The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) starts online registration for
its 39th Convocation. Eligible students who have completed their degree/diploma/certificate
requirements and wish to receive their original certificates — either by attending the
convocation in person or by post — are invited to register through the IGNOU Convocation
Portal.
Dr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, Sr. Regional Centre, Chandigarh told that the students who
have completed their Programme of study in December 2024 and June 2025 Term End
Examinations are eligible for award of Certificate/Diploma/Degree at this Convocation.
Students are advised to read the instructions carefully given on the Convocation Portal
before apply online for registration of Convocation.
Dr. Bhanu Pratap Singh further told that registration must be done online only via
the IGNOU Convocation Portal: onlineservices.ignou.ac.in/convocation. A registration fee
for Ph.D/ M.Phil/ Master Degree/Bachelor Degree/ PG Diploma/ Diploma programmes has
been prescribed as Rs.600/- and for PG Certificate/ Certificate programmes as Rs. 200/-.
