc. in burial market in sector 45. He also directed the concerned officers to display the sign boards of “Public Utility” outside the toilet blocks prominently. In addition to that the ACMC also visited the enforcement store and C&D waste plant, Industrial area, Ph-I and directed the concerned engineers to remove the C&D waste lying in the road side from sector 31 approaching to Tribune chowk.

A team of officers also visited sector 49 alongwith area councilor Smt. Heera Negi. The area councilor and representatives of Resident Welfare Association of the area took round of the roads and streets alongwith parks, where maintenance works required to be initiated. The area councilor asked the concerned engineers to complete the ongoing maintenance works and start new works immediate after the rainy season is over.

Commissioner starts tree plantation drive in Sector 24

 Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner of Chandigarh today started tree plantation drive near park, Sector 24, Chandigarh in the presence local residents of area and other officers of MCC.

During the drives around 125 flowering shrubs & 6 trees were planted inside the local park. In addition to that 20 ornamental trees and 50 shrubs have been planted in a drive held at Valley park, Dhanas in presence of area councillor Smt. Sheela Devi and local residents.

              हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड, भिवानी द्वारा राज्य की आई.टी.आई. में पढऩे वाले सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा की समकक्षता प्रदान की गई है। इस निर्णय से आई.टी.आई. के विद्यार्थियों को अब नौकरी तथा उच्च शिक्षा के और अधिक अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे। 

 बोर्ड के प्रवक्ता ने आज यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि पूर्व वर्षों में आई.टी.आई. से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर चुके सभी प्रशिक्षु 10वीं व 12वीं कक्षा की समकक्षता पाने हेतु अंग्रेजी व हिन्दी भाषा के विषय का पेपर देने के लिए हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड के पोर्टल http://www.bsehexam2017.in/OpenReappear/login.aspx पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 3 अगस्त, 2019 है।
                उन्होंने बताया कि 10वीं स्तर के आई.टी.आई. व्यवसायों के विद्यार्थियों को दो वर्षीय कोर्स पूर्ण करने उपरान्त 12वीं स्तर की समकक्षता प्राप्त करने हेतु 12वीं स्तर की हिन्दी या अंग्रेजी में से किसी एक भाषा की परीक्षा देनी होगी। यह समकक्षता एक वर्षीय 10वीं स्तर के आई.टी.आई. कोर्स व दूसरे वर्ष की अप्रैन्टिसशिप करने उपरान्त भी विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध रहेगी।

 इसी प्रकार, 8वीं स्तर के आई.टी.आई. व्यवसायों के विद्यार्थियों को दो वर्षीय कोर्स पूर्ण करने उपरान्त 10वीं स्तर की समकक्षता प्राप्त करने हेतु 10वीं स्तर की हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषाओं की परीक्षा देनी होगी। यह समकक्षता एक वर्षीय 8वीं स्तर के आई.टी.आई. कोर्स तथा दूसरे वर्ष की अप्रैन्टिसशिप करने उपरान्त भी विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध रहेगी।

                      हिसार मंडल के आयुक्त विनय सिंह ने कहा कि जल शक्ति अभियान के तहत जल संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए विभाग अपने-अपने एक्शन प्लान के अनुसार कार्यों में तेजी लाएं औैर साथ ही इस अभियान में आमजन को शामिल करते हुए जल संरक्षण व पौधारोपण के प्रति जागरुकता लाएं। 


                        वे आज स्थानीय लघु सचिवालय के बैठक कक्ष में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा जल शक्ति अभियान के तहत तैयार किए गए एक्शन प्लान की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए कही।  इस बैठक में उपायुक्त अशोक कुमार गर्ग, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनदीप कौर, एसडीएम शालिनी चेतल, डीएसपी सुरेश कुमार सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। बैठक में उन्होंने जल शक्ति अभियान के तहत जिला में किए गए कार्यों और प्रगति रिपोर्ट के बारे में जानकारी ली तथा अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए कि विभाग अपने कार्यों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट ऑनलाईन पोर्टल पर अपडेट करवाएं।


