मार्केट कमेटी के चेयरमैन हनुमान सिंह कुण्डु ने मार्केट कमेटी कार्यालय में मुख्यमंत्री किसान एवं खेतीहर मजदूर जीवन सुरक्षा योजना के तहत 5 किसानों को 2 लाख 75 हजार रुपये की राशि के चैक भेंट किए। इस अवसर पर सचिव मार्केट कमेटी विकास सेतिया, वाईस चेयरमैन कृष्ण मेहता, सदस्य साधुराम, विनोद केलनियां, प्रदीप रातुसरिया, महावीर प्रशास भी मौजूद थे।
चेयरमैन हनुमान कुण्डु ने भारत सिंह पुत्र राम स्वरुप निवासी गुडियाखेड़ा को, जयपाल सिंह पुत्र अंग्रेज सिंह निवासी लहंगेवाला, कृष्ण कुमार पुत्र फकीर चंद, राम कृष्ण पुत्र जांगीराम को क्रमश: 37 हजार 500 रुपये तथा दौलत राम पुत्र राम कृष्ण निवासी गुडियाखेड़ा को एक लाख 25 हजार रुपये की राशि का चैक दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री किसान एवं खेतीहर मजदूर जीवन सुरक्षा योजना का लाभ केवल उन लोगों को मिलता है जो कृषि मशीनरी औजार, टुल्ज, उपकरण, यंत्र तथा कुंआ खोदने ट्यूबवैल लगाने जैसे काम करते समय, जहरीली गैस, क्रेन, क्रैशर, चारा काटने की मशीन, थ्रेसर का प्रयोग करते हुए दुर्घटना के शिकार हो जाते हैं या उनका अंग-भंग हो जाता है। इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए दुर्घटना होने के दो मास के अंदर-अंदर पोस्टमॉर्टेम की रिपोर्ट सहित आवेदन पत्र भरकर संबंधित मार्किट कमेटी के कार्यालय में देना जरूरी है।

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date of submission of online fresh admission of all Masters, Bachelors, Diplomas & Certificates programmes up to 30th September, 2019 for the July-2019 session. Details of the IGNOU academic programmes for the July, 2019 session can be accessed from the link http://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/admission/. Dr. A.K. Dimri, Regional Director of IGNOU Regional centre Chandigarh informed that the prospective learners can apply online for Masters/Bachelor/Diploma/Certificate programmes of the University on the official website. Last date of submission of ‘online’ admission form for July session was earlier fixed for August, 31st.
For all those candidates, who have been planning to get admission in any of the IGNOU courses can apply for the same online. Firstly the candidate has to register themselves (if not registered) on the official website i.e onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in. Whereas those who have already registered can simply login with the id- password and fill up the application form for the admission in the July session at Indira Gandhi National Open University for 2019. Also, before filling up the IGNOU admission form, candidates must go through the general instructions, eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc. on the official website. Applicants can also download the complete details of the programmes from the IGNOU website or may contact at Regional Centre office at SCO-208, Sector-14, Panchkula.

