जापान के क्योटो में जाने-माने एनीमेशन स्टूडियो में लगी आज की वजह से मरने वालों का आंकड़ा लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है।
आग की चपेट में आने से अब तक 24 लोगों की मौत हो गई है, जबकि 30 से अधिक लोगों घायल बताए जा रहे है।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक आग लगभग 10.30 बजे लगी।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक गुरूवार सुबह टीवी एनीमेशन सीरीज बनाने के लिए मशहूर क्योटो एनिमेशन कंपनी की तीन मंजिला इमारत में एक अज्ञात शख्स ने आग लगा दी।
मौके पर पहुंची राहत टीमों ने लोगों को निकालने का काम शुरू कर दिया है। वहीं पुलिस, ने आगजनी करने वाले एक व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपी ने गैसोलीन का छिड़काव कर वहां पर आग लगा दी।

हरियाणा के तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री राम बिलास शर्मा ने बताया कि लंदन विजिट के दौरान कई एमओयू साइन किए हैं जिससे हरियाणा में रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे तथा लंदन के विश्वविद्यालयों के साथ मिलकर रिसर्च करेंगे। हरियाणा तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग के ब्रिटेन के दौरे से राज्य को काफी फायदा होगा। उनकेे नेतृत्व में गए इस प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने 5 कार्यदिवसों में लंदन के कई विश्वविद्यालयों से 20 बैठकें की। उन्होंने बताया कि लंदन का किंग्स कॉलेज के साथ हरियाणा के सिविल कर्मचारियों व तकनीकी क्षेत्र के अध्यापकों को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्र स्थापित करने पर सहमति बनी है।
राम बिलास शर्मा आज यहां हरियाणा निवास में पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने बताया कि हमने भविष्य को देखते हुए यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ नॉर्थम्पटन तथा नॉट्टिïंघम ट्रंट यूनिवर्सिटी यू.के के साथ एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं ताकि हमारे राज्य में प्रगतिशील-इकोसिस्टम स्थापित हो सके। उन्होंने बताया कि एनटीपीसी ग्रुप ऑफ कॉलेजिज के साथ हमारा एमओयू प्रक्रियाधीन है। ये ग्रुप हमारे राज्य में शैक्षणिक प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से वोकेशनल स्किलस एजूकेशन तथा अध्यापकों की टे्रनिंग को अपग्रेड करने और राज्य में स्थापित होने वाले इन्क्यूबेटर सैंटर के लिए एक इको-सिस्टम बनाने में सहायता प्रदान करने पर सहमत हो गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि हमारा लंदन यूनिवर्सिटी के साथ पैरलल डिग्री को लेकर एमओयू प्रक्रियाधीन है। इसके अलावा, लंदन यूनिवर्सिटी ने हरियाणा के साथ कंप्यूटर साईंस/साइबर साईंस तथा एमएससी डाटा साईंस के लिए हमारी टैक्रीकल यूनिवर्सिटीज में विच्र्युवल लर्निंग के माहौल में पैरलल डिग्री चलाने पर सहमति व्यक्त की है। कॉवेंटरी यूनिवर्सिटी के साथ एमओयू प्रक्रियाधीन है।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने बताया कि लंदन के दौरे में पाठ्यचर्या विकास, योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क, फैकल्टी एक्सचेंज एवं विजिट, स्टूडेंटस एक्सचेंज, कौशल, तकनीकी शिक्षा, संयुक्त शैक्षणिक अनुसंधान, अनुसंधान का व्यवसायीकरण, वित्त पोषण के अवसर, उद्यमिता , नवाचार और इन्क्यूबेंशन केंद्र और प्लेसमेंट जैसे विषयों पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ मिडलशेक्श, यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ लंदन, ऑक्सफ़ोर्ड इनोवेशन लैब, कैम्ब्रिज यूनिवर्सिटी, यूके यूनिवर्सिटीज इंटरनेशनल, एसोसिएशन ऑफ कॉमन-वेल्थ यूनिवर्सिटीज, यू.के के शिक्षा विभाग और बीईआईएस यूके, इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ अपरेंटिसशिप एंड टेक्निकल एजुकेशन यूके, प्रिंस ट्रस्ट इंटरनेशनल, स्कॉटिश चेम्बर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स, हाउस ऑफ लॉड्र्स क्वीन मैरी रेजिलिएंट फ्यूचर्स इंडिया इनिशिएटिव और बर्मिंगम यूनिवर्सिटी का भी दौरा किया। उन्होंने बताया कि स्कॉटिश चैम्बर ऑफ कॉमर्स का प्रतिनिधिमंडल भारत का दौरा कर रहा है, वह भविष्य में साझेदारी की संभावनाओं के मद्देनजर 22 जुलाई 2019 को हरियाणा तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग के पंचकूला स्थित निदेशालय का दौरा भी करेगा।