                        आयुक्त विनय सिंह ने कहा कि जल शक्ति अभियान के दौरान 5 बिंदुओं पर मुख्य रूप से ध्यान दिया जाए, जिनमें पानी का सरंक्षण और बरसात के पानी का संचय, परम्परागत जल संसाधनों व तालाबों का जीर्णोंद्वार, पानी रीचार्ज के लिए बोरवेल का दोबारा उपयोग करना, वाटर शैड को विकसित करना और सघन पौधारोपण शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस अभियान की निगरानी स्वयं प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा की जा रही है। ऐसे में इस अभियान की सफलता हेतू कार्य योजना शीघ्र तैयार की जाए, ताकि मानसून सीजन के दौरान इस कार्य योजना का क्रियान्वयन करके इसे मुकाम तक पहुंचाया जा सके और व्यर्थ पानी का सदुपयोग करते हुए बारिश के पानी का संग्रहण किया जा सके।

   उन्होंने कहा कि गिरते हुए भू-जल स्तर के सुधार का सबसे अच्छा तरीका बरसाती पानी का सदुपयोग है। उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश के मौसम में सरकारी व अन्य सार्वजनिक भवनों के छतों के बरसाती पानी को रिचार्ज करें। उन्होंने कहा कि सूखे तालाबों को जल से भरने के अतिरिक्त ओवर फ्लो तालाबों की जल संचयन क्षमता भी बढ़ाई जाए, जिससे यह तालाब हमेशा पानी से भरे रहें और भूमिगत जल स्तर में सुधार लाया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार प्रदेश के 19 जिलों में भूजल स्तर बहुत कम है जिसमें सिरसा जिला भी शामिल है।


                        बैठक में उप कृषि निदेषक डा. बाबूलाल, सिविल सर्जन डा. गोबिंद गुप्ता, डीएफएससी अशोक बंसल, डीआरओ राजेंद्र कुमार, अधीक्षण अभियंता सिंचाई विभाग राजेश कुमार, कार्यकारी अभियंता पीडब्ल्यूडी (बीएंडआर) अजीत सिंह, जिला वन अधिकारी राम कुमार, सहित जनस्वास्थ्य, मार्केटिंग बोर्ड, बीडीपीओ कार्यालय, शिक्षा विभाग व अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

Counselling for Reserved Seats Concludes at UILS

Day two of the counselling began with eagerness among candidates of Reserved Categories (SC, ST, BC, Defence, Freedom Fighter, PWD, OGC, RV) in B.A./B.Com.LL.B.(Hons.) 5 Years integrated course for the session 2019-20 held in the premises of University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Day two of the counselling was commenced with a brief oration by Prof. (Dr.) Rattan Singh, Director, University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS).

He updated the aspirants and their guardians regarding counselling process of reserved categories. For day two of
counselling, UILS had invited all the candidates from the merit list of reserved categories, B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) and B.Com.LL.B.(Hons.), against 180 reserved seats out of total of 360 seats.

On day two of the counselling, all the aspirant enlisted in the merit of reserved categories were called according to their scheduled time slots. The admission is offered only after counselling the applicants who were present along with their credentials. The UILS is looking for the best candidates of reserved categories for B.A./B.Com. LL.B.(Hons.) 5 Years integrated course.

            The UILS called aspirants of all categories (SC, ST, BC, Defence, PWD, OGC, RV etc.) on their scheduled time slots on 25th July, 2019. The teaching and non-teaching staff under the supervision of Dr. Karan, Dr. Bharat, the co-ordinators of counselling committee, 2019-20 managed the counselling of all mentioned reserved categories
on their scheduled times with efficiency. The co-ordinators built efficient teams to streamline the counselling process through helpdesk, announcement, co-ordination, attendance/undertaking, allotment of forms, food committee, hostel desk, and waiting list etc., dedicated to multiple tasks for the success of the counselling process.
