केन्द्रीय जल शक्ति राज्य मंत्री व विधायक एवं मुख्य सचेतक ज्ञान चन्द गुप्ता ने आज बरवाला में 1.11 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बने सामुदायिक केन्द्र का लोकार्पण किया। इस सामुदायिक केन्द्र में भूतल पर दो कमरे, रसोई, शौचालय और प्रथम तल पर दो वीआईपी रूम, शौचालय इत्यादि की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। सामुदायिक केन्द्र के साथ 30 वाहनो की पार्किंग व चारों ओर खुले स्थान की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई गई है। केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री रत्न लाल कटारिया, विधायक ज्ञान चन्द गुप्ता, उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा ने इस मौके पर पौधारोपण भी किया। केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री ने अपने स्वेच्छिक कोष से गांव के विकास कार्यों के लिए 11 लाख रूपये का अनुदान भी दिया।

केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री ने इस मौके पर कहा कि देश को आतंकवाद व अलगववाद से छुटकारा दिलवाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अनुछेद 370 व 35ए को समाप्त किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले पांच वर्षों में केन्द्र व हरियाणा सरकार के प्रयासों से पूरे देश का अभूतपूर्व विकास हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश की जनता ने भाजपा को अभूतपूर्व समर्थन देकर केन्द्र में दोबारा सत्ता का मौका दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा विधानसभा चुनावों में भी भाजपा की जीत निश्चित है।

विधायक एवं मुख्य सचेतक ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने कहा कि पंचकूला विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विकास पर 2000 करोड़ रुपये की राशि खर्च की गई  है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिना भेदभाव के पूरे हरियाणा का एक समान विकास हुआ है। पंचकूला जिला में गत पांच वर्षों में सडक़ों, पुलिों, बिजली, पानी जैसे वर्षों पुरानी समस्याओं का समाधान किया गया है। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि विकास की राजनीति का समर्थन करें। उन्होंने गत पांच वर्षों में हल्के में किये गये विकास कार्यों की भी विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की।

ग्राम पंचायत ने केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री रत्न लाल कटारिया, विधायक ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता, उपायुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहूजा, जिला भाजपा अध्यक्ष दीपक शर्मा को शॉल व स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट किया। इस मौके पर डीडीपीओ कंवर दमन सिंह, पंचायत राज के कार्यकारी अभियंता अशोक कुमार, बीडीपीओ सुमन कादियान, भाजपा के जिला महामंत्री हरेन्द्र मलिक, गांव के सरपंच विजेन्द्र गोयल, मंडल अध्यक्ष सुशील गोयल, मार्किट कमेटी चेयरमैन अशोक कुमार, जिला परिषद सदस्य बंत सिंह सहित अन्य गणमान्य लोग मौजूद रहे।

MCC to welcome “Sikh Jatha” coming from Nankana Sahib on 11th August

Chandigarh, August 10: – The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh is going to welcome the “Sikh Jatha” coming from Nankana Sahib on 11th August, 2019 outside Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh at 4.00 pm.

The implementation committee constituted for planning the activities of 550th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji decided to organize welcome programme near Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh. The committee decided that a welcome gate will be provided and a stall for distribution of “Parasad” will be placed near to the welcome gate. The committee also decided to deploy sanitation staff to clean the route throughout city before the “Jatha” passes and post procession so that proper cleanliness be maintained.

The chairman of the committee Sh. Hardeep Singh, Senior Deputy Mayor, MCC informed that flags and welcome banners have been displayed throughout the route from entry into the city. He said that to clean the route through water sprinklers and with road sweeping machines have been deployed and pruning of tree branches wherever required in the route have been got done by the horticulture division, MCC throughout the city.

हरियाणा पुलिस हाउसिंग कॉरपोरेशन द्वारा कैथल पुलिस लाईन में सामुदायिक केंद्र के निर्माण कार्य में लापरवाही बरतने के आरोप में दो अधिकारियों को निलंबित किया गया है। 

हरियाणा पुलिस हाउसिंग कॉर्पोरेशन के प्रबंध निदेशक, के.के. मिश्रा द्वारा एसडीओ (सिविल) सुनील वर्मा और जेई (सिविल) दीपक कंसल के निलंबन आदेश जारी किए गए हैं।

कॉरपोरेशन ने सामुदायिक केंद्र के निर्माण में उक्त अधिकारियों की लापरवाही के चलते यह कार्रवाई की है।इसके अतिरिक्त, केन्द्र का निर्माण कर रही एजेंसी मेसर्स ढंडी बिल्डर्स लिमिटेड, मोहाली को निगम की ई-टेंडरिंग प्रक्रिया में भागीदारी करने से तीन साल के लिए रोक लगा दी गई है। 