जनता की आवाज को हरियाणा विधानसभा में पहुंचाने के लिए एसयूसीआई (कम्युनिस्ट) ने आगामी चुनावों में 10 जिलों की 18 विधानसभा सीटों पर अपने उम्मीदवार मैदान में उतारने की आज घोषणा की। इनमें भिवानी से राजकुमार बासिया, तोशाम से रोहतास सैनी, बादशाहपुर से रामकिशन प्रजापत, गुडगांव से वजीर सिंह, हांसी से सत्यनारायण भाटौल, बहादुरगढ़ से भारत, बेरी से रवि अहलावत, पुंडरी से कृष्णचंद, थानेसर से राजकुमार सारसा, असंध से करतार सिंह मलिक, अटेली से सुबे सिंह यादव, नारनौल से सीताराम, नांगल चौधरी से छाजू राम रावत, कोसली से रामफल भाकली, रेवाड़ी से नरेश कुमार, राई से जयकरण, सोनीपत से जय भगवान और गोहाना से ईश्वर सिंह दहिया पार्टी के उम्मीदवार होंगे।
यह जानकारी आज चंडीगढ़ प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए एसयूसीआई (कम्युनिस्ट) के पोलिट ब्यूरो सदस्य एवं हरियाणा राज्य कमेटी के सचिव सत्यवान ने दी। पत्रकार वार्ता में उनके साथ पार्टी के राज्य सचिव मंडल के सदस्य अनूप सिंह मातनहेल, राजेंद्र सिंह एडवोकेट, रामफल व ईश्वर सिंह राठी भी शामिल थे।
सत्यवान ने कहा कि ‘जनता का, जनता के द्वारा, जनता के लिए’ शासन की पहले वाली जनतांत्रिक स्थिति अब नहीं है। यहां तक कि विभिन्न पार्टियों में सिद्धांत व नीतियों के मामले में भी अब कोई फर्क नहीं रह गया है। मात्र पूंजीपतियों की सेवा करने की उनमें परस्पर होड़ लगी है।
आजादी के बाद 72 सालों का तजुर्बा बताता है कि चुनावों में धनबल, प्रचार बल, बाहुबल और प्रशासनिक बल का बोलबाला है। चुनाव में आज जनमत या जनहित की कोई झलक नहीं मिलती। केवल बड़े पूंजीपतियों की मनचाही पूरी होती है।
पार्टी के नेताओं ने स्पष्ट किया कि भाजपा सरकार ने भी कांग्रेस की पूर्ववर्ती सरकार की जनविरोधी नीतियों को तेजी से आगे बढ़ाया है। कांग्रेस कभी भी धर्मनिरपेक्ष पार्टी नहीं रही। सत्ता के गलियारों में कुछ सीटें पाने के लिए कांग्रेस की पिछलग्गू बनी सीपीएम-सीपीआई उसे यह तगमा देती रही हैं। जन आंदोलन का रास्ता छोड़ कर ये पार्टियां वामपंथ से मुंह मोड़ चुकी हैं।
जनजीवन की ज्वलंत समस्याओं से ध्यान हटाने के लिए और मेहनतकश जनता की एकता को कमजोर करने के लिए भाजपा धार्मिक कट्टरता, अंध राष्ट्रवाद फैला रही है, सांप्रदायिक व जातिवादी ध्रुवीकरण कर रही है और आपसी फूट, विद्वेष, कलह और विभाजन पैदा कर एक खतरनाक फासीवादी माहौल बना रही है। लोगों के जीवन के वास्तविक मुद्दों को दबाया जा रहा है। नकली सवाल खड़े किए जा रहे हैं। जनतांत्रिक मान्यताओं को ताक पर रखकर एनआरसी की बदनियत भरी योजना के द्वारा असम के 19 लाख लोगों को नागरिकता से वंचित कर देना, धारा 370 को जबरन हटा कर जम्मू-कश्मीर के टुकड़े करना और आदिवासियों को उनकी जमीनों से बेदखल करना ऐसी ही चाले हैं।