In the series of events at the five-day induction-cum-orientation programme, a photo exhibition was organized at University Institute of Applied Management Sciences(UIAMS), Panjab University(PU) in association with Natural Biodiversity group to create awareness about nature and its conservation. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Dean of University Instruction Prof. Shankarji Jha who inspired the students and faculty with his words of wisdom regarding importance of nature in their lives.
Prof. Upasna Joshi Sethi, Director, UIAMS addressed to the students and faculty and motivated them to actively participate in conservation of nature which is a global concern.
Dr. Ashish Bhatia, COO, Fortis Health Care Ltd., Mohali delivered a talk on leadership and management to the newly inducted students in the MBA MBA sectoral programmes at UIAMS. He highlighted the essential traits that a manager must possess to take on the role of a leader, the most important being effective communication skills. He gave numerous examples from industry to drive in the point that it’s the positivity in attitude of the leader which will spell the success for the organization, whatever the business scenario be. He also apprised the students of the challenges being faced by today’s businesses, especially healthcare, and further informed about the key strategies to tide over these challenges effectively.
The students also interacted with Mr. Jubin Mehta, AGM, SEBI who talked about the role of SEBI in Indian Financial Markets. The students were inquisitive about the working of capital markets, the various scams in the capital markets and the role of management trainees in SEBI.
Mr. Aman Chug, Chairman, All India Committee of CII/Advisor/Trainer motivated the students with his talk on ‘Realizing Your Passion’. He made the students aware about the value of time management in their personal and professional lives. The lecture was well appreciated by the audience.

The two day national conference titled ‘Draft New Education Policy 2019 : A Way Ahead’ concluded at Panjab University here today with recommendations and suggestions made by stakeholders to the draft of New Education Policy.
The valedictory session of the conference had a special address by Prof. Nagesh Thakur, member UGC. He spoke about integration of teaching and research, about relevance of values and ethics and the significance of mother tongue in teaching.
Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, PU, in his address stated that optimum utilization of technology can help achieve better reach in education. He focused on including the component of ‘employability’ in the curricula. Prof Kumar also spoke about the concept of ‘resource sharing’ and developing business models for self sustenance.
Earlier, the first session for the day was on ‘Governance and Administration of Education and Research’ and was chaired by Prof. Ramanjit Johal. The panellists for the session included Prof. Archana Bhatnagar and Prof. Khushwinder Singh. The session saw deliberations on functions of regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
The second session for the day was a round table discussion and compilation of recommendations. The key issues raised included funding, teachers’ status, choice based credit system to name a few. Prof Krishan Kumar raised the important issue of constructing a norm on how teachers should be treated at educational institutes. Prof Rajat Sandhir raised the issue of paying heed to manpower along with developing infrastructures.
Dr. Kuldeep Kaur, Co-coordinator CALEM presented the report of the conference and Prof. Latika Sharma proposed the vote of thanks.
The two day conference was organized by Centre for Academic Leadership and Education Management (CALEM) and Department of Education, PU, under the aegis of PMMMNMTT, Ministry of Human Resource Development, GOI. The recommendations made during the conference will be compiled in the form of a compendium.
Around 50 who participated from the States of Punjab, Haryana and UT, Chandigarh included Chairpersons, Directors, Principals, Faculty and other stakeholders. There were 16 Resource persons for various sessions.