उक्त दोनों अधिकारियों को उनके आधिकारिक कर्तव्य को निभाने में लापरवाही पाए जाने पर पुलिस अधीक्षक कैथल की सिफारिश पर निलंबित किया गया है। यह मामला मेसर्स ढंडी बिल्डर्स द्वारा पुलिस लाइंस, कैथल में निर्माणाधीन सामुदायिक केंद्र में घटिया व एक्सपायरी सीमेंट के उपयोग से संबंधित है।

जांच के दौरान पाया कि उक्त दोनों अधिकारियों ने निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता की कभी जांच नहीं की थी।मिश्रा ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी व कर्मचारी अपना काम ईमानदारी व मेहनत से करे। भविष्य में भी अगर कोई भी लापरवाही पाई जाती है तो संबंधित के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। 

उल्लेखनीय है कि पुलिस अधीक्षक कैथल ने सामुदायिक केंद्र के निर्माण कार्य की जाँच कर पाया था कि ठेकेदार पुराने और एक्सपायरी सीमेंट का उपयोग कर रहा था। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि दोनों अधिकारियों ने न तो कार्यों की गुणवत्ता की जाँच की और न ही इसके बारे में उन्हे कोई जानकारी दी। शिकायत मिलने के बाद, एसडीओ और जेई दोनों को निलंबित किया गया है

18th Town Vending Committee meeting held

Chandigarh, August 8:- A meeting of Town vending committee Chandigarh held here today under the chairmanship of Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh and attended by Sh. Manoj Bansal Chief engineer, Sh. Vivek Trivedi, Social Development officer and other concerned officers and members of the committee.

During the meeting various important issues were discussed in detail and the committee recommended some proposals to be completed under the sub committee. The following issues have been accorded approval.

1.     Regarding the transfer of licenses to the family member from the deceased person there name should be in the license of the registration of the licensee . As per the street vendors Act 2014.

2.     The committee observed that the Adhaar no. of the applicant/ licensee should be correct in respect of making any corrections in the registration and the particulars like spelling errors in name, address correction, addition of new mobile number can be amended.

3.     Representation regarding transfer of trade from panwari to other trade can be done but it cannot sell tobaccos and other prohibited items.

4.     Relaxation in fee due to various reasons by the licensee cannot be done under Bye Laws of TVC.

5.     If a vendor cannot pay his fee then their vending license will be cancelled as per the provisions in the vendors Act.

6.     After submission of dues the  vendors will allowed to unlock their Account ID.

7.     In case of illness, the family person will be allowed to carry out their business by producing medical certificate of registered vendor from a government hospital at an temporary basis for a period of 10 days.

8.     Selling of Ice-cream will be allowed only under the provisions of mobile vendor schedule.

9.     The committee further resolve to launch whatsapp no. for grievances of vendors and recommended strict action against unauthorized vendor and child labor involved in vending specially at sector-17.

Commissioner asks engineers to complete miner repair works in community centres and civil dispensaries immediately

Chandigarh, August 8:- Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today visited sector 23 alongwith area councilor Smt. Sunita Dhawan, Sh. Manoj Bansal, Chief Engineer, other officers of MCC and office bearers of Resident Welfare Association.

During the visit the Commissioner visited the Community centre ‘Janj Ghar’ at sector 23 and asked the concerned engineers to complete miner repair works and prepare estimate for major works required to be done in the building. The Commissioner also took round of streets and take stock of maintenance of parks in the area and instructed the concerned engineers to maintain proper cleanliness.

The Commissioner also visited civil dispensary and asked the concerned engineers of Public Health division to complete repair works immediately and asked the chief engineer to prepare estimates for the major works required over there in the dispensary compound.

