Human Resource Development Centre, PU in collaboration with the Department of Education organized a week long programme under CALEM on Qualitative

 Human Resource Development Centre, Panjab University in collaboration with the Department of Education organized a week long programme under CALEM on Qualitative Research Method: Application for College and University Teachers. The programme was a funded by Centre for Academic Leadership and Educational  Management, Department of Education, coordinated by Professor Jitendra Grover. The programme was attend by 41 candidates from Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. Resource persons came from the disciplines of anthropology, Education, Cultural studies, political science, Psychology, Medicine and administration. 

        Professor Nishtha Jaswal in her valedictory address emphasized over the need to use mixed method in research as both qualitative as well as quantitative methods complement each other to frame research questions, building hypothesis and substantiating their arguments.  She cited several judicial decisions like on LGTB and Adhar.