एसयूसीआई (कम्युनिस्ट) की ठोस समझ है कि ऐसी स्थिति में जन आंदोलन के सिवाय लोगों के पास बचने का दूसरा कोई रास्ता नहीं है। केवल सजग और संगठित जनता ही पूंजीपतियों की ताबेदार भाजपा की साम्प्रदायिक फासीवादी राजनीति को विफल कर सकती है और पूंजीवादी शोषण से मुक्ति पाने के लिये चुनावों को भी जन आंदोलन का रूप दे सकती है। अपने गठन काल से ही जन आंदोलन का परचम उठाए हुए एसयूसीआई (कम्युनिस्ट) प्रदेश में भी जन आंदोलन खड़े करने के लिए जी-जान से प्रयासरत है। यह देश में जन आंदोलन की शक्ति के रूप में उभर कर आ रही है।
अपने शासनकाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता लोलुपता, दल बदल, खरीद फरोख्त को बढ़ावा देकर राजनीति को गिराया है। लोकतंत्र के मूलभूत सिद्धांतों पर हमले किए हैं। काले कानून पास किए हैं। मजदूरों व गरीब किसानों समेत सभी मेहनतकशों का भारी शोषण-दमन कर चंद बड़े पूंजीपतियों की धन संपत्ति बढ़ाई है। इससे मेहनतकश जनता की खरीद शक्ति शून्य हो गई और बाजार संकट ने अर्थव्यवस्था को महामंदी के भंवर में फंसा दिया है। इसका दंश भी मेहनतकशों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। गत 5 सालों में सरकारी बैंकों और रिजर्व बैंक के सुरक्षित कोष को बड़े पूंजीपतियों पर लुटा देने के बावजूद अर्थव्यवस्था डूब रही है। नतीजतन, बेरोजगारी व महंगाई ने विकराल रूप ले लिया है। हरियाणा के घर घर में प्रतिभावान, सुशिक्षित-प्रशिक्षित युवक-युवतियाँ रोजगार की बाट जोहते जोहते ओवर-ऐज हो रहे हैं। छंटनी व तालाबंदी से हजारों मजदूर-कर्मचारियों की नौकरी जा रही है। दफ्तरों में खाली पड़े पदों को भरने की बजाय नौकरी से निकाला जा रहा है। सालाना 2 करोड़ रोजगार देने, विदेशों में जमा काला धन लाने, किसानों के कर्ज माफ करने, उनकी फसलों के लागत से डेढ़ गुना दाम देने, उन्हें बिना ब्याज ऋण देने, नये उद्योग लगाने, सिंचाई व शुद्ध पेयजल की समुचित व्यवस्था करने, सार्वजनिक-सरकारी संसाधनों की लूट पर रोक लगाने जैसे इसके वादे मात्र जुमले साबित हुए हैं। कर्मचारियों की पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम बहाल नहीं की। डीजल, पेट्रोल व रसोई गैस के अलावा खाद, बीज, कीटनाशक और जीवन उपयोगी चीजों के दाम आसमान छू रहे हैं। शिक्षा व चिकित्सा आम आदमी की पहुंच से बाहर हो गई। रेवाड़ी के मनेठी में एम्स निर्माण के वायदे से मोदी व खट्टर सरकार निर्लज्जता से पीछे हट गई हैं।
शिक्षा का स्तर उन्नत करने के लिए सरकारी स्कूलों में पास-फेल परीक्षा प्रणाली बहाल नहीं की। उल्टे, सरकारी स्कूलों को ताले मारे जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश में 429 सरकारी स्कूलों में विज्ञान व गणित की पढ़ाई बंद करके देहात के बच्चों के साथ भारी भेदभाव किया है। भाजपा शासन में बच्चियों व महिलाओं से दुष्कर्म की घटनाएं बढ़ी हैं। वाहनों पर भारी जुर्माने का मकसद दुर्घटनायें रोकने की बजाय नाजायज वसूली करना है।
एसयूसीआई (कम्युनिस्ट) ने इन सभी पहलुओं को लेकर पूंजीपतियों की दो प्रधान पार्टियों भाजपा व कांग्रेस समेत जनविरोधी राजनीति को परास्त करने के लिये मेहनतकशों व जनतांत्रिक सोच-समझ के लोगों से आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों में सक्रिय रूप से अपनी भूमिका निभाने का आह्वान किया।

