पंचकूला सितंबर 30: हरियाणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता के निर्देशानुसार सात सरोकार को पूरा करने में हरियाणा राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के सहयोग से आसमान फाउंडेशन ने पंचकूला में हर बच्चे तक अपने शहर पंचकूला को प्रदूषण मुक्त और प्लास्टिक मुक्त बनाने की और पूरा दमख़म लगा रखा है।
उम्मीद है की शहर के घर घर में श्री ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता की इस सोच को पहुँचाने के लिये जल्द ही पंचकूला शहर से 5000 क्लाइमेट वारियर इस मुहिम से जुड़ेंगे । आसमान फाउंडेशन की प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष श्रीमती प्रियंका पुनिया के मार्गदर्शन में इस मुहिम के तहत अभी तक लगभग 100 स्कूल कवर किए जा चुके हैं ।

पंचकुला, 30 सितंबर- स्टार्टअप एक्सेलेरेटर चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स (एसएसीसी) द्वारा पंचकुला में आयोजित पहला स्टार्टअप वीकेंड आज संपन्न हुआ। यह आयोजन उच्च शिक्षा विभाग हरियाणा और स्टार्टअप एक्सेलेरेटर चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में 28 से 30 सितंबर तक गवर्नमेंट पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कॉलेज सेक्टर -1 में आयोजित किया गया।
इस तीन दिवसीय आयोजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य हरियाणा के युवाओं को अपना व्यवसाय स्थापित करने की संभावनाओं और चुनौतियों के बारे में मार्गदर्शन और प्रेरित करना था। पंचकुला की अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त श्रीमती वर्षा खाँगवाल ने कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन किया। पहले दिन लाहौरी ज़ीरा के सह-संस्थापक और सीईओ श्री सौरभ मुंजाल का मुख्य भाषण भी था, जिन्होंने अपनी उद्यमशीलता यात्रा से अंतर्दृष्टि साझा की। कई अन्य उद्योग विशेषज्ञ और गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने भी व्यवसाय विकास पर अपने दृष्टिकोण प्रस्तुत किए।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान, स्थानीय सरकारी कॉलेजों के 150 से अधिक छात्रों ने भाग लिया और अपने उत्साह और नवीन विचारों का प्रदर्शन किया। दूसरे दिन मेंटरिंग पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया, जिसमें 16 चयनित स्टार्टअप्स को अनुभवी पेशेवरों से मार्गदर्शन और फीडबैक प्राप्त हुआ। चर्चा किए गए विषयों में स्टार्टअप पिच डेक भी शामिल था।
श्रीमती कामाक्षी के नेतृत्व में अंतिम दिन एक सत्र पिचिंग को समर्पित रहा। स्टार्टअप्स ने ज्यूरी सदस्यों के एक पैनल के समक्ष एआई, स्वचालन, पशु कल्याण, जैविक कृषि और सामाजिक प्रभाव जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए। इस पैनल में गवर्नमेंट पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कॉलेज सेक्टर 1, पंचकुला की प्रिंसिपल श्रीमती बबीता वर्मा, नेटस्मार्टज़ के सीईओ श्री मणिपाल धारीवाल, एस्प्रान्ज़ा इनोवेशन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सीईओ मनिंदर सिंह बाजवा और चंडीगढ़ एंजल्स नेटवर्क के संचालन प्रमुख नितिका खुराना शामिल थे।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में, तीन स्टार्टअप्स को लेट्स ग्रो ऑर्गेनिक, बी कूल और बायो नेशन का विजेता घोषित किया गया, जिन्हें क्रमशः ₹40,000, ₹25,000 और ₹15,000 का नकद पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, दस प्रतिभागियों को उनकी प्रभावशाली पिचों के लिए प्रत्येक को ₹2,000 का नकद पुरस्कार दिया गया।
यह आयोजन हारट्रोन, वीटा, एसबीआई और आईसीआईसीआई सहित अन्य प्रायोजकों के सहयोग से संभव हुआ। उनके योगदान ने आयोजन को सुचारू रूप से आयोजित करवाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