गुरू नानक देव जी के 550वें प्रकाशोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में 4 अगस्त को जिला की पुलिस लाईन में राज्य स्तरीय समारोह का आयोजन किया जाएगा। समारोह में मु यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के बतौर मु यअतिथि शिरकत करने के साथ-साथ कई प्रमुख व्यक्तियों के आने की संभावना है। समारोह के प्रबंध व व्यवस्था बारे जिस भी अधिकारी को जो जिम्मेवारी दी जाती है, उसे पूरी तन्मयता के साथ पूरा करें ताकि समारोह का सफलतापूर्वक समापन हो सके।
ये निर्देश उपायुक्त अशोक कुमार गर्ग ने आज लघुसचिवालय स्थित सभागार में गुरू नानक देव जी के प्रकाशोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय समारोह की तैयारियों बारे आयोजित अधिकारियों की बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए कही। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागाध्यक्षों को समारोह के लिए की जाने वाली मुख्य व्यवस्थाओं के संबंध में अवगत करवाते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि समारोह का आयोजन हरियाणा पर्यटन निगम चेयरमैन जगदीश चौपड़ा की देखरेख में किया जा रहा है, जबकि अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त को समारोह का नोडल अधिकारी बनाया गया है। अधिकारियों को समारोह की तैयारियों व व्यवस्थाओं के संबंध मेंं किसी भी प्रकार की कोई दिक्कत आती है, तो इनसे संपर्क कर सकते हैं। बैठक में एडीसी मनदीप कौर, एसडीएम ऐलनाबाद अमित गुलिा, एएसपी सुरेश कुमार, सीईओ जिला परिषद जयवीर यादव, डीआरओ राजेंद्र सिंह, डीडीपीओ कुलभूषण बंसल सहित सभी विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि गुरू नानक देव जी के प्रकाशोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित समारोह राज्य स्तर का होने के चलते इसमें भारी संख्या में साध संगत के आने की संभावना है, इसलिए समारोह के आयोजन के लिए व्यवस्थाएं व्यापक स्तर पर की जानी है। उन्होंने कहा कि समारोह की व्यवस्थाओं के प्रबंध के लिए सभी विभागों को अलग-अलग जिम्मेवारियां दी गई हैं। समारोह की तैयारियां के संबंध में मंडलायुक्त 18 जुलाई को सायं 4 बजे लघुसचिवालय के कमरा नम्बर 63 में अधिकारियों की बैठक भी लेंगे। इस बैठक में सभी अधिकारी पहुंचना सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि समारोह की व्यवस्थाओं के संबंध में दी गई जिम्मेवारियां को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
उन्होंने कहा कि समारोह में पूरे प्रदेशभर से श्रद्धालु बसों के माध्यम से यहां पहुंचेेंगे। पुलिस विभाग यातायात व्यवस्था के सुचारू रूप से चलायमान रखने, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था आदि के साथ-साथ बीएंडआर के साथ मिलकर बैरिकेटिंग करने का प्रबंध करेंगे। इसी प्रकार नगर परिषद सिरसा ईओ समारोह स्थल के साथ-साथ पूरे शहर में सफाई व्यवस्था करवाएंगे। इसी प्रकार बैठने व टैंट आदि की व्यवस्था बीएंडआर एक्शन की रहेगी। उपायुक्त ने एक-एक कर समारोह से संबंधित जि मेवारियों बारे सभी विभागाध्यक्षों को अवगत करवाते हुए इन्हें पूरी निष्ठा व कर्तव्य भाव से पूरा करवाने के लिए निर्देश दिए।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि यह हमारे लिए सौभाग्य की बात है कि गुरू नानक देव जी के 550वें प्रकाशोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय समारोह सिरसा की पुलिस लाईन में किया जाएगा। इसलिए हम समारोह की तैयारियां सरकारी कार्य के तौर पर नहीं बल्कि पूरी आत्मियता व अच्छे भाव के साथ करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि समारोह की तैयारियों व व्यवस्थाओं के सुपरविजन के लिए अन्य जिलों से एचसीएस स्तर के अधिकारी भी आएंगे, लेकिन समारोह हमारे जिला में है, इसलिए कार्य को स्वयं की जिम्मेवारी मानकर ही करेंगे।

उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी मुकेश कुमार आहुजा ने राजनैतिक दलों के पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध किया कि वे मतदाता सुचियों के पुर्ननिरीक्षण कार्यक्रम में सहयोग करें। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार 30 जुलाई तक मतदाता सूचियों का पुर्ननिरीक्षण कार्य किया जा रहा है, जिसके दौरान नये वोट बनवाने, मृतक अथवा स्थानांतरित मतदाताओं के वोट काटने और अन्य त्रुटियों का संशोधन भी किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मतदाता सूची के पुर्ननिरीक्षण का कार्य 15 जुलाई से आरंभ किया जा चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि 20, 21 27 और 28 जुलाई को अवकाश के दिनों में मतदाता सूचियों के पुर्ननिरीक्षण के लिये विशेष अभियान चलाया जायेगा।
उपायुक्त आज जिला सचिवालय के कांफ्रेंस हाल में राजनैतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों से चर्चा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी राजनैतिक दल अपने बूथ लेवल एजेंटों के माध्यम से ऐसे मतदाता जिनकी आयु 1 जनवरी 2019 को 18 वर्ष हो चुकी है, उनके वोट बनवायें। यह कार्य बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों द्वारा किया जा रहा है और यह वोट आॅन लाईन भी बनवाये जा सकते है। नये वोट बनवाने के लिये फार्म नंबर 6 भरकर उसके साथ आवास और आयु प्रमाण लगाना जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसी मतदाता की मृत्यु हो चुकी है या कोई मतदाता स्थान छोड़कर चला गया है अथवा शादी होने के उपरांत कोई महिला मतदाता दूसरे स्थान पर चली गई है, ऐसे लोगों की वोट मतदाता सूची से हटवाने के लिये फार्म नंबर 7 का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है।
उन्होंने बताया कि मतदाता सूची में नाम व अन्य किसी त्रुटि को ठीक करवाने के लिये फार्म नंबर 8 तथा एक ही विधानसभा क्षेत्र में किसी दूसरे बूथ पर वोट स्थानांतरित करवाने के लिये फार्म नंबर 8क प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि राजनैतिक दल अपने कार्यकर्ताओं और संगठन के माध्यम से मतदाता सूचियों के पुननिरीक्षण कार्य की जानकारी सभी लोगों तक पंहुचाये ताकि प्रत्येक योग्य मतदाता अपना नाम वोट की लिस्ट में दर्ज करवा सके।
इस अवसर पर एसडीएम पंचकूला ममता शर्मा, कालका वीरेंद्र चैधरी, नगराधीश गगनदीप सिंह, भाजपा के जिलाध्यक्ष दीपक शर्मा, महासचिव हरेंद्र मलिक सहित कांग्रेस, बहुजन समाज पार्टी, भारतीय कंयूनिस्ट पार्टी, मार्कसवादी पार्टी के पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