An interaction of Principal Investigators (PI) of Panjab University was organized, here today with Professor Raj Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of Panjab University. Professor R.K. Singla, Dean Research apprised the PIs of the intent of the Vice Chancellor of promoting research and innovation agenda of the University. While appreciating the efforts of the faculty members in bringing various kinds of research projects, the PU VC shared that the interaction was called to understand the concerns of PIs so that process of implementation of research proposals is facilitated. He motivated the faculty members to share their concerns and issues regarding their Research Projects without thinking what we will think.
Sh. Vikram Nayyar, Finance and Development Officer (FDO), PU informed about various initiatives taken by the Office of FDO to facilitate and speed-up the implementation of research projects. Principal Investigators shared their concerns and issues they are facing at different levels, which were assured to be resolved. The Vice Chancellor is very affirmative of providing a conducive environment for research to all the faculty members.

Chandigarh, September 12:- The Children of Child Parliaments of sector 25 organized a drive to say, “No to Single use Plastic” in Sector 25, Janta & Kumhar Colony, Chandigarh. Mrs. Sheela Devi, area councillor of Ward No.5, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh, Sanitary Inspector, Childline (1098), the team of AHTU (Anti Human Trafficking Unit) as well as Parwaaz Foundation were also took part in the rally. During this crusade, area Councillor, distributed free biodegradable bags to street vendors. Mrs. Sheela Devi and children from the Child Parliaments sensitized the street vendors of Janta & Kumhar Colony about the dangers of single use plastic and highlighted the efforts of the Municipal Corporation to abolish single use plastic in Chandigarh.

Chandigarh, September 12:- Sh. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh today directed the concerned engineers of MCC to get the repair work done immediately at booths in vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran.
During the Thursday field level visit, the Commissioner visited ward No.24 alongwith Sh. Anil Kumar Dubey, area councilor, Sh. Manoj Kumar Bansal, Chief Engineer, Sh. Shailender Singh, Superintending Engineer, Public Health other and concerned officers of MCC.
The team visited Thada Market and the commissioner directed the chief engineer to complete the work in a fast manner. They also visited Mauli complex, Railway colony and other parts of Vikas Nagar. The team visited the site of new park and green belt. The Commissioner directed the concerned officers to repair footpath areas wherever required and repair roads with providing pavers in the narrow streets. They also visited the area Vikas Nagar part-II for development.
The Commissioner directed the enforcement inspectors to remove encroachments from public places and instructed sanitation inspectors to challan the violators for littering and check these with regard to health and hygiene.

Chandigarh, September 12: – A meeting of House Tax Assessment Committee of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh held under the chairmanship of Sh. Ajay Dutta, and attended by Smt. Kamla Sharma, Smt. Asha Kumari Jaswal, Smt. Heera Negi, Sh.Gurpreet Singh, Sh. Anil Kumar Garg, Additional Commissioner and concerned officers of Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh.
During the meeting the committee approved the following agendas:
1. Exemption of Property Tax on residential Lands/Buildings- Defence Personnel.
2. Waive off interest for the period for 22.11.2004 -31.03.2006 in respect of temporary shed area in Industrial Area phase I and II.
3. Exemption of property tax in respect of Shri Mahavir Mandir Muni Sabha (Regd.), Muni Ji Mandir, Sector 23-B, Chandigarh PID 130166, the committee recommended the agenda item for General House.

सफाई कर्मियों द्वार वेतन बढ़ौतरी के लिये आज मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहरलाल का आभार व्यक्त करने के लिये सेक्टर-4 पंचकूला में एक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता राज्य सफाई कर्मचारी आयोग के वाईस चेयरमैन कृष्ण कुमार ने की।
सफाई कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि प्रदेश के पहले मुख्यमंत्री है जिन्होंने समाज के हर वर्ग के कल्याण के लिये कार्यक्रम लागू किये है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने शहरी क्षेत्र के सफाई कर्मचारियों का वेतन 13500 से बढ़ाकर 15000 रुपये तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के सफाई कर्मचारियों का वेतन 11000 से बढ़ाकर 12500 करके प्रदेश के लाखों गरीब कर्मचारियो ंको राहत प्रदान की है। उन्होंने इस कार्य के लिये वाईस चेयरमैन इंजीनियर कृष्ण कुमार द्वारा किये गये प्रयासों की सराहना भी की।