पंचकूला सितंबर 30: राष्ट्रीय किशोर स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम के तहत स्कूल स्वास्थ्य एवं कल्याण कार्यक्रम के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग पंचकुला द्वारा डाइट सेंटर, सेक्टर -2 पंचकुला में शिक्षको को हेल्थ एम्बेसडर बनाने के लिए चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण-सह-कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया l
इस प्रशिक्षण में मिडिल, हाई और सीनियर सेकेंडरी के 150 स्कूलों (6 वी से 12 वी) के प्रत्येक स्कूल से 2-2 शिक्षको ने भाग लिया जिसमे प्रत्येक दिन लगभग 74 शिक्षको को प्रशिक्षित किया गया । चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में कुल 290 हेल्थ एम्बेसडर को ट्रेनिंग दी गयी ।
प्रशिक्षण के प्रारम्भ में डॉ मुक्ता कुमार, सिविल सर्जन, पंचकुला ने बताया की कार्यक्रम के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन के लिए स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा विभाग को मिलकर काम करना होगा। उन्होंने सभी शिक्षको के इस कार्यक्रम में किये जा रहे कार्यो की सरहाना की l
डॉ शिवानी हुड्डा , उप सिविल सर्जन, आर .के.एस. के . ने इस कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्यों को विस्तार से बताया l उन्होंने बताया की विद्यार्थियों को स्वास्थय एवं स्वच्छता के बारे में जागरूक किया जाना बहुत जरूरी है तभी वो अच्छी तरह से शिक्षा ग्रहण कर पाएंगे l
इस प्रशिक्षण में मुख्या प्रशिषक के रूप में शिक्षा विभाग से डॉ अश्विनी शांडिल्य, एसिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, डाइट सेक्टर 2 पंचकूला, स्वास्थ्य विभाग से डॉ शिल्पा, अनु बंसल क्लिनिकल साइक्लॉजिस्ट, सिविल अस्पताल सेक्टर 6 पंचकूला और डॉ दीप्ति , डीएएचओ पंचकूला उपस्थित रहे l

पंचकूला, 29 सितंबर- सिविल हस्पताल सेक्टर-6 पंचकुला में राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम के तहत डिस्ट्रीक अरली इंटरवेंशन सेंटर में सिविल सर्जन डॉक्टर मुक्ता कुमार व उप सिविल सर्जन डॉक्टर शिवानी की अध्यक्षता कैंप लगाया गया।
राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्या कार्यकर्म के तहत जिले के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों व आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों, में 0-18 वर्ष के बच्चों का हेल्थ चेकअप राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम की मोबाइल हेल्थ टीम द्वारा किया जाता है ।
इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जन्मजात दोष, जन्मजात बीमारियां व कमी, डिफिशिएंसी, बाल रोग, देरी से विकास अथवा निशक्त बच्चों की स्क्रीनिंग की जाती है और अलग- अलग जन्मजात दोष, जन्मजात बीमारियों के बच्चों को मोबाइल हेल्थ टीम द्वारा डिस्ट्रिक्ट अर्ली इंटरवेंशन सेंटर , सिविल हस्पताल, सेक्टर 6 में रेफर किया जाता है । यहाँ पर विशेषज्ञों की टीम द्वारा बच्चों का इलाज किया जाता है। जन्मजात दोष के बच्चों के इलाज के लिए टरशरी केयर सैंटर पीजीआईएमआर, चंडीगढ, फोर्टिस हस्पताल मोहाली, जीएमसीएच-32, स्माईल ट्रैन क्लिनिक सैक्टर-34, चंडीगढ में भेजा जाता है ।
जिला पंचकुला में 5 टीमो को लगाया गया है जो की सभी सरकारी स्कूलों व आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रा में 0-18 साल के बच्चो की जांच करते है । आंगनबाड़ीयों में साल में 2 बार व स्कूलों में 1 बार चैकअप के लिए टीम जातीं हैं। जिला पंचकुला में कुल 534 आंगनबाड़ी व 420 स्कूल है। अप्रैल 2023 से अगस्त 2023 तक 187 स्कूल और आंगनबाड़ीयों के बच्चों की स्क्रीनिंग कर दी गई है, जिसमे स्कूलों में 21731 व आंगनबाड़ीयों में 20779 बच्चों की टीमो द्वारा जांच की गयी । इनमे से कुल 15652 बच्चे अलग अलग बीमारियों से ग्रसित पाए गए । 6681 बच्चे कंफम्र्ड निकले और 6597 बच्चे ठीक हो गए, जिसमें से 44 बच्चो की तृतीयक देखभाल पर सर्जरी करवाई गयी, जिसके अंतर्गत 38 बच्चे डिसेबल कैंप में आये ।