सांख्यिकी विभाग द्वारा आज आर्थिक जनगणना मे ंशामिल सुपरवाईजरों और गणकों के लिये खंड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी कार्यालय पिंजोर में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में सहायक जिला सांख्यिकी अधिकारी हेमंत कुमार और एनएसएसओ दिनेश ने प्रतिभागियों को आर्थिक जनगणना के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर प्रशिक्षण दिया।

इस मौके पर काॅमन सर्विस सेंटर के जिला प्रबंधक मदीप और मनीष ने कहा कि यह सर्वें ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्र में स्थित काॅमन सर्विंस सेंटरों के माध्यमों से किया जा रहा हैं।

उन्होनंे कहा कि सुपरवाईजर अपने क्षेत्र में आर्थिक जनगणना के लिये गणक रखेंगे, जो घर-घर जाकर आवासिय और व्यवसायिक कार्यों का डाटा एकत्रित करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि इस आर्थिक जनगणना के दौरान उद्योग, कुटीर उद्योग, सभी प्रकार की औद्योगिक दुकानों, सभी प्रकार की औद्योगिक ईकाइयों व सभी आर्थिक गतिविधियां करने वाले संस्थानों का विवरण एक एप्प के माध्यम से रिकार्ड किया जायेगा।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि इस आर्थिक गणना में सरकारी, सैन्य, कृषि आधारित, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संस्थाएं, वेतन भोगी व घुमंतु परिवारों को शामिल नहीं किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि घर-घर जाकर इस बात का रिकार्ड रखा जायेगा कि किन-किन आवासिय परिसरों पर व्यवसायिक गतिविधियां चलाई जा रही है। इस कार्यशाला में पिंजौर खंड के 83 सुपरवाईजरों व गणकों ने भाग लिया।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा बच्चों में पेट के कीड़ों की बीमारी की रोकथाम के लिये आज स्कूलों व आंगनवाॅडी में बच्चों को एलबेंडाजोल की गोली खिलाने का अभियान आरंभ किया। विधायक ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय सेक्टर-6 पंचकूला में पांच बेटियों को यह गोली खिलाकर जिला में इस अभियान की शुरूआत की। 

ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि भाजपा सरकार विकास के साथ साथ स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा पर भी विशेष ध्यान दे रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि जहां बच्चों के टीकाकरण पर बल दिया जा रहा है वहीं डायरिया से सुरक्षा के लिये रोटा वायरस व निमोनिया से सुरक्षा के लिये महंगे टीके भी राजकीय अस्पतालों में निशुल्क लगाये जा रहे है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वस्थ बच्चें ही शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सहित सभी रचनात्मक गतिविधियों में बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर सकते है। उन्होंने बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य के लिये स्वास्थ्य व शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा किये जा रहे सामुहिक प्रयासों की सराहना की।

सिविल सर्जन डाॅ योगेश शर्मा ने कहा कि वर्ष में दो बार डीवर्मिंग डे के तहत बच्चों को कृमिरहित के लिये फरवरी और अगस्त मास में एलबेंडाजोल की गोलियां अध्यापकों और आंगनवाॅडी केंद्रों की देखरेख में खिलाई जाती है। उन्होनंे कहा कि जो बच्चें अवकाश या अन्य किसी कारण से आज यह गोली लेने से वंचित रह गये है, उन्हें 20 अगस्त को यह गोली दी जायेगीं

MCC impounded 15 toy cars from sector 17 plaza

The Municipal Corporation today impounded 15 toy cars from plaza area sector 17 during a special anti encroachment drive. The drive was conducted in the evening by the enforcement wing of MCC and challaned were issued to the vendors, who were running these toy cars in the plaza areas on charges from the visitors.

The drive was conducted under strict orders of Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, MCC, which states that no such business be allowed in the plaza area, Municipal land. Mayor and Commissioner reviews Water supply work progress at Jandpur

Chandigarh, August 7:- Sh. Rajesh Kumar Mayor of Chandigarh and Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh today visited Jandpur pumping station to review the actual progress of work at site.

They were accompanied by Sh. Manoj Bansal, Chief Engineer, Sh. Shelender Singh, SE, Public Health and other concerned officers of MCC.

The Chief Engineer apprised the Mayor & Commissioner that the work of bringing additional 29 MGD Raw water from Kajauli to Chandigarh under Augmentation of water supply scheme Phase 5 and 6 is nearing completion now. The work of pumping raw water from Kajauli upto Jandpur (shipur) has been done by GAMADA as a deposit work for which Rs 98 crores has been deposited by M.C Chandigarh.

The work of pumping raw water from Jandpur upto waterworks sector 39 has been done by M.C. Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs 89 crore. After the repair and testing of defective pipeline under the Railway track near Mehruli by Railways, the pumping was started by GAMADA by operating one pump initially from Kajauli waterworks last week.

He apprised that the water was scheduled to reach the tank at pump house, jandpur upto 8-8-2019. Directions to the officers to check and retest the functioning of pumping machinery and to clean the tanks before the arrival of raw water at Jandpur which is expected to reach there within 2-3 days.