पंचकूला, 29 सितंबर- महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की जिला बाल सरंक्षण ईकाई के चेयरमैन एवं उपायुक्त श्री सुशील सारवान ने आज लघु सचिवालय से स्पॉन्सरशिप एंड फोस्टर केयर योजना के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से जागरूकता वैन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।
इस अवसर पर जिला बाल सरंक्षण अधिकारी शशि सांगवान, कानून एवं परिवीक्षा अधिकारी निधि मलिक और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
जिला बाल सरंक्षण अधिकारी शशि सांगवान ने बताया कि निदेशालय महिला एवं बाल विकास, हरियाणा के आदेशानुसार विभाग की मिशन वात्सल्य परियोजना के अंतर्गत जिले में अनाथ अथवा एकल अभिभावक बच्चो के हित में चलाई जा रही स्पॉन्सरशिप एंड फोस्टर केयर योजना व् अन्य योजनओं को जरूरतमंद बच्चें तक पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से इस वाहन को समस्त जिले भर में चलाया जा रहा है। जागरूकता वाहन के माध्यम से सम्पूर्ण जिले में जागरूकता आमजनता तक पहुँचाई जाएगी। जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी ने बताया की महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की मिशन वात्सल्य परियोजना जो बच्चों के सरंक्षण एवं सुरक्षा सम्बंधित कार्य करती है इसी परियोजना के अंतर्गत स्पॉन्सरशिप योजना चलाई गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि अनाथ अथवा एकल अभिभावक बच्चें जिसके पिता की मृत्यु होने पर माता विधवा हो चुकीं हैं या बच्चे की माता को परिवार द्वारा निकाल दिया गया है और बच्चा माता के पास रहता है या बच्चा या बच्चे के माता पिता कैंसर या ऐड्स जैसी गंभीर बीमारी से पीड़ित है। वो बच्चे जिन्हें देखभाल एवं सरंक्षण की अति आवश्कता है इन श्रेणियों में आने वाले बच्चों को योजना के नियमानुसार 4000 रूपए मासिक का लाभ जिला बाल सरंक्षण कार्यालय द्वारा जिले के अंतर्गत आने वाले 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों को दिया जा रहा है। योजना का लाभ उसी बच्चे को मिलेगा जिसके परिवार की वार्षिक आय ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में अधिकतम 72000 रूपए एवं शहरी क्षेत्र में अधिकतम 96000 रूपए होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चे का निरंतर स्कूल जाना अनिवार्य है अन्यथा स्कीम का लाभ रद्द कर दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना की अवधि 3 वर्ष होगी पर विशेष परिस्थियों में इससे आगे बढाया जा सकता है।

राजकीय महाविद्यालय कालका की प्राचार्या कामना के मार्गदर्शन में राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना दिवस का 54 वां स्थापना दिवस मनाया गया।
प्राचार्य कामना ने विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि युवा शक्ति अपनी प्रतिभा को सही दिशा एन एस एस के माध्यम से बेहतर तरीके से कर सकती है। देश के निर्माण में युवाओं का सबसे बड़ा योगदान होता है। प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रम राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना की प्रभारी डॉक्टर सरिता और प्रोफेसर सोनू के मार्गदर्शन और दिशा निर्देशन में किया गया।
प्रोफेसर डॉक्टर बिंदु ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम में भाषण प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें प्रथम स्थान काजल ने प्राप्त किया द्वितीय स्थान पर हरिंदर रहे और तृतीय स्थान मुस्कान तथा वंशिका ने प्राप्त किया। पेपर बैग और क्लॉथ बैग्स की जागरूकता हेतु पेपर बैग मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन भी किया गया जिसमें प्रीति ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया सैमुअल , दीपक और संजीव ने द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। तृतीय स्थान प्रगति ने प्राप्त किया। एनएसएस की प्रभारी डॉक्टर सरिता और प्रोफेसर सोनू ने विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरित किया और कहा कि युवा विद्यार्थी सामुदायिक सेवा के माध्यम से अपने व्यक्तित्व को विकसित कर सकते हैं। एन एस एस का आदर्श वाक्य है मैं नहीं, बल्कि आप।

Chandigarh, September 29:– Hundreds of citizens joined the ‘Amrit Kalash Yatra’ organized by the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh in collaboration with Department of Culture, UT Administration, under the Centre’s ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’ campaign to mark 75 years of India’s Independence, here at Sector 48 which covered ward No.35 today.
City Mayor Sh. Anup Gupta flagged off the ‘Amrit Kalash Yatra’ at ward No. 35 in the presence of Sh. Rajinder Sharma, area councilor and hundreds of local residents. The yatra traveled through all the societies in the ward and hundreds of people gave soil in the ‘Kalash’ (urn), raising Nationalist slogans enroute.
While briefing about the yatra, the Mayor said that all the 35 wards of city beautiful will be covered under this yatra and this ‘Kalash’ shall later be sent to New Delhi for a National programme on ‘Amrit Kalash’ to be held next month, along with 7500 such urns from all over the country. He said that the civic body would continue the ‘Meri Maati, Mera Desh’ campaign during the month of October, 2023 in the city.
He further said that people from the colonies, villages, societies will collect soil/grain in the urns that will be taken to New Delhi for a mega-event scheduled late next month.
Today’s ‘Kalash Yatra’ saw citizens of ward No. 35 participating enthusiastically, marching in a parade to the beat of band and then joining the gathering to take the pledge of ‘Panchprana’, along with the Mayor and area councilor present there.
Chandigarh, September 29:- The Finance and Contract committee of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has accorded approval to renew the license (Agreement) of Chandigarh Washerman Workshop Cooperative (Regd.) Industrial Society Ltd., Sector 15 D, Chandigarh from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2024 with an increase of 10% in the existing license fee @ Rs. 20,000/- +18% GST per month.
The F&CC meeting was held here today under the Chairmanship of Sh. Anup Gupta, Mayor and attended by Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner and other members of committee namely Sh. Dalip Sharma, Sh. Gurpreet Singh, Smt. Harpreet Kaur Babla, Smt. Prem Lata, Ms. Neha and other senior officers of MCC.
The members of committee discussed other various important agenda items in detail and accorded approval for the following:
· Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing over boundary wall in Community Centre, Sector 45, 46 and fixing of M.S. Gate in Community Centre, Sector 46, Chandigarh at an estimated cost of Rs. 8.47 lac.
· Extension of 20 employees transferred from Garbage Processing Plant an amounting to Rs. 48.00 lacs.
· Extension of existing contract for lifting and removal of dead animals for 12.12.2023 or till the finalized the new contract.
· The committee member considered and revised the reserved price of 7 old condemned staff cars of the Head Office, MC, Chandigarh for its auction as scrap material through MSTC Ltd., as per the guidelines of the Govt. of India.
· The leasing of Mango, Amla, Ber & Sapota (Chiku) fruit crop in Rajindera Park, Sector 1, Chandigarh for a period of six years at an estimated cost of Rs. 39.60.
· Accorded approval for celebration of 36th Chrysanthemum Show 2023 at an estimated cost of Rs. 19.72 lacs.
· The committee members discussed and decided to fix the booking charges of open space for commercial use at Manimajra @ Rs. 25,000 per day and Rs. 2000 as sanitation charges with 18% GST.
· The F&CC also approved to fix the booking charges of any open space throughout city @ Rs. 10,000 per day and Rs. 2000 as cleaning charges with 18% GST.

Chandigarh, September 27:-The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh successfully organised 4-day Safaimitras Suraksha Shivir under the Swachhata Pakhwada – Swachhata Hi Seva campaign at Rani Laxmi Bai Mahila Bhawan, Sector 38. This event aimed to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our dedicated safai karamcharis and their families. The special focus of the Shivir was to saturate all the welfare schemes like Ayushman Bharat and Insurance.
The Safaimitras Suraksha Shivir has been an indispensable initiative in ensuring the betterment and welfare of our invaluable sanitation workforce. It provided a comprehensive platform for creating awareness, and equipping these frontline heroes with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently. Near about 5000 safaimitras and their family members got themselves enrolled for various beneficiary schemes and got their medical checkup done during 4 days shivir.
In the presence of Senior Deputy Mayor Sh. Kanwarjeet Rana, the Shivir concluded with a special ceremony where esteemed guests from Punjab and Sindh Bank, State Bank of India, and Punjab National Bank were honored for their valuable contribution to the event. Their support and presence added immense value to the Shivir.
In addition to the Shivir, featured an exclusive “one rupee store” dedicated to serving the needs of the Safaimitras. This initiative received overwhelming response and appreciation from the participants, further highlighting the success and impact of the event.
